The North Shore Voice (NSV) brings to the attention of the entire City Council, including its’ Mayor and entire administration a FEDERAL issue in reference to a simple parking ticket issued a few weeks after a contract was signed with Duncan Solutions based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which collects fees to help ADMINISTER no CONVICT people; that’s what the adjudication process is for…..
