3. Creating your Campaign

Campaigns can be set-up very rapidly in 2 easy steps: simply choose a USSD number such as *120*MYCOMPANYNAME#, and then login and create your Campaign.

You can create it on-line in a matter of minutes, or you can e-mail us your advanced menu process flow and we’ll build it for you.

4. Reports - instant, quantifiable and colourful

Reports are available on-line 24/7 under your personal secure login, and Report summaries can be scheduled and delivered automatically via e-mail daily, weekly and monthly.

Quantitative reports are available as a graphical pie chart which can be downloaded; as well as in an excel data file.

Qualitative reports are available in excel format for analysis or importing into your data house.
