the collector of beautiful things

2016-03-27T10:04:00.000-07:00

Aprendendo a dosar, vou melhorar, prometo! Me respeitando, decidi não ceder à frustração, me dei o tempo...o tempo das coisas...

Nunca desista... Nunca renuncie as pessoas que lhes ama. Nunca renuncie a felicidade, pois a vida é um incrível espetáculo." (Augusto Cury)

It's been a while, over an year... Is it an year a lot of time? Or is it just a "drop" in a lifetime? Time drops... These are the sort of things that give me hope and help me to keep looking for the bright side... It's been a while... But, see you soon ;) LOL

Just some words...

2013-12-23T19:24:00.001-08:00

On a quiet night, NYC, concrete jungle where dreams are made of...It's cold and rainy outside, those "pre" Christmas Eve feelings are hitting, let's say "passionately"...

While "Pinteresting", sapping through my quotes & poems folder I stumbled upon this...

For tomorrow, I wish you all a day full of real and strong love, real bonding with your loved ones, being them close or far away...

Emotional

Sometimes it's just what you need...And that just is all...

Once upon this time

Last time I took "her" for a ride was during Easter, in Bahia.

Last weekend "she" was officially introduce to her new home - São Paulo.

The neighborhood: Liberdade ("Freedom" in english).

Home for the japanese community in the city.

It was a great day, with words such as:

beautiful, sweet, freak, sadness, history, overwhelming, diversity, pure, strong, mixed, color...and definitely, yes, freedom!

In love...

The kiss....

Yes...that's sad...so sad...

??????

Wine and Holidays, those were the words I spotted.

There is something in common

A break for "caldo de cana" (sugar cane juice), love it! So Brazil!

Where are we going this weekend "frienda"?!

Where beauty begins

The return...

2013-06-11T10:41:00.000-07:00

So consigo ser igual a mim."

Writing a new chapter...

2013-02-05T04:21:00.000-08:00

Or maybe a new story...
This is the first post of the year... and it carries big news...important changes to happen in my life.
In order to celebrate it in grand style, I'd like to share one of mny "I wish I had one" pieces...

The new Montblanc icy white writing pen collection. An iconic interpretation of the traditional MontBlanc.

So want it!!!

H! Loved it!

Christmas calling...

2012-12-09T15:26:00.000-08:00

I'm really not into Christmas mode yet, even though it is one of my preferred seasons of the year...Don't know why, maybe it's because there are so many things going on at the moment that I have selectively chosen to use my energy to try sorting them out...as if all of them could be sorted... tah dah...

But then, leaving from a restaurant (Spuntino, cool relaxed place, recommend by the way!) after eating truffle toast with eggs (adult food!) and mac n'cheese (kids food! love it!) in Soho, we were heading back home, going to take the tube and there it was, Picadilly, all beautifully decorated.

There is no way we wouldn't get into the mood...and if there were snow, we'd be fighting as kids, shooting snow balls into each other...

Thanks Ceci and Pe for the lovely night...

And all I want for Christmas is youuuuu....

Out loud!!! HAHAHAHAHA

2012-12-07T14:00:00.001-08:00

Very loud!!!

WEEKEND CALLING...

(ADDICTED, 100% ADDICTED!!!)

O arquiteto

2012-12-06T11:37:00.000-08:00

O que me atrai e a curva livre e sensual.
Oscar Niemeyer

10 lessons...for an inspired Friday!

“You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else.”

IN FACT!

Very appropriate...

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition."

Steve Jobs
