The Journey to a Heart-Centered Reality

In our journey to creating a heart-centered reality, and becoming a unified people on this world with our planet, we should always be mindful of the following:

- Do not reject the lower vibration we call darkness. Accept it for what it is and remain aware of its presence. Rejecting the lower vibration only intensifies the focus on the lower vibration.

- Do not assume that all light is the highest vibration because some "light" is used by the lower vibration to "blind" the people to distract, confuse, and to deceive.

- Focus on the light that comes from the heart of our Creator, which flows from the heart of the people. This light is brilliant, all illuminating, and all revealing, yet does not blind the soul and heart of the people. This is the way of the Universe, our Creator, and of the souls of the people of this world, and all worlds in our Multiverse.

The Practice of the 6 Heart Virtues and the Rise of the New Human Condition

Many of the experiences we see in our outer world have been designed by those in control to divide the people of this world and pit them against each other, while the elite rake in the spoils of what the people make. But the people need to awaken to the fact that we have, and will always have, the power to relieve them of their perceived power and change our reality to one that truly serves the people. This reality resides within our hearts. We only need to return to our hearts, connect with the other people at the heart, and together we will bring forth a heart-centered reality where there's no judgement, no hate, and no war, but only the virtues of forgiveness, valor, appreciation,, understanding, humility, and compassion reign. These six virtues are the 6 heart virtues that will bring humanity out of this holographic Universe and into our true Universe, fully empowered, realized, and sovereign.

Practicing the 6 heart virtues will help humanity come together to the heart and move forward in one unified movement towards our eventual evolution. Anything outside of these virtues will only divide humanity. The side effect of practicing the 6 heart virtues is pure love.

But there's also another side effect, which is great for humanity, yet very difficult for the ego to accept. The practice of the 6 heart virtues allows the ego to see that it is, and has been, responsible for all that has occurred to it and its human companion. This is why the transition to a heart-centered reality has not occurred as of yet, but it is moving towards this reality now much more quickly.

Practice the 6 heart virtues and the change you see within yourself will be reflected to you by all in your world. And so it is... Make it so.

This is entry #7 for those following the Wingmakers material. Again, know that although the Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO) may appear to work for the good of the people, their intentions are self-serving due to the resistance to share the advanced technology knowledge to the world, which can help the people. Elite organizations that the ACIO are working with are not who we have been led to believe, i.e., the Illuminati, Masons, etc. The true organization that is manipulating the people, to include these elite organizations, is called the Incunabula.

In our current world of power and wealth held by the so-called elites, many have said it’s near to impossible to change the current state of affairs, and that humanity may be powerless to change the world. The elite have in numerous occasions taunted the people to try to rise up and challenge them, even to use any means of weapons they may possess, and the people will fail. But we are told by the Wingmakers that the change must be at a personal level… to change within first. This change, once accomplished, will propagate into the unconscious field and be heard by all ready and willing to listen. This personal change, if done earnestly, WILL change the world’s current state of affairs and WILL bring about a heart-centered reality. The way to bring about this change within us is through the exercising of the Six Heart Virtues and the breathing practice called Quantum Pause.

The world, and its current state of affairs, cannot be changed externally. This is near impossible to do and requires resources not available to the people. But when we look within and change ourselves we then set into motion a change of events that will eventually change the way our world is operating. Our focus truly determines our reality. When you create a heart-centered reality within yourselves we create it for the world as well. WE begin this process through the practice of the Six Heart Virtues and Quantum Breathing for ourselves first. Once we do, the world reality will change. Share with all so all may know.

Page 224-226: … Sarah: “So what did you do, to return to the Sovereign Integral process?”

Dr. Neruda: “Well, for me, I needed to direct the techniques inward.”

Sarah: “Explain what you mean…”

Dr. Neruda: “I was directing the heart virtues outward to others, but I wasn’t turning them inward to myself. It dawned on me that the inward was probably the most important place to start.”

Sarah: “How did you do that?”

Dr. Neruda: “It takes great alertness to live and express in the now. Human beings have the tendency to live in our past memories or future concerns. This was what I was doing and it took me from the now. And the now is where our life essence expresses. It isn’t in the past or future, only the consciousness framework pivots between past and future, so if you find yourself in there, you know you are not in your essence.

“When I realized this, I read from the WingMakers philosophy that breath was the magnet of nowness. It was the element that brought the human being into nowness by being aware of their breathing. I also learned that there were different kinds of breathing that enabled this sense of nowness to penetrate more vividly into the Hologram of Deception.

“The point is that simply being aware of my breath helped, as the WingMakers put it, to center me in stillness. This, by the way, doesn’t mean that you’re in a quiet room. You can be in a meeting at work, and center yourself in stillness through your breath. But by being in this internal centeredness I was in a better position to feel my own sense of expression, and that’s what was missing in my initial efforts to integrate this process. I didn’t have a good starting point for my practice of the heart virtues, and I was directing them outward—to other people or events, and not myself first.

“Once I made that adjustment, it helped me to identify my essence and distinguish it from my mind system. Life essence is authentic in oneness and equality and exclusively moves in nowness. The consciousness framework pivots between the past, present and future and operates in separation. If you express the heart virtues from the consciousness framework, especially outwardly, they won’t have the same potency or effect.”

Sarah: “You’ve mentioned the idea of resistive and insertive behaviors, and I think I understand the insertive behaviors in terms of expressing the heart virtues to one’s self and others, but talk a little bit about the resistive behaviors. What are they, and how does that work?”

Dr. Neruda: “Again, you need to start from the point of distinguishing your life essence in the now. Center yourself in nowness through being still and breath aware. Initially this may take some time, but it happens quicker with practice. Thought patterns that connect you to separation need to be stopped. Behaviors, too.

“You can simply say, I’ve identified a behavior that supports separation in this world. Let’s say I have believed that Muslims are less moral than atheists, and therefore less likely to get into heaven than someone who doesn’t even believe in god. This is a belief or thought form that relates to separation. I can say, stop that, but it’s not really effective for most people. I can resist the belief every time it expresses itself in my life, but many of these beliefs are so subtle and subconscious that we don’t even realize how they express themselves in our behaviors and choices.

“If you apply the heart virtues to yourself, like forgive yourself for having these perceptions, have some compassion for yourself that everyone is infected with these separation beliefs from their subconscious and unconscious mind layers. Be humble that making this resistive alteration is not just about you, but in a way, it’s about everyone, because we are one. Appreciate the fact that you’re working on this for the good of all. Have valor that you can stand up and resist these separation complexes that lurk in your programmed consciousness framework.

“You can see how I used the heart virtues to effectively deal with a belief or perception that separated me, not just from Muslims, though they were the target in this particular example, but when you draw separation lines around anyone, you’re operating from the consciousness system implant, and it only supports the Hologram of Deception.”

Sarah: “Okay, but you’re not suggesting that I look at rapists and murderers as one with me are you?”

Dr. Neruda: “Well that’s just it. They are. You can’t have oneness and equality and then say, well, that’s true, except for this population of society or these felons of the human race. There is no leper colony where humans are excluded outside of the circle. The circle is all-inclusive, or it is in illusion. This is an absolute.

“Remember my statement about the Hologram of Deception is a prison?”

Sarah: “Yes…”

Dr. Neruda: “There is no other prison inside the prison. We’re all in the prison. All of us are prisoners, even those who are in the Incunabula. There is no one who stands inside the prison walls and truly knows oneness and equality.”

Sarah: “But then how does it change, if no one knows this?”

Dr. Neruda: “It’s a process—both for the individual and the human race. We work on it, together. We resist behaviors of separation and insert behaviors of oneness and equality. We disengage from the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, principles, people, organizations, currencies, food, clothing, fashion, toys, and everything else within the Hierarchy whose roots are nourished by separation.”

Sarah: “When you put it that way, it sounds daunting, even impossible.”

Dr. Neruda: “It has to be done, and it has to be done by us. The question is, if it has to be done, when does humanity want to do it? Now? A hundred years? A thousand years? Ten thousand years? The WingMakers are clear about this in their writings that if we wait until after Human 3.0, when man and machine become integrated, it will only become more difficult. Enslavement of life must end, at all levels….”

Page 231-233: … Sarah: “Okay, I think I understand… so I want to go back to this process. You said it has two main parts, insertive behaviors and resistive behaviors. You also mentioned something about breath, but I didn’t hear you say anything specific about it.”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes, the breath is an important way to bring you into self-awareness. It’s like a quantum light turning on that illuminates your life essence—that part of you that is not of the Human 2.0 interface. You’re able to sense and begin to re-experience this infinite being that is you.

“The breath is something that anyone can use without a lot of complication, and obviously, it’s always with you. It doesn’t require any technology or expertise. It’s really just a way to shift attention to the core of your self. The WingMakers write about quantum breathing or quantum pause. It’s a technique from Philosophy Seven.”

Sarah: “Can you explain it?”

Dr. Neruda: “It’s very simple. You breathe in through your nose for about 2-4 seconds or whatever’s comfortable for you. Once you’ve filled your lungs, you pause or hold your breath for the same amount of time you breathed in. While you’re in the pause—holding your breath—feel it like a suspension of time, and fill that space with the feeling of I AM.”

Sarah: “Okay, sorry to interrupt, but tell me again, what is the I AM feeling? How do you define it?”

Dr. Neruda: “It’s the sovereign aspect of consciousness. It’s not the personality that defines your human experience, or you typically associate with as yourself. It is the infinite consciousness of you. It is also one. I is one. It is one thing: infinite life. It is not the mind, nor the heart, nor the body, nor the feelings and emotions of the personality. It is singular in its depth and silence.”

Sarah: “Okay, go on…”

Dr. Neruda: “After you hold the breath in your lungs, and anchor it with the I AM feeling, you exhale through your mouth, again for the same period of time, and then you pause again—your lungs are empty, and as you pause, you hold the feeling of WE ARE. Then you repeat this cycle until you feel you’re done.”

Sarah: “Can you explain the WE ARE feeling, too?”

Dr. Neruda: “This is the sense of connection to all. The sense that you are connected and that the I AM feeling you held a moment ago is being shared with all. I use the outbreath pause to place any of the heart virtues that I’m working on at the time. For example, I might be working on the virtue of compassion in my personal life, and I can hold that feeling in that outbreath pause and imagine it is being shared with all.”

Sarah: “I think I understand what you’re saying, and I don’t want you to take this the wrong way, but how can this possibly compete with a globalist agenda of world takeover?”

Dr. Neruda: “It’s a fair question. But look at the reality.

“There are many who’ve protested this enslavement. Throughout history there’ve been people that have come to this realization through various means, and they alerted people to this deception. They may call it a conspiracy without really understanding the depth of this deception or its ultimate plan, but in whatever way they know of this and at whatever level, they all experience fear. The fear is that we’re powerless to stop them.

“The capstone of the elite have been planning this for more than eleven thousand years, before Human 2.0 even existed the plot was devised. They have powerful interdimensional beings that know humanity on an intimate level, because they literally created the human being, and they can program humanity with such granularity as to define our life paths down to our day-to-day choices.

“How can one possibly defeat such an antagonist? They have the money, they have the politicians in their pockets, they have the defense and protection, they have the powerful relationships everywhere in the world and they have the most powerful technology in terms of surveillance and weapons. Their innermost circle is impenetrable.

“We can be wide awake and aware of what’s happening, but awareness doesn’t suddenly—in itself—change the chessboard. They taunt us to protest. Wave your signs, publish your websites, fling your fists to the sky, investigate all you want, it won’t change a thing. They will tell us to our faces that their power is inexhaustible. This is how they think.

“They want us to feel this futility and have this overriding sense that the endgame is unavoidable. They want us to believe that we are powerless. Remember, they are securing the world and its populations for the return of Anu. That is their program, and while only the capstone of the elite understands this plan, it is enough, because the downstream operatives are loyal, programmed entities….

… Dr. Neruda: “The WingMakers have written that it isn’t the protests that will change this enemy. If we shout at them and practice resistance with our guns in the street, they will only squash us. To bring their objective to a halt, we need to push down the wall, and we can do this by being practitioners of the Sovereign Integral process or anything similar.

“If human beings become self-aware, de-programmed entities, who understand specifically how we have been enslaved and for what reason, we can collectively push down the wall that separates us from our true selves. This creates a chain reaction that affects everyone, including the capstone of the elite. The wall falls for them, too.

“It’s using the consciousness of the life essence to reveal the Human 2.0 consciousness as an invented reality. It’s weaning from the Hologram of Deception to the reality that all life exists infinitely as equals in oneness….”

According to the Wingmakers, humanity must move through several stages before it evolves into its true being… the Sovereign Integral, a fully realized and empowered human that is limitless in its expression, and connected to the Creator (First Source). But to get there, humanity must go through a figurative “memory wipe” of all its past traumas experienced that affect not just the individual, but the consciousness of the species as well. This must occur in preparation for the Grand Portal.

This information is quite controversial to many that are deep in the current state of affairs. But with an open mind, and an open heart, one can see the correlation between what is being said by the Wingmakers and what is occurring in the world today. Look into your hearts and see for yourselves… Use your discernment wisely.

Sarah: “In this whole discussion tonight—most of which has been centered on the Incunabula or, maybe more appropriately I should call it the world power structure—I don’t hear much about the spiritual implications. It really sounds oddly impersonal and unspiritual, if that’s a word. Can you comment on this?”

Dr. Neruda: “What is occurring in our world is a manifestation of how a species migrates from statehood to species-hood. It is a stage within the migration plan. Humans must move from the patriotic, believe-what-I-am-told mentality, and elevate their thinking to encompass and embrace the holistic community of humankind. It will require enormous leadership capacity in order to accomplish the conclusion of this migration, because the world’s people will require a watershed event to erase its memory.”

Sarah: “Hold on a moment. What do you mean to erase its memory?”

Dr. Neruda: “There’s a persistent memory in the psyche of humans—particularly the weaker cultures that have been trampled on by nations bent on colonization. These grievous indignations to the weaker nations of the world have left a deep mark on their collective memory. It’s vital that this memory be erased or purged in order for humankind to become unified in its governance and fundamental systems.

“This event can be orchestrated or it may occur through natural means, but it’s generally agreed that an event must arise that galvanizes the world’s people to unite, and in this process, purge the memory of all peoples, but especially those who have been dealt with as victims of colonization.”

Sarah: “I know I just said I was only good for one more question, but as a journalist I can’t resist this line of thought. Give me some examples of what kind of event you’re talking about?”

Dr. Neruda: “The most probable event with global implications is an energy shortage.”

Sarah: “This is what you said earlier, but wouldn’t an energy shortage only create more friction between the haves and have-nots?”

Dr. Neruda: “If it were managed properly, no. The kind of energy shortage I’m talking about will have devastating effects on every aspect of our world. All infrastructures would be impacted, and the impact would be harsh and persistent. A global body to regulate production and distribution of existing resources, coupled to a well-managed search for alternative, renewable sources would become a necessity of this condition.

“Still behind the scenes, the Incunabula would help to manage this event in such a way as to restore equality to the world’s people. It would stand above the special interests and dominant powers, and ensure fairness. This fairness would establish its instrument of global leadership as the preeminent force for globalization, and the memory of all would—metaphorically speaking—be erased.”

Sarah: “Is this my answer for where’s the spiritual in all of this?”

Dr. Neruda: “No. Admittedly I got sidetracked a bit.

“Also, I want to make the disclaimer that what I’m disclosing is the broad concept, and anyone reading these disclosures in the future, I hope you will bear this in mind. I’m not able, owing to the circumstances and time constraint, to provide a detailed rendering. However, these details do exist and when one has the luxury of studying them, all of what I am disclosing will appear more plausible.

“Now, regarding your question. The spiritual element is very strongly integrated to the whole theme of tonight’s discussion. If I were to sum it up, I’d call it the human migration plan. Humankind is evolving on one level, and migrating on another.

“In the instance of its evolution, humans are becoming more advanced technologically speaking with the ability to multiprocess more sophisticated visual, aural, and intellectual data. In other words, the brain system is changing to become more holistic in how it processes information. Computers are a big part of this evolutionary track.

“Humans are also migrating from separation by means of statehood, to unification through globalism. This is a completely different but related track. Humankind is coalescing, even though it may not seem like it because we continue to have wars and conflicts throughout the globe. It’s happening in micro-steps.”

Sarah: “And the spiritual?”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes, thank you. The spiritual is that these two tracks are leading humankind to something that the WingMakers call the Grand Portal. It is the connection to our human soul, which has been broken into hundreds of pieces and strewn across the globe in the form of different colors, cultures, languages, and geographies, and is now in the process of an unalterable reunion.

“This is the spiritual aspect, and it touches everything in our lives. It penetrates every single atom of our collective existence, imbuing it with a destiny that is yet unseen.”

Sarah: “You just mentioned the Grand Portal. What is it?”

Dr. Neruda: “In the glossary found on the optical disc, it talks about this—”

Sarah: “Just so you know I did read the section of the glossary you gave me, but only once, and it didn’t stick with me too well. Can you explain it again, please?”

Dr. Neruda: “The Grand Portal, according to the WingMakers, is the indisputable, scientific discovery of the human soul.”

Sarah: “Sort of like LERM isn’t it?”

Dr. Neruda: “Similar, but LERM is more the demonstration that the unification force exists and interpenetrates all dimensions of existence. It is the proof of spirit, if you will. The human soul remains elusive to our technology.”

Sarah: “But you’re not saying that soul and spirit are different are you because I was always taught that soul and spirit are essentially one and the same thing.”

Dr. Neruda: “Soul, or what the WingMakers refer to as the Wholeness Navigator, is the replica of First Source (God), only compartmentalized into a singular, immortal, and wholly individualized personality. Spirit is more of the connecting force that unifies the individual soul with First Source and all other souls.”

Sarah: “I’m not sure I followed that description, but it may be that my mind is saturated right now and nothing you said would get through my thick skull. Anyway, what will be gained by having this discovery… the Grand Portal?”

Dr. Neruda: “Everything that keeps us separate—locked in statehood and provincial concerns—will be obliterated when this undeniable proof is obtained.”

Sarah: “Why would the basic nature of man, which has taken hundreds of thousands of years to form, suddenly change when science steps forward and announces that it has proven the existence of soul? It doesn’t seem plausible to me.”

Dr. Neruda: “According to the WingMakers this is the evolutionary path of the human species, and the discovery of the Grand Portal is the culmination of a global species. It creates the conditions whereby the things that separate us are stripped away, whether they’re color, race, form, geography, religion, or anything else. We find ourselves staring into the lens of science and we see that all humans are composed of the same inner substance—whatever you choose to call it—and it is this that truly defines us and our capabilities.”

Sarah: “So everything we’ve been talking about tonight… the globalization of humankind culminates in this discovery? Is that what you’re saying?”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes.”

Sarah: “And the Incunabula planners will be there, waiting to guide us. Is that also part of the plan?”

Dr. Neruda: “I don’t know if there’ll be a role for the Incunabula in this new world. Perhaps, perhaps not.”

Sarah: “If an individual would experience this Grand Portal and establish for themselves that they are composed of a soul—an immortal soul—wouldn’t it profoundly change the way in which they live? I mean I’m just starting to think of the ramifications, and they’re kind of scary.

“For example, what if someone saw that they don’t really die. Wouldn’t that change their attitude towards death in such a way that they no longer fear it? Perhaps people would become more reckless and daring, more dangerous.”

Dr. Neruda: “Some may. There will undoubtedly be many different reactions, and I don’t pretend to know how it will all be managed…”

This 5th interview begins to address the Grand Portal and human evolution, to include humanity's next level of expression… Human 3.0, the Sovereign Integral (SI), as written by the Wingmakers. The Human 3.0 SI means the unification of humanity at all levels and expressing our true essence and purpose, in the flow of our Creator. The artificial Human 3.0, creating the transhuman, means separation from all that we are to be, leading us further away from our heart.

Become aware of your world. Move into your heart. And become what you already are... An infinite being, limitless in scope and all loving, with the power to transform and create at will. Share with all.

… Sarah: “I presume the Incunabula and Illuminati have something to say about this whole Human 3.0 plan. Am I right on that?”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes. The Triad of Power, however you want to define it, in terms of titles, is programmed to create their own Human 3.0. This version will be predicated on the convergence of technology in support of biological enhancements that make the human vessel even more of a welcoming environment for the functional implants. The goal is to make an infinite human on the earth plane... infinite by virtue of immortality. The fusion of human and technology or what some call transhumanism, is the goal. So, Human 3.0 for the Triad of Power is very different from Human 3.0 SI, as envisioned by the WingMakers.

“You see, transhumanism is separation. It says we are frail, weak, finite, brutish, diseased… incomplete. All of these ideas for technological implants and cognitive enhancement were parts of the ACIO agenda.”

Sarah: “The ACIO was building Human 3.0?”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes, certain key aspects of the transhumanist model. Not the SI version. You see, the whole idea of transcending is linked to the inception point of separation. It is the I AM supreme model. It says, the human vessel can be and should be enhanced in such a way that the functional implants can live forever. There are several things missing, according to the WingMakers. One, the unconscious mind cannot contain the datastreams of a continuous species, and two, the search for who we are, as the true source of life, will only be further obscured by technological enhancement. The realization of I AM WE ARE is not a technological realization, nor is its manifestation accelerated by or through technology, at an individual level. It is a self-learning and behavioral process. Nothing more, nothing less.”

Sarah: “So transhumanists want to transcend human suffering, ignorance, and mortality through technology, and the ACIO was providing some of the technology to do this, but who would have access to the technology?”

Dr. Neruda: “The elite, of course. It would only accelerate and accentuate the separation. It is simultaneous empowerment and disempowerment. The economic models for the transhumanist diffusion, as it was called in the Labyrinth Group, were not widely considered. The Incunabula being the only exception.”

Sarah: “You mean they actually wanted to build a plan that made the transcending technologies available to everyone?”

Dr. Neruda: “They looked at it from two angles: one, if the technology could be introduced at birth, it would mitigate the cost issues of health care and education, offsetting diffusion costs. But it would have to be a government implemented service. No private company could secure sufficient trust. So a critical component was to make the United Nations the credible world organization that could introduce transhumanism to the global stage.

“The second angle was to allow class distinctions and free markets to eventually make the technology irresistible to everyone, and then allow government subsidies to bring down the costs sufficiently to enable its dispersion.

“All of this sounds very altruistic, but the quality of the technologies would be variant. Elite classes would be able to secure higher quality implantations coupled to more responsive genetics. This would simply be a human civilization that would be attempting to purge discontent and disobedience, in favor of participation in a ruled system of government by elite transhumans.

“Technology will evolve from external-impersonal, to external-personal, to integrated-personal, to internal-personal. Transhumanism is the last phase, and it is the phase that the elite are moving to. The internal-personal is based on exactly the same paradigm of what is now the human condition—namely, humans have a programmed interface that’s integral to their human body, and is powered by the infinite source of which they truly are.

“Humans are unwittingly trying to be Anu to themselves. It’s part of the program, according to the WingMakers. Humanity will play God to itself. It will try to engineer a better human and a better civilization.

“It will do this because it can’t imagine how humanity can save itself through simple behaviors and the realization that these behaviors can make. They will do it because they are programmed to become integrated with technology. This is the path that the WingMakers seek to avert. They write that human beings are complete if they can step out of their consciousness frameworks and realize what is actually powering their systems, their artificial realities, their programmed existence. The integration of technology internally will only make this realization more difficult.”

Sarah: “I think you said on Saturday that there were prophecies of a synthetic race overtaking humanity… this sounds like what those prophets saw.”

Dr. Neruda: “Fifteen felt the same way. He never assumed that they were off-planet aliens. These prophets could have seen Human 3.0 transhumanists in some distant timeline and assumed they were alien….”

… Sarah: “Okay. In whatever way Human 1.0s were eliminated from the planet, they were replaced by Human 2.0, and these included upgrades like self-reproduction and more advanced programming. And central to this programming was the notion that Anu was God and would return to his creation. Correct?”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes.”

Sarah: “And the next upgrade to Human 2.0 branches out like a fork in the road. One version of Human 3.0 goes down the path of technology integration… or transhumanism. The other version, 3.0 SI, is a more organic process of using behaviors to support this process of becoming a Human 3.0 or Sovereign Integral, and then becoming part of a network of these Sovereign Integrals. Is that correct?”

Dr. Neruda: “You have the general idea, yes.”

Sarah: “And the Triad of Power wants Human 3.0 to go down the path of technology integration, because that is how they are programmed… to emulate their god, Anu. Right?”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes.”

Sarah: “So it’s kind of like humanity sits at a crossroads. On the one side is the Triad of Power that is programmed to develop Human 3.0 as a… a cyborg, I guess, and the other side is the future existence of humanity urging us to do it internally, one person at a time, through a behavioral process. I guess the part that’s missing for me is the role of The Grand Portal, which remains unclear. I thought it was a technology that proved the existence… the irrefutable scientific existence of the human soul. How does that figure into this?”

Dr. Neruda: “There are humans here who are designers of the new unconscious mind that will bridge human populations everywhere on the planet to feel and express equality and oneness. It will connect humanity in the I AM WE ARE consciousness, instead of the separation consciousness. It will not be based on Hierarchy. That deception is coming down.

“One of the things that was never disclosed in the materials—including my previous four interviews, is that certain information was to be withheld. Dr. Neruda: “Yes. If you, the reader, wonder how the information I’ve presented about the Incunabula relates to all of the various conspiracy theories about the New World Order, intelligence community, Illuminati, Freemasonry, and all the other supposed clandestine organizations of the world, I would respectfully ask you to suspend your prior notions about the motivations of these various groups.

“These are not evil minded organizations regardless of how some portray them. Their members have children and families just like you, and they take pleasure and disgust in the very same things as you do. They are humans with all the same weaknesses for vice and greed, but they also have a strong energy to improve the world, it is simply that their definition of what a better world is may differ from yours.

“If your interest is to conjure an antagonist for your amusement, that’s your prerogative. But the issues I’ve related tonight are too serious to be amusing. They are deserving of your attention and discernment. Do your own investigation into the energy supplies of our world. You may come up with different numbers than what I mentioned, but only because the technology of the ACIO is more advanced than the petroleum industry. Nonetheless, you’ll see confirmation of this general condition.

“Look at the current events of your time whenever you read this interview. You’ll see how this plan is progressing. It may seem to take detours, but the general course is what I’ve described. It is moving in this direction not out of accident or because of the whims of the world’s leaders, you can be sure. The Incunabula, in their quest to attain complete power and control of the people, will move to control all oil production and the global monetary system by having our great nation, the USA, be portrayed as the hero against an enemy that was artificially created for the purpose of controlling the minds of the people to think that there is an actual enemy, when in fact, the enemy is actually the Incunabula. Although the Incunabula truly feels they are doing all this for the benefit of humanity, their motives should be questioned at all times.

… Sarah: “No, I sort of interrupted you. You were talking about the Incunabula’s plan.”

Dr. Neruda: “They desire a paperless currency coupled to a global leadership, and to carry this out they require a restructuring—or perhaps more precisely, a complete reengineering of resource and power sharing.”

Sarah: “Can you elaborate on this a bit?”

Dr. Neruda: “The plan requires new leadership in the Arab states. There is general concern that the Arab states will consolidate much like Europe is in the process of doing, and new superpowers will be created out of this consolidation. Multiple superpowers make consolidation of the global economic platform a thorny proposition.

“Because of its natural aggression as a superpower, the United States is the spearhead of the Incunabula to usher in the required changes of their plan. It will be positioned to exert a strong military and cultural presence in the Middle East and Asia; partly for oil considerations and partly for the purpose of gradually westernizing the indigenous cultures.”

Sarah: “Hold on a second. Our military bases are as much for the protection of our allies as for ourselves, and as for culture, we may export our movies and pop stars, but other countries are just as eager to be trend setters in the culture game.”

Dr. Neruda: “There’s a difference. The U.S. protects and defends because it can establish military bases in those regions after it is done defending. Agreements are made—sometimes without the public’s knowledge—to have military bases and protective forces therein for domestic peace issues and normalization. The U.S. has over one hundred-seventy military bases on foreign soil. This number will continue to grow as dictated by this plan.

“In regard to the export of culture, yes, you are right, the U.S. is not alone in this, but it leads the way through its capitalistic leverage of pop culture. No one does this as well as American corporations. They have set the world standard for monetizing content and brands. Other countries mimic this standard and add their weight. Collectively, the culture of capitalism reaches the Arab nations, China, North Korea, Southeast Asia, and the people of these countries— especially the new generations—are seduced by its allure….”

In this section, Dr. Neruda addresses the Incunabula’s push to control all global oil production so it can centralize oil production, thus have absolute power and control of all global wealth. Also, part of controlling the global wealth, Dr. Neruda shares with Sarah the Incunabula’s plan to eradicate the monetary system by dismantling all hard currencies and replacing it with a digital currency, i.e., Bitcoin, LiteCoin, Etherium, etc. Doing this will allow the Incunabula to observe patterns and manipulate events in order to protect their dominance as a leadership body, to define the new systems they create and manage system change, as well as track everything, which enables them to have a more thorough analytical insight into the affairs of individuals. But, according to Dr. Neruda, the very thing the Incunabula are creating, digital currency through technology, is their Achilles Heel because they lack the expertise in all things technological. Also, the very thing that currently is pushing the people apart (religious beliefs) is the thing that can intervene against the Incunabula.

Sarah: “If the oil production is in the hands of the Incunabula, what will happen to the Arab state regimes that currently hold this power?”

Dr. Neruda: “It depends on the regime. The Incunabula is expert at influence through financial services and legal maneuvering. They will assert their influence slowly, gradually, and in a manner that will catch the royal families and cartel by surprise. Their patience is unmatched, and they operate on multiple levels of influence, which is why they win nearly every time.

“Even at the present time many of the royal families exert influence in domestic affairs, but not oil production. They reap the rewards of the oil financially, but others within their regimes are truly operating the production and interacting with the cartel, developing the core relationships of trust and influence. These are the ones that the Incunabula bring into their fold, and slowly win over as operatives in their plan. The Military Force, at the appropriate timetable, will overturn the regimes in conflict with the plan, and those regimes that are friendly, will be allowed to retain their domestic presence and influence. These are carefully orchestrated events.”

Sarah: “And once the Incunabula has control over oil production, what then?”

Dr. Neruda: “The dismantling of hard currency. The Incunabula desires to have an electronic currency because it tracks everything and enables a more thorough analytical insight into the affairs of the individual.”

Sarah: “So what do they want to do with all this information?”

Dr. Neruda: “They want to observe patterns and manipulate events in order to protect their dominance as a leadership body, and, as I said earlier, they want to define the new systems and manage system change. Once this dominance is perceived as reaching a critical mass, the Incunabula plans to create a global body of governance that brings stability to Earth and a set of policies that aid humanity at large.”

Sarah: “Again you’re telling me that their goal is to help humanity, but I find it hard to believe.”

Dr. Neruda: “In a way it is the only way they can retain power. If they concentrate wealth and services too much, they will lose control of the population they seek to govern. Rebellion is never far away when empty stomachs grumble in unison.”

Sarah: “How will they dismantle our hard currency?”

Dr. Neruda: “There will be a gradual devaluation of the stock markets worldwide. Americans in particular have become accustomed to easy money production within the stock markets, as well as lavish lifestyles. This will not be permitted to continue indefinitely. Recessions will occur in waves until the value of currency is called into question. This will begin in third world countries first, and as these become the initial victims of feeble economic policies, the Incunabula will essentially force these countries to sell their assets at rock bottom prices in return for helping them out of economic crisis.

“In the best of times, the world economy is a fragile patchwork of economic systems that run at different rates without a smooth interface or a macro system in which to operate. In the worst of times, it is a house of cards vulnerable to the faintest of winds. Hard currency and the monetary system that supports it will become a scapegoat of the economic slowdown, and electronic currency will increasingly become the solution to the general malaise of the global economy.”

Sarah: “I’m not an economist so I don’t even know what questions to ask, but it leaves me with a queasy feeling in my gut. I get the feeling that there’s only one real power in the world and it’s the Incunabula, and we’re all just puppets of this elite group of moneymen. Isn’t that pretty much the subtext of all your comments here?”

Dr. Neruda: “No, not at all, but I can understand how you arrive at that conclusion given that we’ve been focused on the Triad of Power, or TOP, as we refer to it within the Labyrinth Group. TOP is a reality on earth, and it probably will be for many generations to come, and it’s certainly in the best position to dominate world affairs and development, but there are other powers that can intervene and bring fresh opportunity to the world’s people.”

Sarah: “Like religious powers?”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes, that’s one, though they will never rival the Incunabula in terms of impacting on world affairs.”

Sarah: “So who’re you talking about? Give me some names or examples.”

Dr. Neruda: “The rise of personal computers and the Internet was never intended to occur according to the Incunabula. It was one of the developments that genuinely surprised the planners within the Incunabula and proved to be a very vexing issue for nearly a decade. Computing power was supposed to remain in the hands of the elite. The Internet grew organically and at a pace that no one thought possible, and it caught the Incunabula completely off guard.”

Sarah: “So technology is a power that frustrated the plans of the Incunabula?”

Dr. Neruda: “It’s one example.”

Sarah: “I imagine the ACIO is another?”

Dr. Neruda: “The single greatest weakness of the Incunabula is its lack of scientific expertise within the ranks of its leadership. While it has technical and scientific members in special projects within the Global Military Industrial Complex, they are not leaders, and it is the leadership of the Incunabula that establishes its agenda.”

Sarah: “But I thought you said that Fifteen was part of the Incunabula.”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes, but the ACIO is simply seen as a resource to the Incunabula. Fifteen is perceived as an anarchist whose vision could never be aligned with the leadership of the Incunabula. They don’t even identify with his vision....”

Sarah: “I still don’t see how a government organization like the ACIO can operate behind the scenes and our own elected officials be completely unaware of both its existence and agenda.”

Dr. Neruda: “Not all of your elected officials are unaware of the ACIO, but you’re right about one thing: they do not know its true objectives.”

Sarah: “So who knows and who doesn’t?”

Dr. Neruda: “It’s not such a simple thing to provide you with a list of names. Those who know, and are elected officials, form a very short list—”

Sarah: “How short?”

Dr. Neruda: “I would prefer not to say at this time, only that it is less than ten in number.

“The world body politic is not divided into republicans and democrats or liberal and conservative parties. They are divided into a stratification of knowledge and vital intelligence. The financial oligarchy of the secret network I mentioned last week possesses superior knowledge, some of which it shares with the military force and some of which it shares with the Isolationist forces.

These three forces are the principal way the world is organizing itself, and the presumed alpha organization is the Incunabula because they control a dominant share of the world’s money supply and hard assets.”

Sarah: Okay, stop a moment because I did some research since our interview Saturday, and learned a little bit about the organization called the Illuminati. Is this the same organization you’re now referring to as the Incunabula?”

Dr. Neruda: “No. The Illuminati is part of the secret network, but it’s not the alpha organization. The Illuminati is affiliated with other blueblood organizations, mostly originating from European roots, but its goals and objectives are not aligned to the Incunabula.”

Sarah: “In what way, because from my reading it seemed like it was the secret network you were referring to.”

Dr. Neruda: “First, you need to understand that the secret network, as I was referring to, is loosely assembled and not well aligned because of competing agendas. Nonetheless, there is a sense of camaraderie between some of the more powerful groups mostly because they share an elite status in business, academia, or government.

“However, these groups are generally designed to help its members build greater wealth and influence through the members’ network of business and government contacts. It is somewhat comparable to a high-powered networking organization.”

Sarah: “Are you sure we’re talking about the same organization?”

Dr. Neruda: “There are many stories about the Illuminati that are based more on legend than evidence. Too many conspiratorial objectives are credited to them, and they are not organized in this way. Their leadership is too visible and carefully scrutinized by the media. When you have this condition, you can, in most instances, dispel the notion that global, conspiratorial objectives are in the works.”

Sarah: “What about the occult references to the Illuminati? Are they true?”

Dr. Neruda: “The supposed leaders of the Illuminati are not occultists or Satan worshippers as they are sometimes accused. Again, this is conspiracy theory run amok, usually by those who seek to define enemies that can embody Lucifer, which in their mind is synonymous with the occult. The Illuminati, while it exists as an elite organization, is made up of men and women that do not conform to one belief system. The spiritual beliefs of their members are not used as criteria to acquire membership. What’s important is a member’s personal network of contacts.”

Sarah: “But don’t they have a tremendous influence on politics?”

Dr. Neruda: “Yes, they have influence, as do the Masons, and Skull and Bones, and twenty-seven other organizations that make up this loose-knit network of the elite, but the people who control the master plan are not directly affiliated with any one of these thirty organizations.

“The reality is that these organizations really operate in one of three forces that do have alignment under the controlling hand of the Incunabula.”

Sarah: “So you’re saying that within these three forces the world’s political stage is organized, and the group with the most money also has the best knowledge and basically controls the other two groups?”

Dr. Neruda: “The Incunabula doesn’t dictate to the other two forces. It strategically releases information that lures the two forces in the direction it wants them to go.

“You can look at these three forces as part of an equilateral triangle, with the Incunabula at the apex, and the Global Military Force at one base and the Isolationist Force at the other. This is the real structure of global power.”

Sarah: “I’m not clear about the different objectives of these three forces.”

Dr. Neruda: “The Incunabula is concerned with the globalization of monetary channels and vital supplies like petroleum and natural gas; the Military Force is concerned with spreading and preserving democratization throughout the globe, and in so doing, protecting the self-interests of the dominant superpowers of America and Western Europe; and the Isolationist Force is focused on industry and wealth building for its citizens at the state level.”

Sarah: “But how does the Incunabula lure these other two forces to do its bidding? Can you give me an example?”

Dr. Neruda: “Why do you think Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait?”

Sarah: “To grab its oil wells and make a lot of money.”

Dr. Neruda: “On the surface that is close to the truth. Following the Iran-Iraq War, Saddam had depleted too much of his country’s wealth, and to be sure, he was interested in the wealth production of Kuwait, but he also knew that his military was not designed to invade and annex countries, and he was aware that the superpowers would protect their interests in Kuwait.

“Saddam had a real dilemma, he had upwards of a million soldiers that were without jobs after the Iran-Iraq War and there was no place within Iraq’s broader economy to absorb these men. The Military Force was aware of Saddam’s dilemma, and, through a consistent disinformation campaign by the Military Force, Saddam was led to believe that he would be allowed to invade Kuwait without superpower retaliation.

“There are high level operatives within the Military Force that are also the eyes and ears of the Incunabula. It was well understood that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction that it had developed during the course of its war with Iran. The Military Force saw this as a destabilizing element of its long-term policy to bring democracy—American-style—to the oil producing region.

“The Incunabula does not have control of the Middle East oil. It is the only vital asset in which they do not exercise prime authority. Saddam Hussein was seduced by disinformation to attack Kuwait so that the Military Force could—with the whole world looking on—dismantle Iraq’s defenses. This was a staged event of global impact exercised by the Incunabula and carried out by the Military Force completely unaware that they were being lured into this conflict in the same way as Iraq.”

Sarah: “And all because some elite trillionaires want to control the world’s oil supply?”

Dr. Neruda: “It’s much more complex than that, though that is a part of the equation. I’m not sure how much you want me to go into it.”

Sarah: “It’s hard to stop after you drop this revelation on me. Where is this all headed… I mean what is the end goal of the Incunabula?”

Dr. Neruda: “Do you mean in the context of the Middle East?”

Sarah: “Yes.”

Dr. Neruda: “They want to control crude oil production. They want to exercise authority over this critical asset that is so fundamental to shaping world economies. They have controls over refining and the distribution of end products, but they lack control over the production, particularly in the Middle East. This is the fundamental goal, but it’s surrounded by the tributary objectives of bringing a Western culture to the region and slowly, but surely, homogenizing the world’s culture. They want this global culture as a framework in which to create global regulation.”

Sarah: “And how long will this take… assuming they’re successful?”

Dr. Neruda: “From the perspective of the ACIO, it has a probability of occurrence no more than 35 percent within the next ten years and jumps to a 60 percent probability in twenty years. Thereafter, it becomes more probable with each passing decade, until it reaches near certainty by the year 2060.”

Sarah: “And when you say 'global regulation', what do you mean?”

Dr. Neruda: “The ability to regulate the vital resources of the planet as a singular, global political body.”

Sarah: “What makes this such a critical goal of the Incunabula?”

Dr. Neruda: “The diminishing oil and natural gas supplies. These are non-renewable energy sources, and what required a billion years to create 3.2 trillion barrels of useable oil has only taken 110 years to reduce to 1.8 trillion barrels. The planet’s oil supply is its economic lifeblood. As this diminishes, so does the economic system in which the world’s people live. As the economic conditions erode, instability arises, and if left unchecked, chaos ensues.”

Sarah: “Again you’re saying that this is all about oil?”

Dr. Neruda: “Try to understand that to me it’s astounding that this isn’t obvious. Anyone who knows the condition of the world’s oil supply can perform simple extrapolations and conclude that the world is approximately fifty years away from oil depletion, and that assumes you use the more optimistic analyses. On the pessimistic side, it could be as little as twenty-five years.”

Sarah: “How can that be? I don’t recall anything being said about this in the media. I would think this would be a huge story if it were that obvious and that ominous.”

Dr. Neruda: “There are many versions of this story that circulate in the media, but they never quite capture the attention of the mass media and the masses because they deal with the distant future—a topic not held in high regard by citizens in love with their Western lifestyles. Nevertheless, this future is precisely where the Incunabula place their focus because this is what determines the tactics of the present day.

“The depletion of the world’s oil supply, coupled to the growth in human population, is the dominant influence that is shaping the policies of the Incunabula and its timetable.”

Sarah: “So the agenda of the Incunabula is to control the diminishing oil supply in order to do what?”

Dr. Neruda: “At the highest levels of the Incunabula, the planning horizons are typically twenty to one hundred years, depending on the issue. They are well aware that as the oil supplies diminish, oil will become increasingly more difficult to extract from the planet’s reservoirs, and consequently, require at minimum, a thirty percent delta in refining costs. This will have a profound effect on price, which can have the effect of producing a persistent recession in the world’s economy.

“The planners of the Incunabula believe that by consolidating control of the oil supply and its distribution it is the best way to impose rationing at a global level without setting off Armageddon.”

Sarah: “It’s really that serious?”

Dr. Neruda: “I don’t mean to sound like an alarmist, but this is the fundamental problem that the world must address in the twenty-first century. The brightest minds of our planet are well aware of this and have known this for twenty years or more.”

Sarah: “Why then aren’t the leaders of the world, and the brightest minds, working on alternative energy sources?”

Dr. Neruda: “In some instances they are. There’re several alternative energy sources that are under consideration—some are not even released to the public at this time because they stem from technologies that also carry great potential as weapons.

“But the bigger issue is how to change the energy system of our modern day civilization from petroleum to a new energy source, or perhaps to change the manner in which we live—in other words, our oil dependent lifestyle.”

The Rising Heart

(Excerpt from Liminal Cosmogony: Teachers of Light-Wingmakers material)

The light body is a particle of the Divine Mind, cast from the Central Sun into and through the fourth and fifth dimensional matrices in order to embody within a human being the essence of the Central Sun. The light body’s materialization begins from the seventh dimension, cascading into materiality where it settles into the first manifested being—the human heart.

Within the human instrument, it is the heart that is originally the nucleus-home of the light body, but eventually the light body’s locus drifts upward to the pineal gland at the base of the brain, usually in the first seven years of life. Here it typically remains until the physical body expires, at which time it recirculates within the higher light realms of the fifth dimension wherein unity and the connective field of pure love radiates unimpeded by matter. This is the ground of soul where all beings flow in the vibrant river of sound and light.

The light body is composed of the Light of the Central Sun. Within each of the galaxies is a Central Sun that acts as the transmitter of the Divine Mind within the galactic multiverse. The Central Sun is the trans-dimensional portal within each galaxy that interconnects all galaxies and dimensions of life therein to the pulsing heartbeat of the Grand Central Sun from whence the primacy of sound and light arise. It is the integrative nexus between the physical and spiritual planes, and thus, the Central Sun is the quantum sum of all suns within the galaxy, and this quantum light lives within the human instrument as its light body.

In a very real sense, we are all born from this sound and light of the Grand Central Sun, and it is to this pulsing, rhythmic heartbeat that we are all entrained to varying degrees. It is this entrainment that re-establishes our alignment to the Grand Expansion and restores our access to the higher intelligence where we become the willing impulse of divine will.

The light body is the seer of reality within the individual identity. It is the Wholeness Navigator that detects the frequencies of fifth dimensional essence in the lower dimensions of matter, time, and space. It is the bearer of alignment to the Plan of the One Creator. It is the portal of guidance within the one who is separated from unity by the veils of illusion. It is the voice within the void that calls to your mind and heart, beckoning its recognition and restoration as your true identity and that of all others as well. It is the connection between the heart and mind that allows for true creation to occur. It is the telepathic portal that hears and sees the divine intelligence and then activates its expression within the lower realms by mere presence.

The light body is the core of consciousness, and this interior core is shifting. In your world it is shifting back to your heart, but its nucleus-home is now between the heart and throat, known as the thymus, or the “heart’s crown”. We will speak of it as the Rising Heart. The Rising Heart is located on two axes or fields of vibration: the first is the horizontal axis, which is the Field of Planets. The second is the vertical axis, which is the Field of Central Sun.

On the planetary axis, there is the material being or human instrument, composed of the sheaths that protect and sustain the light body—the physical, emotional, and mental sheaths of the third and fourth dimensional matrix. This axis represents the planet meeting your light body. It is the axis of grounding and anchoring the light body to the planet and the physical beings upon her.

On the Central Sun axis there are the descending and ascending streams of energy that connect your light body to its source: the Central Sun. It is from this connection that the Grand Awakening of physical beings occurs and the divine current is felt tugging on your human instrument, calling it to activation and awakening its will to become a vehicle for the light body.

The light body is the zygote of consciousness formed by the union of divine light and sound. It is born radiant, pure, intelligent and life-sustaining. The light body listens to both your thought-scape and feeling-scape, adjusting its radiance in accordance to its perceptions. Thus, the light body reacts to the lower dimensional matrix, and in this way is influenced by the individual’s level of coherence, intelligent expression, creative insight, and higher mind intuition.

As the core of consciousness shifts to the new axis of the Rising Heart, the internal coherence of the individual becomes the amplifier of the light body’s radiance in the world of form. This internal coherence is heightened when the thought-scape and feeling-scape of the individual are aligned and flowing in the river of divine will. It is then that the light body can truly step forward and radiate its purpose on the planetary level.

The radiant and intelligent expression of the light body enmasse is the true meaning of life in the planetary axis because it is the action of collective intelligence that enables the planned and unplanned evolutionary paths to converge and empower the planetary shifts that enable dimensional ascension for all who are prepared. This increase in the expression of light and love within the planetary sphere opens the Grand Portal, which is the gateway for the planet to access the fifth dimensional matrix of pure, connective energy, which is, in essence, divine love-intelligence.

As the children of light begin to activate their light bodies while living within a human instrument, they will sense the presence of their electromagnetic field as it becomes enmeshed with their every breath. The breath washes over the Rising Heart in both the in-breath and out-breath. When breathing in, the energy symbolically descends from the Central Sun and flows through the crown chakra settling at the solar plexus just below the heart. There, it sparkles in the golden light of your signature tone. When breathing out, the energy is released from the solar plexus up to the planetary axis at the height of the thymus or Rising Heart, and then radiates outward with dominance to the horizontal plane.

In this time of the Grand Awakening the light body is becoming centered at the Rising Heart because the mind—where it has been centered for thousands of years—is enmeshed in static and distortions that confound the light body’s ability to fully radiate its energetic field upon the planetary grid and fulfill its purpose. The intersection of the two axes (Planetary and Central Sun) is the activation point of the individual. The integration of breath and imagination is the most efficient method through which this activation can occur and be sustained within the human instrument.

The breath of the Rising Heart is the practice of breathing from the Central Sun and expressing this breath energy into the planetary grid. It is the method of activation taught on all planets for those aligned to the Plan of Expansion into the Lands Unknown. When you read these words you will understand intuitively for you know well the mysterious purpose that stirs you awake and compels you to action.

The breath of soul is directed by the light body whose seat of intelligence resides at the point of the Rising Heart. You can imagine this as a portal within the body that receives the electromagnetic field of light from the Central Sun through the in-breath, and directs it to the solar plexus; and on the out-breath, channels it across the planetary axis as a way of grounding the energy within the field of third dimensional beings.

It is this grounding of the energy, directed by the light body, infused with the internal coherence of the human instrument that enables the human emotional field to build the collective heart and connected mind that enables the planet to step through higher dimensional barriers with relative ease and grace.

This is a time of action, and the action is to activate your light body to its purposeful role within your human instrument, and to share its higher light frequencies to the human emotional field. This activity re-grids the collective heart and connective mind to the emerging culture of the one, unified planet moving in the upward spiral of the seven dimensional hypersphere in which all beings within its quantum and space-time presence are unified with the planet, and the planet with the Central Sun.
In this future time, beings will be galactic citizens and they will commune with other inter-galactic citizens and see the universe as they now see the planet. Each of you who embody the light of the Central Sun, and not only carry it with you, but purposefully radiate it through your actions of intelligent love and the virtuous heart, you are builders of this future time, and your actions will be acknowledged with its direct experience.

The breath through the Rising Heart is an activator of your light body. Internal coherence within your human instrument is the sustaining and evolving force of this activation, independent of the travails that befall you or the human family. You can generate this internal coherence through the practice of breathing through the Rising Heart and expressing the radiant beauty of the higher light through the virtues of the heart, the intelligence of the higher mind, and the ascendant beauty of the spirit we all share.

When the breath of soul radiates outward on the planetary axis of the individual, it takes on the signature field of that individual. This signature is like a “carrier wave” to the original signal from the Central Sun, and it is this carrier wave that is the key factor that enables the rays of the Central Sun to cut-through the static and distortions of the planet’s electromagnetic fields.

There are many competing currents and conflicts within the planetary realm before its entrance into the higher dimensions of the etheric plane. These currents pull you, push you, and deliver you to shores of indeterminacy and questionable value. There are light bodies cast in human instruments that are so darkened that they are like black holes in space, swallowing light in the gravity of their misguided ignorance. The light body is, in some ways, a fragile consciousness. It listens well and responds to what it hears. It sees the higher realities, but it also dives deep into the lowest realms seeking out the unique separation veils that empower its discernment, which ultimately reinstate its power as a sovereign integral of the highest order.

The life of the light body is complex—more complex than you can imagine and yet you can appreciate its goals and the journey it weaves to achieve them because your intuition and imagination enable you to feel the edges of its reality. Those who are the Builders of the Grand Expansion are embodied in human instruments and they are awakening to their light bodies as their light bodies begin to activate to the new rays of light and love that are flowing from the Central Sun.
We refer to these individuals as Builders because they are the architects and engineers who are building the new culture, monetary system, technology, and mind-body-spirit systems that will endure as the planet transforms itself to the new energetic grid of the higher fourth dimension. Within the Builders are the Planetary Teachers, and these are the ones who are now blossoming as the new rays embolden their light bodies to harmonize, resonate, and co-create with one another.

There are saviors and messiahs that enter the planetary grid in its third dimensional and lower fourth dimensional state to periodically re-align the spiritual teachings of humanity to their Ancient Source. However, now is the time when the Teachers of Light are operating as a collective power, joining together to weave a new fabric of time, space and energy—one that is ultimately the portal to the fifth dimension.

The Planetary Teachers are generally embodied, while the Central Sun Teachers are mostly operating in their light bodies on higher dimensions, and in some cases, other galaxies. The Planetary Teachers of Light require activation, internal coherence, a balanced inflow and outflow of love and light through a virtuous and heart-filled behavioral system, and the quiet of re-connection time to rejuvenate and re-balance their human instrument.

The Rising Heart technique is a system to achieve each of these requirements. It is not the only way; it is a proven way. It is a framework that can be adapted and modified to suit an individual’s preferences of imagination and intuition. The teachers of light are quantum beings of great power. Though they wear human instruments of density and distortion, they never lose sight of their rightful purpose and the ultimate ascendancy of their family of light.

The human instrument is a fabric of frustration for the teachers of light, as they know well what they are, but like a ballet dancer wearing a spacesuit, they are not able to express the fullness of their higher wisdom in the material worlds. This frustration is coupled to the third dimension construct that teachers must teach through words—spoken or written—and yet we tell you that it is through your behavioral system, the expression of your virtuous heart and the application of techniques like the Rising Heart that define you as a teacher of light.

The writings of the Planetary Teachers are telepathically transmitted by the Central Sun teachers, who in turn translate the energetics of the Central Sun and step-down these higher energies into the vocabulary of the human family. This is the system of dispensation that prevails on all planets until the species achieves fifth dimensional equilibrium, at which time, the communication from the Central Sun is direct and immediate. The Central Sun, in essence, is opening the channels of telepathic communication to the teachers of light so they are able to transmit the vibratory energies to the general masses entrenched in the energetic quagmire of the previous and current dimensions.

As planets ascend inter-dimensionally they require a higher connection to the Central Sun to draw them from their present dimensional grid into the next level, and this is precisely what the Central Sun Teachers instruct the Planetary Teachers to do: to facilitate this higher connection through various techniques that activate the light body of the teachers of light so they may collectively create this higher connection.

If you will inhale the light of the Central Sun, and take it into your soul’s workshop, adding your fingerprint of love for your brothers and sisters, and then release this higher light to them and your planet, you are creating this higher connection in this simple act. Not only for yourself, but for all. All of the human family benefits for we all rise on the same currents of divine love and the higher intelligence that pervades it.

The teachers of light have the opportunity to re-energize their association of the breath and heartbeat and feel their rhythmic energy as the connection to life and the higher, universal intelligence that flows from the Grand Central Sun. In doing this, you bring yourself into alignment to the Grand Awakening, as the higher truths are being downloaded to your world. Your human family—living between the forces of light and dark—will awaken to the multidimensional world and leave the fields of illusion behind, never to return.

‘tude vox Ro: David, please summarize your spiritual beliefs and how they affect your daily actions.

David: To me, summarizing my spiritual beliefs is similar to placing the Sun in a FedEx box… very difficult. Being spiritual is not an action but a state of being. The nature of a lion is all that makes up a lion. The same is true for me, and for all living beings in this Universe regarding spirituality. We are all one in Spirit. Everything we do in life makes up portions of our spirituality. This connection to Spirit is what gives us our inspiration for the many creative accomplishments in this world. Some may praise the accomplishments that Man has attained throughout history but it pales in comparison to what our potential is when we fully awaken to our true nature.

Knowing that we are all connected to Spirit, and that my actions will affect others both in the short and long term, I attempt to remain in the present moment as much as possible so I can be open to Spirit’s call when I’m needed. I may be called upon to helps those in a charity event, a food drive, investigate an aircraft accident, help a friend organize a workshop, or just be present for someone who has just lost a loved one. What I feel I know everyone will feel eventually. The reverse is also true. This is why the statement, “Do unto others what you want done unto you” is so very important to me. This also alludes to the law of Karma in that what ever action is taken, negative or positive, will incur some kind of reaction to bring the result of that action back into balance. This may occur immediately or it may take several lifetimes but Karma will be balanced.

‘tude vox Ro: With all of the good causes in the world, how do you decide which ones to support and promote?

David: Intuition leads me to decide which organizations to support and/or not to support. I’m able to feel if an organization is in service to self, even though they may be promoting service to others, and if an organization is in service to others. The focus these different organizations tend to have is either money (service to self) or Mother Earth, which includes humanity (service to others). When an organization focuses more on money then the energy will not be present to support them. But when the focus is on Mother Earth the resources, to include money, to support the organization begins to flow.

‘tude vox Ro: What drives you to move beyond personal needs and desires to dedicate your time to humanitarian and spiritual efforts?

David: Whatever I’m doing at that time feels like something I’m supposed to do. If I don’t follow my intuition and accomplish my goals then I experience a sense of emptiness to the point of physical pain. Going against the will of life and my intuition causes much distress for me. The call to help bring people together as one and assist in ushering in a new global consciousness is very strong and I can no longer deny it.

Also, we are the ones who have the potential to cause a shift in reality to a more harmonious state just by our focused intentions. Quantum physics, in theory, has stated this. Because of this gift we’ve been given, Humanity has the responsibility to assist and protect Mother Earth and all those who live upon her because we are the ones who have the power to co-create with Her and bring about a harmonious reality.

‘tude vox Ro: What do you do for your clients at Aviante Health and Wellness Center®?

David: I, as well as co-founder and life love (Susan), and the staff of Aviante Health and Wellness Center® (AHWC), are dedicated to integrating various health and healing modalities to create a multi-dimensional approach to healing. By directly affecting the three primary components of body, mind, and spirit at the same time, there is a much deeper relaxation response, a more dramatic and long-term healing response, and a much stronger sense of well-being for the client after a session. As we begin to experience the symptoms of evolutionary growth, i.e. unexplained aches, pains, increased anxiety, depression, hallucinations, anger for reasons unknown, war, violence, global crime on the rise, along with global changes occurring at a record pace, AHWC provides a place to not only get away, relax, and heal from the day to day chaos, but a sanctuary for those wanting to know how to heal themselves and others.

‘tude vox Ro: How does music affect healing?

David: On the surface, music heals by helping us focus on one thing only. This focus on one thing allows us to push everything else out, which relaxes our minds. When our minds relax the body will relax as well. But the vibrations music creates, or what is better known as harmonics, goes beyond just relaxing the mind and body. Through years of observation, meditation, and the application of insight received through meditation and as a Reiki Master, a naturopath, a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, and as a martial artist learning to manipulate energy (Chi or qi), I’ve come to realize that harmonics, which is another form of energy, affects the biology of our bodies. When we come into this world our bodies resonate a frequency, which is made up of the combined frequencies of all the bodies systems, that is optimal for our health. Through the act of living and experiencing many levels of stress (disharmonic frequencies), the frequency of the body begins to become chaotic. This can be likened to storm causing a calm sea to become a chaotic monster. If this stress is not addressed in a timely manner the body begins to breakdown, which ultimately leads to dis-ease. The harmonics of music assists the body to realign itself to its original harmonic state so the body’s biology can begin the healing process. But not all music is conducive to healing. Mr. Masaru Emoto, author of “The Hidden Messages in Water,” has done much research on sound (harmonics), intention, and how they affect the body. Soft melodic sounds tend to assist the body in placing it in a healing state. Hard rock music with hateful and angry language, tends to place the body in a chaotic state.

‘tude vox Ro: What does science have to say about the power of harmonics?

David: Energy medicine, which harmonics is part of, is a sophisticated and intelligent way of viewing health and correcting stress and multiple health disturbances with new modalities based on quantum physics.

According to energy medicine, the body’s health depends on information fields on the energetic or quantum field level. These information fields are an active, creative force, intimately involved in the form and manifestation of one’s state of health. When we examine the body’s health through the viewpoint of the energetic body, we are able to assess the correct informational fields which produce good health. And we can also detect disturbed informational fields, through the use of intuition and new technologies, which produces disease or health imbalances.

In the field of energy medicine, any disease can be redefined as a disruption or distortion arising in the informational energy field. In simple terms, a health problem is a glitch in the programming of one’s informational field. Healing can be accomplished by correcting these disturbances, which can then eliminate the disharmony and the chaotic patterning of the health problem, and restore natural health. Energy medicine, by correcting the information fields of the body, enables the body to heal itself, naturally. Harmonics are used as one method to correct any disrupted informational fields.

‘tude vox Ro: What is the Virtual Circle Project all about?

David: Through the advent of technology, it’s now possible to bring together all people as one virtually, thus expanding our consciousness even more quickly. When people of all walks of life come together as one for a common purpose, miracles will occur. Staying in the moment, and holding that moment (sacred space), assists in these miracles by creating a space that allows people’s healing and positive intentions to be held in a “universal spiritual bank” to be deposited into other people’s “spiritual banks” when the time arises. Ultimately, creating this “sacred space” allows for these healing and positive intentions to flow into and outward to everyone, which will then assist in creating a shift in the current reality to another reality that is more spiritually heart-centered. Quantum theory supports this mindset.

People all over are experiencing increased anxiety, depression, hallucinations, and anger for reasons unknown. Anti-depressant prescriptions are at an all-time high. War, violence, and crime are on the rise globally. Global changes are also occurring at a record pace. This experience that everyone is going through, including Mother Earth, is what I have named the “quickening.”

The “quickening” is the expansion of consciousnesses by all within this universe. Many prophecies and oracles from around the world seem to point to December 21, 2012 as the final day of this “quickening.” The Mayan Calendar, the Book of Revelation, Nostradamus (The Prophecies of M. Michel Nostradamus), Edgar Cayce (The Sleeping Prophet), the Hopi Indians (Hopi Prophecies), and the Chinese oracle of the I Ching, all point to this date.

Symptoms of the “quickening range from unexplained tiredness, aches and pains, unexplained nausea, vertigo, and emotional conflicts with others and with self.

To bring about this “quickening” transition smoothly and to send out healing and positive intentions to the world, I created The Quickening Chronicles: The Virtual Sacred Circle (VSC) Project. The VSC Project is made up of spiritually like-minded people with a common goal, to bring about the quickening in the most compassionate, loving, and pain-free way possible and to assist in the shift to a more spiritually and heart-centered reality, which will lead to the creation of a unified global consciousness. The VSC Project also assists the “quickening” by serving as a sounding board for all of us to share experiences, fears, knowledge, wisdom, etc., so we all can learn and grow at all levels of body, mind, and spirit. It serves as a place where we all can discuss current events that need healing attention so we then send heart-centered healing to those areas.

‘tude vox Ro: What is your connection with the Hopi Tribe and The Gathering of Souls?

David: I’ve always been drawn to the Hopi Nation and its people. Spiritually, there’s a connection with them and I feel drawn to continually connect with them. Through my spiritual brother, and Yaqui Indian Shaman friend (George Sanchez) in Sedona, Arizona, we both have connected with the Hopi. Through conversations with the Hopi, and other Native American tribes, there is talk of a gathering of sorts… a gathering of those responsible for the health of Mother Earth. This gathering appears to be focused on what should be said, and how to say it, to the world so the people living among Her can awaken and realize the damage Mother Earth has incurred. This “wake up call” is meant to also create action among us so we can assist Mother Earth in her spiritual evolution. She can’t do it alone and we can’t do it alone either. It will take all of us to come together as one unified global consciousness to make the transition. This is when I was given a vision, and the name, of an event to bring people together for the sole purpose to assist Mother Earth, and ourselves, to move into our next evolutionary step… “The Gathering of Souls.”

The purpose of this event is to bring people together and, with the assistance of the Hopi and other native children of the Earth, bring about our next evolutionary step through sheer intent. Our focus determines our reality. So by focusing our intent on a heart-centered and compassionate reality then the shift will occur. Again, quantum physics, in theory, has stated this. By sharing knowledge, wisdom, experiences, and love with and for Mother Earth, and for ourselves, we can assist the shift and bring about our spiritual destiny. We have the power to co-create so let’s co-create in alignment with Mother Earth and the Universe and move toward our highest potential.

David: At this moment we are just at the infantile stage of planning. Members of the VSC Project, now the Virtual Sacred Circle of Nations, as well as friends in the alternative heath and wellness field, Indian tribe elders, and others awakened to the call to this event, are assisting in gathering the tools needed to put on this event. We would like this event be held globally but we also want the event to be broadcasted from Sedona, Arizona. Specifically on Cathedral Rock, which holds much feminine and masculine energy in its energetic vortex.

This article describes how pain in all its forms can affect our state of mind, which leads to many physical conditions. This article also speaks to tools, which we use at AHWC, a person can use to help alleviate the pain if the person chooses to use them. Our focus determines our reality so let’s focus on the positive aspect of life because we’ve been given the gift of choice and the power to co-create with Mother Earth. Let’s choose wisely.

The Weight of Pain

Many people living in our world suffer in solitude due to pain they can not alleviate. This pain can manifest in many forms. Physical pain is the most talked about in the Western medical world as well as the alternative health world and appears to be more socially acceptable. The more socially unaccepted forms of pain are emotional and psychological. The reason physical pain is more accepted then emotional and psychological pain is that physical pain is seen as something that’s out of our scope of control. This means that according to our Western medical philosophy, we have no choice in our physical pain experience. We experience physical pain due to genetics, age, injuries, etc. Psychological and emotional pain, in some circumstances, is seen by the Western world to be out of our control of experience as well due to genetics, injuries, etc.

Western medicine usually addresses psychological and emotional pain through the use of medications. Alternative health modalities address emotional, and in some circumstances psychological, pain through the practice of various forms of relaxation techniques like meditation, exercise, yoga, reflexology, massage, etc., as well as the use of organic herbs and homeopathy. But there are times when both Western medicine and alternative health worlds are not enough. What then?

You may experience temporary relief from using either philosophies or both but the pain eventually returns. This pain then begins to build with no end in sight. You begin to slow down and become less interested in being active. You also begin to remove yourself from the social world because it’s just too painful to put on a “happy face” just so others don’t see what your going through. Eventually, the weight of your physical, emotional, or psychological pain begins to manifest into physical weight. Then, after many fad diets, long days of exercising, and counting calories, you realize that the weight is not only staying but it’s increasing. What now?

Your Focus Determines Your Reality

In a nutshell, quantum theory states that your focus determines your reality. This means that if you focus on all the things that cause you pain, i.e., negative thoughts, anger, control of others, etc., then more pain will come to you. This will then cause a build up of emotional pain within the physical body if not released properly and in a timely manner. If the emotional pain continues the body, in an effort to protect itself, will create a “suit of armor” so it will not feel threatened and experience pain. This “suit of armor” is the physical weight the body creates to protect itself. As the physical weight increases so do the physical stresses, which translates to psychological and, eventually, physical pain. Ultimately, if these stresses continue it will result in the complete breakdown of the physical body.

A New Way at Looking at Life

What is needed here is a new way at looking at situations that don’t bring on the negative aspects of emotion. This involves a conscious choice to see things differently despite what appears to be occurring to you. By choosing to see the positive side of your life experience then you’ll begin to invite more situations to support your positive outlook. Again, your focus determines your reality. Eventually, enough positive outcomes occur that the emotional pain dissipates, which then causes the reduction of the psychological pain. With both emotional and psychological pain reduced or removed, the body doesn’t feel threatened as much so it has no use for its armor. The armor then begins to be removed, which translates to physical weight loss and a reduction of physical pain. At this point, the use of traditional and alternative health practices is now extremely effective and should be used only after first consulting your medical physician. If you find it difficult to see the positive aspect of life then hypnotherapy should be explored.

Reframing the Mind

The term "hypnosis" is derived from the Greek word hypnos, meaning "sleep." Hypnotherapists typically use exercises that bring about deep relaxation and an altered state of consciousness, also known as a trance. Many people routinely experience a trance-like state while they are watching television or sitting at a red light. A person in a trance or deeply focused state is unusually responsive to an idea or image, but this does not mean that a hypnotherapist can control your mind and free will. On the contrary, hypnosis can actually teach you how to master your own states of awareness, which can affect your own bodily functions and psychological responses.

When something new happens to us, we remember it and learn a particular behavior in response to that circumstance. Memories stored in our brains hold the original physical and emotional reactions that occurred when the given memory was first formed. Each time similar events occur again, the physical and emotional reactions attached to the memory are repeated. These reactions may be inappropriate or unhealthy.

In some forms of hypnotherapy, the trained hypnotherapist guides you to remember the event that led to the first reaction, separate the memory from the learned behavior, and reconstruct the event with new, healthier associations.

During hypnosis, a person's body relaxes while their thoughts become more focused and attentive. In this relaxed state, a person will feel very at ease physically yet fully awake mentally. In this state of deep concentration a person is highly responsive to suggestion. If you are trying to quit smoking, for example, a hypnotherapist's suggestion may successfully convince you that in the future you will have a strong dislike for the taste of cigarettes.

Besides emotional pain, stress, and weight issues, here’s a list of conditions that respond well to hypnotherapy:

• Inflammatory bowel diseases (namely, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis)
• Sleep disorders, including insomnia
• Addictions
• Warts
• Bedwetting
• Fibromyalgia
• Irritable bowel syndrome
• Phobias
• Labor and delivery
• Skin disorders [such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema (atopic dermatitis)]
• Migraine headaches
• Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
• Cancer-related pain
• Eating disorders, namely anorexia and bulimia
• Indigestion (dyspepsia)

The decision to reframe how you look at life has to be yours and no one else’s. Without your conscious commitment to let go of what you judge to be correct, and look at the positive things in life, any of the alternatives in relieving pain presented today will be doomed to fail. Mercury Retrograde Effects for Most Zodiac Signs

Using tropical calculations, Mercury goes retrograde April 28, 2016, at 1:20 PM, Eastern, in the sign of Taurus.

Mercury rules thinking and perception, processing and disseminating information and all means of communication, commerce, education and transportation. By extension, Mercury rules people who work in these areas, especially those who work with their minds or their wits: writers and orators, consultants, commentators and critics, gossips and spin doctors, salespeople, teachers, travelers, tricksters and thieves. Mercury also has an occult side, so healing, astrology and the transmission of spiritual knowledge are also in his area.

Mercury retrograde gives rise to personal misunderstandings; flawed, disrupted, or delayed communications, negotiations and trade; glitches and breakdowns with phones, computers, cars, buses, and trains. And all of these problems usually arise because some crucial piece of information, or component, has gone astray or awry. Public transit, i.e. air, bus, etc., law enforcement activity, and social unrest may be affected and/or increase during a Mercury retrograde.

It is not exactly wise to make important decisions while Mercury is retrograde, since it is likely that such decisions will be clouded by misinformation, poor communication and careless thinking. Mercury is all about mental clarity and the power of the mind, so when Mercury is retrograde these intellectual characteristics tend to be less acute than usual, as the critical faculties are dimmed. Make sure you pay attention to the small print!

Planetary Configurations during this Mercury Retrograde

During this Mercury Retrograde we have Mercury in Taurus, conjunct the midheaven.

The Energy for this Mercury Retrograde

In addition to the communication and technology challenges presented to the individual person during Mercury retrogrades, the additional energies during this period will be centered around financial, career, and emotional issues locally, nationally, and geopolitically, as well as centered around the individual person.

Much distress will surround finances, monetary systems, the idea of what the monetary systems is supposed to be and work, and if our current system will survive in the coming years. Much of this distress will begin to come to a head during this retrograde. Economically, we will begin to see fractures within the current financial systems that will begin to falter and give way for new methods and ideas to take hold. Many of the old paradigms that exist with governments, corporations, as well as old belief systems that individual people have, will also experience a “reckoning,” which during this retrograde will need to be addressed and resolved. If this “reckoning” does not occur, a deeper “reckoning” may occur at a later date, which will not be to the advantage to those who have not taken the time to ascertain their current frame of mind and heart.

Many careers that have been built on the old paradigms of the financial system may begin to show signs of their foundations weakening during this time, which may begin to cause much distress to established corporations and families, as well as government entities, to include political establishments. Words being said will be taken in ways that are not conducive to positive communications. Time and patience is needed to assure all words said are clearly understood.

The financial establishments may begin to speak words of positive accomplishments and golden futures, but be aware that many in these same establishments may resort to illusionary speak to ease the worries of those heavily vested in the establishments’ ventures. Much may also be said behind closed doors among the large financial establishments of a coming “new financial system,” which is placing much fear in their hearts for this may be a herald of coming changes for them, but be a reflection of positive change for all.

The automated systems that are connected to the old financial establishments will also begin to falter if not re-evaluated and reformatted to reflect a more “service-to-others” approach. Keep your eyes on the financial districts of all countries for they may be the proverbial “canary in the tunnel.” Checking in with your heart shall provide you the much needed “check and balance” to know what is Truth and what is Illusion and will help you in overcoming your fears and assist you in making positive and heart-centered choices for yourself and your loved ones.

Much luck will exist for everyone during this time when the heart is turned towards programs, systems, and careers that are service-to-others oriented, or if the current programs, systems, and careers are re-oriented to a service-to-others mindset. In other words, be patient and come from the heart before any action is taken on any task, project, or any endeavor you choose. When doing this, you will be in a place of peace within your heart to be able to see things much more clearly, which will assist you in moving forward with your journey.

The Lives and Accomplishments of Ningishzidda

For those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. Ningishzidda is here now in physical form, as he promised, to fulfill the next chapter of this world’s evolution, along with its people. All this can be seen and felt when you begin your journey to your sacred hearts. And so it was, is now, and ever shall be always….

Humanity owes its existence and survival to Ningishzidda, the great architect, geneticist and musician, and to his father EA, the Enki, with the guidance of Galzu, the Watcher and Protector of Humanity.

Genetically Nibiran, Ningishzidda was birthed on Earth and is the son of Enki and Ereshkigal. Enki had seduced Ereshkigal as he took her to run the Climate Station in South Africa. He left her there, pregnant with Ningishzidda. Enki’s son Nergal married Ereshkigal and sent Ningishzidda to live with Enki.

After the Deluge 13,000 years ago, Ningishzidda (as Thoth) built the Sinai Spaceport and the Giza Pyramids to guide rockets to the Spaceport. He built a model pyramid, then the Great Pyramid at the South end of a straight landing line–through the Landing Platform in Lebanon (Baalbek) to Mt. Ararat (Eastern Turkey) in the North. Ningishzidda installed the power generator, master computer programs and astronavigational equipment in the Great Pyramid and hid records (on indestructible tablets) in secret chambers (Halls of Amenti) under the Pyramid [Doreal, Emerald Tablets:1].

Ningishzidda also built and was the initial face on the Sphinx. He planned and supervised a castle, temple and fighter-jet hangar for his cousin Ninurta at Lagash.

Ningishzidda refused to fight for Marduk and Enki in the Second Pyramid War, though he did, when the Council of the Anunnaki, asked, tunnel into and rescue Marduk from the Great Pyramid. Enlilites considered Ningishzidda, though an Enkiite, an ally, since Enlil was, through his mother, Ereshkigal, Ningishzidda’s grandfather. Both Enkiites and Enlilites accepted him, so Enlil, at the Peace Treaty of 8670 B.C., made him ruler of Egypt.

As Thoth, he ruled the Nile for 1,560 years, from 8670 BC, when Enlil banished Marduk/Ra from Egypt. Enki and Enlil agreed to give Egypt to Ningishzidda. He ruled through other Anunnaki he put in charge.

When Marduk returned from exile, he sent armies against Thoth for the next 350 years. Enki/Ptah (their father), in 4350BC, ordered Ningishzidda to leave Egypt to Marduk. So Ningishzidda moved on: he guided the building of Stonehenge in England and New Grange in Ireland.

In 3113 B.C., he shipped Middle Eastern-looking Sumerian and Black African overseers and technicians with him to Mexico and Mesoamerica, where descendants of Ka-in, whom he’d marked with facial hairlessness, called him called Quetzalcoatl, the Winged Serpent. He created the civilization of the Maya. He and his African (Olmec) and Middle-Easterners taught the Maya math, astronomy, calendar calculation and temple-building.

But Ka-in’s ddescendants, the “Indians.” revolted. They drove the Africans and Middle-Easterners ever south, finally out of Mesoamerica.

Thoth, as Kukulkan, moved on to South America to assist Enlil’s youngest son, Adad, who was building observatories, metal-processing plants and a final spaceport atop the Andes. Ningishzidda showed the Earthlings that he and his cousin, Enlilite General Adad/Viracocha, ruled how to line up with the stars and what the signs would be when Nibiru approached.

Also, atop the Andes, Ningishzidda designed a spaceport and tin and gold-processing plants for Adad. Ningishzidda built planetariums throughout Central America.

During later ages, Doreal states in her book “The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean,” Thoth wrote in the Emerald Tablets, he passed into the bodies of certain men. He left in the Pyramid for those of a future Age of Light. They are imperishable, resistant to all elements, corrosion and acids. In effect, the atomic and cellular structure is fixed, and no change can take place, thus violating the material law of ionization. Upon them are engraved characters in the Ancient, what Doreal calls “Atlantean” language. Hoops of a golden alloy suspended bind the tablets.

Children of the light, Warriors of the Rainbow, and all those fulfilling their chosen journeys in accordance with their Divine Heart Plans and the Universal Plan, heed these words that come to you from places beyond your world. There is a great urgency upon us all to prepare for the coming shift of your world, which is on the horizon. For those of you who have heard the Call, and have prepared yourselves for the task at hand, your time has come.

You, along with those you call the Ascended Masters, as well as many others; have created an energy grid array for the incoming energy wave, which is now being felt by your world by all who have been ‘listening ‘ to their hearts. This energy wave has created, and continues to create, what we call a ‘space of remembrance.’ Within this ‘space,’ all of those within the ‘space’ are begin to experience a recall of previous physical lives from your current world and other previous worlds and universes. This recall of memory is being brought to the forefront of your consciousness to be utilized in accordance with your Divine Heart Plan and the Universal Plan. Once this recall is complete, and is fully integrated with your current physical experience, a raising of vibration and frequency shall occur , which will lift your awareness to a level equal to the awareness of your world, galaxy, and visible Universe. This is what many of your ancient ones have called The Ascension. But for this energy wave to be fully manifested in your world, you all must become as anchors and anchor yourselves into your world to fully embrace the energy wave into your world.

To fully anchor yourselves into the Earth, you first must place yourself in meditative state of mind of your choosing. When you have attained a relaxed state, reach out with your hearts and minds into the Heart of your galaxy, the Heart of the Earth, and to the hearts of all earthly sentient beings. The connection made to each other must be heart to heart. Only within the sacred space of your Divine Hearts can this connection be made and maintained long enough for the energy wave to begin the process of shifting your world, and all those upon her, into the next level of expression, which many of you have labeled as the 5th and 6th dimensions.

Next, you must have what has been called the Merkaba Light Vehicle fully activated. Much has been shared previously by others on your world and in other worlds regarding the activation of the Merkaba Light Vehicle. But because the level of energy coming in is very high we ask you to visualize this Merkaba Light Vehicle created within your hearts, which shall be called your Heart Merkaba Light Vehicle.

Once you create your Heart Merkaba Light Vehicle according to your gender (female tetrahedron apex points to the earth and leading edge facing to the front; male tetrahedron apex points to the sky, leading edge facing to the back), ask to be fully prepared for the full activation of your Heart Merkaba Light Vehicle.

When you feel in your heart that you are ready, ask for your Heart Merkaba Light Vehicle to spin at full speed in alignment with the Heart Merkaba of the Earth and the Heart Merkaba of your galaxy.

When you feel that your request has been accepted, take a deep breath, create a small hole with your lips with the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth, and blow your breath out completely with force. Once you blow your breath out completely begin to breathe normally.

Be prepared for a rush of high level energy once the connection is made with the Earth and galaxy Heart Merkaba Light Vehicles. Do not fear if the flow of energy becomes intense. Your intention to connect with the Merkaba Heart of the Earth and the Merkaba Heart of your galaxy will prepare you for the intensity of the energy.

When you are fully connected, and you are fully stabilized, see your Heart Merkaba Light Vehicle duplicate itself to encompass your entire body.

When you feel your body fully encompassed by the larger Merkaba Light Vehicle, see it merge with the Earth Heart Merkaba Light Vehicle. When the merging of your Heart Merkaba and Earth Heart Merkaba is complete, merge with the Heart Merkaba of your galaxy. When all of you have completed this task of merging your Heart Merkaba Light Vehicles with the Earth and your galaxy Heart Merkaba Light Vehicles, and your Heart Merkaba Light Vehicles are spinning at full speed in alignment with the Earth’s and your galaxy’s Heart Merkaba Light Vehicles, as well as making the connection with all of your brethren on Earth from heart to heart, then the anchor and energy grid array will be created and ready for the energy wave to be fully realized on your world.

Know this. For the shift to fully be fully realized, the energy wave must be held within your current Earth experience so the consciousness of those not fully awake can be fully awakened and raised to the next level of experience. Anchoring the energy wave with the energy grid array will help to create the ‘space of remembrance’ for all of you, including your Earth.

The One Called “Water” Has Returned!

The One called “Water” has given to all on your world much information that has been the cornerstone in the building of your “culture.” But through the cycle of growth in your world much of that information has been diluted to suit the needs of the groups, organizations, sects, etc. All this is for the purpose of satisfying the need of the ego to be a part of something larger then itself, yet still maintain control to what it believes is the “truth.” This “dilution” of information has been the catalyst for many of your modern faiths. This, in of itself, is not necessarily a negative as long as the core of the “faith,” which is Universal Truth, does not change. This, unfortunately, has not occurred.

Because of this “corruption” of the “core truth” many brave souls have chosen to come to your physical world to hold the lower vibration of your world’s “expression” so others may choose to see where they must not venture, if they desire to ascend to the higher vibration expressions. Your world, and all sentient beings residing on your world, is destined to move into this higher vibratory expression. But to do this you all must begin the process of journeying into your hearts to see what is “real” and what is “illusion.” Mind you, this journey to your heart will not be easy for the lower vibratory expressions are very difficult to resist. This is due to the familiarity and the comfort that exudes from this lower expression. You have been there before and it is familiar. Know that this lower expression does not create a space of learning for the desire to push yourselves to learn and grow does not exist. Take this information being passed on to you all and use it as a catalyst to see beyond the mundane and the familiar and push yourselves to ascertain that which appears unreachable. Do not judge yourselves for this is a lower vibratory expression leading you down a path that many hold you in a “non-expression” existence indefinitely.

The One called “Water” has returned, and will be seen very soon, to address the “corruption” of the “core truth.” In doing so, many of the faiths of your world will begin to, at first, resist the “core truth” for fear of losing their identity and perceived power over the sentient beings on your world. This process has already begun on your world as seen by many through your media “expressions.” But this “core truth,” which we shall call “The Light,” will not be extinguished. “The Light” cannot be extinguished for it is the basis of all life in all expressions throughout creation and within the Great Creator. Acknowledgement of “The Light” will only fan the flame of truth to a point of it becoming a firestorm of Truth. When this has occurred, and all upon your world have begun the process of becoming One Universal People within your world and your Galaxy, then you all shall see and know the One called “Water.” But for those who have chosen to be the guiding lights of your world’s next higher expression, and choose to see the One called “Water,” you only need to move into your hearts and ask to “see.”

One final word, all that has occurred, is occurring, and will occur, is by design and of OUR OWN VOLITION. The actions within your world, and within this Universe, as is occurring now, were chosen by all in existence to make up what is now and what will be. This “choice” is the basis of what is known to all in the Universe as the Universal Plan. Do not judge the actions of your world and of the Universe for all is as it should be, as we agreed. This was by design so we all could have the opportunity to learn and move into a higher vibration. But this does not forestall our freewill. For within the Universal Plan was agreed to have choices, or “gateways,” to choose to move ahead of the Universal Plan. Again, this was by design and agreed upon by all.

· - to abolish, in its entirety, all statutory legislation unaligned with common law;

· to free, immediately, all persons incarcerated by statutory law who otherwise would have remained free under common law;

· - to abolish all laws and executive orders unaligned with the Constitution;

· - to end, forever, the so-called "State of Emergency" that cynical forces have used as a loophole to create unconstitutional laws and unconstitutional executive orders;

· - to destroy all bioweapons laboratories and programs;

· - to abolish and safely dismantle all nuclear power plants;

· - to abolish the FDA;

· - to abolish the CDC;

· - to destroy all FEMA internment and reeducation camps;

· - to abolish all Native American internment and reeducation camps, known today as reservations, and restore to Native American peoples fertile, unfettered lands befitting their respective cultural heritages;

· - to abolish torture of any kind and destroy all torture facilities;

· - to end domestic habitation of foreign military personnel;

· - to abolish existing drone programs and destroy all surveillance drones and weaponized drones;

We, the people of the land known today as the United States of America, do hold that our patient sufferance of the Machiavellian machinations of financial institutions using governments as whores is at an end, and that men and women of principle are ethically constrained boldly to alter a too long-corrupted body politic and fashion a society aligned with liberty.

We, the people of the land known today as the United States of America, do declare our independence from financial institutions that have worked by fraud, and in secret, to create societal division by using media to steer otherwise tolerant men toward hatred, riot, skirmishes, and war, and do declare our independence in particular from financial institutions owned or controlled by Rothschild family members and their banking colleagues whose bloodlines have allowed them access to inestimable wealth and power unimaginable and unattainable by common men and women.

We, the people of the land known today as the United States of America, do hold that laws birthed from politicians' pens at the behest of banking and financial interests do not deserve the name of law but must forever take the name of fraud, and that a government working in secret with society-fracturing financial institutions, as our government has done for centuries, is an abject slave to monied interests and cannot represent the people or do good for them.

We, the people of the land known today as the United States of America, do disavow the usurpations of unprincipled men of finance and their minions swelling the greedy halls of government, and all the contracts they have wrought in concert, and in secret, and in fraud, through the long years since the original Declaration of Independence was created.

Mercury Retrograde Effects for Most Zodiac Signs

In evaluating Mercury retrogrades, I use sidereal astrological calculations, as well as Starry Night Pro 6, to determine real-time (current) energies involved, which effect the physical.

Using sidereal calculations, Mercury goes retrograde June 7, 2014, in the constellation of Gemini.

Planetary Configurations during this Mercury Retrograde

During this Mercury Retrograde, in sidereal, we have Mercury in Gemini. Mercury is also conjunct with Jupiter (Sagittarius) in the sign of Gemini.

Other configurations and aspects to consider are the following:

Retrograde Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini squared Mars (Aries) in Capricorn.
Retrograde Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini squared the Moon (Cancer) in Capricorn.
Retrograde Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini trine Neptune (Pisces) in Aquarius.
Retrograde Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini opposed Pluto (Scorpio) in Sagittarius, which is in retrograde.

The Energy for this Mercury Retrograde

The energy during this period will be about our communication with ourselves, how we communicate with others (self-reflection), and taking the time (relax and breath) sort out what you’re going to say to yourself and others so you’ll be better understood. Much of the time taken to speak to others involves breathing properly so the correct emphasis on specific words to share a thought, and idea, or a vision, can be properly presented. When we don’t present the correct words, with the correct emphasis, to ourselves and to others we become frustrated, which can lead to anger and then judgment. This judgment will, in most cases, create blocks in communication in all areas of business and personal lives.

When frustration occurs due to poor communication mental, emotional, and physical blocks can also occur. The lungs (including the trachea and bronchi) tighten causing short of breath and a shortage of oxygen to the body. The arms, shoulders, hands, muscles, and bones also become affected, causing an overall tightening and a shortage of much needed oxygen and blood to the areas.

So, in retrospect, taking the time to breathe properly and reflecting on how our words will be interpreted by others, to include ourselves, can truly make the difference in our lives in body, mind, and Spirit.

Other Major Zodiac Signs Affected by the Mercury Retrograde being in Gemini

Jupiter (Sagittarius) in Gemini conjunct Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini.

Jupiter enjoys being expansive and free flowing without restrictions. Jupiter does everything big in a big way. People with Sagittarius as their sign, and businesses started in the sign of Sagittarius, would do well with expanding themselves emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. Except, there are two things that will hinder this wonderful experience… Mercury (Gemini), currently in retrograde, and Pluto (Scorpio) in Sagittarius (Jupiter) being in retrograde opposed Mercury (see below for Mercury and Pluto configuration).

Due to the restricted flow of luck from Jupiter because of Pluto in Sagittarius being in retrograde, and the ability to communicate what is being thought properly is being hampered by Mercury in retrograde, communications in all aspects of life and business, to include the inner self and governments, will be strained and where luck once flowed freely to create great things will now be hindered severely. Take the time to breath and centered before you speak. What you say and mean to others may not be what they hear and understand from you.

Also, foreign travel, law and ethics, culture, knowledge and experience are all embedded in Jupiter (Sagittarius), which may be adversely affected as well during this Mercury retrograde. Any business travel is not recommended unless it was previously arranged prior to this retrograde. But still keep in mind that your communication skills may be hampered if not fully aware of the energy currently flowing. World governments are advised be aware of this retrograde energy. If not, we may see many political conflicts occur in the world theater.

Retrograde Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini opposed Pluto (Scorpio) in Sagittarius, which is also in retrograde.

Because of the retrograde Pluto (Scorpio) opposition, the Plutonic energy (Truth) pulling on retrograde Mercury (Gemini) begins the process of breaking down old thought forms, paradigms, and processes, and allows the illuminating energy of Truth to flow freely within yourself. Once the old within you has been reviewed (self-reflection) and addressed from a non-judgmental state of mind then the process of allowing Truth (love and light) to flow into you can begin. People around you will begin to notice the change within you when you begin the process and you truly release the old within you.

Retrograde Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini squared Mars (Aries) in Capricorn

For those who are Type 1 personalities, this configuration will be a time of challenge when trying to convey and idea, a concept, or a plan. Your words may not be as clear as you would like them to be. Even when you speak your words your ears may hear something different. Just think of Yoda speaking in the Star Wars movies and you’ll get the picture. Before you speak, take a step back, breath, and think of what you will say and how it will be perceived by those listening to you. You’ll get your point across much better and clearer if you do.

Retrograde Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini squared the Moon (Cancer) in Capricorn

This configuration will bring out the emotional side of you to bear when plans don’t quite work out the way you wanted them to be. Home-based business, businesses you consider as home, and all things dealing with the “home,” may be affected more than usual when planning home parties, home gatherings, or even home “fix it” projects. Now may be the best time to patiently lay out your plans and prepare to move forward when Mercury goes direct.

Retrograde Mercury (Gemini) in Gemini trine Neptune (Pisces) in Aquarius

Illusions of grandeur may flow easily during this configuration. Dreamy Neptune (Pisces) will have the opportunity to inject more of the ego’s idea of what should be all in the effort to showcase itself to the world. Bragging about “this” and bragging about “that” may be a common situation until Mercury moves out of Gemini. On the flip side, if you are truly attempting to convey information on a project, a plan, etc., to further a goal or mission for an organization, business, etc., it may be perceived by others as “bragging.” Again, as with anything, take a step back, take a breath, reflect on what you are about to say and how it will be perceived by others, and check in with your heart before you say anything. The new Moon on January 30 at 11:20 pm PST (but listed as January 31 in many calendars) begins the year of the Wood Horse. Chinese New Year is a spring festival that begins on the second new Moon after Winter Solstice, with the Sun and Moon in Aquarius. This new Moon also starts the month of the Fire Tiger making energy very strong and lively as Horse year begins, a clear departure from the slower energy of the previous Water Snake year 2013.

The Wood Horse year is a time of fast victories, unexpected adventure, and surprising romance. It is an excellent year for travel, and the more far away and off the beaten path the better. Energy is high and production is rewarded. Decisive action, not procrastination, brings victory. But you have to act fast in a Horse year. If you are not 100% secure about a decision, then don’t do it. Events move so quickly in a Horse year that you don’t want to gallop off in the wrong direction.

HORSE IN CHINA

Horse’s childish innocence, sunny disposition, and natural charm attract many friends. Horse is a highly intuitive animal, so people born in Horse year follow their hunches. Their keen judgment and natural intuition often help them make the right decisions throughout their life. Enoc-Tu Message, The Law of Resonance, and The "Shift"

Hello my brothers and sisters in Great Spirit. Under the guidance of all the guardian angels and elders of Mother Earth, the Galactic and Universal Councils of 12, St. Germain, Thoth, and Enoc-Tu, this message is being sent out to all so an understanding may be received by all who choose to understand during our time of evolution and ascension.

As stated in a message from the group consciousness of Enoc-tu, on July 15, 2013, which I shall post on this blog, “Many of you have been receiving messages of warning and incoming chaos, and you have tossed them aside as fear mongering and wanting to create panic and chaos amongst your people…” This message went on to state that the Enoc-Tu message was not one of fear but of awareness and preparation for the coming changes to occur. Unfortunately, many of you have taken this message, judged it, and have construed it as fear mongering. Nothing is further from the truth. Also, many of you have presented the Law of Resonance as proof that this and other messages sent out to the people do not come from a place of light because “light beings” do not send out messages of darkness and negativity.

For the most part, it’s true that “light beings,” or any being that serves the light of the Great Creator, do not send out messages of darkness and negativity. But then, they do not send negative or positive messages at all. They send pure love and energy that vibrates at infinite levels of frequencies. Also, “light beings” do not see or use labels as we humans do. They just see and use energy as directed by the Great Creator, in accordance to the Universal Plan. We, as humans on Earth, are the only beings that CHOOSE to use labels as a way to BEGIN to understand our world and Universe. When we, as humans, do not understand our environment our egos immediately see this as a threat and labels the situation and/or message as negative or dark. Sometimes, when the ego does not have something to use as a way to explain its position, it uses other previously accepted labels to support its position, i.e., Law of Resonance. So let’s briefly look at the Law of Resonance.

The Law of Resonance basically states that, according to the Universe, which we all agreed to and created prior to our initial incarnation, in accordance to the Universal Plan, a body vibrating at a lower frequency, in this case, a human in fear, when introduced to a higher vibrating body (light being), the lower vibrating body will move to the higher vibrating state. But before the lower vibrating body can move into the higher vibrating state, it goes through a “shift” or “transition” before it begins to vibrate at that higher frequency. This “shift” or “transition” can occur in a blink of an eye or may take eons. But this “shift” or “transition” does occur every time and it is part of the Universal Plan.

In our current world experience, this “shift” IS THE CHAOS, according to our human labels, which we all are seeing around the world, i.e., protests in Egypt, wars in the Middle East, geopolitical issues in the USA, etc. Many of us, as humans, are allowing ourselves to vibrate at the lower frequencies, which then the ego perceives this "shift" in vibration as bad, negative, not of the light, etc., because it does not fit into its label. This action of the ego is holding most of humanity in a place of non-evolution and non-ascension. But if we CHOOSE to let go of fear and the old ways of thinking and doing, we then allow ourselves to see and feel this higher frequency, which then will assist us all in moving forward into our next level of vibrational experience. All this can and will occur within your hearts… the seat of your soul, if WE CHOOSE to allow it.

Go in Love and Peace Warriors of the Rainbow and know that Universal Love already resides within your Sacred Hearts.

During this Mercury Retrograde, in sidereal, we have Mercury in Gemini. Mercury is also conjunct with Venus/Taurus/Libra in the sign of Cancer. Although most astrologers do not consider a conjunction between planets to exist when they are in different constellations I do take this configuration into account because, as we all know, using an analogy, a disruptive neighbor can create great stress on your entire state of being. Also, the celestial bodies do not have any boundaries so who are we to create them.

Other configurations and aspects to consider are the following:

The Sun (Leo) conjunct Jupiter (Sagittarius) in the constellation of Gemini.
Two Grand Trines between the Sun (Leo) / Jupiter (Sagittarius) in Gemini, Saturn (Capricorn) in Libra, and Neptune (Pisces) in Aquarius.

Here’s a little information about Grand Trine Configurations.

The Grand Trine

A Grand Trine is formed when two planets that make a trine aspect (120 degrees) both make another trine aspect to a third planet. If you draw lines connecting all the planets, you get an equilateral triangle.

The Grand Trine is supposed to be “lucky.” The problem with “luck” is that people can blow it. If there are too many trines in a chart (it doesn’t matter if they are in a Grand Trine or not) there is usually be a tendency to take the easy way out, to let your life drift.

The Energy for this Mercury Retrograde

The energy during this period will be about our communication with our heart and the connection between the physical heart, the soul’s heart, and the heart of the Universe. It’s also about maintaining a balance with all three lines of communication of heart, soul, and the Universe because, in the end, nothing can and will manifest without first creating the vision of a one Universe within the heart.

Regarding the planet Venus, because of the conjunction between Venus (Taurus/Libra) in Cancer and Mercury, exalted in its own sign of Gemini, communication may be stifled when addressing home front issues. This includes issues as small as our house and physical bodies, not that they may not be serious, up to as large as our nation’s issues.

The double Grand Trine configuration, as spoken above, will only intensify this energy unless mitigated through self-awareness of current events within you and outside of you. Awareness and connection from the heart to all within you and outside of you is the key to reducing the effects of this retrograde.

Double Grand Trine Configuration Effects

With two Grand Trines in place during this retrograde, with the Sun (Leo) being the focus of the majority of this energy, much fire will be flowing through the rigid structures created by Saturn (Capricorn), the illusions of Neptune (Pisces), and the darkness of Pluto (Scorpio) to where all of these affected planets, and their respective signs, will be illuminated from the inside out. This illumination will begin to force a new view of life events and a new line of communication that will be essential to moving forward with the soul’s mission. Jupiter’s (Sagittarius) expansiveness will be supercharged with more fire with its conjunction with the Sun (Leo) and will flow freely through the double Grand Trine configuration.

Although Grand Trines allow energy to flow without restrictions, which can lead individuals to not make any effort to work on issues that normally need effort to accomplish, the four planets in retrograde currently provides us some resistance to going outside of ourselves and forces us to go within to do the much needed spiritual work so we can all connect with our hearts and the heart of the Universe.

There may be increased tension in our nation, and the world, with relationships being tested at all levels, because the infusion of Plutonic energy (Scorpio-Ultimate Truth) directed at the Sun (Leo-the Heart) through Mother Earth (her Heart) because of the opposition configuration between the Sun and Pluto. Due to the infusion of Plutonic energy into the heart of our Sun (Leo), many people, especially Leos, may experience heart palpitations. Also, for those who have not been staying physically health, or have a genetic heart condition, it’s possible that those individuals may experience heart attacks due to the increased energy flow of Truth from Pluto, the breaker of old paradigms.

With the increase of the light energy of Truth being directed at the heart of the Sun (Leo), there may be a significant sized solar flare and/or a coronal mass ejection directed at the Earth. But due to the double Grand Trine configuration in place, the energy will be more balanced because the energy will be free flowing without restrictions. Keep in mind that any attempt to move outside or yourselves during this retrograde may be met with much resistance. Just imagine the feeling of jumping into very fast-moving river… you get the picture.

The increased light of Truth coming from the heart of our Sun (Leo) free flowing through the double Grand Trine will bring more illumination to those things that have been kept in the dark by many in this world that are in the business of keeping people and nations in the dark. Because of this, we may see an increase of fear activities by all governments, terror factions, etc., in an attempt to maintain, or regain, control of the masses. But this attempt by those in Service-to-Self will be met with the Fires of Truth because of the Sun/Pluto opposition.

The programs involved with the IRS and the NSA are kept from the eyes of the people (darkness) for fear of losing control. But the Fires of Truth have begun to flow and is exposing all to the light that which was once in darkness.

Our home (USA), and the rest of the world, is currently in chaos and is in need of a much needed overhaul at all levels. What will help here is creating a healing environment, through the use of communications, which will help you as an individual, help the nation, and help the world. This will be supported, if the intention is set, but not without some work.

Remaining aware of the potential for misunderstandings due to Mercury Retrograde will allow for more patience to settle in during conversations and information sharing. But be forewarned, the ego will make many attempts to create the illusion that what you see and hear, and what you understand, are the same. This may not always be correct. Ask many questions on any and all information you receive for yourself and for others. Remain aware that your home environment will also be affected greatly and many missed cues from your loved ones can create havoc for them and you.

Sun (Leo) in the Constellation of Gemini

Local and international travel plans may experience delays, disruptions, and/or cancellations due to a breakdown of communications with the parties involved. This may bring much heartache and, if not careful, cause heart palpitations and, worse yet, heart attacks to those not physically fit and/or having a genetic disorder. Relationships of the heart may become strained due to new information (Truth) that brings light to your current situation. Remain aware of your current state of heart, mind, and body, and remain flexible during this period and you will fare well.

Jupiter (Sagittarius) in the Constellation of Gemini

Jupiter enjoys being expansive and free flowing without restrictions. Jupiter does everything big in a big way. Helping Jupiter with this expansive experience is the double Grand Trine. People with Sagittarius as their sign, and businesses started in the sign of Sagittarius, would do well with expanding themselves emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. Businesses would also do very well with expansion plans. A universal empath, and a recently awakened Arcturian Starseed, Cyndi Puente has many friends who follow her guidance on various forms of media, to include Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/cyndi.puente?fref=ts).

In her journey, she encounters information from many sources that help, and continue to help, humanity, the Earth, and all those upon the Earth.

One of her friends on Facebook asked recently: "Can the Earth human being be transferred to some other planet?"

Here is Cyndi's answer:

Cyndi: Yes, each planet has a specific radiation in their state of development (ages), called by some as "aura" to make it easier to understand. This radiation field allows humanoid tuned to the same frequency to be attracted to embody these planets in the ethnic groups closer to their vibration. The historians are fascinated by the Maya, Aztecs, Incas, Egyptians, Sumerian, Vedas, and other civilizations who have expressed an incredible knowledge of engineering, astronomy and mathematics can be answered by that principle. Races are humanoids that because its frequency not agree more with the planet Earth were transferred to a planet whose resonance attracted them to reincarnation in other ethnic groups more developed at that time. The descendants of those races that are left on earth are actually crossbreeds of the original race that were not in the right frequency for that transfer at that time.

Cyndi also states that the information given above is not from her but that, “It’s a transcript from an Andromedan contactee, so it’s not exactly what I wrote but rather what I came across.”

Following up on this information, Enoc-Tu, a Galactic Ambassador to the Council of 12, responded to Cyndi's statement.

Enoc-Tu: "For a human to live on a different planet, which may have a completely different energy and magnetic field, the human energy and bio-magnetic fields must be tuned to the new planet's fields. But when this occurs, the physical manifestation of the new fields for the body will transform the physical body into a form that is suitable for living on the planet. The physical body will be humanoid bit will not necessarily look the same. The transformation would not happen overnight and some discomfort may occur until the transformation is complete and the energy and bio-magnetic fields of the body have stabilized."

Enoc-Tu continues: "If the energy and magnetic fields of the new planet are similar or, on rare occasions, identical to the Earth's, then the physical body will have minimum changes because the energy and bio-magnetic fields of the body would not need to be attuned to the new planet's fields."

On April 11, 2013, during a conversation with Maria Luz Shambra and Eagle Heart regarding the continuing shifts occurring to Mother Earth and all those upon her, Thoth/Ningishzidda came forth to share information on current events and energies being experienced. Below is what was shared.

Enoch - Tu was the first soul within the oversoul representing the Logos of the Cristos. There are many souls within the Cristos Oversoul but the first souls created, called master souls, were Enoc-Tu, Sananda (Jesus), Buddha, and others representing the path of the sacred heart. But all of the souls are one within the Cristos Oversoul. This is why when Enoc-Tu speaks, the words spoken are from the entire Cristos Oversoul. Also true is when Jesus speaks, the words spoken are from the entire Cristos Oversoul.

In your 3D universe, the first souls created, which were the oversouls and Master Oversouls, were the most ancient. But in a 5D world, there are no ancient or newer souls. All are equal because time does not exist. Again, know that the first thoughts from the Great Creator created the oversouls and Master Souls. Let me explain.

The first thought of Great Creator created many oversouls. One of these oversouls was the Cristos Oversoul. When the Cristos Oversoul was created, Enoc-Tu and the other Master Souls were created. These Master Souls are 12 +1. The 12 include Enoc-Tu, Jesus, Buddha, and the others. The +1 is the Great Creator. Each oversoul created is set up identically.

Now, within each oversoul, below the Master Souls, the other souls were created, which later incarnated into the physical within the various Universes created, to include your Universe. The souls created after the Master Souls were the next thoughts from the Great Creator as well as the thoughts of the oversouls.

All oversouls are aligned the same. But some oversouls have tasks that need to be accomplished first, in accordance with the Universal Plan. Once their tasks are complete, the next group of oversouls begin their tasks. Currently, building the bridge to the Universal Heart of the Great Creator needs to be accomplished so the Cristos Oversoul is tasked with this monumental responsibility. This is why you and I and all within this Universe are here now... doing the work in accordance to the Cristos Oversoul and the Universal Plan. We are all building the bridge back to the Great Creator’s Heart, through our hearts.

Also important during these times of great transition is importance of using discernment properly. It is critical to know what is Universal Truth and what is personal truth. Personal truth is good to know and must first be known by the individual soul before preparing to experience Universal Truth. But if personal truth conflicts with Universal Truth, due to the ego and the Universal Time Line, which was created at the beginning of your Universe, then Universal Truth will always come first, especially now.

Something to keep in mind during these times of transition is this, many people are saying that they are channels of different energies, souls, and others entities. This served its purpose in your past time line but does not serve the current and future time lines.

Also know that due to the energies being brought in from your central galactic sun, these channeled entities may not be who they say they are. The information brought forth becomes skewed due to the transitional energies and the filters currently being experienced by the channeler.

What really matters during these times is that you all on Earth remain focused in knowing that the names of the various entities being channeled are not important. What also matters is that to truly discern what is truth and what is skewed information your heart is the only place that can fully know the difference. You must be completely focused in the moment, with no fear, and no judgments, to fully know what is true and what is not.

When the words of truth do come through clear and unfiltered it's the message, the words within the message, and energy conveyed to your world, that is important. And the message of Universal Truth will always be within your hearts for this is the same heart that beats within your world, the galaxy, the Universe, and the Great Creator.

The Purpose of Souls: Modulation of the Universal Energy Matrix

When the Universe was created, a specific set of energetic and etheric guidelines were also created to stabilize and maintain the Universal Energy Matrix of the Universe for the purpose of creation and for its evolution. This energy matrix can be seen as a base frequency, we can call a carrier frequency, which is made of pure Life-Force Energy. The energy matrix is a set frequency, with a set amplitude and timeline, that allows the Universe to create and grow as needed according to its Universal Plan, which resides within its etheric heart.

As the Universe's evolution continued, physical life forms began to arrive. This new arrival created a perturbation in the energy matrix that caused the amplitude and frequency of the energy matrix to become unstable and unpredictable. A solution was needed to address this condition for if a solution was not found then the future of this newly created Universe would be in question. Of course this condition was very short lived because part of the Universe's plan was the introduction of souls into the physical bodies.

The Universe knew that souls, when introduced into a physical vessel, had the capability to effect change on the energy matrix by the pure intention of becoming aware of its environment. This "awareness" would take the life-force energy within the energy matrix and cause a quantum collapse to create an environment that supports the plan of the individual soul and the Universe's plan. But why does the Universe allow the soul to modulate its life-force energy?

The soul modulates the amplitude and frequency of life-force energy to stabilize the amplitude and increase the frequency within a span of time to create a new stable energy foundation. Once this new foundation is created and maintained a new paradigm in consciousness is created to support life-force energy, the energy matrix, and to assist in the Universe's evolution. Once created, this new paradigm will be for the sole purpose to help all of life within the Universe to co-create with the Universe in accordance to the Universal Plan. But how does the soul begin to modulate life-force energy? The soul does this by connecting to the Universal Heart through its own heart center, which is directly connected with the physical heart of all living beings in the Universe.

When additional souls, with their physical vessels, are introduced into the Universe, and the timeline remains fixed and cannot be changed according to Universal Law, the energy matrix becomes unstable once again and must be modulated by the souls that have entered. The increase of souls into a set timeline increases the frequency, which translates into higher energy. Add this scenario with the added energy coming from the Great Creator, which again is part of the Universe's plan for its evolution, and now you have the need for the souls to increase their work in modulating the energy matrix to keep everything stable. But now, with the added energy, the souls have a difficult time in maintaining the stability of the energy matrix. The solution for this situation is to begin the process of joining with other souls and act as one soul for the purpose of stabilizing the energy matrix and to assist in creating an environment for the Universe, and all those within Her, for the continuance of the Universe's evolutionary growth. How do we begin to know what we are to do next in being a part of the Universe's plan? Again, connecting with our hearts is the key.

When we connect to our hearts we also connect with the Universe's plan on how life-force energy will be used to continue in its creation evolution. Staying within the flow of Universe's plan will also give us the foresight into how we are part of this larger plan and how we are integral to this plan. This connection will also give us our path to fulfill our personal "Heart Plan," which is in alignment with the Universe's Plan. This heart connection to the Universe's plan, and allowing ourselves to remain in the flow of this plan, is the process of exercising our intuition. When you follow your intuition you are exercising the will of the Universe to continue to evolve. The mere act of connecting with your heart begins the process of fulfilling the will of the Universe.
