Some photos from last month. I've been trying to keep

my camera on me at all times to get more photos. Which usually makes

me that person among my friends and family. They'll thank me some day when

they see a random photo of a plant they had back in 2013.

house stalking: a booktastic São Paulo loft

Moving in to a new space always brings out my inner voyeur. I love getting

a peek into a well lived-in home to get inspired. Yes, I JUST shared some

bookshelf stimuli but this loft in São Paulo is too good to not share with you.

So I'm relocating to Brazil to move in to this adorable loft as soon as possible.

gone country

So I moved to the country. Brace yourselves for copious amounts of orchard shots.

I moved in next door to my wonderful friend Caitlin, aka Cupcait, and

last weekend we took a stroll through the "neighborhood." Lots of barns,

orchards, donkeys/burros/mules/whatever they're called, and farmers who wave

when they drive by. Not too shabby. Even if a rooster wakes me up way too early

in the morning. At least bring me coffee if you're going to do that, rooster!

And because I'm really good at acting normal when someone takes my photo...

incredible. Moody and sexy with the perfect amount of contrast.

Although I may be partial because I want every single item from

the SL collection. Mick Jagger type silhouettes with a heavy dose

of leather and sparkly embellishments - yes please!

Have you listened to David Bowie's new single yet?

The video is pretty weird, which translates to Bowie perfection

considering my favorite alien and his penchant for the peculiar.

The song is beautiful, a little haunting and ascends into

a melody with decidedly more energy by the end.

Hello friends! After another unexpected blog vacation, I'm

back with yet another surge of motivated energy.

My goals this year:

more photos, more travel, and more hard work.

Time to focus (pun intended.) Time to get real.
