I’ll keep it short and sweet. Company incorporated in 2017 as a sole IT contractor director.<br />
<br />
No debts / all accounts filed perfectly up to end of 2024.<br />
<br />
2025 has been a problem year and had inadvertently overdrawn DLA (paid too much dividends accidentally which I then changed to DLA). Circa £40k.<br />
<br />
Now a contract was extended then cancelled within a month (same client) unexpectedly so now having cash flow issues.<br />
<br />

One of the things that is changing from 6 April is that there will be a requirement that all employers keep clear records of all holidays taken AND how the holiday pay has been calculated, to ensure they comply with the law on holidays. One of my products on Ebay attracts sales in Japan. Its clear that the product would sell in Japan. I sell at £20 plus international shipping so its costing the buyer close to £32 and I have the hassle of shipping each one individually <br />

I'm wondering how I could get my product into Japan in bulk. Perhaps ship 250 units to a wholesaler to start with  and they sell it? <br />
