Kuros is a long-awaited hidden object game / mystery game and it’s really fantastic. It feels a bit like the Dream Chronicles series, with a light-hearted fantasy story and feel to it. The puzzles will make you think a bit, and the hidden object sections are challenging to find. The female lead, Katya, is a welcome change and the heroine does a great job keeping the story moving. She’s exploring the world but is having to put her memories back together (sounds a bit like dream chronicles, right?). Gain the help of allies to restore the world from the alien one she awoke to. Overall, Kuros is an excellent game and worth a try.

Amazing Heists: Dillinger is a hidden object game that adds new twists. As a criminal mastermind, you must unlock safes and rob banks. At first glance the 1930’s theme is really interesting but there are portions of the gameplay that may leave you wanting more. The hidden object portions are spot on but “safeguarding the bank” while before you do the vault portion can be a little slow. Finally, the vault itself is the same simple puzzle each time, without much variation. Amazing Heists: Dillinger had a lot going for it but some more testing and tweaks would make it a much more compelling experience.
