CASTING CALL

“Airplanes” a 10-12 min. short film

Producer and Director: Daniela Ricci-Tam

A shy girl meets and spends a day and night with a stranger who challenges her to break free of her inhibitions.
If interested, please submit headshots & resumes (if available) to daniela@sffoghorn.info.

Auditions will take place March 5 and 6 on the Univ. of San Francisco campus (exact location TBD). Please prepare a dramatic monologue and be ready for a cold read.

Callbacks will held March 7.

Shoot dates: shooting will be in San Francisco mid-March, exact dates TBD by cast and crew’s schedules.

Looking for:

1 Female
Alexandra – lead character
17-22. Petite, innocent. Shy and self-conscious. College student with a serious nature and defined goals, but who feels unsettled, lonely, somehow lacking something.

1 Male
Ryan – lead character
17-22. College student visiting SF. An open face that cannot hide emotion even if he tried. Outgoing, childlike and hyper. Sometimes viewed as weird/dorky/nerdy, but confident enough that he doesn’t notice or care.
