Hey everyone,  everybody knows Ejunkie is a pretty low cost, digital product delivery platform for your goods…well, while looking for some Kunaki & Ejunkie integrations this morning…I stumbled across some ABSOLUTELY AWESOME info…if you ever plan on offering CD’s/DVD’s…check this out:

Ejunkie is now integrating with a company called Trepstar.  Trepstar’s pricing, though slightly more than Kunaki…hands down offers some HUGE benefits:

1) you can actually EASILY integrate multiple discs into one package.  You need either disc buddy, or 1SC, or nancast to do this easily with Kunaki.

2) it actually integrates with ejunkie now!! Here is a post from october, 2011.

This is so sweet, on so many levels I can’t even begin to describe.

3) And here is one of the Icings on the cake…you can include paperwork into your mailing packages !!! Have an event coming up?  Want to include an “Other Items that may be of Interest?” flyer?  No problem.

As I started my run this morning…this blog post sprouted into my head…then it started growing like a bad weed.

At least for me, when I start my legs cranking on my jog, they are a little rickety, joints are getting warmed up, and muscles grudgingly start to loosen up.  There are 3 scenarios that come into mind.

You Can Run Alone

This is always the hardest…it makes that first 1/4 mile really tough.  This is similar to starting any business endeavor on your own…alone…it can be painful and boring.

You Can Grab a Partner

This is a step in the right direction.  As soon as you start jogging, and talking with your running partner…it helps the time pass more quickly.  It’s a more enjoyable feeling.  Same with your business…now…I’m certainly not saying to go and bring on a business partner, unless you really want to, but that’s an entire course all on it’s own.  I’m saying…surround yourselves with like minded people who are after each others common good.

You Can Find a Coach or Trainer or Role Model

This is ultimately what will help you cut years off the curve and help push you to new extremes.  Sure, you may hit that 7 minute mile by yourself, but it’s a lot simpler when somebody has already done it before and can show you how.  They make you better, FASTER.

So, you DO realize that “it’s not what you know…it’s _____ you know”.

Pretty stinking true words no matter what circumstance you are in, or what you are trying to accomplish…even if it’s trying to cajole somebody else into joining the church choir.  You could be the best vocalist in the world, but if you stink at relationships, you might not be able to get others on stage with you.  “She’s so rude”. 

Here are 3 Mind Games to help you out in developing relationships.

1) Ring Around the Rosie – Don’t always think about THE person you want to connect with.  Think of who is in their inner circle, and try to strike up conversations with them instead.  Sure, you might be able to get “in” with that person right away, but…if they see you conversing with their friends, or see their friends replying back to you on social media…you’re half way there.  Besides, if you wait for “the rosies”….it may be too late.  (Ok, you might have the check out the unoffical plague interpretation to get my humor…scroll down…you’ll see it)

2) Red Rover, Red Rover...Let Brandon Come Over – I always hated that game….now I know why.  If you are going to sit there, waiting to be invited in, for doors of opportunity to open up, while you are sitting there stairing at closed doors…it’s probably not going to happen.  I say…forget about Red Rover….get up and go.  Don’t Wait for the Invitation….Make-It-Happen.

3) Spin the Bottle  – Ok, this will be a good one.  Perhaps you spun the bottle…as it’s spinning….you know it’s going to land on somebody you don’t really want to pucker up and plant.  And BAM…sure enough…it happens.  You are kissing Wynona. (Sorry if I just offended anyone).  However, you decide to stay in the game long enough until you get your real opportunity to smooch the one you’ve been waiting for.  And just as it’s nearing your turn to spin the bottle, Annie, your dream babe decides she’s going to head home.  However, because Wynona is her best friend, she convinces her to stay one more round so that they can go home together.

Your turn arrives….the bottle spins…and BAM…sweet victory.  Annie is there waiting for that smooch.

Just like in Spin the Bottle…never underestimate what folks who you may not be directly wanting to network with can bring to the table.  You may be surprised the relationships and networks that people have.  Sometimes…you just have to Give, Before You can Get.

Cutting to the chase, when funds get low, the ONLY thing that can pull you through is passion.   Pure, unbridled, “wanting to change the world”…PASSION.

Passion and prayer have been the only things keeping me going.  It’s certainly not been the income stream (hah! or the lack thereof), though I’ve had fleeting glimmers of “this might work” and “sweetness”.

Maybe you have this dream of leaving your job, or being a world reknowned speaker, or simply wanting to share your message with the world, but you haven’t been able to figure out any way to monetize it.  That’s sometimes important.  I want to share a few suggestions.  These are what help me…and actually, these are what I’d like to see this site evolve more toward.

1) Nearly out of gas myself last week (not a lot seems to have been going right for me lately), I flipped over to one of my “can always count on for motivation sites”….David Siteman Garlands The Rise to the Top.  Many of you have probably already heard of it, but if you haven’t, you should probably check it out.  Just pick a post…any post.  You’ll leave with some 99 Octane in your tank.

2) Next, while I was recharging on David’s site, he interviewed a young guy who was absolutely awesome. Sidenote:  Sometimes it blows me away how guys like this can fly under my radar – but that tells me I’m not getting out there and giving enough on other people’s sites.  He’s been running his site for 2 years, and just now popped up.  Justin Lukasavige at CoachRadio.tv.  I mean, with a last name that contains “savige”, you HAVE to rock the world hard.

3) I also saw on David’s site an inspirational guy who is traveling the world over with his kid strapped to his back, with wife and RV in tow.  Man vs Debt.  Very Inspirational guy named Adam Baker who sold just about everything he owned, slept on, and ate, and packed it into an RV and hit the road.

Bottom Line, I know I want to inspire people like this…and I want people to come to my site to grab some octane also.  So, I’m going to be out pounding the pavement looking for inspiring InfoPreneurs to interview and bring you their stories.

I was on Justin’s site yesterday…showing my wife some of the ideas I’d like to pull into here, and she said to me “Why is YOUR picture on Justin’s site?”  I told her that was a great question.  Turns out, Justin was demoing how he builds better report with his viewers by sending a PERSONAL EMAIL to me.  Turns out, he has a gmail plugin that pulls in my vital data, sees some things about me, and in 20 seconds understands some things I’m about…great video.

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to watch something really unique happen.  Jason Fladlien and Wilson Mattos conducted an “Auction Webinar“.

What’s that you ask?   I’m glad you asked. 

Basically the duo had about 10 people they know provide products to be auctioned off sequentially at reduced prices.  From what I understand, they purchased licenses to the products, have the products hosted on their own server, and sold them at a reduced price.  They set a timer for 10 minutes, and had a count down going.

Overall, I absolutely thought the concept rocked.  I mean, Jason and Wil are both experts in their own regards to webinars, and combining that with the whole “auction” scarcity and limited duration feature, could make for a kick-butt method.

So, what were my thoughts about it?  REALLLLY?  Here is what I Liked:

1) I liked that they used a marketing format that had “scarcity” built into it.  I don’t want you to think “hype” here, but when something is limited in price, quantity, etc…it makes it more valuable.

2) I liked that they also started their webinar right on time and got on with the show, explained the rules, and we were off to the races.

3) I liked that they had a variety of different products and price points?

Ok, that’s nice you say, but ” Where could there be improvements?“

1) It would have been awesome if the suppliers of the products he was auctioning could have provided a decent amount of past testimonials from previous purchasers.

2) Now, there was a time or two, that Jason didn’t know what products were coming up next, and he didn’t really know what the products were, but he did know the publishers of them very well.  Or, maybe I am completely wrong with that…it was just either what I heard or felt that he hadn’t seen that product before.

3)  For me, depending upon which niche it may be in…perhaps not licensing the product, but allowing the producer to ship/distribute may work better for me….especially if you are dealing in physical courses, and just taking home some type of an affiliate cut might work out better.

Anyway…couple places I see where improvements could be made, but for the most part, the idea rocked, the server held up (granted, I only stayed through about 4 products….wasn’t seeing a lot “move me”), and the entire “auction” atmosphere kind of kept you on the edge of your seat.

All in all, I thought it was  a great test drive to a pretty unique concept.

What are your thoughts.  What opportunities do you see, where something like this could rock?  Perhaps you want to start a “YourCityAuction”.com, etc…or penetrate some other niches and link up with some big hitters for maybe the weight loss industry, etc.

Ok, I was even pleasantly surprised to find myself sitting on page 1 of Google for the term “information marketing”….without quotes.  Actually…spot #5!  The absolutely amazing thing…it has 1.6 BILLION…yeah…Billion not Million pages indexed.  I almost fell off my rocker.  I’ve been hitting it hard lately with some hard-core SEO…I guess it’s working.

Anyway…just one of those crazy things I’m checking on at nearly midnight here near Pittsburgh.
