Gore was accused of making “unwanted sexual contact” with a massage therapist named Molly Hagerty in 2006.

But according the ABCNews.com, the Portland district attorney determined that Gore did not commit acts of sexual harassment which are “appropriate for criminal prosecution.”

Hagerty was being question by Senior Deputy District Attorney Don Rees for selling her abuse story to the National Enquirer and for failing the polygraph test.

“This case is not appropriate for criminal prosecution. The matter is closed and the investigative materials will be returned to PPB [the Portland Police Bureau],” says Rees.

Kalee Kreider, Gore’s spokeswoman, issued a statement: “Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He respects and appreciates the thorough and professional work of the Portland authorities and is pleased that this matter has now been resolved.”

The daughter of former president Bill and Hilary Clinton has married longtime boyfriend, investment banker Marc Mezvinsky, Saturday in a lavish ceremony at the 13,000-square-foot Astor family palace in Rhinebeck, N.Y.

A statement from the Clinton family read, “Today, we watched with great pride and overwhelming emotion as Chelsea and Marc wed in a beautiful ceremony at Astor Courts, surrounded by family and their close friends.”

“We could not have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate the beginning of their life together, and we are so happy to welcome Marc into our family. On behalf of the newlyweds, we want to give special thanks to the people of Rhinebeck for welcoming us and to everyone for their well-wishes on this special day.”

Chelsea’s wedding was attended by 400 friends. The bride wore a dress designed by Vera Wang, who was also at the wedding.

Chelsea and Marc met a conference in 1993, and have been friends since. They became a couple in 2005.

During a news conference Saturday afternoon in Marshall, Mich., an official with the Canadian company which owns the pipeline that leaked oil into the Kalamazoo River confirmed the break’s discovery.

“It is highly unlikely there is any other break in the pipe,” said Enbridge Inc. executive vice president Steve Wuori. No oil was leaking from the exposed pipe, he added.

On Monday, the company shut down the pipeline and had been looking for the break since.

Approximately 820,000 gallons of oil leaked, said Enbridge. However, the Environmental Protection Agency puts the total at more than 1 million gallons.

On July 26, the pipeline leaked oil into Talmadge Creek that flows into the Kalamazoo, initially causing two homes to be evacuated, and prohibitions against fishing and swimming to be posted. On July 29, the Calhoun County Health Department asked 30 to 50 households to evacuate, and twice as many were advised not to drink their water.

But Assange responded to those claims by saying: “This material was available to every soldier and contractor in Afghanistan…It’s the US military that deserves the blame for not giving due diligence to its informers.”
