Well I obviously haven't been able to keep up with the blog as I'd hoped! The job turned out pretty ok & Mac adjusted surprisingly well so I decided to work full-time. That's 6 days a week leaving only a couple free hours every night so I've had to let everything else go - kit shopping, blog hopping & even photo-taking. I still try to go through forums & blogs occasionally but it's not enough to keep in touch with all the digi-happenings.

Anyway, on to the purpose of this post, I saw a 50% coupon for Cinzia Loosemore's store (http://www.cinzialoosemore.com) & while doing a quick bit of shopping saw these few freebies in her store & wanted to share.

I've just ordered a new laptop which hopefully will arrive in about 2 weeks time. My current one is older than Mac and been a real PITA the last couple years. I have someone ready to buy it off me & she only wants to use it for very basic stuff so it's a good deal for us both. After this last hdd crash, I decided not to take the trouble to re-do a new temporary hard disk and just wait for the new laptop to arrive. So I'll be without any of my files and bookmarks & rather than drag Colin away from his computer, I'll just stay offline till then.

Been really tight with time the past week with work as I've been working full day. After my first day, I could tell that I won't be able to accomplish much with just a half day esp while I'm just beginning so I decided to do full time weekdays & half-days on Fri & Sat. This means I don't have much spare time at all & I only manage to read a couple of blogs everyday.

I came here mainly to post an offer after seeing the above charity kits today. When I can afford it & the charity is something that touches me, I usually buy but I very seldom download the kit itself. Whenever I do that, it feels a bit of a waste of a nice kit & that it would be nice if I could give the kit to somebody who likes it but couldn't fit into their budget. I couldn't figure out how though until now. With this, I can donate & someone can get the benefit of the kit. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I DO actually have a few readers to make this work!

Doesn't look like this will be a productive weekend at all! Got home from work on Sat at 5pm at the same time as Mac from school and basically just lazed around the whole night. Today (Sun), we'd planned to go hunting in a few malls to try to find an outfit for Mac's end-of-year school event in Nov. His team is going to dance to Abba's Dancing Queen & we're required to get him white/black pants & a long-sleeved white/black "shiny" shirt before Nov. Doesnt look like we'll be going anywhere now - Mac & I woke up at 1pm, it's now 5pm and we've all just been sitting around feeling too lazy to do anything. I havent even read more than a few newsletters & havent started on a single photo. Oh well.. there's always next weekend!
