At last! we meet once again. Glad you logged on. since last time i shared with you alot has happened. The night of the renaissance fair i had know planned scene that night and spent most of the night laughing and talking with my leather sister and friends. But close to the end of the party i met a beautiful woman with a nice corset on very voluptuous with long hair. we talked for a bit and she agreed to a spanking session. Its saturday morning early. I get up and lift weights, then i do my daily bdsm exercises, 150 swings each arm with the heavy flogger, some target practice, then some knot tieing for speed. Ive already got my volunteer shift at the local dungeon, 10 oclock dungeon monitor shift. I have no play partner set up for tonight. But the day is still early. Finding the masochists you need in your s&m community

One thing your going to have to have if you you choose this lifestyle is thick skin. Alot of rejection and flaking. It is hard to find masochists let alone heavy ones. I have had my share of rejection and getting flaked on and still experience this from time to time but im starting to play more and more regularly now. The only thing about this is when you dont have a regular play partner or slave you never really know who your going to be playing with so it could be a heavy masochist one week and a total bondage bottom the next which is fine but you just never know so its kind of not your choice. This weekend i thought i was going to be playing with one of the strongest women i have played with and it didnt happen, last minute blow off, but i ended up having one of the best scenes i have had with my very own leather sister who recently has been able to find some time to play and come around the community again after overcoming some tough challenges. This is my journey....

Once again we meet.I hope all of you are well, and have taken a drink from the waters of wisdom since we last met. I told you i would let you know how my session went, and i will do so now. I had spent a day and night at Masters house with my leather sister, we had fun as usual. That night before i returned to San Francisco Master gave me instructions on how my night would go and what i was to do, I was buzzing with anticipation. I was excused to retire to the bedroom and i went to the bedroom and got in the bed, it was surreal i looked around and there was statues of leathermen, artwork pictures, slappers, crops, implements of device bondage, studs and beams, mirrors, rope, i was in a true leathermens room. I meditated and thought of the next day then drifted off. I dont know why but me and my leather sister left alittle late and we were racing the clock to get to San Francisco. When we got to the city i had enough time to drop my stuff, get ready, eat something, and leave. I got to the party right on time with no time to spare. Since i was on the set up crew i began doing the work and then, i saw him, he told me to meet him at the cross in about 20 minutes... i did. I helped him get into his restraints then hooked him to the cross, I pulled out my buffalo flogger that was given to me by Master and Made by Master Erik and given to him, (i told you all my toys have a story). My energy was surging through my body, you have to understand this man is an incredible bottom with years of experience, a true leathermen and i was given the honor of being his warm up for the night. I took some deep breaths and hugged him, i touched his muscles and rubbed his back, he told me not to mind his scars there just a map to his house, and we laughed. Since then which is about 4 weeks ago i have been to 2 parties and 4 discussion groups and 1 class, i haven't played since then either. What i have done is made some new toys, 2 slappers and 2 quirts, really beautiful raw leather and they throw really well, im excited and anxious to use them. I have pictures of them here. I am definitely feeling some growing pains but i also feel like my leather education is growing leaps and bounds spiritually and creatively as of late do to working with actual leather. If i ever become an educator in the community i will make the novice use his hands and other tools to work with leather. Its a wonderful experience that brings you closer to the essence of being a leathermen or woman. Seek out hides, fold them punch them sew them, smell them, see how leather behaves under pressure or heat, carved with knives or tools. Get to know how people create the tools of the trade. This for me has been an important part of my journey and will continue to be apart of it. I am hooked on working with leather, and as an artist i believe i have found a new medium.

I dont have really any more to tell you at this time. I have hit some sort of obstacle in my journey, like i said im experiencing growing pains. This weekend i will be going to the 15 Association Anniversary weekend, and im sure i will have some great things to share with you next time. This is my journey....

So we meet again. Alot has happen since i shared with you last. Ive learned alot also. I want to start by back tracking a bit. I told you all that the first gift bdsm gave me was my two children, i want to clarify that and say that the first gift bdsm gave me was Master Timothy my Master/Mentor/Leather Daddy, confidant and dear friend, then came the children. Which both are gifts that keep on giving im happy to say.

So far this year i have not played publicly. Not because i didnt want to but because it has been very hard to find partners to play with,publicly and privately for that matter. As a dominant in the bay area scene i am carefully choosing my steps. I have had this insatiable urge to beat whip torment and tickle, and have had no outlet. Since i have talked to you last ive been to 3 parties, no play, however i have met some very interesting unique people and have had some great conversations with them, and i am greatful for that. One particular conversation comes to mind, that i want to share with you. I was at a party and it was close to the end of the night i had not played and was a bit discouraged about that, i was wondering is it my looks is it my energy, and then up walked a Mistress which goes to the same discussion group i go to every tuesday, and asked how i was doing. I like this woman she is very humble and intelligent so i felt comfortable telling her how i was feeling. I told her and she reponded by telling me some of the best advice ive heard in a while besides Masters. She said jamilliano, have patience, you dont want to play with someone who really doesnt want to play with you like someone who is playing with you cause theres noone else to play with, or vice versa, or who is very hesitent about playing with you, the chances of something going wrong go up, also the energy could be ruined or non existent, or just not fulfilling.I agreed, and it changed the way i look at the delimma of finding play partners for ever, it also calmed me down because i know my heart and mind are in the right place. So, it is somewhat exciting to be in this head space about play partners because i am wondering who will cross my path or dare to enter my personal space and engage, connect, negotiate, and get on with it and suffer beautifully. Easier said then done.

Energy, ive mentioned it earlier in this piece and I am becoming encreasingly more aware of it, what it is, and how to create it. I am spiritual and i love spirituality, and i am into spiritual bdsm I believe that i was exposed to spiritual bdsm without even knowing it. Now i am completeley awake and concious, and the path im choosing to go down is definitely a spiritual one filled with love. The energy i have with my Master is powerful, it has never ceased, it is amazing and very therapeutic in our teacher student dynamic. Its rare i find this energy anywere else, but i have been talking to this woman and have felt some of this energy with her in a different dynamic, she is very intelligent and sexy, this energy provides a very fertile ground for exploration and learning. I have also been reading and exploring emotional catharsis, as a result my toy bag has gotten bigger, so as a practitioner of spiritual bdsm my tools are love, energy, sensation such as sensual pleasure ,pain, torture etc, sexuality, confinement, biology, physics, controlled circumstance and the elements earth wind, fire and water just to name few.

Well, between volunteering , going to parties, going to discussion groups, going to a class, and thinking about playing wanting to express myself and assert myself and then not playing or finding a suitable play partner i had hit a pressure point, it was time to see Master. I had recently reconnected with an old friend who is a beautiful human being, and found that she was on a simular journey as i and the stars must have aligned just right and we both found ourselves on are way to see Master. The ride was fantastic, deep into California we went, then deeper and deeper.

An Apprentice Journey

Apprenticeship is a time of experiential learning. In many cultures people leave home to study a particular craft, and usually under a good mentors guidance learn as much about life as they do there craft. In the case of bdsm i would say you learn as much or more about yourself, as you do this craft. Mythologically an apprenticeship is also a time of nourishment, an oasis if you will, in the desert were the young dom can gather strength, and drink from the waters of wisdom, before heading out to the scene at large and finding or creating his own niche in the community.

This is my journey.

My journey started some years ago, i had a girlfriend who gave me a letter she had written and never showed anyone. It was amazing,it said things like, ive always wanted to belong to someone, i want to be owned, I wish someone would take tie me up and take me away and keep me. Not soon after that we were on are way to the local bdsm club. There we met a big tough intimidating looking man, he askled me why i was here, and i replied im here to learn. I told him about the letter. Not soon after that my girl was in a blindfold and he was teaching me how to tie her up to the cross. About 2 years ago, i was told it was time for me to come out to the community and do more, be seen, volunteer, go to mens parties, and make connections and take my apprenticeship to the next level. Slowly i began to go to munches and some events. It was different because now i was single, and had to find my way.

This brings me to the present time, 2009, I have some specific goals in 2009, they are as follows, to become more proficient in bondage, rope work, to become more apart of my community which is the San Francisco bay area, by volunteering, going to events, munches, discussion groups, parties, classes and workshops, to network and build my own loving circle of friends. Exciting isnt it! Who knows were this will take me but i am determined to succeed and become a Master, Come walk with me on this journey, I will update you on my travels experiences and lessons i have learned, and what im doing next, were i like to go, and who i meet.
