Yesterday and today arrived last parts I need for my NSR like the new carbon reeds that I bought to the guys of Team-Jollify.  New RC Valve shaft seal.   Well cuted, perfect fit....soon they will be flapping on my little Honda. Today arrived the "B" cable of the RC Valve, new e-ring and new turn signal lens bought on www.cmsnl.com, shop of  parts for vintage and classic japanese

 Robert share his beloved red & black ´97 Yamaha TRX 850 on TheTRXproject Facebook page. Front calipers from a 2004 R6 including master cylinder and braided hoses. Sebring race cans "really loud" (Loud pipes save lives!!). Looks brand new , this colour scheme it´s in my opinion the best of the stock. Thanks Robert for sharing!!

Following with the NSR I dismounted and cleaned the carburetor, original equiped dellorto PHBH 28, these works don´t need expend money and I must to do before mount again the engine. I hope do it next weekend but I need few parts that I´ll buy along next  week. Some fuel, brush...and cleaning time. Fuel filter!?. Fortunately the rubber of the float valve it´s in good condition.

  After publish last month the cylinder of my Honda NSR 125 JC20 cylinder modelled in 3d with Solidworks now I post the whole engine top end assembly. It cost me a lot of work, but doing it I learnt a lot and helps me to know better this little two stroke engine. Reverse engineering it´s probably the best form to learn how things works and always I want to know little more , get more practice

Thanks to Narcis Blesa, a reader that gives me the link through Facebook  to a Rocket Garage post, who re-blogged it from BubbleVisor, of this absolutely superb Yamaha TRX 850  built by Maarten Poodt a.k.a. Yellowrider from Netherlands and photographied by Mark Meinser. The R1 fairing looks really great with the head lights placed on the air intake. The colour scheme looks great too.

After much more hours that I planned (I do not want to expend too much time on the NSR) the cylinder it´s already modeled in 3D with Solidworks. Some parts seems like if they challenging me to do them on 3d, and the top end of the engine from my NSR it´s one of these parts. Following with the overall checking of  my Honda NSR 125 I was dismounting the engine top end of the engine to check the cylinder/ piston and dismount the exhaust valve to clean it.
