Hi everyone! I have really missed writing. Sometime back I announced that I will be changing the format of The Homeless Herald and at last I have thought of the new format. Although I haven't selected exactly which topics I will be hitting upon, I do have the basic idea.

Okay so like I haven't done a blog post in a while because I am about to change the format of what I write about. So part of my new format is going to be about customer service because I deal with so many that don’t know what customer service is about....... So tonight I ordered pizza, you know from one of those big chains the one that doesn't like Puffery. But yet the employees like to argue. I am not saying all of them, I just happen to run into the one that does like to argue with a customer.

Here we are again getting pounded by snow. Thick, heavy, wet, SNOW. If I was younger I would of been out there in a snow ball fight, maybe even building an igloo. When I was a kid growing up on 47th Street in Pennsauken, New Jersey, we got snow like this all the time. Always a foot here and a foot there.
