Porn actress Katie Summers, real name Katherine Howard, is suing Buttman, aka John Stagliano, for failing to disclose that he was HIV positive for a movie she was paid to appear in in 2009. Katie alleges Buttman has known he was HIV positive since 1997 but never told her before they shot Buttman’s Stretch Class #4. Critics called that one a classic. It’s a film that really tied all the others together.

Anyway, now she’s seeking unspecified damages for negligence, intentional inflection of emotional distress and sexual battery. She’s suing Buttman and his production company Evil Angel Productions. She also wants Evil Angel to be forbidden from producing movies with Stagliano until it tells everyone he’s HIV positive.

Sure, this isn’t about Kim Kardashian’s new baby or anything but suing a guy named Buttman? That’s gold. I mean, I don’t even know if that picture up top is even Katie Summers.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s kid, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, makes a cameo in the new World War Z. But unlike Jaden Smith who keeps coming back to do worse and worse movies with Will because he refuses to accept that Jaden is a terrible actor, Maddox’s career ends in about 10 minutes as he gets shot in the head a bunch of times.

“He gets shot in the head . . . multiple times. But he gets double tapped,” Pitt said of Maddox. Angelina Jolie’s fiance joked, “I don’t know what that says about me as a parent.” Pitt said his sons Maddox, 11, and Pax, 9, “have already seen it and they love it.” (Indeed, alongside their mom, 38, the siblings attended the World War Z in London June 2.)

I suspect putting their kid in a movie just so they can shoot them in the head is the dream of any parent at least once in their life. I mean, of course they don’t want to really kill their kid, but just seeing the dark, twisted fantasy of their child getting double tapped and hearing glorious silence is all some parents need.

I have some distressing news for you guys. There’s a new Lifetime original series called Devious Maids premiering. It’s about 4 Latina maids who work for rich people in Beverly Hills. It kind of looks like Desperate Housewives but in maid form. That is to say, altogether terrible. On the bright side, there are a lot of girls in the show and they all showed up for the premiere party in the Palisades last night. Eva Longoria also showed up even though she’s not in the show but I don’t think she had anything else to do anyway.

Not that that’s a bad thing. If I was between jobs as a celebrity, I’d drive around the greater LA area the entire day looking for red carpets to walk on.

I just realized that title may mean something else to a few people. It’s not that, you perverts. The gash I’m talking about is the one that Evelyn Lozada suffered at the hands (head?) of Chad Johnson during a domestic dispute last August.

According to reports, during the argument, Chad headbutted Evelyn causing a 3-inch gash. The photos (more on TMZ) were taken by Davie Police in a Florida emergency room where Lozada was treated.

Johnson was arrested for domestic violence and Evelyn filed for divorce 3 days later.

This is the same charge Chad plead “no contest” to and was sentenced to 12 months probation and domestic violence classes for. It’s also the same charge where, during a sentencing hearing, Johnson pissed off the judge after patting his lawyer on the ass. He was ordered back to jail for that and has since been released.

On one hand, the judge in that hearing was being a bitch for an action that was done with no malice but on the other hand, Chad Johnson is a jackass.

She also kissed that weird one-eyed monster from the movie. I think his name is Sullivan. Anyway, if Sullivan was wearing pants, they’d have been so tight right about then.

If you go to KanyeWest.com and wait a few seconds, you’ll be treated to a short film promo for Yeezus starring Scott Disick and Jonathan Cheben directed by Kanye West himself. The video is a send-up of the famous scene from American Psycho that everyone loves to parody or “pay homage” to.

Anyway, Scott Disick plays Patrick Bateman in the scene (fitting considering everyone says he looks a little like him without the beard) and he is god awful at it. Watching Disick act makes you appreciate even terrible actors like Lindsay Lohan. Not much, but a little. He emphasizes random words and stilts his speech so much that he sounds half retarded.

Hopefully this will be his acting reel and producers everywhere will watch it and never ever say to themselves, “Hey, maybe we should put this second string Kardashian in a movie.”

Courtney Stodden, 18 going on 35, has finally gotten breast implants. It was only a matter of time before the pressures of Hollywood convinced her to stuff bags of silicone into her chest. Stodden had a consult with Dr. Staurt Linder last week and got surgery over the weekend. She even brought along a photographer to take pictures every step of the way.

In an accompanying video, Courtney says she’s already a size C but with the help of bras she’s created the illusion she’s a size DD in pictures. But now she doesn’t want to fake it anymore and wants double D’s for real. Or as real as she can get. This is perfectly sound logic! There’s no body dysmorphia going on here, haha.

Everyone has been praising Angelina Jolie for getting that double mastectomy after finding out she had the gene mutation that raised her risk of breast cancer. Everyone except for Melissa Etheridge, that is.

Etheridge is also a breast cancer survivor but went a different route. Instead of the double mastectomy, she underwent chemo and has been cancer free for 9 years. She tells the Washington Blade via Us that Angelina wasn’t courageous in undergoing the procedure, she was fearful. She also knows exactly what causes cancer. Because she’s a scientist now.

“I have to say I feel a little differently,” the Grammy-winning chanteuse (who, incidentally, performed at Brad Pitt’s wedding to Jennifer Aniston) said of the choice to get a preventive mastectomy. “I have that gene mutation too, and it’s not something I would believe in for myself. I wouldn’t call it the brave choice. I actually think it’s the most fearful choice you can make when confronting anything with cancer.”

“My belief is that cancer comes from inside you, and so much of it has to do with the environment of your body. It’s the stress that will turn that gene on or not. Plenty of people have the gene mutation and everything, but it never comes to cancer,” she continued, noting that surgical removal of one’s breasts is “way down the line on the spectrum of what you can do” to lessen your risk of the disease.

“I’ve been cancer free for nine years now, and looking back, I completely understand why I got cancer,” she added. “There was so much acidity in everything. I really encourage people to go a lot longer and further before coming to that conclusion [of a mastectomy].”
