How to Embed a Chart into a Blog Post

This post concerns how to embed a chart into a blog post. First start by creating a new spreadsheet using Google Docs. In my example I simply input data into 2 columns. Next, I followed the following steps below:

1. Highlight the data columns
2. Select Insert>Chart
3. Select the type of Chart you want to display. Give it a name.
4. Click "Save Chart" or hit return
5. Right click and choose "Publish Chart" from the menu that appears.

A window will appear with the HTML code you need to embed into your blog or website.
