I was excited this week to be able to make an introduction between two lawyers. One lawyer also works as an administrative law judge, and needs some help to keep up with his client workload. He contacted me for some ideas. Coincidentally, I had dinner a few days later with another attorney who has some room in her practice for contract work due to the recession. I introduced the two of them, and hopefully they will end up working something out! It was incredibly rewarding to be able to be able to help two great people, and know that they will both benefit from the connection!

Over a year ago, I was talking to a friend about an intention to create a business (I’ll skip the details). Out of the blue she asked me point-blank “Bobby, how can I support you with this intention?” I sat there speechless as I had not been asked this question that directly before. After expressing my deep gratitude the answer came instantly to me: “You know, I would love to have a conversation with Will Smith (the actor) for an hour.” She said: “No problem. I know his ex-chef.” I met with the ex-chef the next day at a coffee shop. The rest of the story is not relevant. What is important is this experience awakened me to the power of support and now I strive to live this daily.

Been advocating for others a ton…. and it’s amazing what ‘comes back’ when you are genuinely interested in the well-being and success of others.

Two days ago I declared that I wanted to go to a Mariner’s Game. 24 hours later a friend – who I haven’t talked to in a couple months – invited me to a game.

Easy, effortless and fun. That’s life when giving The Gift.

Day 13 – 30 Day Challenge

Okay one thing I’ve found is that I think that one person to make a difference for isn’t enough and then try to make a difference for so many and that’s the only way it counts in The Gift 30 Day Challenge. So what I am going to commit to is making a difference for 1 person a day. And if there are others I’ll do it. I’ve been trying to make this a numbers game and it is NOT a numbers game. That’s exciting. I’ll let the Universe figure out all the great ways to bring my intended goal of a min of $50K plus expenses by July 28th.

I connected deeply with my wife’s cousin over the 4th. And offered to trim the hedges that have not been clipped in years because of her late husbands illness. I did it. She was so appreciative and happy I did it. I also offered to give her suggestions about NOT spending money on new siding and just getting the house painted. I used to paint houses in college and knew enough to make a difference. So felt like I totally made a difference with her in a way I knew how to. We stayed and ate at her house for free nearly a week and took us on a tour of Annapolis. I know that may sound corny but that was the deal anyway. I happy we were staying at her house cause she invited us but my contribution as to bring value to her from our stay. It was fun.

I was looking for the synchronicity of me doing that but realized that staying with her at no cost was huge for me and my family. We hardly spent any money on vacation!!!

Thach Nguyen’s Day 15 Season 01 – 30 Day Challenge
Today I went to a company meeting most of the afternoon, connecting with old friends and co-workers. I just came back to work and just did more catch up work. I received an email that just really derailed me, massively took me off track for about 20-30min. Just like when I got that parking ticket in day 9. When things like that come in to my life, I step back for a sec be with it and move forward. I have a whole bunch of coaches around me I talked to my 3 coaches and they gave me great guidance to move forward. Tip for today is to find those people you respect and support you to give you good coaching. Find mastermind groups and people that will guide you. You can’t play big by yourself.

I had a magical day, I connected with my people and spoke to about 12 people and I received about 6 leads. 3 people who want to sell 2 who wants to buy a property and another that wants to invest with me. More importantly how did I do that? I want to duplicate this energy every day. You know I’m running for Oprah’s next TV host, I started to put myself in the state of inspiration, and feeling on top of the world. This will change my life and I can help many people tell their story. I realized I have been standing in this energy everyday If I already had my goals. Capture that energy and be conscious of it and all your goals will manifest.

Day 13 so here is the scoops, I talked to about 8 people I didn’t get anything directly but again you know the rules, opportunity can fall from any tree. Don’t get attached when you are making a phone call that you don’t receive. I came back from lunch and my insurance guy Steve came by and said I need your help. He wants to buy his own retail space to buy for his office. I get another call from my friend Margie and she referred me someone in my area that she doesn’t specialize in. My team uploaded my video for Oprah and I am feeling really good. When you feel good you attract. I am standing in my energy if I already won this contest how would I feel. When I stay in this energy everything else is going to unfold perfectly. Feeling good is the key it is the highest goal and my key to success.

Today I didn’t receive anything directly from my contacts but however I did have a great meeting with my friend Kristen and Jay to talk about some real estate fix and flips. Jay has a property that will be a great deal for me. Late tonight I received an email from Oprah Winfrey’s Team to let me know that I have been approved to be in the running for the next OWN.TV host.

I am going to be real today and I did not feel like doing my 9am-12p calls. There will be days when you have these days dont fight it just go with the flow. I know when I stay in that energy of feeling good because yesterday I let go my resistance. So today I went and met a friend and hand lunch. Then I received an email to go to Mariners Game with Apolo ono. Then I received a call from a past client who needed help with her sister and needs to sell right now. I didn’t do much action but it shows you this world is not an action world this is an intention world. Are you thinking, being and visualizing or just action action action! Think about that.
