Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho is making headlines off the pitch with the release of Camisa 10, his debut album featuring an impressive lineup of 44 artists from 18 countries. The ambitious project arrives just days before the kickoff of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, blending the worlds of football and music on a global scale.

Released through Ronaldinho’s newly launched record label, Tu Música, Camisa 10 pays tribute to the iconic No. 10 jersey that became synonymous with the former FC Barcelona and Brazil superstar throughout his illustrious career. The two-volume album showcases a diverse mix of genres, including dancehall, reggaeton, Latin pop, Afrobeats, regional Mexican music, and urban sounds, reflecting the international appeal that made Ronaldinho one of football’s most beloved figures.

Leading the project is the single “Lead,” featuring Jamaican dancehall star Sean Paul alongside Canadian production duo Banx & Ranx. The album also boasts collaborations with global music heavyweights such as Pitbull, Justin Quiles, Luis R. Conriquez, Lenny Tavarez, Lenin Ramírez, Micro TDH, Yng Lvcas, Nanpa Básico, Jonas Blue, Dalex, Jon Z, and Fariana.

African music is also well represented on the project, with Nigerian stars Odumodublvck, Shoday, Skales, Mavo and Ghana singer, Gyakie contributing to the expansive tracklist. Their inclusion underscores Ronaldinho’s vision of creating a truly global musical experience that transcends borders and cultures.

According to Tu Música, the album was developed by music executives Allan Jesus and Roni Maltz Bin in collaboration with Roberto de Assis, Ronaldinho’s brother and longtime manager. The project serves as the flagship release for the Miami-based company, which aims to connect artists, cultures, and audiences through large-scale international collaborations.

Speaking on the project, Sean Paul expressed his excitement about working alongside the football icon. “Ronaldinho is a legend, and I feel truly grateful, excited and honored to be part of this project alongside him at such a special time for world football,” he said.

The timing of Camisa 10 is strategic. With the United States, Mexico, and Canada set to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup, global attention is once again focused on football and its cultural influence. By bringing together artists from multiple continents and musical backgrounds, the album seeks to capture the spirit of the world’s biggest sporting event while introducing Ronaldinho’s latest venture beyond football.

While athletes crossing into music is nothing new, few projects have matched the scale and ambition of Camisa 10. With a roster spanning major music markets across Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean, Ronaldinho’s debut album stands as both a musical celebration and a bold global brand statement from one of football’s most enduring icons.

The much-anticipated BBNaija Season 10 Reunion show premiered Monday night on Africa Magic Showcase and Africa Magic Family, delivering instant drama, savage one-liners, emotional breakdowns and closure on one of the season’s biggest ships.

Hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the episode one wasted no time diving into unfinished business. Housemates immediately revisited old conflicts, questioned each other’s motives, and finally addressed the relationships that didn’t quite survive the real world.

Thelma’s Emotional Breakdown & The “Big Soso” Spat

One of the standout moments of the night was Thelma’s emotional breakdown, sparked by the infamous Kayikunmi and Isabella incident. The “Port Harcourt babe with a child” reference became a massive talking point. Thelma maintained that while Isabella was hurt that she hid knowing Kayikunmi prior to the show, she didn’t owe Isabella the loyalty of a pre-house explanation.

As Ebuka tried to get both women to see each other’s perspectives, the emotions became too much. Thelma broke down, officially opening the reunion season with its first tears.

The drama escalated further during a heated spat with Big Soso, who took it upon herself to announce that she “had enough money” to buy off Isabella’s wahala. While it looks like a permanent goodbye to any reconciliation between Big Soso and Thelma, ironically, Isabella, the person actually at the center of the initial dispute, seemed perfectly cool with Thelma.

Kola Calls Doris a “Non-Factor” and “Alhaji’s Meal”

During the 10/10 season, many viewers wondered if they had missed the moment Kola suggested something romantic to Doris and Ebuka asked the exact same question.

While Kola dismissed the entire situation as a “non-factor,” he seemed genuinely aggrieved that Doris had “maligned” his character despite him never hinting at romance. Doris, on the other hand, stood her ground, insinuating that Kola’s tone toward her was inherently romantic and that her feelings were valid.

Things took a toxic turn when Kola fired back, branding Doris as “Alhaji’s meal” and claiming the house felt lighter the moment she was evicted. While fans might still be divided on who was right, one thing is certain: these two did not leave the couch on good terms.

Zita and Danboskid: “Lagos Happened”

For fans wondering what exactly went wrong between Zita and Danboskid, the answer was simple: Lagos happened.

The duo, who notably harbor no bad blood towards each other, calmly explained why their relationship fizzled out. It ultimately boiled down to a mutual lack of effort. Danboskid never officially took Zita out on a date and Zita couldn’t be bothered. By the end of the segment, the verdict was clear: that chapter is officially closed.

Mide Confronts Zita Over “Colorist” Accusations

Although both parties claimed they had previously cleared the air, Mide used the reunion stage to firmly address allegations of colorism. She insisted she is not a colorist and argued that Zita’s earlier insinuations on the main show were wrong and a mere projection.

Zita countered, stating she picked up a “condescending vibe” not just from Mide, but from Sabrina and Thelma as well. While you can’t dictate how someone feels, Mide looked satisfied just to have gotten her defense on the record.

If the premiere episode proved anything, it’s that time does not heal all wounds, and some housemates are nowhere near moving on. With more personalities yet to take the hot seat and several unresolved feuds still brewing, viewers can expect even more drama, shocking revelations and uncomfortable confrontations as the week progresses.

The BBNaija Season 10 Reunion airs weekdays at 10:00 PM on Africa Magic Showcase and 10:30 PM on Africa Magic Family on DStv and GOtv. Episodes are also available on DStv Stream.

Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another man, believed to be in his 20s, was also found with multiple stab wounds and was taken to hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

“It is with overwhelming sadness that we confirm that Mark ‘Yinka’ Orabiyi, professionally known as Talay Riley, passed away yesterday morning,” the statement read.

“Talay will fondly be remembered by those who knew him publicly for his incredible talent as a Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum-selling songwriter and artist. For those that knew and loved him personally, it is his humour, generous spirit and unmistakable presence that will be missed the most.”

Born to Nigerian heritage and raised in East London, Talay Riley entered the music industry at the age of 18 after signing a publishing deal with Global Publishing. He gained widespread recognition after writing Chip’s UK number-one hit “Oopsy Daisy” and later signed with Jive/Sony Records.

Over the years, Riley became one of Britain’s most respected songwriters, working with some of the biggest names in global music. His songwriting credits included hits such as Khalid’s “Young Dumb & Broke,” The Chainsmokers’ “Who Do You Love,” H.E.R.’s “Lights On,” Flo’s “Walk Like This,” and Kehlani’s “Out The Window.” He also worked on songs and projects involving Dua Lipa, Zendaya, Chris Brown, Craig David, Nick Jonas, Britney Spears and Usher.

His success as a songwriter earned him Grammy recognition and established him as a multi-platinum-selling songwriter whose work influenced modern R&B and pop music across the UK and the United States. As a co-writer. Talay Riley contributed to a Grammy win as a co-writer on H.E.R.’s self-titled compilation album (H.E.R.), which won Best R&B Album at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in 2019.

Although Talay proudly embraced his Nigerian roots, there is no widely documented public record confirming that he performed in Nigeria. However, many tributes following his death have highlighted his Nigerian-British heritage and the impact he had on the music industry.

The news of his death has sparked an outpouring of grief from fellow artists, friends and fans around the world.

His younger brother, Michael Orabiyi, better known as music producer and songwriter Scribz Riley, shared an emotional tribute on Instagram.

He described Talay as “a friend to many, a mentor, an inspiration, and a light in so many people’s lives.”

“He had one of the purest hearts I’ve ever known. He loved deeply, gave freely, and touched countless people through his talent, kindness, and spirit.

“The outpouring of love already shows how many lives he impacted. You inspired so many people and your legacy will continue to live on through your music, your family, your friends, and everyone blessed enough to have known you.”

Several high-profile artists also paid tribute. UK rapper Stormzy commented on Scribz Riley’s post, writing: “I’m sorry bro.”

JLS star Oritsé Williams wrote: “Sending you and your family strength and prayers in Jesus name my brother.”

British rapper Wretch 32 added: “Sending love to you & your family bro. Your brother was a gem & will be missed & never forgotten. RIP.”

American singer Kehlani wrote: “Big hugs Scribs I’m so sorry,” while H.E.R. responded with a hug emoji. Khalid also shared his condolences, writing: “I’m so sorry bro… I’m sending you so much love.”

Nigerian music star Niniola Apata has opened up about the profound impact her late husband, Michael Ndika, had on both her life and career, describing him as the driving force behind her rise to stardom.

The heartfelt tribute was delivered during a service of songs held on June 4 in honour of Ndika, whose death was announced on May 20. While the cause of his passing has not been made public, family, friends, and loved ones gathered to celebrate his life ahead of his burial on June 5.

In an emotional moment that has since gone viral on social media, Niniola reflected on the pivotal role Ndika played in shaping her journey in the music industry. According to the singer, he believed in her talent long before she became a household name and remained her biggest supporter throughout her career.

“Michael met me raw and said, ‘I will make you a superstar,’ and he did,” she recalled. “I was just the face and the voice, but Michael was the engine.”

The award-winning singer revealed that their relationship began before she released her first single and that Ndika was instrumental in guiding her through the complexities of the entertainment industry. She credited him with introducing her to key connections, encouraging her growth, and helping her navigate a path to success.

“Michael did everything for me. He was breathing for me. He loved me so much, and I learned so much from him,” she said. “He showed me the ropes. Naturally, I’m a loner and prefer to be by myself, but Michael opened up a whole new world for me.”

Niniola also disclosed that there were moments when she considered stepping away from music, but Ndika consistently encouraged her to keep going.

“Even when I decided to take a break from music, he didn’t let me,” she said. “The first person I saw every morning was Michael, and the last person I saw before I closed my eyes was Michael. He was the best thing that ever happened to me.”

Ndika was the CEO of NaijaReview, a multimedia platform dedicated to Afro-house and African music. Beyond his professional achievements, he is remembered by many as a passionate supporter of African talent and a key figure behind Niniola’s remarkable success story.

Niniola rose to prominence after finishing as the second runner-up on the sixth season of Project Fame West Africa in 2013. Since releasing her breakout single Ibadi in 2014, she has become one of Nigeria’s most celebrated music exports. As tributes continue to pour in, her emotional words offer a glimpse into the deep bond she shared with the man she credits for helping turn her dreams into reality.

Just weeks after transforming Lagos into a playground of creativity and culture, The Gathering on 100 is packing its bags for its next stop and this time, all roads lead to Aba.

The announcement came through a vibrant Instagram teaser that immediately sparked excitement among members of the community. Against a backdrop inspired by the city’s unmistakable energy, the post revealed Aba as the next destination for The Gathering, signalling another chapter in what is fast becoming one of Nigeria’s most exciting youth culture experiences. If Lagos was proof of concept, Aba could be where the movement deepens its roots.

From April 22 to 26, The Gathering brought together young Nigerians from diverse backgrounds for 100 consecutive hours at the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, creating a shared space where community, lifestyle, culture, and entrepreneurship came together. Creators, entrepreneurs, artists, dreamers, and everyday young people gathered under the banner of MTN’s “Live It 100” campaign, which encourages young Nigerians to embrace life fully, show up boldly, and pursue their ambitions without waiting for perfect circumstances

The event’s appeal lay in its strategic, youth-first structure, allowing members of its community, known as “Gatherers,” to curate the experience they want to see. In Lagos, requests for experiences focused on ambition and opportunity led to the creation of skill acquisition sessions and the pitchathon, where eight startup firms received 45 million naira in seed funding. Requests for cultural experiences, fun and entertainment inspired sip-and-paint sessions, a rap battle, gaming tournaments, a tattoo parlour and performances from some of Nigeria’s most talented DJs that captured the pulse of youth culture.

Aba now has the same opportunity to shape its own experience as registration opens on The Gathering’s official website ahead of the event, which will hold at Prime Event Centre, Osisioma, from 12:00 p.m. on June 14 until 6:00 a.m. on June 15.

For many young Nigerians, experiences like The Gathering are becoming increasingly important. They offer more than entertainment. They create spaces where young people can connect, collaborate and draw inspiration from others navigating similar journeys. As youth culture continues to influence conversations across business, technology, entertainment and the arts around the world, platforms that bring these communities together are becoming increasingly relevant.

Ten weeks, twenty-nine housemates, and not a single alliance survived the 10/10 house on a week-on-week basis. BBNaija 10/10 gave us a season where yesterday’s enemy could be an ally by Thursday, and your closest ally could become your biggest threat by Sunday night.

Months after Imisi walked away with the crown and the ₦150 million grand prize, the conversations that never found closure are about to do so. All 29 housemates return for the reunion series hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, airing on Africa Magic channels on DStv and GOtv on Monday, June 8, 2026.

These are the seven housemates we hope air their unfinished business on that stage.

Dede & Kola

Few storylines this season held the internet in a chokehold quite like Dede and Kola’s. What started as inquisitiveness on Kola’s end gradually became one of the most frustrating watch-throughs of the season, precisely because you could never be sure what Kola’s game truly was and what Dede officially thought of his affection.

From Kola’s constant crashout due to Dede’s closeness with Koyin to his constant ranting to various housemates about her making him look “stupid,” the perception of their relationship swung between attraction and mistrust throughout the season, while her unpredictable dynamic with Koyin fuelled speculation of a triangle that dominated conversations inside and outside the house.

We’d like them to tell the class what their relationship was really about and if they tried keeping contact after leaving the house.

Victory & Gigi

If you watched the 10/10 season, there’s one thing everyone can agree on: Victory and Gigi’s relationship was the messiest ship of the season.

From the first week, the house’s first budding romance between Victory and Gigi Jasmine left fans divided, Gigi appeared smitten, confessing in her diary session that she felt “seen” and “loved,” while Victory was keeping his options open, offering mixed signals while socialising with other housemates. Things unravelled fast when Victory shocked her and the rest of the house by choosing Joanna as his HoH companion instead of her and saving Kayikunmi during the nomination process rather than protecting Gigi.

That was not all; he had his own square, trying to explore with Sultana as well. Now, what we need to know is, have they reconciled, or has Gigi moved on?

Faith vs The House — Sultana & Imisi

No single moment in the 10/10 season hit harder or landed with more controversy than Faith’s disqualification in the final week. A two-time Head of House, a two-time Most Influential Player of the Week, and one of the most strategic competitors in the house, Faith came into the final stretch as a genuine contender. Then a skincare task rehearsal changed everything.

The clash that escalated and led to Sultana’s injury earned him a disqualification, but Faith’s complicated story inside the house didn’t start with Sultana. Initially seen as calm and caring, Faith embraced controversy after his fallout with Imisi, cementing his role as one of the season’s most polarising figures. We need to address the elephant in the room. What was going through Faith’s mind, and would we finally understand where he’s coming from?

Koyin & Isabella

Of all the love stories the 10/10 season produced, Koyin and Isabella’s was one of the most questionable ones with many unresolved questions. After both their evictions at the finale, they had both given vague answers to what the future of their relationship might look like.

Months after, we’re still interested. Did this unexpected duo finally get together, or did their bond fizzle out?

Jason Jae & His Girls — Joanna, Sultana & Dede

Jason Jae has a gift for being everywhere without ever quite being fully present. He held the unique distinction of being both the first and last Head of House of the entire season. And in both reigns, a woman was at the centre of the conversation.

As the first HoH, he picked Joanna. In his final reign, he chose Sultana as his companion, a move that felt more like closure than strategy. Meanwhile, his connection to Dede was debated from inside and outside the house all season.

He needs to tell the class what he was doing especially since he had a whole girlfriend outside the house.

Bright & Mide

Bright Morgan entered the 10/10 house with a girlfriend waiting outside. He left having fallen into something with Mide that neither of them had a clean name for. He confessed privately that he missed his outside woman and worried Mide was catching deeper feelings, even as they kept finding their way back to each other after every fight.

After his eviction, Mide said she felt no unfinished business and then weeks later told interviewers she wanted to explore more with him outside the house. His girlfriend, Ruth, had already ended things during the show, citing his infidelity. So the relationship that was never defined is now the one with the most at stake. The reunion is where they finally have to call it something and we’re seated for it.

This is just to say there’s a lot we need to know about, and the BBNaija 10/10 Reunion is the perfect time to air it all out. The show will air weeknights at 10:00 PM WAT on Africa Magic Showcase (DStv Channel 151 | GOtv Channel 8) and Africa Magic Family (DStv Channel 154 | GOtv Channel 7), with each episode available on the DStv Stream and GOtv Stream apps the following day.

A Nollywood star who once captivated audiences on screen is now aiming for the highest political office in the land, as Esther Okereke steps forward with a bold ambition to become Nigeria’s next president.

The actress, filmmaker, and entrepreneur officially secured the presidential ticket of the National Rescue Movement (NRM) on May 29, setting the stage for what could be a fiercely contested race against incumbent President Bola Tinubu, alongside other major contenders including Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar.

Okereke emerged as the party’s sole candidate after clearing the screening process, making history as the first woman to fly the NRM’s presidential flag. Her entry into the race marks a significant shift from the entertainment industry to national leadership, but her journey suggests the move has been anything but sudden.

Beyond her acting career, Okereke has built a diverse portfolio as a philanthropist, businesswoman, and investor, with interests in construction, engineering, real estate, and sports. She is also the founder of Kamdera Services Limited, a firm established in 2015 that has grown from a human resources and humanitarian outfit into a broader consultancy and hotel management business.

Her commitment to social impact is reflected in her foundation’s work supporting widows, vulnerable children, and disadvantaged communities. In sports, she launched the Gliding Stars Football Club in 2023, further expanding her influence beyond business and entertainment.

Academically, Okereke has also prepared herself for leadership, earning a degree in Applied Science with a focus on political science and government, followed by a master’s in International Relations from the University of Abuja, where she is currently pursuing a doctorate.

Now turning fully to politics, Okereke has framed her presidential ambition as a response to what she describes as Nigeria’s deep-rooted challenges. She paints a picture of a country held back by poor leadership, corruption, and a lack of vision, declaring her campaign a “national rescue mission.”

According to her, urgent action is needed, particularly in critical sectors like education and power supply, where she has promised to declare states of emergency if elected. Her broader agenda focuses on rebuilding the nation through reforms in the economy, security, healthcare, housing, technology, and job creation, alongside a strong emphasis on transparency, social welfare, and sustainable development.

She insists that Nigeria’s potential remains vast but unrealized, expressing confidence that with the right leadership, the country can be transformed into one future generations will be proud to inherit.

Her candidacy has also drawn praise from within her party. NRM National Chairman Chinendu Obi described her emergence as a testament to the strength and capability of women, expressing confidence in her leadership and the party’s broader mission.

Before stepping onto the political stage, Okereke had already made her mark in Nollywood with roles in films such as The Revealing, Muqabala, The Innocent, Venom, Wedding Saga, Enigma, Silent Sound, and Least Expected, among others. She has worked alongside notable actors including Mofe Duncan, the late Alexx Ekubo, Uzee Usman, Francis Duru, Ivie Okujaye, Victor Chude, and Stan Nze.

Nollywood actor Okiki Adesina, widely known to fans as Janmole, who died after a tragic car accident.

The heartbreaking news was confirmed by Bolaji ‘Mr Latin’ Amusan, president of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), in a solemn Instagram post that has since drawn an outpouring of grief from across the entertainment community.

According to Mr Latin, the actor succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash, bringing an untimely end to a career that had endeared him to many, particularly within the Yoruba film scene. In his tribute, he prayed for the peaceful repose of Adeshina’s soul and asked God to grant strength and comfort to his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.

“May the soul of our departed colleague, Adesina Okiki Janmole, who tragically lost his life in an accident, rest in perfect peace,” he wrote. “May God grant his family, friends, and colleagues the strength and comfort to bear this irreparable loss. He will be greatly missed.”

As news of his passing spread, fans and fellow actors flooded social media with condolence messages, sharing memories and expressing disbelief over the sudden loss.

Among those who paid tribute was actor Jomiloju Olunbe, who recounted a poignant final moment they shared on set. He recalled how Adeshina had jokingly insisted on appearing in his video, a lighthearted exchange that has now become a painful last memory.

“I never knew it would be the last time on set with him,” Olunbe wrote, reflecting on the actor’s humor and vibrant spirit. “What a life. Rest in peace, Okiki Adeshina.”

Adeshina was celebrated for his compelling performances in Yoruba-language films, earning recognition for roles in movies such as Agunbaniro, Ìyàwó Asante, and Ọgbọ́n Inu. In recent times, he had also embraced digital platforms, building a growing audience on TikTok where his creativity and charisma attracted thousands of followers.
