Resident events at TGM Yacht Club

Just as we approach the middle of January, TGM Yacht Club would like to remind our residents we’re still carrying on with our resident events as promised. Our first slew of events for the month were great, and we want to make the remaining month a blast with your staff and neighbors at TGM Yacht Club.

TGM Yacht Club Resident Events

If you’re a proud pet owner and want to flaunt your pet’s fashion style, be sure to bring them out for the Pet Dress Up Contest on January 19th in the clubhouse. Pets, big and small, will flaunt their fashion in the biggest way. Come out from 5 – 6:30 p.m. and let your pet show off what they got. It’s the catwalk of all pet fashion shows. Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed pet.

On January 25th, we’ll be hosting our Make a Hat and Wear It Night in the clubhouse. Those with fashion style or just goofy concepts are encouraged to bring their designing skills to the clubhouse. Whether it’s a take on pop culture or just your interpretation of a hat, all entries are welcome.

Don’t forget that the Manatee County Fair runs through January 12th – 21st. Visit them for great rides, concessions goodies and entertainment. For more information, visit the website for additional information.

TGM Yacht Club January Resident Events Pt. 1

Events around Bradenton are always an adventure. From the beaches to the breadth of the city with dining, entertainment and shopping, residents at TGM Yacht Club always look forward to another day. When you’re a resident of the luxury community, you can also count on Yacht Club to provide residents with fun activities and events.

Soup Night at TGM Yacht Club

Some of our fun events coming up include our Bowl of Soup Night in the clubhouse. From 5 – 6:30 p.m. visit us for some tasty soup, and enjoy the company of friends and neighbors in the community. In addition to the Soup Night, TGM Yacht Club will also be hosting a Renewal Party in the leasing office on January 16th. From 5 – 6:30 p.m. our leasing staff will be in the office to answer any questions regarding lease renewals. Residents with questions or concerns should visit the staff for more details. Refreshments will be served to all who attend!

Blooming at Palma Sola Botanical Gardens in Bradenton

Florida is known for beaches and the tropical climate, and Florida, most notably Bradenton, has some of the best locally grown vegetation representative of local and international plant life. Plant enthusiasts will marvel at the splendor and beauty of Palma Sola Botanical Gardens located in northwestern Bradenton in Manatee County.

Visit Bradenton's Palma Sola Botanical Gardens

The 10-acre park, started back in 1990, boasts glorious vegetation and flora which serves as a educational resource for locals. Residents of the community can visit the park free of charge. Visit the gardens for a stroll or take part in a few of the programs offered at the botanical gardens.

The park is notably famous for their assortment of fruit and nut trees. Visitors can find assorted local trees as well as trees from all over the world. Visit the various species of Plumeria trees, thanks to the Gulfcoast Plumeria Society, and view the beach from the sea shelled walkway.

Bradenton’s Countdown Downtown NYE Event

It’s official: The first of New Year’s Eve events is finally coming to Bradenton. The county of Manatee will finally see their own NYE event in the downtown section of Bradenton on Friday, December 31st. Residents throughout the county are invited out to visit with their neighbors and celebrate for a good cause.

Countdown Downtown in Bradenton

The event will debut with live local bands on the Main Street stage with performances; family-friendly activities throughout the New Year’s event includes face painting and a huge bounce house; adults can get specialty drinks while everyone counts down to the end of the year with a huge electric-lighted ball drops in the downtown area. Vendors and local merchants will be out on the square selling their unique items, and local band, Shineola, will perform again.
