Nearly 70% of men consume porn at least once a week, which is quite unsurprising when put into perspective how the ease in obtaining access to such sexual materials online. This takes advantage of men and their visual nature, which makes pornography irresistible to the majority of them.
As addictive as it is, men tend to view more and more hardcore pornography the more they consume it, creating a vicious cycle that most do not have the willpower to break. Watching more extreme and explicit pornography further perverts the mind, and eventually, the need to consume it becomes impossible to ignore. Why attempt to find a relationship that eventually leads to marriage, actual sex, and children when you have the power at your fingertips to access millions of videos containing everything you could imagine?

This, among other problems, has led to a steady decline in the nuclear family. We cannot expect Americans of European descent to maintain wholesome relationships while pornography damages our people’s minds. Pornography must, without exception, be banned and made illegal for consumption.

Though this is a radical solution, it is a necessary one. Pornography is a whole ecosystem of evils that society is simply much better without. Though many will be opposed to this idea, it is feasible. The state of Utah has already managed to pass a law banning porn on cell phones. By implementing technology in Utah-made cell phones, they have made it possible for phones to self-regulate pornography websites and to simply provide a blank screen if pornography is attempted to be watched. If legislation like this were to be enacted nationwide, it would send a clear message that pornography is unacceptable and goes against our American values of the traditional family and strong moral character.

A pornography addiction always carries significant and dangerous side effects, and we as a culture cannot expect our children, who view pornography at the average age of 8 years old, to be able to resist such a powerful force that their friends and media declare acceptable. Instead, we must protect our youth. This will take the heavy burden from their shoulders and bypass the hurts that they will inevitably endure if pornography continues to be legalized.

Much like the United States government, the porn industry is in large part controlled by the Jewish population, which is ironic considering that they ban pornography in their own country. They force it down our throats and put it absolutely everywhere they can while making it illegal for their own people to access it. They do this on purpose, to corrupt White Americans while they further advance their own people. They are using porn as a weapon to devolve our society into a degenerate, anti-reproduction culture. We must recognize the dangers of this manipulation, and work as hard as we can to overcome it, and focus on increasing our birth rate.

There is a reason why the Jewish population works so hard to advance the porn industry while suppressing it in Israel. They know how destructive and unhealthy it is, and how quickly the habit can grow into a need. We should take the hint from Israel, and follow their example.

The American Freedom Party takes a firm, unapologetic stance on pornography, on its dangers, the huge problems it creates in society and the solution we must take to destroy this evil. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is simply impossible if one develops an addiction to porn. It is a drug more dangerous than many due to it’s banality coupled with its extreme effects, and it must be treated as such. It is being used as a weapon by our enemies, who seek to destroy the wholesome, White society that our ancestors worked so hard to build.

The porn industry is being run by those who take great delight in hooking our young men into their degenerate lifestyles and vices, and take pleasure in coordinate the debasement and ruining of pretty young White girls who in a cleaner and more moral age would be happy newlyweds with a good man. The proliferation of pornography is part of a larger push to provide an alternative to relationships, this in combination with depressing mens masculinity, and women being told to focus on education instead of raising a family, has caused our birth rate has gone down drastically. This is not a coincidence, and it has been very successful. Soon, Whites will be a minority within their own country, and America will become a very different place. Already, it is almost completely unrecognizable from the America of seventy years ago.

To reconstruct our society, banning pornography is a necessary first step. It will aid in healing the minds of our people and is a vital course of action to saving our country and its people. Our culture of sexualization must be destroyed in the harshest terms possible.

As the reality of the story crystallizes, we are met with a surprising turn of events. When any observant patriot sees media reports of “unarmed Black man brutally killed by a White police officer“ we expect to see the Black attempting to commandeer a policeman‘s firearm, violently resisting arrest, or hell, just running at the officer with his gun drawn. We do not expect to see an instance of a White woman proving herself unable to handle a high-pressure situation.

Mr. Wright being at first pulled over for an expired license plate registration was found to have a warrant out for his arrest, and was resisting the process of being cuffed. Before the irons were on, he began to struggle, climb directly back into his vehicle, and hit the gas. Officer Potter in response to this, pulled out her Glock, yelled “Taser! Taser! Taser!” and sent around directly into what appears to have been Mr. Wright’s abdomen.

An unfortunate accident, and a misstep that will certainly color the rest of Mrs. Potter‘s life. Though it is a surprising bias confirmation for White Americans that have a sense of reality that women simply are not built for dangerous, high-stress jobs. It is yet another in a long list of examples that prove that women should not be involved with police work. In a dangerous, fast-paced environment, men are suited much better for such situations.

Although we can recognize that Mr. Wright was a complete fool to resist arrest and in starting his car which could have been used as a weapon could have been justifiably shot anyway, and let’s instead focus on Mrs. Potter. In the heat of the moment, Officer Potter mistook her large, boxy Glock 17 for her small, space-age-looking taser. It is obvious from the fearful and unmeasured way she expressed “Taser Taser! Taser!” that Officer Potter was panicked, and surprised by Mr. Wright’s sudden resistance, and made a fatal error, despite being in the force for twenty-five years.

A woman that had been in law enforcement for nearly three decades still made fatal errors in what is probably a situation she had already experienced before. This is simply another example that women should not be involved in fields of work where death is a likely outcome, whether for themselves or another. It is foolish and immoral to have women involved in such fields. Policing, the military, manual work jobs such as coal mining, etc… only a dysfunctional and/or depraved society could even conceive of such a thing, and our society has the stripes of both dysfunctionality and depravity. Of course, it is not Mrs. Potter‘s fault, even though she chose the profession, she should have never been given the option to join or been told that it was a good choice.

The real people to blame for this incident are the media, the prostitute politicians, and the police department leadership. The media of the 1960s and 70s for creating the Women’s liberation movement led to the acceptance of women in such roles. The fault lies with the politicians during the 60s and 70s for not providing leadership to the American people and taking action against the previously mentioned astroturfed movement. Finally, guilt belongs to the current Minneapolis police department for putting a woman in harm’s way, to begin with.
We need to dispense with all this lunacy. Mrs. Potter should be seeing her sons off to college or witnessing the birth of her first grandchild by now, instead of being sent out to subdue degenerates and ne’er-do-wells on the street. Even though her mistake is her responsibility, it is ultimately a sign that things are very, very wrong. This comes from decades of encouraging women to essentially occupy professions that are the responsibility of men, and for good reason. Society points out a certain profession is mostly male as if it is an issue that needs to be resolved. This leads to further, serious problems such as completely changing the fitness test to be in the military and unjustified shootings due to panic. Men should occupy these more confrontational professions because they are more suited to such work and are more expendable both morally and socially. It is this corrupt system’s fault, a system which we will abolish, and in its place set up a system that is moral, reasonable, and valorous. A system where women are not pressured into being less feminine to take on roles that belong to men, and instead, encouraged to embrace their femininity and focus on raising families.

They met in Budapest on Thursday to introduce the alliance, vowing to create a “European renaissance based on Christian values”.

They also discussed the distribution of coronavirus vaccines among EU member states and urged the European Commission to increase the pace of purchases.

The alliance follows the decision of Orban’s Fidesz to quit the centre-right European People’s Party (EPP), the largest group in the European Parliament, over disagreement around the rule of law.

The trio will meet again in May, most probably in Warsaw, Orbán explained, with the exact date dependent on the epidemiological situation.

‘Make Europe great again’
Prior to the encounter in Budapest, Salvini had said the goal of the alliance was to “make Europe great again, returning to its original values”.

For the time being, the leaders will not create a new political group inside the European Parliament using the 64 seats their parties hold together (28 from the League, 24 from PiS and 12 from Fidesz). The rules of the hemicycle mandate that at least 25 MEPs from seven different states must be represented in order to form a group.

The three politicians, together with France’s Marine Le Pen, are often portrayed as the leading figures of right-wing populism in Europe.

Both Orbán and Morawiecki head right-wing governments, whose legislation has been often criticised by the European Commission and the European Parliament for its anti-liberal and authoritarian drift. Just this week, the Commission referred Poland to the European Court of Justice to protect the independence of Polish judges.

Salvini’s position is more difficult. His League party is one of several underpinning the new coalition government of Prime Minister Mario Draghi, an avowed europhile who is leading the southern country as a technocrat. After League voted in favour of the banker during the investiture vote, the party earned three ministerial positions, although Salvini didn’t enter the cabinet.

Ever since Draghi rose to power, Salvini has been promoting a more EU-friendly discourse, going as far as saying “we have hands, feet, heart and brain in Europe”. The latest turn of events is set to cast serious doubts on this new image.

Conspicuous by her absence in Budapest was Le Pen, leader of the French party Rassemblement National (RN). Unlike the other three parties, Le Pen’s RN is neither leading nor part of any national government. Le Pen herself is currently a member of the National Assembly and has announced her intention to quit as party leader.

Back in 2019, Orbán expressed his disdain towards Le Pen and declined to form an alliance with her. “She’s not in power. When political leaders are not in power, they can say and do whatever they want. They can lose control. I don’t want to be mixed up in any of this,” the PM told The Atlantic.

Parliamentary standing

For years, Fidesz was one of the most prominent members of the EPP group. This membership helped Orbán develop a close and strategic relationship with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, whose CDU party has always been the leading delegation inside the conservative bloc.

But Fidesz’s relationship with the EPP became strained over Orbán’s stance on issues such as the rule of law, press freedom and human rights, all considered to be running contrary to so-called European values.

The tension led the EPP to suspend Fidesz as a member in March 2019. The decision deprived Orbán’s colleagues of party meetings, speaking time, voting rights and candidacies for posts. Discord grew as Hungary drifted further to the right.

The internal battle came to a boil in late 2020, as MEPs pushed to make receiving money from the EU’s €1.8 trillion budget and recovery fund conditional on a country respecting EU values. The move was opposed by the prime ministers of Hungary and Poland, who ended up vetoing the whole financial package. A compromise was later found.

The dispute was the final straw for the EPP. In early March, the group was ready to change its internal rules in order to penalise entire political parties rather than just individual MEPs. Anticipating his doomed fate, Orbán chose to quit the EPP altogether before being pushed.

As a result, 12 MEPs from Fidesz are now non-inscrits (non-attached), meaning their standing in the European Parliament has been significantly decreased. Non-attached members are much less likely to be appointed to parliamentary committee or as rapporteurs for important legislative files. They receive less speaking time during plenary and their budget is allocated directly by the parliament’s secretariat.

For his part, Morawiecki hails from Poland’s ruling Law & Justice party (PiS), which has 24 MEPs inside the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) group, a eurosceptic formation created in 2009 at the initiative of the British Conservative Party. ECR now encompasses lawmakers from, among others, the New Flemish Alliance (N-VA), Brothers of Italy (FdI) and Spain’s Vox.

Salvini, who used to be a European legislator himself, represents League (Lega), whose 28 MEPs sit with the Identity and Democracy (ID) group. The bloc, formed in 2019, is generally seen as the most far-right group in the European Parliament and hosts representatives from Alternative for Germany (AfD), Flemish Interest (VB) and Le Pen’s Rassemblement National (RN).

Differences of opinion
Despite the show of unity and fraternity between Orbán, Morawiecki and Salvini, the ideologies they advocate are not completely compatible, with several issues, such as relations with Russia, representing a potential source of discrepancy.

“Beyond the statements, which have to be made by politicians to make things look more dramatic, I think we will see this group objecting to some of the decisions taken in Brussels, especially when it comes to identity and issues, cultural issues, when it comes to rule of law, which most of the parties in this group would have issues with,” Doru Peter Frantescu, co-founder and CEO of VoteWatch Europe, told Euronews.

“Foreign policy is an issue which we can expect to drive on edge between these parties. And let’s see if they manage to reach a compromise, especially when it comes to the relations with Russia, where the Polish and the Hungarians have very different views on the matter, at least for the time being,” he explains.

Warsaw is one of the fiercest critics of Moscow inside the bloc. Meanwhile, Budapest prefers to follow a more conciliatory approach, something that Salvini’s League has also defended.

The Hungarian government purchased thousands of doses from Sputnik V, Russia’s home-grown anti-coronavirus vaccine, which critics say Moscow is using as a propaganda tool. The jab has a 91.6% efficacy rate, according to results published in The Lancet magazine.

But Frantescu doesn’t think Russia will be the only reason for disagreement.

“Then there might be issues when it comes to the freedom of movement of people inside the EU. The Italians have a more sceptical view on the matter compared to the central Eastern Europeans, which are much more favourable to movement of workers inside the European Union. They agree when it comes to migration from outside of the European Union, but they disagree when it comes to migration inside the European Union.”

President Joe Biden lied about the border crisis in his first press conference on March 25. He claimed it was no crisis at all and the surge occurs every year. He blamed Donald Trump for all the problems and insisted no “migrants”—Regime-speak for illegal aliens—are getting through [Biden calls border situation normal, by Ursula Perano, Axios, March 25, 2021]. This underscores the Regime’s alarming commitment to Anarcho-Tyranny: the chaos at the border is nothing to worry about—the real problem is white America, and that’s what requires law enforcement’s attention. GOP lawmakers must face the truth about the Biden Regime: it’s an Anti-White enemy of the Historic American Nation.

Biden’s performance at the press conference was embarrassing. Maybe he was joking when he said he entered the Senate 120 years ago, but he constantly had to look down at his staff-written notes for even the most basic questions [Biden seems confused at times during first official press conference, by Emily Jacobs, New York Post, March 25, 2021]. Of course, Regime Media journalists didn’t hit him with any tough questions. In the most bathetic moment, NPR’s Yamiche Alcindor—herself the daughter of Haitian immigrants—told Biden he was elected because he’s a “moral, decent man,” and that this is why so many illegals are now coming here! Biden said he was flattered but that he’s not responsible for the Biden Rush (which he says doesn’t exist anyway) [Compliant Corrupt Taxpayer-Funded Media Ask If He’s Just Too ‘Moral’ And ‘Decent’, by Tristan Justice, The Federalist, March 25, 2021]. The president also claimed the “vast majority” of illegals are sent back except for helpless children [Biden Falsely Claims Migrants Are ‘Not Getting Across Border’, by John Binder, Breitbart, March 25, 2021].

But this is, to coin a phrase, Fake News. The Biden Regime has released over 23,000 illegals since February. Two-thirds were released in March, indicating that the Regime is only growing more lenient [Joe Biden’s DHS Frees 23.4K Border Crossers into U.S. in Two Months, by John Binder, Breitbart, March 24, 2021]. Many were not even issued a court date [Border Patrol in Rio Grande Valley Releasing Illegal Crossers into US Without Court Date, by Griff Jenkins and Yael Halon, Fox News, March 21, 2021]. One Arizona border town has declared a state of emergency in response to the invasion [Arizona town declares ‘state of emergency’ over border crisis, by Joseph Choi, The Hill, March 24, 2021].

Biden’s response is not to crack down at the border. Instead, he’s begun to ask Mexico to do the job for him, while taxpayers foot an $86 million dollar bill to put migrants in hotel rooms [ICE Securing Hotel Rooms to Hold Growing Number of Migrant Families, by Stef W. Knight, Axios, March 20, 2021]. Federal officials are converting detention facilities into “processing hubs” to release even more illegals [Texas Family Detention Centers Expected to Transform into Rapid-Processing Hubs, by Maria Sacchetti, Washington Post, March 4, 2021]. This is all happening while they know we face a massive border surge that will not abate anytime soon. A recent Gallup survey found that at least 42 million Latin Americans want to come to the United States [42 Million Want to Migrate to U.S., by Jim Clifton, Gallup, March 24, 2021].

But while Biden dismantles immigration enforcement, the real threat to the country, in the eyes of Biden World, is white “terrorists,” not foreign invaders.

Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, himself an immigrant Cuban Jew, emphasized these twisted priorities in his Sunday show circuit last weekend. “The message is quite clear: Do not come. The border is closed. The border is secure,” he told ABC’s Martha Raddatz. But he did not promise additional resources or tougher enforcement at the border. Instead, he pledged more DHS resources to crack down on anti-Asian “hate crimes”. He even said he was pressuring tech companies to censor more:

Mayorkas also claimed that domestic terrorism poses the “greatest threat” to the homeland. [Mayorkas: Domestic terrorism is ‘the greatest terrorist-related threat in our homeland’, NBC, March 21, 2021]

He also wants to take ICE officers off the street and chain them to desk jobs to further reduce deportations. Officials say these actions would effectively abolish ICE.

Mayorkas also claimed that domestic terrorism poses the “greatest threat” to the homeland. [Mayorkas: Domestic terrorism is ‘the greatest terrorist-related threat in our homeland’, NBC, March 21, 2021]

Mayorkas implemented the DHS guidelines that bar Immigration and Customs Enforcement from deporting a whole range of criminals and limits the agency’s ability to detain alien criminals when they’re released from prison. He also wants to take ICE officers off the street and chain them to desk jobs to further reduce deportations. Officials say these actions would effectively abolish ICE.

But Mayorkas takes a very different approach when it comes to what he calls “far-right extremists.” He promised to dedicate his department to this imaginary menace in a recent op-ed:

I have designated domestic violent extremism as a National Priority Area for the first time, and will require state and local governments to spend 7.5 percent of their DHS grant awards combating this threat. In practice, this means state and local governments nationwide will spend at least $77 million to prevent, prepare for, protect against and respond to domestic violent extremism.

Mayorkas also pledged to spy more on Americans and undermine free speech. According to Mayorkas, speech he doesn’t like is “violence” and a crime:

This response is all brought about by a few hundred Trump supporters walking around the Capitol without permission, exactly like the Kavanaugh protestors in 2018 (except that they were attacked by Capitol Hill police). This, not hundreds thousands of people flooding our border, is the real threat.

By Brian Trusdell | Friday, 19 March 2021 NewsMax — The brother of a white man who was among eight people killed at three Atlanta-area massage parlors earlier this week told Newsmax TV on Friday that he was ”angry” at ”morons in the media” who repeatedly have suggested that the murders were racially motivated because six of the victims were of Asian descent.

”The media needs to tell the truth,” said John Michels, brother of Paul Andre Michels, a 54-year-old security systems company owner who was servicing a client at the time of the shootings. ”And it really angers me that I have a dead brother, in a crime, and they’re talking about race. If it were me … I am very angry at these morons in the media.”

Police reported that the suspect in the case, Robert Aaron Long, told them there was no racial motivation in Tuesday’s shootings, but that he blamed the massage parlors ”for providing an outlet for his addiction to sex.”

However, countless news outlets have emphasized race as a potential motive for the attack despite the police statements.

John Michels, who said he was addicted to pornography but overcame it through his Catholic faith, blamed the economic restrictions imposed by government officials for fueling a dramatic increase in the consumption of porn and exacerbating Long’s possible emotional problems.

”The gentlemen who did it was addicted to pornography, which is a widespread epidemic in this country, and actually since the lockdown has actually gone off the charts,” Michels said on ”Greg Kelly Reports.” ”This is not a hate crime. This is a disturbed young man with psychological issues who needs some help. I’ve been praying for him.

”Being Catholic, I have to forgive him, but I’ve been praying for him. And the truth needs to come out. This was not a hate crime.”

During the conversation on Friday Kelly asked Michels, who is white, if he was invited to meet with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in Atlanta today.

Michels responded, “No, I live in Michigan, but I was not contacted by Bozo Biden or Commie Harris at all… And they really need to focus on the right issue and not the race issue.”

John Michels invoked the late radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh in describing what he characterized as the news media’s focus on race in the shootings.

”This is a drive-by media creating a narrative that is not correct,” he said. ”I wish they would stop, think about what they’re doing and quit stoking racial division in this country. We don’t need it.”

Besides Michels’ brother and the six Asian-background women, a white woman was also killed and a Hispanic man was wounded.

”[As] someone who has had issues with pornography in the past, who actually overcame them through, drew closer to my faith and with confession and the rosary and … Christ, freed myself from that, I understand where this man is coming from,” John Michels said.

”The porn issue is an epidemic in this country. And if you look at the numbers, and especially during the lockdown, the pandemic, there is a very, very intense epidemic.

Take a look at the 2020 election, Donald Trump kept trying to appease African-Americans with the “Platinum Plan” which would target White-Americans, he pandered to Jews again by supporting Israel at the expense of White-Americans, and his team tried to convince immigrant Mexicans to vote Republican. Where did all of that pay off? Trump still lost the non-White demographic and only improved slightly.

While the Democrats did manipulate this election, it was also the fault of several conservatives who chose to support the likes of Charlie Kirk or Ben Shapiro as opposed to James Edwards or Brad Griffin. These conservatives who kept obsessing over “Democrats are the real racists” ultimately failed to do anything for White America.

When was the last time a mainstream Republican figure said “Marriage was between a man or a woman?” When was the last time a Republican said “I am a White Populist and proud of it?” When was the last time a Republican even used the phrase “White working class,” or defended the rights and heritage of White Americans in this country? Never because they would be called racist by the controlled media and like the limp wristed cowards they are, they would completely apologize and condemn “White Supremacy” which doesn’t exist.

When I think of the right wing, I want to think about figures like William Johnson, David Duke, James Edwards, Paul Fromm, Earl Holt, and Brad Griffin. People who have actually stood up to fight for the rights and heritage of European-Americans. Not weak conservatives like Mitt Romney, Mark Sanford, Bill Weld, or the McCain family. All of these individuals now sound like moderate Democrats.

Most White Americans from flyover country are desperate for a candidate or political party that will stand up for them because they have been starved of that security and voice for so long. Have any of you stopped to think about the fact that a billionaire from New York managed to develop such a passionate following because he spoke for the forgotten White American man, woman, and child?

Brad Griffin has championed Louisiana Senator Huey Long who was the equivalent of Trump in the 1930s. Long was a champion of the White working man and embraced populist ideals. He was only killed by the establishment because he planned to put an end to their rule over the entire country.

Another man from Louisiana named David Duke ran for local office several times on platforms that spoke for the disenfranchised White working class. He wanted to secure our borders, stop the discrimination against White Americans, promote family values, protect gun rights, all of these goals should be important and prominent in the hearts and minds of everyone who identifies with the right.

Before Huey Long and David Duke, there was William Jennings Bryan who criss-crossed the country to fight for the average American who was drowned out by the elites. Big Business was so worried about him winning that they donated in mass to William McKinley to stop a Bryan presidency kind of like what happened this election with all the big corporations bowing down to Biden.

These same elites are taking over the country and looking down at working class Whites from their ivory towers and now, the Republican is trying to become like the Democratic party but from 10 years ago. What does the Republican party represent anymore? Tax cuts for the liberal Wall Street class who support politicians like Hillary Clinton?

We need a rebirth and revival of White populism. We need actual political leaders who won’t just sit there appeasing liberals. This country needs a populist party that is willing to stand up and fight for the White working class again. One that will secure the border, one that will stop the anti-White agenda proposed by Democrats, one that will stop sending troops to fight in wars that are not being fought for America’s security.

We need a new revival and a resurgence of candidates and leaders who will inspire our people to reach for the stars. We must do it for America and by extension, the rest of Western Civilization.

WASHINGTON – A Pennsylvania and West Virginia man were arrested Sunday on criminal charges related to their alleged conspiring to injure officers and assaulting federal officers, among other charges.

According to court documents, two Israelis with links to Mossad, Julian Elie Khater, 32, of State College, Pennsylvania, and George Pierre Tanios, 39, of Morgantown, West Virginia, were arrested on Sunday in connection with a complaint filed in federal court in Washington, D.C., charging them with conspiring to injure officers and assaulting federal officers, among other charges, on Jan. 6. Khater was arrested as he disembarked from an airplane at Newark Airport in New Jersey. Tanios was arrested at his residence in West Virginia.

Khater and Tanios are each charged with one count of conspiracy to injure an officer; three counts of assault on a federal officer with a dangerous weapon; one count of civil disorder; one count of obstructing or impeding an official proceeding; one count of physical violence on restricted grounds, while carrying dangerous weapon and resulting in significant bodily injury; and one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct, act of physical violence on Capitol grounds.

According to the affidavit in support of the criminal complaint, Khater and Tanios were at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and were observed in video footage working together to assault law enforcement officers with an unknown chemical substance by spraying officers directly in the face and eyes. During the investigation, it is alleged that law enforcement discovered video that depicted Khater asking Tanios to “give me that bear s*it.” Tanios replied, “Hold on, hold on, not yet, not yet… it’s still early.” Khater then retrieved a canister from Tanios’ backpack and walked through the crowd to within a few steps of the police perimeter. The video shows Khater with his right arm up high in the air, appearing to be holding a canister in his right hand and aiming it at the officers’ direction while moving his right arm from side to side. The complaint affidavit states that Officers Sicknick, Edwards, and Chapman, who were all standing within a few feet of Khater, each reacted to being sprayed in the face. The officers retreated, bringing their hands to their faces and rushing to find water to wash out their eyes.

The FBI’s Washington Field Office, with assistance from the FBI Pittsburgh and Newark Field Offices, the United States Capitol Police, and the Metropolitan Police Department are investigating the case.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, with valuable assistance from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey are prosecuting the case.

A criminal complaint is a formal accusation of criminal conduct for purposes of establishing probable cause, not evidence of guilt. A defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The law passed the Arizona State House in a 31-29 party line vote in February.

“We’re Second Amendment friendly. We love our law-abiding citizens, gun owners,” Biasiucci told the Epoch Times. “So I have a bill HB 2111 … it’s very simple. It says if the federal government changes anything at the federal level, Arizona is not gonna play. We’re not going to use money. We’re not gonna use resources to comply—if they ban AR-15 and they try to come in and start arresting people. Not gonna happen in our state.”

The Second Amendment Firearm Freedom Act would institute state criminal penalties for law enforcement officials that attempt to enforce illegal gun grabs.

Rep. Leo Biasiucci touted the law as an invitation for firearms companies to move to Arizona, citing respect for gun laws and a pro-small and medium business economic atmosphere.

Across the country, a thriving dissatisfaction with the U.S. government is prompting a growing spate of bills in state legislatures aimed at defying federal control over firearms – more than 200 during the last decade, a News21 investigation found.[1]

Particularly in Western and Southern states, where individual liberty intersects with increasing skepticism among gun owners, firearms are a political vehicle in efforts to ensure states’ rights and void U.S. gun laws within their borders. State legislators are attempting to declare that only they have the right to interpret the Second Amendment, a movement that recalls the anti-federal spirit of the Civil War and civil-rights eras.

“I think the president and the majority of Congress, both in the House and Senate, are just completely out of touch with how people feel about Second Amendment rights,” said Missouri state Sen. Brian Nieves, who has fought for bills to weaken the federal government’s authority over firearms in his state.
