Although summer does not officially begin until June, May Day really marks its beginning. While we don’t have maypoles in our gardens for a bit of dancing we thought we would join in celebrating the start of summer by bringing you a new cocktail menu with new summery flavours.

As May Day celebrates the beginning of nice weather and as flowers and trees start to blossom we think the perfect spirit for this weekend is Gin due to all the flavours it borrows from different botanicals.
