			My camera recently went through a near-death experience. I was kayaking in the Russian River and the kayak turned upside down while I was clicking. Thankfully, I had the presence of mind to immediately remove the battery and let it dry out for a few hours before giving it in for a sensor clean-up. The camera survived, and so this blog goes on.
