Just heard from my contact at the DIA he’s confirmed they have boots on the ground In Turkemnistan AO.
They are currently tracking and attempting to ID several uzbek warlords in the area and they have a group close by to where we want our guys and have agreed to host our party for 48 hours.
I’ve just spoken with SOTF commander and he’s good to go wheels up.

The last message from phineas said the AS group have confirmed a meeting will take place on a 4-6 hour window Saturday that puts us somewhere between 14:00 and 20:00 hrs local time. Full briefings will be carried out on location and our guys should arrive at some point Friday night local.
They will move off at first light to get eyes on possible locations for the meets
The yanks are already tracking the Uzbeks so that should reduce some of the foot work as they will alert us if they see the meet.
From what phineas tells me this is pure and simple a meet and greet to allow for further probes after the device.
Our plan is to ID major players and then make decisions on further action.
I’ve asked them to keep me updated as anything unfolds.
So now we wait.

Your guys departed last night so everything should be with you today.

During Op flagship We successfully identified and began dismantling the KOA Ati network.
We were able to ID several couriers linked to KOA terror activity.

We discovered several Links into prostitution and people trafficking.
We lifted multiple HVI including bomb makers, couriers, and enforcers.

But the main success was that we had multiple ground assets feeding live intel back on green,white and red HVI including members of the government believed to be corrupt.

Certain elements of this intel were shared with the president but it seems his people are consumed with suspicion and paranoia so I’m not convinced we were taken seriously.

Early on during the Op One of our assets was approached by a non local on the premise of working to eliminate camohammed.
At this point our intel on a clear and present threat to the president was confirmed and we tasked assets to gather solid intel on the kanem cell which it seems was just one man with the job of recruiting disenfranchised citizens to take out there own leader.
As we developed this intel several key points stood out.
The president has aligned himself with the extremist cleric Mohammed Jem naming him spiritual advisor but this jars with solid intel we have confirming the clerics links to KOA terror activity.
This was raised during a meeting with the president himself but he refused to hand over the cleric for questioning.
Which leaves us in a difficult position with regards to how trustworthy the new government actually is.
The cleric was spotted during an assault on the KSOC FOB early on the Sunday morning.
He was seen in a vehicle with an unknown male who we are working to identify.
Grenades were also thrown from vehicle killing wounded KOA before hey could be captured.
I saw this myself and there is no doubt as to the clerics reasons for this.

As the threat against the president increased his security team went into full lockdown in his compound.
Which incidentally is located next door to the clerics mosque and at this time we had confirmed sightings of the kanem operative within 500 meters of the presidential compound. The whole area was increasingly hostile.
At this point the police and KSOC joined with us to lock down the area and compound by compound we began searching for he kanem operative.
The target was spotted and the compound surrounded. But we faced heavy resistance getting inside
But once we had mobile weapons platforms on target we were able to close it down and my teams breached the compound. The kanem operative was wounded by a grenade and medics were unable to stabilise him but we did manage to extract his body for intel purposes.

Just received the breakdown of intel gathered during op Altair
And our boys grabbed a tidy little bundle of intel in the CAR
Confirmation on capture of
Bravo 1 hassan Brahim
Bravo 2 Oli Farouk kaboom
Bravo 3 abakar Habre
Bravo 4 kassius kurze

Units hit the main camp on the plateau via heli insertion and bagged bravo 1 and 2 during contact on that location.

Brahim was target 1 as part of the KGB hierarchy his presence in the area raised some serious questions regarding Aluma’s future plans. He was wounded during capture but treated at scene
And extracted along with all his documentation and his phones.
I now have a team dedicated to breaking that intel down hopefully well get something on Aluma himself.

Kaboom was a true result.
After a 5 year manhunt we finally nailed him.
He was seriously wounded during capture but remained stable in transport.

Secondary wave of airborne assaults were conducted against several satellite camps weapons caches radio stations mainly but also doubling as training camps if needed

Habre was a double winner as he was snatched at one such camp after he was spotted during an observation flight. Strike teams hit the camp with mobility in support and Habre was picked up along with his boss.

Kassius kurze had been spotted and positively identified from pics taken during observation flights. He was found at the camp with Habre. He was recognised despite a change in appearance from our intel pics. Again the result of a year of very Intensive searching has paid off and we now have the guy one notch down from Rasheed sadeeki. I will be going to pay him a visit as soon as I wrap up what I’m doing here.

All bravos were put on first available transport to DG island.

SSE conducted at all sites and they found several pieces of correspondence between brahim and kurze as well as sadeeki and brahim
But the real gem were several letters, text messages and emails recovered mentioning something planned for ATI
Extra men and weapons is discussed plus safe houses and transport. Along with mention of specialists being bought in.
The messages talk about this happening within the next month and bear in mind this was at least two weeks ago these were written.
And this weekend we have camohammed moving his political power base to Ati.
I have people working 24/7 on all this and I’ve passed it on to those who need it including SOTF CHAD who are in Ati right now about to launch Op Flagship so they have included all our intel into their briefings and will arrange a sit down ASAP with camohammed to explain the threat and share any intel we have with his security team.
I’m sending Zubar, carter and Cahill down there to keep an eye on things
And liase between all the relevant groups.

Intel from ground assets confirm KOA movements in Central African Republic.
This ties in with reports from several other areas on chads borders. Including Sudan, Niger and Libya

It seems that the KOA are turning their attention to establishing relationships with rebel groups on the country’s borders.

The Central African Republic situation seems the most dangerous in my opinion as the Seleka fighters although not a serious threat on their own do posses large numbers that if trained by the KOA could become a real problem. My asset claims that the KOA have established training camps in the foothills near vakaga and at some point in the next week they will receive a visit from Rasheed Sadeeki himself. Its possible this is a delivery of weapons and equipment which as we know is sadeeki’s area of expertise.

A secondary piece of intel that has just come in adds an interesting twist.
My asset claims there are rumours that Aluma is sending a man to try to and open talks with the KOA in the hope of exploiting the fractures within the DBR KOA hierarchy.
It seems Aluma thinks he can turn the KOA against the DBR and get himself back into N’djamena to remove camohammed and the mankini alliance.

The man in question is Hassan Brahim relatively unknown as he never played a public part in Aluma’s cabinet.
But I did actually meet him during talks in 09 very creepy chap. I’ve included the file I made on him at the time.

Brahim is believed to be one of Aluma’s high ranking advisors
Kept out of his former cabinet by Aluma himself for reasons unknown.
But rumour suggests his sexual preferences made him an unwise choice for public office. Allegations of abuse rape and in several cases murder have followed him around.
He has spent the past decade working behind the scenes for Aluma with links to the infamous lizard farming that led to the lizard flu outbreak in 2009
Brahim is thought to be a blood relative of Aluma which is how he has secured his positions over the years.

With all of these elements in play we have no choice but to make a move against them in the CAR (Central African Republic)
Were mobilising strike teams now from UK SF and 16 air assault brigade
They will heli insert into the local AO with support from mobility sections on the ground.
Op Altair will launch within 72 hours.
If successful this would strike a major blow to several groups that pose a threat to uk interests in Africa and on a global scale.

CHAD 2014

After almost ten years of fighting it’s clear to see that there is still a long way to go before the scars of this nation will heal. But since the summer of 2013 President Camohammed has stayed true to his word and bought the beginnings of peace to his country.
According to official reports:

Insurgent attacks across the capital N’djamena are down by 70% on the previous three years.

Insurgent attacks across the rest of the country are down 58% on the previous three years.

KSOC have the region of Kanem surrounded effectively trapping former government forces of the KGB inside its own borders.

On the surface of things these facts and figures are encouraging, but the issue is, what’s not being reported.

The Knights Of Azear move freely in the remote areas along CHADS multiple borders with Nigeria, Niger, Libya, Sudan and the central African republic. It is through these borders with the aid of foreign rebel groups that the KOA brings in weapons and money to aid their fight against as they see them the imperial invaders.
Recently released intelligence states that there are now confirmed links between the KOA and several global terror groups including al Qaeda (AQ), al shabaab (HSM), the Caucasian front (CF) and al Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb.
And it is believed that it is with the aid and assistance of these groups that the KOA is running its operations in CHAD.
Over the past 12 months global intelligence agencies have been working around the clock to find the links that tie all these groups into what is effectively a modern day Axis of Evil.
A recently leaked CIA document claims that KOA operatives have been establishing training camps along the borders where they then invite local militia tribesmen to attend training courses to better defend themselves from foreign invaders.
The fear is that working alongside groups such as al shabaab and AQIM the KOA has extended their reach for global operations. The world has already seen the devastation caused when they conducted attacks against major European cities in 2007, imagine the scale of attacks carried out jointly by KOA and AQ.
Now imagine the scale of these attacks if the people giving the orders were safely tucked away in a rogue state country with heavily armed, trained militia loyal to them along every border surrounding CHAD in a ring of iron.
Now imagine that ring of iron surrounded by al Qaeda and its various splinter groups. All of a sudden Chad goes from being a troublesome hotspot in a vicious civil war, to a full scale terrorism tumor with its cancer spreading out across Africa killing and infecting as it spreads, until the world is faced with a problem of such scale that there is no cure.

So it seems that while yes Camohammeds Mankini government is doing what it promised and making CHAD safer for its people. It is in fact failing in regards to his global promise of eliminating CHADS home grown terrorism problems.
He has successfully pushed them out of the cities but all they are doing is recruiting and gaining strength and securing their perimeter but one day soon they will be ready and they will once again turn their attention on the capital.

Kanem two weeks on.

Two weeks ago Chadian government forces launched military assaults into the region of Kanem,
Birthplace and strong hold of former president and wanted war criminal Victor Aluma.
President Camohammed had issued a 72 hour warning to former KGBNA forces within Kanem with the simple choice of lay down your weapons or be crushed.

In the early hours of Saturday the 8th march
Troops from KSOC moved into Kanem with orders to secure key installations.
But KSOC immediately met heavy resistance from Aluma’s loyalist troops and local militias.

SNN sources in kanem claim that KGBNA had fortified certain areas against the invading troops and were able to defend and protect the key installations maintaining control of the city.
Fierce fighting continued for the next 24 hours while rebel forces held the city. And sources have claimed that the KSOC forces contained advisors from SI7 and the SOG looking for intel that would confirm Aluma’s involvement in the new year attacks in N’Djamena.
Those same sources claim that much of this intel was never recovered as it was removed by Aluma’s elite guard who moved through the city ahead of the government troops destroying or removing any evidence.
One confirmed fact is that KSOC managed to recover a gold shipment thought to contain bullion that Aluma had stolen from the Chadian national reserve during his final days as president.
Experts claim that this loss will hit Aluma hard and damage any plans he has for kanem independence.

So it seems that president Camohammed’s first major action as commander in chief has not gone as smoothly as he would of hoped.
What was meant to be a surgical strike to remove the threat of a new insurgency has now developed into something much more complicated
And his troops are now stuck fighting against a highly trained and well equipped guerrilla force fighting in their own chosen ground.

The question now is will camohammed continue down this path pushing more troops into that new conflict or will he pull back and attempt to open new talks with those forces occupying Kanem.

Chadian president camohammed has tonight issued a warning to forces loyal to former leader victor Aluma.

The president issued a statement earlier tonight in N’Djamena stating that members of the former military wing of the KGB had until Saturday morning to lay down arms and allow the new regimes military forces access to kanem.

To all those who still feel they owe the criminal Aluma any form of loyalty i say this to you.
Lay down your weapons allow my forces to secure kanem and let us lead out great nation into the future as a unified country.
To those who would raise arms against our legitimate government you have until 11:00hrs Saturday and should you choose to resist you Will feel the might of a full military invasion.

Camohammed has spent the past month in talks with tribal elders in the region but progress has been slow and this warning is seen as a last ditch attempt to end the situation in kanem without bloodshed.
Aluma fled to his birthplace after he attempted and failed to declare himself emperor last summer. And with him went a large portion of the kanem guerra brotherhood which formed the main body of the nations military force.
Cammohammed has allowed those who would acknowledge his rightful place as president to continue to serve the nation. Namely the forces belonging to KSOC.
Sources in Chad tonight claim that it will In fact be KSOC who will lead the invasion into kanem should Aluma’s loyal forces decide to defy the presidents orders.

This is another turn in the tale of a country struggling to find peace and prosperity in the face of multiple terror groups claiming the nation as there own and now the threat an ever looming civil war seems to growing in strength.

At this time it is unclear as to wether any western forces in the chadian theatre will play a part in the military action should it happen.
But we will know by Saturday one way or the other.

SNN can tonight reveal a statement released through HM news by former Chadian president Victor Aluma.

The statement by the self proclaimed king of kanem claims that western forces recently attempted to assassinate him at his mountain retreat on the kanem Niger border.

His claims were sent into HM news from an undisclosed location with Aluma claiming he is now living in fear for his life but he says he is resolute in his desire to see an independent state of kanem.

For years I have fought and challenged for a unified Chad to take my nation into the world arena. I have gone from humble beginnings and through sheer determination I have risen to the ranks of national leader and father of my nation.

last year it was deemed time to take the next step in my quest and as such I decided to stand down as president letting one of the many little men take the seat of power as I pushed my power in new directions to Lead my nation to its destiny.
After many years working to control and eventually remove the western powers that seek to rule us as in the colonial times I have now seen the true colours of these imperial invaders seeking to rape and pillage this nation. Yet even I am shocked at the audacity with which they attempted to remove me as a threat to their plans.
The slaughter of innocent civilians farmers,children,mothers will not go unpunished their attempt has only concreted my determination and now they will feel my wrath.
The west and the puppet government of Chad will suffer mark my words.

President camohammed has yet to respond to this statement as has UK and US sources. But it seems that Aluma isn’t looking for talks and discussion so now Chad and its government must take a stand.
Only time will tell how this will play out but SNN will be there to bring you the news

Following last weeks bombings in N’djamena we received intel that we kept out of the press for obvious reasons.
That Intel was the fact that a previously unheard of terror group claimed responsibility for the bombings. This fact was also kept from Chadian government and intelligence sources until we could confirm its implications.

The group responsible for the bombings is called An-Nur which translates as The Light.
This groups claimed it works on behalf of the nation of Kanem and these are the first steps to independence from CHAD proper.
Other intel was developed through local assets that confirmed links to Aluma himself.
With this knowledge it was decided that we would go Into Kanem on a kill and capture mission.

Target was confirmed in residence at his winter villa on the Chad Niger border and through Op teams we maintained eyes on the Target.

The SOTF went in before first light but met heavy resistance and a serious problem of IEDs along approach routes.
A second assault managed to clear past the IED threat and although Aluma managed to escape with his security detail we did recover a considerable amount of SSE which I have attached.

The cash and laptops were found in what we believe to be alumas office and the sat dish was set up outside.
The laptops contain multiple messages from a Dr M M claiming that Aluma is compromised and we don’t trust him. I have my tech team trying to ID him at present but we are also going to need a look at who could of told him we were looking in to Aluma.

There is also records of financial transactions between Aluma and this Dr MM plus records of payments to the group An Nur that match up with the date of the bombing.
And one laptop contained detailed maps of Kanem.

The big problem with this situation is we have now showed our hand and failed to close the fist.
We are going to have to answer some pretty serious questions with Camohammed but that’s a job for Downing Street not us. But hopefully he’ll come on board when he sees the links between his predecessor and this new terror group An – Nur.

We just need to make sure N’Djamena is squared away before Aluma gathers the world media around him and starts telling how we tried to take him out.
These photos may help convince the president that Aluma hasn’t gone quietly into the night.

Contact begins 07:06 1-1 moving uphill on right flank to secure fire position On red aspect 1-2 move to secure white aspect heavy resistance on high ground is over run but area is heavily mined and taking heavy casualties the order to extract is given and all call signs extract out of contact and RTB.

Ambush positions established along main MSR in case SAM FOX attempts to flee by vehicle but 5-1 reports him still on target at uniform bravo. A second assault is sent in this time bypassing the mined area. SAM FOX is not found but SSE is recovered that confirms his involvement in the Tuwkani hospital and Bus station bombings last week.
Extract order is given and call signs begin moving back to FOB under fire as enemy regroup and bring in further reinforcements.
Following a hour long running battle all teams secure at FOB where all SSE was handed to SI7 and and teams prepped FOB ready for extraction.
12:00 Helo extraction for SF and SI7.
