DOW Forming Bear Flag as Black Service Picks up another Short Position

The DOW is consolidating into what could be a bear flag continuation pattern after breaking down its bearish head and shoulders pattern on Monday. Its common that price will re-test the breakdown neckline before it continues the pattern flow. I think we still have more downside, Friday is when we’re prone to sell. And well… Tomorrow is Friday So i’m looking to see the continuation of this new found bearish favored market as im weighted short in my portfolio.

after a non stop rally from around 12 bux to peaking around 30. This sucker here is forming a very toppish looking double top pattern in which i’m willing to bet that this could breakdown the neckline support at 27.56 to confirm the pattern and head to target levels around 22-25 where i would want to lock in some short term gains.

Some Over Heated Penny Stocks To Short – AVII, GRVY, NVGN, OXGN

AVII – was watching this around 1.40 or so considering shorting.. Turned my head and all the sudden within a few minutues its tanks to the 1.20’s. There still could be some downside potential here. Small Cap Biotechs have lost their steam

GRVY – this is going to get dumped soon. It blew up on some crap news about how they’re revenues jumped 32% for the quarter from last year to a wopping $12 thousand dollars!! woo hoo!! Market capped jumped to $44m on todays 50% rally.. This will fall soon.

NVGN – This rallied strong today over $5/share. Had two intraday breakdowns that you could have shorted.. I could not get any shares.

OXGN – similar pattern to AVII… bitech losing steam. broke down its month long ascending channel today.

The DOW Breaks down a Major Support Zone. Have The Bears Taken Over?

Yesterday it seemed like the bulls were not giving into the selling pressure as price formed a bullish hammer candle right at the neckline support of the bearish head and shoulders pattern being formed on the indexes currently. Yet today the selling continued as we head into earnings season coming up which will be interesting to see how most companies have been holding up in Q2. Are sales rising?

Well seems people are ever more attending strip joints as RICKS cabaret blew up today posting record sales and closed up nearly 18% today. I moved to San Diego last August yet still haven’t been to a strip club here. I think im due for a visit Too bad there isn’t a RICK’s Cabaret in Diego! RICK is a bull on the block that could set up for a trade in the future though so keep it on your watch list.

As for me i picked up 3 new Short positions for the Black Service Portfolio today! All looking fairly bearish rolling over into bear control after being in favor of the bulls for some time.
