Indeed an incredible course to learn. I've attended the first session and within that 2 hours there's so much to learn. How many of us have gone to school and yet learnt nothing from the courses we took? Why is that so? Do you know? Ustaz Zhulkeflee explained that there are enough Teachers/Masters out there but there aren't enough students. In fact there are thousands of people out there who needs to learn but the thing is, these students who wants to learn, do not have ADAB! ADAB in Malay can be translated to ATTITUDE ( I think ). That's the first thing that you need to have before we even start to learn. Well the ATTITUDE does not just consist of you or me Wanting to Learn. You have to also respect the orders of the teachers such as being punctual, such as being 100% focused, being participative and so on. Hence the preparation to learning is equally important during the learning process during the class itself. Ustaz Zul mentions that in some Islamic Learning Centers, the students need to know and apply this before one could even get entry to the school. Will be sharing more thoughts on the class. Founders

Fadzuli - I had to do many things, selling and do what necessary is to stay afloat. And yes I am the Boss, the staff, the secretary, the accountant, the decision maker and so on..

Fazli - He is in his final lap in NUS. Will really be glad to have him on board next January to push all the plans full swing.

Luqman - He's been MIA for the last one year though, but he's still in the picture when we need him. He's getting his first Child soon!!

Do your kids need Tuition? Enroll them this November to prepare them for next year's syllabus. How's their results by the way? Good or Bad does it matter? Well perhaps if they don't do well you realize that their fundamentals are not that strong yet? Do they need to polish those basic information? Yes, January 2010 is still a long way for the new semester but that doesn't stop you from allowing your Kids to be ahead of others right? I remembered when I was in Primary School, I would have friends whom have done and understood the topics taught in school way earlier than I did. So it was easier for them to do the homework and so on. Or your kids would have too much time playing games on the internet or that Nintendo Wii. Besides playing games, perhaps you want to stimulate their minds with academic materials before they start school again next year. So that they won't be rusty when school reopens. The landlord is giving us 6 more months for rent and Abang Abu doesn't want to renew the contract. The issue right now is that I need the space for training? Well I think I need a space however these training can be done virtually too. So do we need the office? The bad thing about having an office is the COST! Whether you use it or not, you still have to pay. Furthermore we have not yet confirm if we want to run the third batch of VIS. Cos if that would not happen then there will be under utilized space and rent still continues.. A little bit of dilemma at the moment. Hmm..

Though I was give a ticket to go to this seminar last year, I would say that it is still the best seminar ever. In just 3 days, your blueprint can totally change. I have never told people that I only had $15 left in my bank account for that 3 days. Yes it was the truth. The only choice I had when going for this seminar was that i can use that money to buy food or use it for petrol. However on the first day when Keron ( one of Harv Eker's Trainer ) taught us about the Jar system, it totally shooked me. I was about to spend away all the money. Instead the lesson taught us to keep a portion of that money first. Gosh that left me with only over $2 per day to spend. And when you are at the Singpapore EXPO, what can you buy with $2 per day? So I decided that I would only use it for Lunch. Like it or not, there were days that I sped off back home to eat lunch and dinner I only had water to drink. Seriously. Then again you might ask, how did you end up in that state. In October, we had a booth at Singapore Expo exhibitioning our services. That was our first time, instead of making money from that event, we made over $2,000 dollar of losses. Well it was hard to swollow and at that time, the bank account was almost zilch. People who promised to loan us money also turned back on us. From that day, I learnt not to trust anyone so easily. So that's how I got into that bad state but as you know this seminar came 2 weeks later, turn things around. The day that I left that seminar, i managed to gain back over $6,000 in just 2 months and paid off all the debts that I had. Yes you hear me..Now you can create an e-book cover within 5 minutes using photoshop. OK provided you have the design ready! I've accidently bumped into this post while searching for Free Tools that can help speed up some of my work. So being lazy I searched for it and found this.
With the right keywords, definitely you get your prayers answered. :)
It took only 2-5 mins to convert a design according to their instructions. See the image above, that is the proof. Hence anything great should be shared yah. You need Photoshop CS2 or CS3 to do this. Visit this website for the tutorial.

Well do you know who this guy is? Well for those who are not familiar with the Internet Marketing Scene, he's name is Jaz Lai. Last week end while I was attending Smart Seminar 2009 ( An Internet Marketing Seminar & Pitch Fest ) in Singapore Expo, I manage to catch Jaz Lai speak. If you look at him, your first impression would be, who is this Ah Beng? Seriously he's kind of abengish. But hey don't look at a person in that way. This guy earns millions of dollars each month in Internet Marketing. So there was this particular topic which he said, " I dont understand why everyone is struggling with Traffic? All you need it is a Traffic Plan". For that short moment, I was like wow. Why haven't I thought of that? Basicly what he is trying to say, most people can't attain the traffic to their website is because they do not have a plan. So he continued showing us a whole process from submitting articles, to doing podcasts, to creating videos on a fly, to creating blogs posts and submitting to the social media sites. He says that we need a schedule too. So for example.. Monday - Get / Write an Article Tuesday - Submit Articles to Article Directories Wednesday - Convert article to podcasts & submit to podcast directories Thursday - Covert articles into powerpoint and video Friday - Put the articles on your blog & Email to your list / contacts Saturday - Submit to link directories, social media sites and so on. Sunday - Rest Then you repeat the process again. Can you see how the whole system can flow? Basicly if you keep doing this, definitely you will get traffic to your site. Simply an inspirational story don't you think? Some people say I analyze too much, however here's the thing I have a talent for which is cracking people's strategy. :) Have you asked? Why did Pantene create this commercial? Have you asked what is the purpose of the video? Why is the Girl Flinging here hair while she was playing the violin towards the end. Well simply its too touch your emotions. However indirectly it is anchoring your mind.
Anchoring is a neuro-linguistic programming term for the process by which memory recall, state change or other responses become associated with (anchored to) some stimulus, in such a way that perception of the stimulus (the anchor) leads by reflex to the anchored response occurring. Assalammualaikum wr wb, Some people think that running a business is all about making money. Some people think running business is all about the wealth that can be attained to get their dreams. And some people will think that business is about creating jobs for other people.
To me Business is about serving or helping people solve a need or a problem.
Very few times, I see people telling me and coming to me to ask how can they solve my problem or am willing to listen to answer my wants and needs. Instead they will come to me and ask me how do I make money? How do I cash in on your opportunity. They never care of my needs first. Here's the thing, you need to change your language if you really want to be good at selling. Stop proposing. Start to listen and contribute ideas. Learn to go into the flow of what the customers wants. I would say, Dance with your clients and over deliver when you get the opportunity to do so. Then you will be surprise how many people will want to work with you. How do you dance with your clients? 1) Always ask yourself, how you can help or serve them. 2) Understand what is their problem. Most of clients don't know their problem. You can help them spot that. 3) Once you understand their problem, show them a solution which you know. I hope these tips help. I did it again.. you see half my work is already done.. I don't have to key in new text or write my own articles. With the right partnership and Joint Venture systems that we inculcate into our Virtual Specialist and the right concept of doing business as a community where you share your wealth and information with each other. Have other courses thought you these? To Believe in abundance? There's too much wealth too be shared and yet most of us do nothing about it. We start business because of YOU YOU YOU and YOU. Is that right? Are you the only one earning the money? Have you ever thought that when you start your business, you are going to feed your family? If you happen to hire freelancers or your own staff, do you realise that you are also helping to feed their families? If you have partners and joint venture, do you realise that you are feeding their families too? For once, we stand and ask ourselves - Why do you start a business in the first place? Firstly as Muslims, we must always be in a submissive mode to Allah swt. Submit to his wills and his laws. And one of the laws states that " The more you give, the more you will receive". Watch this video.. :) I've put up this video in facebook recently, seems like it has generated quite an interest with people. So I've added it up into my blog so that I can search for it here when I need the information. So how does this videos actually become so viral. Firstly the product / services that you have must solve a problem. In this case, do you think my title is right? The problem with men nowadays they work too hard? Their wives have problems getting them to bed. So how about this? Forced your husbands to BED by having that furniture. They dont have a choice right because you need to sleep and the bed needs to be folded down.... Hehehe For this model. One of the key secrets in viral videos is that your videos must show solutions that a large number of people have. How to know? Do your research. Find out what people really are talking about and what they want. Furthermore in Singapore, the homes are so small and with such furniture it can save much space. :) Perhaps you can give us a bit of your thoughts here. :)

What do I mean are you still a dinosaur? Do you own a business and yet do not own a website? Well you are a dinosaur then? Business like yours have a slow adoption rate due to your finances or inability to use computers and the internet. In 5 years time, business like yours will have problems competing with the businesses that are current and relevant as by then most of them will already have online presence. Recently I've launched a campaign about our discounted web development services and the SIP grants that is available out there which is untapped. So yesterday while waiting for Kak Suria and Feroz ( Strive Computers ), I did a survey on existing companies in Singapore that do not have a website so that we can target this group of people. How I normally do my survey is to check existing business directories like the Yellow pages and the Green Book. Below is a screen shot of Yellowpages.com.sg I've only need to search for restaurants and the first page that is shown above. You have to check one by one. Just click on one by one. Apparently 50% of the restaurants listed there do not own a website. Seriously! And that is only restaurants! Singapore has over 160,000 Small Medium Enterprises. So it means around 80,000 SME's still do not own a website. Now here's the thing. Do you see the potential that of web development services?
