Ashlee looked a little shy as she posed for photos with Vincent. Also in attendance was his ‘Boardwalk’ costar Michael Pitt. Are you watching the show? It seems to be doing good, but I haven’t seen it yet!

While chatting it up about life and rocking an absolutely adorbs ensemble at the Rock & Republic for Kohl’s Show at New York Fashion Week, Ashlee Simpson squealed her excitement about becoming an auntie. “I can’t wait for that!” she exclaimed. Ash admits to being a great sister to mom-to-be Jessica Simpson all throughout her pregnancy.

Even though Jessica may be older, lil sis Ashlee definitely has one up on her when it comes to motherhood. She gave birth to her son Bronx Mowgli back in 2008. We know she’s been offering Jess the love and support she needs, including lots of low key hang out seshes as the due date grows ever closer. Ashlee Simpson is so excited to finally swap mommy stories with her big sis Jessica Simpson, 31. “I can’t wait [to be an aunt],” Ashlee told HollyBaby.com EXCLUSIVELY at the Kohl’s Rock & Republic event on Feb. 10. “I’m definitely excited. She’s amazing. She will be such a good mommy.”

So what parenting advice does the 27-year-old have for her sister? “Jessica is my best friend, and it is just not about giving her advice — just watching her be happy is really exciting,” Ashlee says. Ashlee also revealed that her son Bronx, 3, is really happy to have a new little cousin. “He can’t wait,” Ashlee says. “He is already packing up his old toys for the baby.”

Ashlee Simpson stepped out for Kohl’s Rock & Republic runway show in New York City on Friday and Access Hollywood caught up with the actress/singer to get an update on sister Jessica Simpson’s pregnancy progress. “She’s amazing. She’s doing really great,” the 27–year-old blonde told Access at the show, of her very pregnant sis. “She’s feeling good, looking great — she’s going to be a good mommy!”

While Ashlee is excited to be an aunt, her 3–year-old son, Bronx (with ex-husband Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz), is even more thrilled that he’ll soon have a cousin to play with. “He is so excited!” the proud mom told Access, when asked if Bronx is ready for his cousin to arrive. “He’s already got all of his little toys ready for the baby.

“He’s like, ‘I want the baby to have this!’” she added. “It’s really cute. Bronx is excited.”As for when Jessica’s bundle of joy will arrive, the mom-to-be has remained tightlipped regarding the exact due date of the baby (with fiance Eric Johnson), but revealed she is due sometime this spring.

Although they enjoyed Sunday's feast at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Vincent Piazza is just as satisfied by quesadillas at home with Ashlee Simpson. "We've been cooking a lot. We have dinner nights and we hang out," the Boardwalk Empire star, 35, tells PEOPLE.

"Just by birthright, I love pastas, so I cook a lot of that – lasagnas and meatballs. But she's into this whole Tex-Mex thing, which I've been catching on to. Guacamole and sour cream, quesadillas and tacos – we're experimenting."

A winner at the awards, with his hit HBO show taking home the Actor for ensemble in a drama series, Piazza was thrilled to have his girlfriend of seven months by his side. "It's a great feeling. You want to share special things with special people," he explains. "I'm more than happy [with Ashlee]. She's a wonderful girl."

"I'm just happy to be here with my man," Simpson, 27, demurred before chatting about her expectant sister, due this spring. "She's amazing. She's doing great," the actress and singer – who recently launched a tween fashion line with Jessica – tells PEOPLE. "She's having fun being pregnant and enjoying it."

We already knew that Ashlee Simpson was a cool mom based on the fact that she always seems so happy when she's seen hanging out with her little one, Bronx Mowgli. But when you dress your toddler in A Tribe Called Quest T-shirt and cutoff shorts, you should win a parenting award. Or several parenting awards.

Ashlee took Bronx out for a walk at the Tree People park in L.A. yesterday, and it looks like she's already teaching her son the importance of dressing to impress. Bronx's A Tribe Called Quest T-shirt is definitely a statement. It says to the little toddler girls he might be cruisin', "Yo, lemme teach you about the legendary '90s hip-hop group who revolutionized the entire genre, focusing on abstract philosophy and message tracks instead of the hard-core gansta rap style that was popular at the time. After that, I'll let you decide -- can I kick it?" Use that line for the rest of your life, Bronx. Gets 'em every time!

Ashlee Simpson and her boyfriend Vincent Piazza took Bronx for a walk at the Tree People park in Los Angeles, Calif. on Wednesday (January 18). Bronx, 3, wore A Tribe Called Quest t-shirt and cut off jean shorts. Soon the curly-haired cutie will have a cousin to play with! His aunt Jessica Simpson is due in the Spring.

As for Ashlee, it looks like her love life is going strong. The couple have been dating since last June and made their public appearance together at the season premiere of his HBO show Boardwalk Empire. Piazza has been coy on talking about his relationship with Ashlee. He has said, "Saying [how I feel] publicly would only diminish it between the two of us...She's a wonderful girl."

Intel's Ashlee Simpson moment at CES

Remember back in 2004 when Ashlee Simpson appeared on Saturday Night Live and a prerecorded vocal track started playing before the "singer" put the microphone to her mouth? Hilarity ensued! Intel's Mooley Eden, who runs the chipmaker's PC unit, experienced a similar embarrassing moment on the stage this week at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas (video below).

The executive was demonstrating to attendees the awesomeness of Intel's new ultra-thin computers, which are supposed to be superior to all those other lame laptops in terms of gaming graphics and response times. To prove this, Eden loaded "F1 2011," a racing game based on last year's Formula One season.

The live demo was going swimmingly, until it stalled. And then attendees, much like the SNL audience watching Simpson, realized it was all a fake, thanks to the plainly visible playback bar briefly appearing at the bottom of the computer screen, a dead giveaway that the "live demo" was not live at all -- even though Eden was going through the motions of pretending he was driving his race car on stage using a steering wheel -- but a previously recorded game being played back to trick viewers into thinking they were watching the real thing as it happened.

When Simpson got caught out, she shamelessly tried to blame the fakery on her band -- "I'm so sorry, my band started playing the wrong song" -- which, for the record, actually kept playing live because they're real musicians.

Eden attempted some similar blame-shifting, asserting that the game was being played live by someone offstage. Which really doesn't go a long way toward explaining the playback bar. Later the company said the recorded game was supposed to be a back-up to the live demo. But why would the "back-up" appear on the CES screen instead of the live game? And why didn't Eden catch it right away and start up the actual game?

Intel's Ivy Bridge ultranotebook may indeed be capable of playing graphics-intensive games, but you wouldn't be able to tell from the fake CES demo, which was the equivalent of lip-synching. It's always best if tech companies play it straight with people, especially in a crowded room at a major show. Intel should just 'fess up and admit the obvious: This live-performance snafu was the fault of Ashlee Simpson's band.

Although Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson are divorced, the drama is reportedly not over. A divorce is hard in any situation, but when children are involved, it becomes even harder and the two have a 3-year-old son, Bronx.

Both of the singers have gone their separate ways, but RadarOnline reports that Ashlee is not happy with Wentz's new girlfriend. No, she isn't jealous that the rocker has moved on with model Meagan Camper, rather upset with how well Bronx has taken to her. According to the source, Bronx refers to Meagan as 'me-ma' which suspiciously sounds like toddler talk for 'mom'. At least, Ashlee thinks so and doesn't want Bronx around her as much, in case things would happen to go south and the two would split.

Of course, any mother would be concerned about the number of people coming in and out of their child's life, but Simpson herself is also guilty of exposing her child to a significant other. Simpson is dating (and reportedly living with) Vincent Piazza.

While it is hard to hear your child refer to someone else as 'mom' or 'dad', it seems that both Simpson and Wentz have the best interest of Bronx in mind as they haven't been jumping in and out of relationships. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were officially divorced shortly before Thanksgiving, although the public didn't find out until early December.
