One of the problems with this approach, Brad explains, is that not many searches are made with these terms and raises the question whether it is worth it for the customer. Groups have been overhauled and apparently Facebook users can add their friends to any group that they choose. Nothing really over exciting about this in terms of concerns. Why shouldn&#039;t your friend add you to a group? I think that is a great idea, if you receive a notification that you have been added to the group and you have to approve that. Unfortunately, this is not currently the case. You do not get a say in whether you appear in that group or not.&lt;/p&gt;
