What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards and Cash.

Do you really need all my personal information?

We require some basic information in order to ensure proper billing and safety. A name and an address is necessary for our maids to come to your location. A phone number provides us a way to contact you if necessary. Your information is 100% confidential.

Is online payment safe and secure?

Online payment for booking our maid will be handled through a certified on-line billing firm/bank. All Transactions will be SSL Secured and discretely billed.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, all fees are included in our hourly rate.

Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment or do I have to provide them?

We require our customers to supply their own cleaning supplies, vacuum and laundry detergent.

Is this an escort service?

No! This is not an escort service. We are a cleaning business that provides cleaning services in theme-based costumes. Our maids will clean your house just like any other maid. We just add an entertainment factor to it with the themed costumes based on your request.

Can the maid wear a bikini or lingerie when cleaning?

No, our maids do not wear anything that’s revealing. They only wear the themed uniforms that are appropriate and approved by the company.

Does the maid come alone or with someone?

Our maid’s safety is our highest priority. In some cases (where required), our maid will come with an escort who will stay outside the client’s house while the maid is performing the cleaning tasks.

Will I get the same maid that I select online?

Yes, you will get the same maid in the same themed uniform that you select online. We will check the availability of that maid based on your schedule and let you know if we cannot schedule that maid for the service at you house. In that case, you will be provided with the availability of the other maids within your schedule so that you will have an option to pick an alternative maid.

Can I take pictures or videotape the maids while working?

No! Taking pictures of the maid or videotaping is strictly prohibited. We might make an exception if it’s a birthday party or a similar event. All photography or videotaping requests must be made to the management prior to scheduling of the service.

Do I have to tip the maids in addition to arranged payments?

Tips are greatly appreciated by the maids but not required by the client.

Do the maids actually clean or is it just an entertainment?

Yes, our maids actually perform housekeeping duties just like any other maid.

Will the maid do anything I ask?

The maid will clean and entertain. The maids reserve the right to refuse any request that may seem offensive, insulting, embarrassing, illegal, harmful, or a violation of ‘The Fantasy Maids, LLC’ policies. Our maids will be friendly, social, and do their best to clean the house and entertain you.

I’ve never ordered a house cleaning service before, what is the process?

After you book a maid online, our representative will call you to confirm the details. Our Fantasy Maid will arrive at your house on the scheduled date and time and perform the cleaning of the house and the services that you had requested.

Our maids perform light cleaning services around the house and at the parties. Our services include but are not limited to:

HOUSE CLEANING

Kitchen: Mop the floor. Cleaning of kitchen cabinets, counter tops, drawers, sink, refrigerator exterior, stovetop and microwave. Also wash, dry, and put away your dishes.
Bathrooms: Cleaning of sink, mirror, faucets, and bathroom floors.
Living room: Dusting all surfaces and vacuuming the carpet (Vacuum should be provided by the client).
Bedrooms: Making beds and changing linens.
Laundry: Washing, drying and folding laundry.

PARTIES

Setting up tables for your party.
Setting food out.
Serving food and drinks to your -guests.
Putting food away and cleaning up after the party.
