We can't exactly remember, considering the distraction of Lopez's cleavage, as demonstrated both by her Academy Awards dress (left) and the gown she donned at the Vanity Fair post-party.

Now, Mariel Haenn - the stylist for this American Idol judge - has come out and tried to silence talk that his client exposed her nipples to an audience of millions. "The Oscar dress was custom made for JLo...The dress fit perfectly to her every inch," Haenn Tweeted. "There were cups built in and in NO chance that there were any, how do you say? Jennifer Lopez showed her sexy compassion once again on Thursday night’s episode of American Idol. Despite showing a tougher, no-none sense JLO in season 11 of the show, Lopez caved into her sentimental side as she broke the news to “gentle giant” Jermaine Jones and David “Mr. Steal-Your-Girl” Leathers that they did not make the top 24.

As expected the two passionate contestants were crushed, shedding tears prompting Lopez and the rest of the judges to get somber and teary eyed themselves.

During Jones’ first audition, Lopez felt the Lord’s spirit as the 6 foot 8 ½ inches Jones stood out right away, not only for his height, but for what Steven Tyler called his “spiritual voice.”“It’s a natural gift that you have in the way that you sing that you don’t hear everyday,” said Lopez satisfied with Jones’ audition. Unfortunately, Jones had a breakdown minutes before being told he would not make a part of the top 24.

“It’s mind bottling,” Jones said crying. “I've seen so many people go home. I don't want to be a disappointment to my family… my momma.”"You had some real shining moments,” Lopez told Jones. “It was a joy to watch you.”“We’re going to miss you,” she continued. “You did such a good job and you got so far," she added before wiping off the tears from her eyes.

The “I’m Into You” star had a similar reaction when rejecting Leathers from the top 24. With stress all over her face, holding her forehead Lopez said “I’m glad that s*** is over."Leathers Jr., a.k.a. “Mr. Steal your girl” as he is called, blew the judges minds away during his first audition with his unique tone, which Jackson said reminded him of “a young Michael [Jackson.]"

The guilt might have been too much to bare for Lopez. Not long after sending Jones and Leathers packing, American Idol host Ryan Seacrest announced that another male contestant would be brought back. The underdog will be revealed on Tuesday, the first live shows round.

"Hold my clothes," Tyler told music producer Randy Jackson as JLO screamed. “I heard this scream from Jennifer Lopez,” Seacrest told Jay Leno in an interview. “I looked up and she was standing over the Le Rêve pool… screaming, looking down at a naked body in the water!"

OnTheRedCarpet.com reports that the naked body was none other than Tyler imitating the underwater dancers who perform the in the hotel’s "Le Rêve - The Dream" show.

"Hey, I'm from Boston!" Tyler said. "I just thought, I've watched the show all week and I'm a water guy and... I just wanted a good excuse to take my clothes off in front of JLO.”Tyler added that he “wanted her to see what she was missing."

The usual rule in Hollywood is that if something works once, it's probably worth doing it again, and again, and again, and then maybe once more just to make sure the concept hasn't run out of legs.

But even though "The Voice" mentors Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera smashed digital sales records with their collaboration "Moves Like Jagger," don't expect "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez to follow in their fancy footsteps.

"None of us are kind of followers in that way," Lopez told MTV News when asked if she and Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler might consider putting their very different pipes together to see if they could capture their own lightning in a bottle. "We kind of do what feels right, and anybody that's been in the business a long time knows that you don't chase."

You could see why they might consider it, though. Since joining the revamped "Idol" panel last year, Lopez and Tyler have helped set a standard for how career artists can reboot their fortunes by making a move to prime time. Aerosmith's back catalog sales blew up, while Lopez scored her biggest hit in years with the "Idol"-promoted single "On the Floor."

Despite that visibility, the singer said she's not into leading from behind. "You set the trail. You go out front, and anything that we do is something that feels good to us," she said, leaving the door open just a crack. "If that happened, it would happen. If a performance happened, it would happen. But it would have to feel real. ... Last year, we talked about performing together on the show for the finale, and we just couldn't agree on the same thing that felt good for all of us, so we just didn't do it."

Just a day into their trip to Brazil, J .Lo and Smart were surrounded by the frenzy of the Rio De Janeiro carnival.

After a day surrounded by loud music and dancing, the couple has got some time settle down time as they relaxed at their hotel before catching an evening flight back to the U.S. The pair watched the sunset over Rio’s coastline, dancer Casper planted a passionate kiss on Lopez, as she relaxed on a chair.

Jennifer is said to be on the edge of having a meltdown following a stressful year, which saw her split from her husband of seven years Marc Anthony and then jump straight into a whirlwind romance with 24-year-old dancer Casper. Ready to jet out of the South American locale, Jennifer Lopez had boyfriend Casper Smart by her side at Rio De Janeiro International airport. The "Papi" singer made a quick trip to Brazil this weekend with her dancer beau for the annual Carnival festival.

The previous day, J Lo tweeted, "Just landed in Rio!!! Hello everyone!! My first time here during carnival!!!! #ILoveBrazil". Lopez did a Carnival-themed commercial for the beer company, Brahma, who set up and paid for her visit. The commercial features the 42-year-old pop star effortlessly dancing the fast-paced Samba and has been airing in Brazil for the past few months.

Pop stars Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony`s English-language version of international competition series `Q`Viva: The Chosen` has been picked up by Fox. The move means Lopez will now be fronting more than 60 hours of programming on Fox this season, the Hollywood Reporter said.

The “docu-journey series,” which features Lopez, Anthony and concert director Jamie King scouring 20 countries in search of undiscovered Latin performers, will premiere on March 3 at 8pm, running in two-hour episodes for five weeks up to its April 7 finale. “It`s really our dream to see it come together. This is about creating a live visual experience about Latin culture, rhythm and dance,” Lopez said in a statement.

That is when she and ex-husband Marc Anthony’s new Latin singing and dancing competition “Q’Viva! The Chosen” debuts on TV. On the show, the “American Idol” judge, music star Anthony and director choreographer Jamie King will travel through 20 countries to find the most outstanding Latin singers, dancers and other performers.

The tour includes stops in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Coombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela and the United States. The show will also include the personal stories of the performers.

“Q’Viva is a passion project on so many levels,” said Lopez, who will be on the tour and will also view talent via tablet. “It’s really our dream to see it come together. This is about creating a live visual experience about Latin culture, rhythm and dance. I believe that people will be so enlightened, so enriched by this experience.”

Those chosen by the judges will perform on the show’s stage in the United States. “Q’Viva” was created and will be executive produced by Simon Fuller, creator and executive producer of “American Idol.”The reality competition will air 7-9 p.m. every Saturday with its grand finale scheduled for April 7 on Fox, channel 23, cable 5.
