Lyda wonder if she did have prior experiences of déjà vu. When she searched through Google, she learned that it meant having a familiar experience or something already seen. Would she consider it déjà vu that she could have already watched a particular movie before?

She remember she told one of her friends that it seemed she had seen Notting Hill top billed by Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts but maybe it was just only in her dream. Then comes to mind a Les Miserables song called she Dreamed a Dream. Well, what she is definitely sure of is that Notting Hill’s famous soundtrack is Ronan Keating’s popular song When You Say Nothing At All. It even had a female version which she enjoyed listening to and she find the song sentimental as it only brings back memories from the past. she even had an MTV feeling when she heard it being played in a bus. she was like singing along while the song is being played and at the same time feeling it. That time she had a schedule of entrance collegiate exam in a prestigious university which also became her alma mater.

What came to her realization just now is that she would always have nostalgic feeling with the places she had gone to. Beautiful memories she shared with good friends would immediately bring flashbacks in mind. Just like when her mom and she went to Cebu City almost three years ago, she began to remember the laughter and excitement her friends had during their stay in a hotel. Since they knew that their brothers were staying in another room, they girls would knock at their room door to check them out. Each room has its own phone line which they also used as a way to connect and chit chat with their friends by ringing their phones in their respective rooms. When her mom and she stayed in the same hotel they stayed before, this made her relive the funny fun moments which up to now still puts a smile on her.

Trip to Dorney Park

When Sam McManus was 10, he went to Dorney Park for a school trip. He was deathly afraid of roller coasters (well, not of them, per se, but of falling off of them in a fiery death), so he didn’t want to go near one. Several of the boys in his class thought this was funny, so they would tease him about it mercilessly, until Sam just sat down on the bench and cried. Then Sam remember watching them laughing as they stood in line for the biggest coaster in the place. That moment was cemented in his mind, them laughing while standing in line, then them riding the roller coaster with their hands high up in the air (the surrender pose). And every single time Sam went back to Dorney Park (many times) he couldn’t go anywhere near that roller coaster not because of the fear, but because of the sense that he was back in that same place with those same kids in line laughing at him, enjoying his misery.

Then Sam was 16, and there was this girl Sam could have sworn he asked out on a date. He mean, it happened in his mind every single time he saw her. She would be walking down the street with her friends. Sam would be walking alone, as usual. Then Sam would pass by her, she would drop her books (Sam know, Sam know), Sam would help her pick them up, and their eyes would meet. Sam know, he have seen too many movies, but this was too real, not like a movie. And then it happened. They passed by each other, her books magically fell, and Sam helped her pick them up. And it was so strange because it felt like it had already happened, even while it was happening. Sam was so shocked by it that Sam didn’t even speak to her when she thanked him, then gave him this odd look before continuing on with her friends.

And again, at 23, Sam woke up early one morning, dragged himself into the bathroom, got ready for work, and headed outside to get into his Ford Probe to make his way there. Halfway to his (admittedly small) car, Sam stopped mid-stride. Something was off, and Sam finally realized what it was. The moon was pretty high in the sky. Sam looked at his watch and saw that it was 1:30 in the morning. Sam had gone through his entire ritual just like it was 7:30, and instead it was six hours earlier. So, Sam went back to bed. And it happened again three nights later. Sam felt exactly the same, too, and it hit him in the exact same spot in the parking lot. 1:30 in the morning. And every so often Sam check his watch halfway to his car because he get that feeling again. Sometimes he didn't even wearing a watch, but he check it anyway. Deja vu.

My Elder Sister Will Be Opening The Door

Just the other day, as I was finalizing chores for my bedridden mother, stretching her bed sheets, it happened. Déjà vu! I was a hundred per cent sure my elder sister will be opening the door, at the same time admonishing Pepe (my Labrador), stationed by the door, to behave as she passes by him. And she will be carrying a bag of groceries for my mother. In a moment, I even believed that certain happenings repeat itself. But after about five minutes, and not seeing any gleeful reaction from Pepe, who usually stands on his hind feet when my siblings come to visit, I realize, Déjà vu played its trick on me again.

There are many instances through my entire life that déjà vu gets me. It’s fascinating, thought-provoking, and sometimes, disappointing. How does this phenomenon happen? Well, I’m sure one can easily google this one. But I already have a hunch that’s it’s all in the mind, or more precisely, the brain. It’s just so convincing, sometimes I even bet–without shelling out any money, of course–that certain things would happen; or should I say, recur. I thought it’s somewhat similar to dreaming, where upon waking up, one slowly realizes it’s but what it is, a dream.

Missed Some Deja Vu

Laurieanichols: Have you ever truly felt déjà vu, the sensation that you’ve already had the experience you’re currently having? I have to think for a moment…….. No, I don't think that I have or if I have, I've forgotten about it.

Deja vu holds a special place in many science fiction programs and mystery settings. I think that it is mostly associated in those situations with past lives or alternate universes, perfect fodder for a science fiction geek like myself. I would think that there ought to be some significance to a deja vu moment; "hark pay attention, you missed it the first time, we are showing it to you again, come on now, pay attention" Why else would you experience deja vu if not because you missed the boat the first time around?

Perhaps I missed some deja vu moments because I am really not an observant person; sometimes it takes a knock on the head for me to actually see something and so the whole deja vu thing might just be too subtle. I don't know. Do I feel like I as if I'm missing something having never experienced deja vu or if I did, forgetting about it? No.

Kids Gardening

Kid gardens must be kid-based. This means that kids help gene rate the ideas for what will be there, help with construction and planting, and are responsible for maintenance. Grown-up’s need to facilitate and show how, but not do everything. Focus on the process of involving them, and they will then take ownership.

Involve the kids in the site analysis process so they understand how important the light, soil, drainage and other environmental factors are to having a garden. Develop the garden so the features and plant choices are adapted to local conditions, so you are not “working against nature.”

Start the design process by determining what the children want to be doing and learning in the garden. Base the features on the practical functions they will serve, and don’t worry too much about aesthetics. Gardens that serve as hands-on learning laboratories for kids will be beautiful because they are well-used and well-loved spaces. Also remember that the children’s sense of what is pretty may not be yours; that’s ok because the garden is their space. Focus on functional garden design, not how it will look.

Be comfortable with dirt. All kids are washable, so as long as parents have been notified about the gardening activity in advance and haven’t sent them in fancy clothing, let them get dirty. If mud is a concern once the kids are going back inside the building, try plastic grocery sacks over their shoes, or set up and hand-washing and shoe-scraping station before they go back inside.

Bugs and crawly critters are cool. Children aren’t inherently afraid of things that crawl and creep. They learn that these things are bad or scary or icky from adults. When you pass on an aversion to something because of how it looks, that’s called
“prejudice.” Worms, caterpillars, grubs, in sects, spiders and all sorts of wondrous creatures are out in your garden as part of the ecosystem. Please see them as integral parts of the system, an d the kids will be amazed and curious, not afraid.

No chemicals. Given that you are gardening with children, this really should not need any explanation. Also in urban areas, it is advisable to have a basic soil assessment for lead and other urban contaminants to make sure your site is safe for children before the garden is developed. Grow some things to eat. Children are much more willing to try and consume fresh fruits and vegetables that they have
grown. In fact, they likely will try things they never have eaten before because they have tended the plants through harvest. Since 60% of kids today don’t eat enough fruits and veggies, learn more through the There’s a Rainbow on My Plate from the USDA and other kids nutrition resources. Have a harvest celebration and encourage the kids to share their bounty with others, whether informally or through national programs like “Plant a Row.”

Reinforce the lessons from the garden while indoors. Prepare the kids for their gardening experience by asking questions like, “What will we see today?” or “How much do you think things have grown since last week?” Engage kids in
keeping journals and/or scrapbooks of their garden to monitor its progress through the season and over the years. If working with a school garden, integrate the garden across disciplines beyond science.

Keep it fun. Have enough equipment, whether trowels or watering cans, to allow small teams of 4-8 kids to work together on a task. Many children do better in small group situations, and it’s also easier to guide the kids when each team has a specific assignment. Try partnering older (grades 5-8 or HS) and younger children to provide younger kids with a helper, and help older children be more responsible. Have a plan for how the kids’ time in the garden will be organized so they aren’t left idle for long, but also be open to the “teachable moments” that come along.

Gardening is a powerful experience for children. Children have fewer and fewer chances to interact with the natural world, and the connection to nature is important for their development. Children who develop regard and concern for the natural world come to be good stewards of the land and its resources. Being responsible for tending a garden also fosters their sense of “nurturing” and helps them learn to care for other living things. Kids don’t often hear much positive feedback from adults, and creating and tending a garden also empowers kids because they hear that they have “done a good job” from other adults.

30 years living in Indonesia which people like spicy food, I still cannot eat condiment. Eating tom yum is still ok. But all kinds of condiment ... I could not. Even eating sauce bottle should be mixed together with tomato sauce with a ratio of 1:2 (meaning most of tomatoes). I do not think there are babies who do not wear diapers. The first few months until he was able to dispose of their own water, diapers become part of his life. Moreover, infants can not control his bladder, so a day can urinate up to a dozen times.

Currently available are two types of diapers on the market, namely disposable nappies (diapers) and cloth diapers. Although cloth diapers are still widely used, but the today’s mothers would rather choose diapers for reasons of practicality. However, cloth diapers can also lead to diaper rash. Cloth diapers actually have a low absorption, so that the baby's skin becomes moist and if left can cause skin irritation.

What parents should know, babies produce relatively fewer sweat than adult. As a result, more easily distracted changes in temperature and humidity in the vicinity. Baby's skin to be more susceptible to irritant materials, as well as against infection. Diaper rash can be prevented in many ways, the main thing is to change the diaper soon after the child's bowel movements.

Every change a diaper, the skin should be cleaned with running water and dried before applying a new diaper. His First Deja Experience

T. Daily is from Minneapolis, MN. He moved to Chicago, IL for acting 1 year ago and now, he is interested in getting back into modeling. He did some modeling when he was in high school, now, it's time for him to get back into it.

He is a outgoing, fun guy who loves all things arts. He love being on this chase to his dreams, peicing together the right steps to make so he can make a good lasting career in the entertainment arts world.

Currently, he is apart of a couple improv groups (MOBERLY) that performs around Chicago. He is recording music, learning to play guitar, improving his dance skills and trying to finish his first script. He love music and all things street art.

He is all for networking with his industry folks and just meeting people who are into the same things he is. He all about having a responsible good time while working or partying, so he pretty much get along with most people.

To improve the traffic quality of my blog I use free service of a traffic generator provider called BlogUpp!. This type of traffic arriving from other referrers – all visits from other web sites, emails and banners.

An important part of the debate that’s largely ignored is the quality of organic versus paid visitors. Do visitors from organic listings behave differently than those who arrived at your site via a PPC ad? In general, which type of visitor is most likely to buy? Is there any demonstrable and consistent relationship between how a visitor arrives at your site and their likelihood to buy?

I do not know exactly the result from the use of this blogupp!. It's just that lately I feel disturbed by the presence of ads on BlogUpp! slot. These ads appear must be because I am a free-user of blogupp!, not a premium one. This is the main reason why I stopped using free services from blogupp!.
