Toy Organization

One of the hardest things with having kids is that it is SO hard to get the toys under control.  No matter how fast you clean there is always a big mess of them somewhere in your house while the kids are awake.  I decided with this move that I was going to have shelving and places for the toys to have a home that was out of our space.  By our space I mean our bedroom, kitchen and the living room.  Due to space it isn’t very far from our living area, but it is in it’s own assigned home.  The picture above is of our Toys in the front room.  I have a toy area.  toys are housed here and NO where else in the front room.  If a toy is taken out it must be put back in it’s home.

I also wanted to share some our favorite organization items in their bedroom.  Excuse the horrible filming and such.  I had a bit of a challenge to film myself!

How To Organize A Bedroom

Here is my bedroom…..

Scary isn’t it.  Not a nice haven that you always want for your room.  So I spent the day yesterday making it over into the Simple Bedroom haven that I wanted it to be.  Now I just need to get some art for the walls and it will be complete!!!

Walmart Price Matching Trip

Since Walmart is right next to Vons I decided to run into that store and do some price matching for some produce.  I wont tell you all the deals, just the ones that were super good.  A couple of them were ok prices but we needed the produce.  I paid $25.80 for all this.  We price matched the Avocados.  They were 5 for $1 at vallarta.  I also price matched the Onions for $.49 a pound. The Cilantro (next to the oranges) was matched at $.25 a bunch

I paid $3.47 for each pack of toilet paper by using the $2 off White Cloud coupon that is no longer available.

The Ricola coupon is not available!!!!  But there is another one available for $1.00/2 Ricola Dual action drops.  I got mine for $.97 each, but the original price is the lowest I have seen these, so I think it is still a great deal.

I did another Vons Just for U shopping trip yesterday.  I just have to say that I LOVE this store even more now with the Just for U program.  I have always had a little place in my heart for the store, but now it is a big place.  I paid $22.22 for all this and got saved $59.24!  That is a 73% savings!
