Oh well, guys! This is my first Lighting Mod. I've tried for two weeks - since started my vacation from the college 😨 - and finally I finished. Thank God! 2 days ago I found a tutorial and

[Tuto] Como Usar Reshade no The Sims 3

Olá, galera! Eu vi essa dica no tumblr da Mimi, então todo o crédito da dica vai para ela. Eu irei apenas ensinar como instalar o programa, aplicando ele ao jogo e, depois, como aplicar os presets.

Primeiramente, necessitamos do:

Reshade 3.0 Beta - Download
The Sims 3 presets - Download

*Obs: Há 3 opções de presets, eu escolhi o OmniFX Preset (Vibrant). Escolha o qual deseja.)

1º Passo: Ao instalar o programa, abra-o e caso ele pergunte se deseja baixar algum preset novo, seleciona "Sim".

2º Passo: Após isso, ele vai abrir e pedir que escolha o jogo. Já que é o The Sims 3, vai até a pasta onde está localizado o TS3W.exe. Quando selecionado o arquivo, marque a opção Direct3D 8/9. Terminada a instalação, ele irá mostrar "Done" e no título da janela vai dizer que a instalação do programa no jogo foi "Succeeded".

3º Passo: Agora abra o teu jogo. Quando teu save iniciar, pressiona Shift + F2 ao mesmo tempo. Então vai aparecer o GUI do programa.

4º Passo: Extraia o preset baixado e coloque-o em um lugar confiável, como na pasta Bin do The Sims 3.

5º Passo: Agora clica sobre o preset com o botão direito, seleciona Propriedades e vai na aba "Segurança". Logo abaixo da aba irás ver "Nome do Objeto" e nele há o caminho para o arquivo, então seleciona e copia. Depois volta para o jogo, com o GUI aberto, clica no sinal de + localizado no canto superior direito e cola o caminho onde está localizado o preset. Clica em Name e abaixo em Continue.

6º Passo: Agora basta escolher qual efeito deseja ter no jogo. Os quais eu gostei e usei foram "AdaptiveSharpen" e "Clarity".

7º Passo: Para tirar fotos, basta pressionar na tecla Print Screen. Caso queira mudar a tecla, vai nas configurações e escolhe outra tecla. Também podes escolher qual caminho as fotos tiradas irão, pois o efeito afeta apenas o gráfico no modo de simulação, mas as fotos e vídeos, não.
*Obs: Infelizmente ele captura a interface do jogador, ou seja, ele irá mostrar todo o menu do jogo. Recomendo tirar fotos com o Tab ativado e sem pausar o jogo.

8º Passo (Opcional): Caso não queira ficar acessando sempre o GUI para ativar ou desativar algum efeito, basta utilizar alguma tecla como atalho para o efeito. No meu, eu usei a letra "O" para ativar o "AdaptiveSharpen". Para isso é só clicar no efeito que quer, selecionar o quadrinho, clica em toggler key e pressiona a tecla que quer usar como atalho para o efeito.

[Tuto] How to Fix Origin Crash Reporter for The Sims Downloads & Updates

When I tried updating my TS3 to update 1.69 before my TS4, Origin simply told me:

I had headaches trying to fix this problem, because I never could update my game. Even when I uninstalled myTS4 or even the Origin, this would never get a solution. But I have found two ways to fix it.

Before going do this, I recommend you do this process. *Windows*

Press Windows Key + R and type %ProgramData%, then hit Enter. Delete the Origin folder.
Press Windows Key + R and type %AppData%, then hit Enter. Delete the Origin folder.
In the path C:\Users\You\AppData\Roaming click in AppData, open Local folder and delete the Origin folder.

1st solution is...

Step 1: I recommend you do a backup of all your files: Screenshots, Sims, Librarie and Packages and leave in a safe place.

Step 2: Open your Origin account, go to The Sims 3 box and using your mouse, right-click on the box choosing the option "Update game". If the error persists...

2nd solution is...

Step 1: Open your Origin account, go to the tab as in the image below...

...and click in Origin> Application Settings> Advanced>

Step 2: Scroll down searching for Safe Mode Downloading. When you find it, check the option below and back to your games page.

Step 3: Go to The Sims 3 box and using your mouse, right-click on the box and choose the option "Update game". After you finish the update, I recommend you uncheck this option.

I didn't give up on The Sims 3

Hey my dear simers. How are you? Long time no see, huh? I've been published a lot of custom contents (CCs) for TS4 in my other blog and nothing here. Well... I see that the huge audience I had here is the double on The Sims 4 ID and today I see that the audience I have here isn't like before of The Sims 4. Well... everybody knows why. Everybody wants TS4 than TS3, although a lot of Simers are still playing TS3. <3 I love making stuff for TS3 to my own use, but when I like and I see it is decent to publish, I publish for download. XD I haven't played TS3 or TS4 cuz lately I'm so busy. =/ (And I'm in the exams period, but next week it will finish, and I'll be college vacation.)

So... I didn't give up on TS3 and soon I'll publish what I do. I have a lot of stuff to make and some them are conversions of my creations from TS4 to TS3. =)
