As a self-taught musician who has been playing since the age of seven, Krate has a talent for listening to music in a way only a natural born music lover can. There’s nothing dumb about the new rich, but the reason more people don’t become the New Rich is that most people make the most awful mistakes when they attempt to start a business which they hope will provide a lifestyle now, or will provide for them in retirement. Sometimes they think that anything is better than having a boss, but they soon find that the business owns them and that they’re having to deal with constant stress, frustration, and irritation, especially if they have debtors.

Many people look at network marketing as a way of gaining the advantages of having your own business, without many of the hassles. The biggest problem with this is that almost every single network marketing opportunity is destined to failure because the particular business is not viable. The sad thing is that a simple process of due diligence would have shown that these businesses have:

No or inadequate product or service differentiation – you’re competing with hundreds or thousands of similar offers – most nutritional or cosmetic companies are in this group

No proof of market – the only people buying are those also trying to make money out it and there is zero genuine consumer-driven market

Not competitively priced – so far beyond similar-quality items that you are uncompetitive

No flow of consumables – you have to keep finding new people to buy, or your income stops

No product fulfillment system – you’re the bunny who does the deliveries and handles the cash

Inadequate training and support – the “systems” they teach you plain don’t work and the lousy income is proof of that

A Word About Lack of Scientific Evidence

As a clinical researcher this one is one of my pet hates. I’ve seen doctors fooled. I’ve seen scientifically trained people completely fooled. The sad fact is that the man in the street, and even the educated man in the street, is not educated in the assessment of clinical research. Almost every so-called scientific proof out there in the market place is

based on evidence that is flawed, that is poorly designed, with flawed methodology, flawed assumptions, flawed data, and flawed conclusions.

In almost every case the scientists involved do not have sufficient standing in their field, are not associated with a creditable university or laboratory (believe me, if their claims were true the big universities would be knocking on their doors!) and their work has certainly not been published in a respected peak journal such as “Science” or “Nature” because it would not pass peer review. On the contrary I have seen many of these scientists rejected for publication for that very reason. But over and over again I see claims of “clinically proven” or “validated science” or “scientific breakthrough” or “as proven by leading scientists” or even “based on science” or “inspired by science” (what a disgraceful con!) and basically it’s pretty much a load of rubbish.

In particular there is enormous interest in aging, and specifically in stopping or even reversing physical aging. And yet except for one single product range on the planet, every single product out there is an absolute fraud. Except for one single product range, there is NOTHING that can do anything but disguise aging or hide aging, raising false hope and ripping off consumers.

Eminem Publisher suing facebook over song

Eminem's song publisher is suing Facebook and an ad agency, saying they copied music from one of the rapper's songs.

Eight Mile Style filed a federal lawsuit in Detroit on Monday alleging that a 30-second Facebook ad broadcast online last month copied music from Eminem's 2000 song "Under the Influence."

The Detroit Free Press reports that the ad was featured in a webcast by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to announce Facebook Home, an interface for Android phones.

The complaint says Portland, Ore., ad agency Wieden+Kennedy copied Eminem's music "in an effort to curry favor" with Facebook by catering to Zuckerberg's personal likes and to "invoke the same irreverent theme" of the song.

Facebook spokesman Andrew Noyes declined comment. A message seeking comment was left Tuesday with the ad agency.

Man captures and kills 18 ft python in Florida!

The biggest ever Python snake found in Florida, measuring 18 feet and 8 inches long, has been captured and killed.
The 128lb giant female reptile broke the previous record by over a foot.
The Burmese Python, an invasive species to the Florida Everglades, was found and killed by Jason Leon in a rural area southeast of Miami.
He managed to snare the snake after seeing part of its body sticking out the undergrowth.

With the help of a friend he killed the snake with a knife. According to University of Florida scientists, the snake was not carrying eggs.
Florida Wildlife officials later told him it was the biggest ever recorded in the state. The previous longest was 17ft and seven inches.

Leon said: 'For about 10 minutes, he was wrapping around my legs, around my arms. I was switching arms, and finally. We finally pulled him apart, stretched him out, and took a knife and cut his head.'

'I knew that it was a big snake and I've never seen it in the wild. I knew it didn't belong there. I knew they had to be removed so I grabbed it.'
The snake was later given to the University of Florida's Fort Lauderdale Research and Education Center for a necropsy.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Committee, recently sanctioned a hunt to try and rid the Everglades of the pythons.

Chief Keef arrested again

Chief Keef remains a magnet for controversy.

The Bricksquad rapper, real name Keith Cozart, was booked for "disorderly conduct" then released from DeKalb County Jail in Georgia Monday (May 20), TMZ reports.
"Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As fuck," he tweeted early Tuesday morning.
According to a recent Instagram flick of his mug shot and rap sheet (above), Sosa was listed at 5'9'' and 160 lbs. Details on his arrest are yet to be released.
This wouldn't be Keef's first run-in with the law. He has been taken in twice before with a gun conviction in tow.

To make matters worse, the 17-year-old was slapped with a lawsuit by his baby momma and is already cashing out for child support.

Yahoo buys Tumbler for $1.1 BILLION dollars..owner isnt even 30 yet...

Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer's bold move to buy online blogging forum Tumblr for $1.1 billion was announced on Monday as she tries to rejuvenate an Internet icon that had fallen behind the times.

The deal is Yahoo's most expensive acquisition since the California company bought online search engine Overture a decade ago for $1.3 billion in cash and stock.

Yahoo's board of directors agreed on Sunday to buy the wildly popular blogging platform from the 26-year-old founder David Karp.

The deal for Tumblr, which boasts 100million users and 90million posts per day, was struck for $1.1billion cash.

The deal makes Karp, a native New Yorker, the latest 20-something tech tycoon, even though he was publicly opposed, even just last year, to selling the company he founded out of his mother's small Manhattan apartment in 2007.

On Monday morning, Mayer publicly announced the purchase of Tumblr with a post on her own Tumblr page - including an animated GIF image that acknowledged the public questions about the acquisition.

Her first words about the deal were: 'We promise not to screw it up.'

Mayer announced that Karp will stay on as CEO of Tumblr and continue to run and develop the site.

Despite a massive user base, Tumblr's revenue was only $13million last year. Even that figure was only made possible after $125million in capital investments.

The deal also faced almost immediate backlash from Tumblr users, who feared Yahoo's ownership would change the character of the site and water down the features that make it successful.

Mayer sought to allay concerns on both sides - and even used an internet meme to make light of the criticism. The GIF she posted reads: 'Yahoo. Tumblr. Now Panic and Freak Out.'

Miguel lands on fan after stage jump failure!

Miguel's leap over the audience was one of the most exciting moments of Sunday's Billboard Music Awards. Unless you were the fan he accidentally landed on.

The Adorn singer's right leg caught a woman as he came down, knocking her against the stage.

"Got caught up in the moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay," Miguel tweeted afterwards.

Miguel and Khyati were interviewed backstage later, as Khyati iced down her arm.

"I'm very happy to bring my new friend, Khyati, we just met," Miguel said. "Unfortunately, we did not meet under the best circumstances, but I think we're okay."

The singer's legdrop quickly became an Internet meme, with jokesters Photoshopping his image so that he looked like he was jumping on the turnbuckle of a wrestling ring or street-fighting in a video game.

Chad Johnson arrested!

Chad Johnson was just arrested in Florida — after a Broward County judge determined the ex-NFL star violated his probation stemming from his 2012 domestic violence bust … TMZ has learned.

We broke the story … a warrant had been issued for Johnson’s arrest earlier this month after he failed to report to his probation officer on 2 occasions AND failed to show proof of enrollment in a domestic violence education class.

Johnson’s probation stemmed from his domestic violence conviction involving ex-wife Evelyn Lozada last year.

35-year-old Johnson appeared in a Broward County courtroom over his alleged probation violation — and moments ago, the judge determined Chad WAS in violation and ordered him to be arrested and jailed.

We’re told bail will be set momentarily.

Big tipper helps Steak and Shake server

CeCe Bruce, a 2-year server at a Steak ‘n Shake in Indianapolis, Indiana was overwhelmed by a very generous tip left by a regular customer. Miss Jo, who commonly eats her Wednesday breakfast at the restaurant, watched as her waitress got a hard time from diners at another table. When the time came for the regular to pay her $5.97 check, she left a tip that shocked CeCe. The server told WTHR 13, "At first I thought, '$46?' And I said, 'Wow Miss Jo. You know, that's really generous!'" But the gratuity was actually much larger. It was $446 amounting to an over 7000% tip. When interviewed by WISH 24 News 8 CeCe recalled, “We kind of had this little back and forth argument because I said, ‘Miss Jo, I can’t accept that.’ And she said, ‘Yes you can. You can take that. I gave it to you, you can take it.’” The server humbly commented, “I didn't think I was worth $400 but, you know, she feels I am.”
Cece, a full-time server and part-time student at Martin University said that the money couldn’t come at a better time and will help her to pay bills. The restaurant’s general manager Greer Gooley said CeCe, “Stays late, comes in early. Whenever we need her, she's here. So she deserves it more than anyone.” WTHR repored that Miss Jo does volunteer work in the community and likes to keep a low profile, which may explain why CeCe barely had a chance to say thank you. “She signed the receipt and walked out the door,” said CeCe adding “Miss Jo, if you're watching, I love you and thank you very much!"

When a person like Lauryn Hill inspires you, there’s no mountains that you can’t reach. A head-strong woman like herself is really built ford tough, which is why I can understand the feelings of Melanie Fiona. This past week, the “4 a.m.” songstress attended a show that Lauryn Hill was doing at the Music Hall of Williamsburg, caught up with the iconic figure backstage and flicked it up. She then posted the photo to her instagram with a heartfelt and sincere letter to the Fugee rep.

Lauryn Hill performs in Brooklyn with a vengeance

As soon as Lauryn Hill announced last Saturday that she'd be playing a show at the Music Hall of Williamsburg Tuesday night, the narrative was already written: the influential singer, fresh off being sentenced to three months in prison for tax evasion, was trying to raise some money.

The more cynical viewpoint centered on the price of admission -- $85 in advance and $100 at the door for a venue that rarely charges over $30 per event -- and seemed to bear out that notion. And the release of her latest single, the virulently indignant "Neurotic Society," which attacked the majority of the things she deemed worthy of her vitriol in rapid-fire succession, came accompanied with a note that conceded that she would never have released it had her financial and legal situation not required the action.

But even with all the distractions and the impending quarter-year jail sentence hanging over her head -- a court ordered she turn herself in to authorities by June 8 to begin her hard time -- Lauryn Hill seems to have found herself back on her feet. A new record deal with Sony for a reported seven figures will help, as will an adoring crowd who were not upset in the slightest to part with a good chunk of the week's paycheck to see one of the best female performers of the last twenty years strut her stuff.
But it still remained to be seen whether or not her reputation as a reclusive figure would bleed into a stage show that demanded dynamism, due to both the price of the ticket and her own ability to disappear from the stage for what her many fans have deemed far too long. But on Tuesday night Ms. Hill did not disappoint.
Following an hour-plus-long DJ set from A Tribe Called Quest's Q-Tip, who spun classics from Wu-Tang to Drake, through LL Cool J and Gang Starr, and incorporating the Jackson Five and a singalong to Al Green's "Let's Get Together," Ms. Hill took the stage backed by a ten-piece band that was contagious in its ferocity and launched immediately into a high-tempo, rock-reggae jam that included snippets of "Killing Me Softly," the Fugees cover that Ms. Hill made famous on the group's Grammy-winning 1996 sophomore album "The Score."
She rolled through tracks off another of her Grammy-smashing albums, her solo debut "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill," guiding her tightly-bound yet loosely-wound band through "Everything is Everything" and "Superstar," with her rapid-fire vocals propelling the crowd into a near-constant frenzy. If this was a pure money grab to try to restore her finances, it seemed like Hill and her crew were at least dedicated to making it worthwhile.
"I've missed you too," she said to the crowd at one point in reaction to a vocalized plea, and it certainly seemed she had.

Classic tracks such as "Lost Ones" and "How Many Mics" were delivered with such venom and quick-fire vocal prowess that it almost transformed them into entirely new compositions, nearly unrecognizable from the album versions unless you were paying close attention. The latter was especially ferocious, with Hill bringing the song down to near-silence (she would exercise considerable control over her band as the evening went on, shushing and cajoling them in equal measure depending on her mood) and turning things over to her trio of backup singers, before rousing the band and the crowd into a final, multisyllabic climax. It almost seemed like the band hadn't stopped playing for a second the entire evening, save for a brief interlude in which Hill explained, "I have a little bit of a cough... But that's not gonna stop us!"

She wasn't performing like someone who was about to go to jail. She wasn't performing like someone who just needed the money. Rather, she was performing like someone who cared so much about her craft and presentation that it bled seamlessly out of her, with near-flawless transitions and an intensity that belied her famous reclusive nature. It wasn't Lauryn Hill, neo-soul rapstress. It was Lauryn Hill laying it all on the line regardless of what would, or will, come next.

The finale of "Ready Or Not" saw Hill leave the stage a little over an hour after her set started, but that wasn't going to be the end. She came back out almost immediately for a slower, groovier and more fully realized "Killing Me Softly" before transitioning into a chaotic, breakneck-paced "Neurotic Society" (which she at points slowed all the way down and dove into near-a capella moments), before breezing through full-blown covers of Bob Marley's "Jammin'" and "Could You Be Loved."

But perhaps the most touching moment came after she ended her encore with Miseducation's "Doo Wop." As many in the crowd streamed for the exits, Hill re-emerged with four of her six children in tow and handed each of them the microphone, allowing them to rap as her drummer and the crowd urged them onward. The sight of five-year-old Sarah high-fiving the front row as the band played the audience out was a poignant reminder: though Lauryn Hill may be gone for a little while, the audience will always be here for her when she comes back. And if she keeps submitting sets like last night -- with the final run time touching two hours -- no amount of money will keep her shows from selling out.

That one family member that talks too much...We just found Beyonce's...Uncle Larry!!

In all the years she’s been in the business, no one seems to have snitched on any dirty secrets she might have or lent their personal opinion to the public media for selfish gain. And then that untarnished record went all downhill yesterday when Celebuzz had “A 20-Minute Conversation With Beyonce’s Uncle Larry” — literally.

Where the site dug up Uncle Larry, who I’m assuming is Tina Knowles’ brother since his last name is Beyince, I can’t say. But I guarantee Bey, Tina, and Jay are going to push him right back into that hole he crawled out of just to see his name in online print. Speaking on everything from Beyonce’s childhood to Matthew Knowles, and Bey’s marriage, it seems safe to assume someone found Larry’s telephone number by luck, called him up and started asking him questions, and instead of saying “no comment,” this man just rattled on and on about his little niece like he was talking to a good friend from the past and didn’t realize Bey is a mega superstar. Check out the Q&A and some of his suspect insinuations about Jayonce’s relationship.

On The Rumor That Beyonce Is Pregnant Again…
“I have no idea. I haven’t heard nothing, except that she’s on tour.
“Even then [when she was pregnant with Blue Ivy] she tried to keep everything secret like it’s a really big deal. She didn’t want everyone to know.
“She did tell me she wants to have more, but I didn’t know how fast. I think now would be too soon. She just had one and she needs time to really raise that baby.”

“He was after her and she wasn’t. She told me she wasn’t too particularly fond of him.
“I would see him with her and pictures of them, I heard rumors they were together and she told me ‘no.’ You know how women get that look like ‘eww.’ I guess she wasn’t attracted to him.
“But as long as he treats her well and makes her happy, that’s all I ever wanted. He’s okay with me.”

“I was surprised she married him. I think she got tired of being alone. When you have as much money as she does she has to be careful about people wanting her for her money. And apparently he had as much as she had.

Inmate suing Taco Bell over Doritos Locos

Last week, Taco Bell was sued by a federal inmate claiming that he came with the original Doritos Locos idea. Since hitting the chain restaurants over a year ago, they have sold over half a billion of its junk food concoctions.
The inmate, Mr. Gary Cole, claims he sent a letter to Janice and Keoiana Cole in 2006 detailing the idea. However, in his suit filed with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on May 15, Cole says his letter was "stolen through the United States Postal Service Mail and submitted to Frito Lays [sic], Taco Bell, Pepsi Co, Yum Brands."

"We have not been served with the lawsuit, but the claims we've read in online news sources are completely false and without merit," Taco Bell told the Huffington Post in a statement.

It should be noted that Cole is nearing the end of a 25-year prison sentence in Colorado for "delaying interstate commerce, conspiring to do so, and using and carrying a firearm in relation to a crime of violence."

Beyonce postposed show. Hasnt missed one in 2 years

Beyonce didn't become The Queen Bey by just being one of the most beautiful women in the world. Having the best performances and never, ever canceling a show also solidified her as one of the most admired, hardworking artists in the world.
Well, Bey canceled her first show yesterday and all while under heavy speculation that the "Bow Down" singer is pregnant with her second child.
After her camp let fans know she was suffering from dehydration and could not perform for the first scheduled show in Belgium, the pregnancy rumors suddenly felt more concrete.

Bey had only this to say:

More than anything, fans are really hoping that Bey is pregnant after seeing recent photos of what could be a small baby bump and Bey doing an interview where she announced Blue Ivy needs company.
A Jayonce baby has a way of shutting down the world and we want the world shut down two times in two years!

Instagram Adds taggin "Photos of YOU"

Facebook's purchase of Instagram is beginning to rear its ugly head. So to speak.

Even though you were always able to tag exactly who was in your picture in the comment section of each post, now Instagram has implemented a very Facebook-like tagging system called "Photos Of You."
Instead of tagging in the comment section, you can now use the "Add People" function to tag someone directly on the actual photo. The person can then choose to approve their tag before making their photo public.
You can also tag places, animals or anything else that happens to have an Instagram account.
This sounds cool but it is making Instagram more complicated and too close to what Facebook already is. We'll see how many more "innovations" will be made to Instagram in the near future.

David Beckham retires from soccer

David Beckham has retired from football at the age of 38, bringing the curtain down on a glittering career, Sportsmail exclusively revealed today.
The former England captain, nicknamed Goldenballs, will hang up his boots after another trophy-laden season, this time winning the French league title with Paris St Germain.
Beckham, who has been commuting from London, has decided to bow out at the top of his game and will now be able to devote more time to wife Victoria and their four children, the youngest of whom is Harper, aged just 21 months.
Beckham said in a statement: 'I'm thankful to PSG for giving me the opportunity to continue but I feel now is the right time to finish my career, playing at the highest level.'

The footballer has played for Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan and PSG during a career that has spanned more than two decades.
He added: 'If you had told me as a young boy I would have played for and won trophies with my boyhood club Manchester United, proudly captained and played for my country over one hundred times and lined up for some of the biggest clubs in the world, I would have told you it was a fantasy. I'm fortunate to have realised those dreams.'

Beckham, who has an estimated £165million fortune, made his debut for Manchester United in 1992, winning six league titles and the Champions League before moving to Real Madrid and Los Angeles Galaxy, plus loan spells at AC Milan.

Rock the Bells will mark its 10th anniversary with some very special guests: The traveling hip-hop festival will take a page from Coachella's Tupac hologram last year and feature "virtual performances" from the late Ol' Dirty Bastard and Eazy-E. According to Pitchfork, the former N.W.A. rapper will "perform" alongside Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, while Ol' Dirty Bastard will be joined by his former group the Wu-Tang Clan, who have reconvened for a new album planned for a July release.

Other acts set for Rock the Bells include Common, Black Hippy (Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock), Rakim, Talib Kweli, Earl Sweatshirt, Danny Brown, Curren$y, Juicy J, Kid Cudi and Tyler, the Creator.

Brandon T Jackson and Beverly Hills Cop passed over by CBS

This fell off to the wayside with all the news that went on so far this week, but CBS has decided to not move forward with Brandon T. Jackson's Beverly Hills Cop TV series.
The pilot episode for Eddie Murphy's Beverly Hills Cop TV series was a surprise that looked like it would come out from CBS. They even gave the show a "pilot production commitment," which seemed like a positive response to the cast and story of the show.
Men In Black's Barry Sonnenfeld directed the episode which all added to elements of a shoo-in show, especially when you have stars Brandon T. Jackson and Eddie Murphy powering the premiere episode. Unfortunately, CBS has rejected the police comedy series, as well as canceling Happy Endings, which just might end up on USA. Murphy teamed up with Shawn Ryan, creator of several popular TV series including The Shield to develop the show and pitch it to U.S. TV networks last summer.
Murphy, who starred as wise-cracking detective Axel Foley in three Beverly Hills Cop movies between 1984 and 1994, would reprise his role in the pilot. The show focuses on Axel's son Aaron (Jackson) and his adventures in the land of the rich and infamous. Despite the rejection by CBS, Murphy's TV series is not dead on arrival yet, as the pilot is reported to be shopped around to other networks. If a full season is commissioned, Murphy has said he will "show up here and there" as Axel Foley in future episodes.

8th grader banned from all public schools after beating up a student

In Florida's Duval County, a 14-year-old student mercilessly beat another student so bad, she left her skull fractured.
But when a judge tried to ban the girl from all county schools, deeming her a "threat to all students," the Duval County Public School District stepped in.

The School District in Florida says Circuit Court Judge Henry Davis cannot ban a 14-year-old girl from every public school in the county, even if Davis says the student poses a serious danger to others, CBS News reports.

Huh!? The beating, which occurred in March, was so bad that eighth grader, Aria Jewett, had to be hospitalized. According to First Coast News, the membranes surrounding her brain had torn, and cerebrospinal fluid was leaking, after what Jewett now calls an ambush.

Jewett also says her attacker lured her off campus, slammed her head against a stone wall, and pinned her on the ground while repeatedly throwing blows to her head. Thirty other students watched the assault and some caught the attack on their cell phones, which can be seen above.
The 14-year-old student was subsequently charged with aggravated assault, but Judge Davis' injunction to have the girl banned from all schools was appealed. It's not clear who will let the student into their school, but the student's lawyer said the goal is to get her back into school, any way possible.

And just days after his stumble into a New York street sign was caught on camera, Kanye West's stunning $750,000 Lamborghini has been crushed after getting trapped in Kim Kardashian's electric gates.
The matte black vehicle was being delivered back to Kanye's pregnant girlfriend's Los Angeles house by a driver following a service when the incident occurred.

Images from the accident scene show the Aventador making its way into the property's grounds, before the heavy wooden gates closed on the vehicle too early.
A source told TMZ.com: 'The driver pulled into the gate but didn't make it all the way in before the gate closed on both sides of the car.'
According to the website, the car repair shop was quick to send out a mechanic to see how much it would cost to fix the damage.

Kanye, 35, who was in New York as the incident occurred, has yet to inspect the damage first-hand.

Cleveland kidnapper: Castro will plead not guilty

The attorneys for Cleveland abduction suspect Ariel Castro claim that he's not the 'monster' depicted in news reports - and he will plead not guilty to kidnapping and rape charges.
Castro, 52, was arrested on May 6, and accused of holding three captives - Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus - in his home for about a decade.
Speaking out for the first time today, Castro's legal team says that he will plead not guilty to the charges, and that despite the charges, he is not the man portrayed in the media.

Castro's lawyer, Craig Weintraub, told WKYC-TV : 'The initial portrayal by the media has been one of a 'monster' and that's not the impression that I got when I talked to him for three hours.
'I know that family members who have been interviewed by the media have expressed that as well.'
Mr Weintraub denies reports that Castro has cooperated with authorities and provided some details in the abduction of the three women.
He told the station that the facts surrounding how the women came to be in his home will be revealed during Castro's trial.
He said: 'That fact will be disclosed as the case progresses. I am aware of how he came into contact with them.'

It’s very easy to see why people cannot save enough in their lifetimes, to actually ever retire well, or to provide any kind of lifestyle, now or in the future. Think about it. If you wanted to establish a retirement income equivalent to half the average wage (in

Australia currently $69,375.20 x 50%, or $667 per week) you’d have to put aside $578 every month for 45 years to achieve the equivalent of a $35,000 annual income today.

That’s a whole lot of scrimping, saving, and sacrifice, for a full 45 years, only to end up owning your own house if you’re lucky, and then having to make do on an amount that probably wouldn’t even pay for basics.

No wonder over 86% of retirees are dependent solely on the pension (currently $336 a week and not even enough to pay an average rent) for their survival. You see how pointless it is to waste time thinking a job or small business will set you up financially?

So Who Is Wealthy? Who Is On the Rich List?

Sure there are people in this category who kind of got lucky. They were left money, or they wrote a hit song or a best-selling book, or they’re a million-dollar-earning sports person or actor. I’m thinking that’s probably not you or you wouldn’t be reading this article?! Right??? Right L. Renee’! LOL!

The overwhelming majority of people in that category are business owners, but not small business owners. That’s why this book is about becoming a big business owner, but without the hassle of HR, legals, regulatory, financials, R & D, marketing, or any other of the issues that big business owners always have to deal with. The New Rich are all about LEVERAGE, not job work.

Although most people WILL NOT DO THIS, in truth pretty much anyone COULD, because one of the most successful big businesses on the planet actually wants to help you to create your own big business, by partnering with you and allowing them to take all the burdens, leaving you to do just 2 little things, so that the business you generate keeps on coming whether you are working or not.

SNL actor to leave after season finale

Bill Hader will leave Saturday Night Live after eight seasons in which he became known for his spot-on impressions of a wide array of celebrities from Vincent Price to Al Pacino, and helped create Weekend Update's beloved New York City correspondent, Stefon, The New York Times reports.

"It was a hard decision, but it has to happen at some point," Hader said. "It got to a point where I said, 'Maybe it’s just time to go.'"

Hader, whose last show will be this weekend's season finale, joined SNL in 2005 as a featured player before being promoted to full-time the following year. Last year, he became one of the few cast members to ever be nominated for an Emmy for best supporting actor in a comedy series.

"In terms of intelligence and talent, he was in that same tradition," Lorne Michaels, SNL's executive producer, said, adding that the first time he saw Hader perform he was reminded of Dan Aykryod. "He was so completely committed to the art of it and enough a student of it that there's something strikingly original. He didn't explode onto the air, but gradually he found his voice, and that became a huge thing."

Hader said he was motivated to leave partly after seeing friends and fellow cast members Kristen Wiig and Andy Samberg depart after last season, and partly because he plans to move his family to Los Angeles. Just this past season, Hader (who's been in movies including Superbad and Men in Black 3) juggled SNL as well as three live-action and four animated movies. His wife, Maggie Carey, saw her own film career ramping up with the upcoming comedy The To Do List, which she wrote and directed, and which Hader appears in.

While Hader is so far the only cast member to be departing after this season, longtime Weekend Update anchor Seth Meyers is set to leave next year when he takes over Late Night from Jimmy Fallon, who's being promoted to The Tonight Show. Meanwhile speculation continues to swirl about the future of longtime cast members like Fred Armisen and Jason Sudeikis, though neither has made an official decision yet.

Still, Hader is confident about about the future of SNL thanks to new cast members like Kate McKinnon, Taran Killiam and Vanessa Bayer: "There's a new sensibility happening," Hader said, "and if it isn't totally apparent on the show yet, I see it on Wednesdays at the table reads."

Jaden Smith wants to be free from family--wants to be emancipated minor

“We generally don’t believe in punishment,” he says. “From the time Jaden was five or six, we would sit him down, and all he has to do is be able to explain why what he did was the right thing for his life. I think it’s a much more difficult question to ask someone —’Why was that right?’ — than to try to show them why it was wrong.

“Nobody wants to be wrong, all parts of yourself fight like crazy to not be wrong. So I’ll say to Jaden, ‘Why was that the right thing to do for your life?’ and if he can explain why kicking his sister in the chest was the right thing to do, we can see to it that he understands that it wasn’t so smart.”

Angelina Jolie has double mastectomy to prevent breast cancer

Angelina Jolie has paid tribute to her fiancé Brad Pitt for being so supportive following her double mastectomy operation.

The 37-year-old actress made the brave decision to have the procedure after doctors told her she was a carrier of the BRCA1 cancer gene - meaning she had an 87% chance of contracting breast cancer.

The news was made all the more personal by the fact that Angelina lost her mother Marcheline Bertrand to ovarian cancer when she was just 56.

But revealing her decision to have the surgery in the New York Times, Angelina said it was the support of her six children and fiancé Brad which got her through the three months of secret procedures.

In the editorial piece in the New York Times entitled 'My Medical Choice', Angelina wrote: ''I am fortunate to have a partner, Brad Pitt, who is so loving and supportive. So to anyone who has a wife or girlfriend going through this, know that you are a very important part of the transition. Brad was at the Pink Lotus Breast Center, where I was treated, for every minute of the surgeries.

'We managed to find moments to laugh together. We knew this was the right thing to do for our family and that it would bring us closer. And it has.'

Angelina also revealed she is proud of her children, Maddox, 11, Pax, nine, Zahara, eight, Shiloh, six, and four-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, for being so brave during her operations, which began on February 16th with the initial removal, before she had the reconstruction operation on April 20th.

She writes: 'It is reassuring that they see nothing that makes them uncomfortable. They can see my small scars and that’s it. Everything else is just Mommy, the same as she always was. And they know that I love them and will do anything to be with them as long as I can.'
