MY THOUGHTS: If you missed the first go ’round of RiRi Woo, now’s your time to swoop down and cop this little gem. If you’re a fan of MAC Ruby Woo, you’ll like RiRi Woo. If you find Ruby Woo to be a little too matte (which, I do), you’ll love RiRi Woo. I find myself in somewhat of a pickle….while I prefer the redness of Ruby Woo, the texture of RiRi Woo is by far more wearable.  Can’t decide? Buy both!

As for Heaux — BUY NOW/ WEAR LATER. This matter berry shade is perfect for fall. That’s not to say you can;t wear it now, but I’m totally reserving mine for September New York Fashion Week. As for RiRi Boy…ugh, I’ve never been a fan of purple lips. That’s just me. While it’s a gorgeous shade, editorially, I have a hard time working this one into real life. But…BUT, I know lots of gals who looove a good purple lip. So to ya’ll I say, rock on!

The 3.75 inch heel is what attracted me to these sandals.  I wear size 11 (shopping for shoes is kinda ridiculous) and these fit true to size and they are also comfortable. The bottom of the shoe is a bit smooth so you might want to add Foot Petals Sole Stopperz  to prevent slipping. I honestly wanted to get this in pink but I wasn’t sure what the fabric was like so I went with black, the safer option.  I was pleasantly surprised by the fabric — it is super soft and even up close it doesn’t look like faux leather.  I probably won’t use the shoulder chain  on this bag but I’m sure the length will work well for others.  If you are like me and prefer the clutch option, the chain will fit seamlessly into the bag.  There is plenty of room to fit essentials such as; keys, phone, makeup compact, lip gloss and sunglasses. “Amy is wearing a gorgeous black Nina Ricci dress tonight, so for her look I didn’t want to do just a red lip and lighter eyes.  We wanted the look to be a little softer, but with a modern twist. Aubergine and Copper are such a beautiful combination, especially with Amy’s eyes and coloring.  It was a soft, modern twist on the red lip.”

I started by prepping Amy’s face with the Votre Vu Attentive Crème du Jour and her lips with the Luxe Lip Moisture lip balm in the bébé Duette.

For the base, I used Votre Vu’s Love Me Deux in Champagne all over and then dusted Beauté en Bronze in Monaco along her hairline, temples, tip of her nose, and under her cheekbones to give more dimension.

Then, on her eyes I used a medium eyeshadow brush and the shade Gilt from the Votre Vu Palette Play eyeshadow quad in Copper (coming out September) and swept it all over the eyelid and a bit along her bottom lashes as well.  It was really a beautiful copper color all around her eyes.  Next, I rubbed in Votre Vu’s Le Joli Crayon in Aubergine along the outer third corner of her upper lash line and along the whole row of bottom lashes.  Instead of lining the bottom waterline, I line just the lashes so that it keeps the eyes looking wide and lively. I finished off her eyes with the Eiffel Power mascara and layered it for thick, voluminous lashes.

To frame her eyes, I used the Votre Vu Arch de Triumphe brow definer in Warm to give her brows a bit more definition.

Next, using my middle finger, I took the Vu-On Rouge in Bouqet Rose and applied it onto her cheekbones in a tapping motion.  By tapping on the product, you can deposit the color instead of rubbing it off with a swiping motion.  I kept tapping the product onto her cheekbones until it was all blended.

The lips were the finishing touch!  I applied Votre Vu’s French Kiss in Annette (coming out September), a beautiful bright red color, to her lips.  She looks absolutely gorgeous on the carpet!”
