Registered Nutritional Therapist
In professional practice since 1999, Martina works with children, teenagers and adults to provide them with expert nutritionist advice and recommendations to support their optimal digestive, immune, hormonal and mental health. Martina’s goal is to improve your potential no matter from where you are starting out, as we cannot perform well if we don’t feel well or eat well.
In addition to private practice, she is an author and an independent Consultant Nutritionist and was a visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster (London). She regularly runs nutrition workshops for families, teachers, and health and social care professionals. Martina’s key interest is how to balance our gut ecology with food and nutrition to improve physical and mental health.
A member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT), Martina is registered with the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC), and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Martina completed the MSc Nutritional Medicine at Surrey University with distinction, and training by The Institute of Functional Medicine (London).
