This photo we quickly snapped of ourselves as we were rushing to the little boy’s school to fetch him as we were actually running late, made us looking tall. At least at this snapshot, we looked tall created by our shadows going to the later part of the afternoon one week day.

Hubby and I know we are both not tall and so we could only hope somewhere in our genes the little boy would have that quality of being tall and taller than we are when he grows up. Being a boy it would be a plus if he will be taller than we expect him to be when he grows up.

That then reminded me of the discount window shades that I had long been interested in particularly the bamboo shades that I have long wanted to install in our place’s front window. This morning I was actually thinking of taking down the curtain not only to wash and clean it after being used there for quite sometime already but to transfer it as well to the little boy’s bedroom window.

Then I thought maybe we could just replace the silver insulator that we have placed there not only to lessen the heat of the sun that comes through the glass windows but also to avoid unwanted people (if ever there are) from seeing or peeking through the house when we are not there. Those premium bamboo shades are really nice and would make the living room more cozy and homey look. The bottom line is for me to just have covered windows while at the same time improving the look of our living room this time around. There is a certain kind of rolling shades actually that I am particularly looking for. I hope I find it soon and pray that we got a budget for that.

I have to think about this when there are times that I would somehow think that I have not used my time productively. This saying saves me when I get to think, hey indeed  if you enjoy something you do as a diversion or something that is not part of your task to be done yet you do it when you’re supposed to be doing something else more important, then I guess I have not wasted time… my time.

Would this include Facebook? I know I am not the only one who may think they are wasting time going through Facebook. But there are times when you get good things from browsing through Facebook when you should be doing your work. There are opportunities we get from browsing through Facebook then I can say my time did not totally go to waste.

Recently passed by the section in the sports section of the department store recently with all these nice looking helmets that made me think of that Shoei RF-1100 Matte Black solid helmet which is said to be a great choice for most riders looking for that ultimate in protection and a good all around helmet. That motorcycle passenger I saw recently should know better than to wear a helmet to protect the head at all times.

We were on our way home from the mall when I just decided out of the blue to take a very quick snap shot of the sky as we were crossing the street as we were about to exit the mall grounds. See those clouds? It did rain a little after we came home.

I actually missed taking snap shots of the sky. Maybe it’s time to go back to more snapshots of the sky, nature and beyond!

My search led me to these guitars sold online and I found this squier jazz bass with that famous offset waist, ultra-slim, fast-action neck, and full-range, bi-pole pickups which they said is just like the original. It was something which my cousin used to like so much and which he really wanted to buy for his birthday last year. I told my cousin that maybe he could find other classic bass guitar just like the one I have in mind then for the little guy. But I got him something else since I still could not find what I wanted. Hopefully soon

This is a treat for hubby when we went to Starbucks recently. I let him have the choice to choose his fave white chocolate mocha and he wanted it cold. I let him have his way.

As for me I am happy just to be able to pass by there, sit down, have a sip of what hubby is having and have some relaxing time with my boys. Being able to read the local and national papers while we are there is enough for me then we’re good to go. I’ve had too much coffee from Starbucks and even from The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf when I was going for their planners from November to December. Now that I have my planners one each from these coffee shops. I am more than contented already and less coffee for me means less expense and a little more savings for a food trip instead.

The little boy had also his treat from me. He always want their lemon lollipop. He does not drink any Starbucks beverage. I think it is best if he did not drink any of their beverage at all. I’d be happy if he just have plain water. There’s coffee or chocolate and/or too much sugar for him sometimes which ain’t good for him. I’m happy he also isn’t asking for his own drink nor ask to even just sip.

Improving their facilities is a good way too since this will benefit the patients of the hospital in terms of upgraded medical system and equipments using more advance medical technology. These improved facilities will also convert to more efficient service and ease the workloads of the nurses, doctors and hospital workers. As they say these medical carts are there to make helping others easier as part of improving their facilities.
