Status Update On J Albert

As many have noticed and sent notes asking about my fathers absence over these last few weeks, he wanted me to let you know that he is looking forward to getting back behind the desk. As he said this morning, "If I can yell at the dang screen, I can surely type."

We are all looking forward to his return on Monday. I am sure no one is more ready than he is. For those who we have interviewed for either recommendations or articles, these are in the pipeline and should start hitting after reviews this next week.

To those who have been praying for Dad, I believe these are being answered daily. He was totally miserable this last week watching Fox News and not being able to put his thoughts out. He does not care who likes his Opinions. It is for him more than anyone else.

So on Monday, August 6, he will be back in full screaming via this site and a few others. I hope you welcome him back.

I Am Forth Now?

I remember reading the book, "I Am Third" By: Gale Sayers when I was in my teens. I remember trying to put into words what that book meant to me then, which was difficult. My God is First. My Family is Second, I am Third. Now, with the decision of the Supreme Court, I became forth.

Based on the Supreme Court, the settings are now different. In my view, the decision of the Supreme Court invalidates the Supreme Court and places firmly in the hands of Congress and a President the ability to do what ever they wish to the American public at large.

We seem to have lost the meaning of the Constitution and have allowed the Supreme Court to basically throw it out on the whim of "Justice"? Justice was not blind on the 5th of July. We have always celebrated our independence on the 4th of July. Now we can mourn the loss of justice, freedom and liberty on the 5th of July.

My biggest problem with the decision was there was really no decision made. The court never said the law was constitutional. Maybe because they know in their hearts it is not.

Did the Attorney Generals of the various states write invalid views or did the Attorney Generals leave any unanswered questions for the Justices to be able to rule upon this question of Constitutionality? We all know that it was all there. Was Justice Blind? I do not think so. In fact, I believe the injustice was wide awake.

The system of Checks and Balances for the Republic is officially gone. With the President using the Executive Order as law, what purpose do we have in electing anyone to Congress. Maybe that needs to be written as "congress" so that it is obvious that it no longer has any validity within the United States Government.

The President that told "americans" (yes, even we the people should not be capitalized due to our invalid purpose) that he would never raise the taxes on Middle Class "americans" was right. He just erased the middle class. It is now those that exist to support those that either are disabled (which we would do anyway) or those who are too lazy or feel that work is below them.

From the day I was 16 to the age of 48, I paid into a system that was rigged to implode. Our government was not designed to make money, so how were they going to pay the benefits when they have no understanding of insurance principles, rules, and basic math.

What would our economy be like if insurance company's were putting out a half a TRILLION dollars every year in to businesses, homes, and securities. Our government feels that they can mimic the actions of an Insurance Company. I give them a "ZERO" "0" "F" "FAILURE" "FLUNKED OUT" or what ever term you want there to express the failure of the government in any area.

With about 47% of Americans not paying in any taxes, you, the President, Congress, and the Supreme Court have created a voter block that is almost fool proof for the Democrats.

As of the 5th of July, I went from third to forth. My Government is First, My God is Second, My Family is Third, and I AM FORTH.

Political Funding Run Amok!

Profits. Why is that such a dirty word these days. We are OK with Politicians who throw extravagant party's with well to do money people at $5,000 or more per plate. No, the person throwing the party pays the bills. The $5,000 or more per plate goes to the candidate as a donation. Profit the candidate around $500,000 if only 100 show. I used a calculator to verify the correct numbers.

I get a kick out of those calling for the Republicans and PAC's to show names, but you never see that of Democrats or for Democrats until now. I would love to see every name of every person who purchased a plate to meet the President.

I actually feel this is a way around the rules of how much a person can donate to a candidate for a single race. What happens to the money left over after the campaign? You think it would be returned, right?

It actually can be used to fund the next campaign, pay off the expanses of those who ran against you, or it goes into the pocket of the ex politician. What a great job for a citizen to have. Run for office, loose and keep the money.

President Obama has been GIVEN per plate dinners over 30 times in this 12 months alone. (playing over 100 rounds of golf is not enough?) That would be around $15MM or $15,000,000.00 taken in already just in dinners with no names given or tracked for giving limits.

My readers are smart. If you are new to the columns then I will give you a break. We do everything factual we can to ensure we are correct in our counts. I would love a few $50 per person BBQ's happening around this country accepting blind donations to a PAC or Candidate who need the money to win.

Contrary to most Republican and Tea Party groups. If there is a RINO running, RINO means Republican in name only, I am going to find someone else that meets my criteria to vote for and SUPPORT them. That is what we are doing with Craig T Stephens, Independent in the 23rd Texas Congressional District.

On day I would love to hear about DINO's Democrats in Name Only who are running and winning in blue states as Democrats, but have the right mind set to actually be a Republican. Stranger things have happened.

What I feel we are still missing is that one person that galvanizes the entire Republican Party, Tea Party, and the Independent Conservative base that will stamp his or her mark on what is needed and DO IT NOW!

Personally I don't care if you are a Republican, RINO, Conservative, Constitutionalist, Libertarian, Independent, or Liberal and all that includes. I WANT YOU OUT! You have forgotten why you went there or you went there for the wrong reason.

There is only one reason to run for office in the US Congressional Races. That is to do as little as needed to ensure the Constitution is followed, the strongest military in the world is maintained and to ensure our borders are not over run. That is it. Anything else is at the state level and does not belong to WASHINGTON DC. Period, fact, end of story.

The Texas 23rd US Congressional District is a not a real competitive district, mainly because it has been three choices, Republican Rep. Francisco Canseco, Democratic Ciro Rodriguez and Independent Craig T. Stephens. Sadly, the district is only aware of the 2 from the Major Parties. I believe our candidate is the stronger candidate as well as the one we will be supporting.

Our support and endorsement in the Texas 23rd District goes to Craig T. Stephens. I endorse Craig T. Stephens, as does TIMONN and the parent company of TIMONN, Three J Keeton Consulting and Productions out of San Antonio/p>

Craig T. Stephens ran for congress in 2006 and 2010. In our research of Craig T. Stephens, we could only find information that the Liberty Institute refused to put him in the 2010 Free Voters Guide, which did not help him get more name recognition. That is what we are going to do.

Dear GOOOH Member,

I believe we get the government we deserve.

This is proven by the fact that Congress has stolen our future, the future of our children, and is currently working to destroy the sovereignty of the United States of America, and this is happening because we're allowing it to happen.

This must be true, otherwise we would have voted our government out of office years ago. So, if we do not change the way we choose our candidates and stop allowing them to lie to us and abuse us, then the government will not change. It is not Congress, it is us, the voter that needs to change.

I am the Independent Candidate for the US Congress' Seat in Texas' 23rd District and this is who I am and what I believe.

I do not want your money. I do not accept campaign contributions. I will not accept any pay when elected, and I will not accept any retirement for my congressional service. Service is a duty to your nation, not a way to line your pockets.

I love this country, I've fought for this country and I'd fight for it again (I'm fighting for it now). I am a U.S. military veteran, a combat veteran, a husband, a father, a citizen and a business owner.

I believe party politics is destroying our nation and that the party has become more important than the citizens. Many of you know me already, I ran for this office in 2006 and 2010.

I've watched as the Republicans beat the Democrats while our national debt increased and our liberties were legislated away. Then the Democrats beat the Republicans, and our national debt increased while our liberties were legislated away. Nothing changes because they are the same party with the same agenda.

In 2006 I predicted the National Debt increase, and today I'm predicting the death of our sovereignty. The Security and Prosperity Partnership, a trade agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico, calls for courts outside of the U.S. to decide our trade practices. This is being done to allow cheap labor to move across our borders, increasing the revenue of Corporations while destroying the livelihood of the American Working Class. Congress did not approve this partnership and is not providing oversight, it is largely managed by select government officials and 30 large corporations!

Ask yourself, why did we spend billions of dollars building China into our largest trading partner instead of looking to Central and South America? Why are we not taking care of our neighbors? The answer is: It would have destroyed the flow of cheap labor across our southern border. We are seeing the beginnings of economic slavery. The congress has spent the nation into the poor house, and now you have to pay the bill. Our yearly income tax now only pays the interest on our National debt, we are no longer receiving services for the taxes we pay! My granddaughter will be born in July and the day she is born she will owe the U.S. Government more than $100,000.00. What is your piece of the debt?

Our current Congress just passed a law called the National Defense Authorization Act that empowers the US Military to arrest American Citizens! If this does not concern you, ask yourself if you can think of a single instance of empowering our government where they did not abuse that power. Then ask yourself if this is Constitutional (a Federal Court has already said no!)?

These are the questions that keep me up at night: Why are children in this country going to sleep hungry? Why can't our seniors afford to heat and cool their homes? Why are our graduation rates for High School plummeting? Why is gas so expensive? Why can't qualified people find jobs? Why are thousands dying on our southern border? Why is college so expensive? Who is winning the war on drugs? What purpose does the Department of Education serve? Why does a private company control the creation of money in our country? What is the Federal Reserve doing for us that a government agency (US Treasury Department) couldn't do?

It's time to tell Congress and all political parties that we will no longer allow them to destroy the American Dream.

How We Can "REALLY" Change America

Does America need a change? Many Americans felt so in 2008 when they voted for President Obama. The problem is, they did not get the change that they thought they were going to get.

How can a change now make a difference? It cannot until a majority of Americans stand together and say, enough is enough. We are going to vote into office the right people. If they do wrong by us, they will not get a second chance.

Americans are too forgiving for it's own good. We forgive a politician who accidently gets over a million dollars in honorariums and spends most of his time writing books on what is wrong with Washington?

NO! We don't send you there to make money for yourself, we send you there to spend thriftily our money and reduce waste, while making sure our military is the strongest on earth. Anything else IS WASTE.

Speaking of waste, we go through tons of rechargable batteries, and most of these batteries are thrown away because they don't have the power needed or the person throwing them away is very rich.

Ted Cruz Is Right On Target On LOST

We here in Texas have a potential Senator that has his information and understanding spot on with the Conservative way of government. Ted Cruz is not just a Candidate for the Republican Party in the runoff David Dewhurst, the Lt Governor of Texas. Mr. Cruz is one of us grassroots conservative who like many of us have no party. The only party close is the Republican Party.

On LOST [Law of the Sea Treaty], we the American People are being taken, once again, to the cleaners and openly lied to. Lie is a strong word, maybe. When you read Ted Cruz's blog on the subject, you have no doubt that this legislation needs to be put in the dung heap.

The LOST bill will take jobs away from Americans and the seas will be open for the UN to do what it wishes with it. Meaning those that hate America, like Iran and Syria, will be put on the counsel. This will allow the UN to tell us what we can or cannot do in the seas and oceans, such as fishing or any development of the seas/oceans resources.

Lt. Governor David Dewhurst, the establishment candidate of the Texas Republicans could not muster the needed 50% or greater to stop a runoff from happening from the resurgent Ted Cruz, who was all but written off by the Republican Party and almost every news paper in the state.

Why did Ted Cruz come in only second? Could be that his lack of money, when his rivals were spending 2 to 4 times what Ted Cruz had to spend. Could be that the lies by the Republican Establishment damaged him. Could be that between the lies and funding by the parties, Ted Cruz was expected to finish last, but there he is in a runoff of great proportions.

Will he win? That is up to us. I know that the Establishment Candidate will do just about anything to win. What will we do? We need to work on getting the vote out, getting people registered to vote, vote early, and even offer rides to vote to all, not just to the ones voting the way you want to.

As I have said, I am not the typical Republican. I am a Conservative with Libertarian leanings. Some would say that I am a Liberal since I disagree with the Republican Establishment in that I feel that Marriage is not limited to a man and a woman.

I believe that Marriage is a bond given to God, which would make the issue no concern to the Government. I also believe that most religions have it wrong. Why? Read John 3:16 & 17 where is simply states WHOSOEVER. There are no limitations put on being a christian. Thus if there are no limits on who can be a christian, then when people make a bond between themselves and God, their sexuality or lack there of should not considered.

While I know it is very difficult to see beyond the Sodom and Gomorrah of the old testament of the Bible, Jesus said, and I quote, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."

Jesus was always clarifying Gods words where they were misunderstood by the masses. John who wrote this in John 3:16-17 was a maliciousness note taker and no historian or reader of these verses has ever said that the words were spoken or written wrong.

The words, whosoever believeth, were spoken by Jesus. Jesus Christ did not miss speak or did John misquote Jesus, since that would have been pointed out way before now.

Thus if Jesus says it to be, it is to be so, since he is one with the Father and the Holy Spirit. When Jesus said to Nicodemus the words we all have learned in Sunday School, it was said for a reason.

Jesus said, "whosoever" with no disclaimers nor any adjectives. Whosoever means each and everyone of us who believes in him, will not perish but have everlasting life. Now that is a great promise

Why America Will Always Have Poverty

When I think about what Poverty is, I see starving people living in makeshift house of cardboard and leaves, cooking by fire, and no access to any education. That is not the description of poverty in the United States.

Point in fact, those that are considered in Poverty in America have so much more than those who are in poverty in other countries. America's "War On Poverty" has actually stayed in the planning stages for many years, possibly as long as my life so far. Over 50 years.

Those in power in the federal government do not want poverty to go away. One of the largest voting blocks in America are those who live in Poverty.

Maybe it would be easier for American's to understand poverty by having to live under it for a while. Being from a 10 member southern family whose father made good money, but we still qualified for food stamps. I can only remember one time that we actually went on food stamps and it was very short lived.

What does it mean to have a "War On Poverty?" Why would anyone want to live in poverty in America? I can see a lot of reasons. To those in Washington DC, it seems to mean handouts, food stamps, televisions, cell phones, and the list goes on. The happier those in Poverty are, the better and larger the voting block becomes.

To be very frank, I don't believe those in poverty in American have any idea of how they are being used.

If there was really a "War On Poverty" in America, believe me, poverty would not exist in America at all. That's right. If we really went to "War To Eliminate Poverty In America," there would not be one person living below the Poverty line.

I have the ability to build a plan that would eliminate Poverty in 10 years, but who in the Federal Government wants it to really end? If the benefits of America's labor force were put to real use by non governmental businesses, there would be no stopping America and the world.

If we want to really win a "War To Eliminate Poverty In America," it must be done at the grassroots level. Any government "investment" is wasteful spending. It takes two things to eliminate poverty.

The first is that those in poverty in America must have the DESIRE to be out of Poverty. I do mean desire and drive. It will not be easy, but it will change them as it changes the rest of America.

The second need to eliminate poverty in America is volunteers and investors who are willing to take the chance on the program being successful and have the vision of no poverty in America.

Is the fear of no poverty in America or is the fear of no poverty voting block in America. It is time to put poverty in its place.

Is Our Republic Suppose To Make A Profit?

Profit. The Ability to make profit is uniquely oblivious to those in the federal government. Why? The federal governments only way to make a profit would be to take in more taxes than it spends, and we know how likely that is to happen. Snow balls chance in .....

I believe it is the federal governments job to make it easier and more beneficial for businesses, large and small, to make a profit. When America's business are making a profit, the global engine for success is rolling full force.

Do you believe the following statement. "As America's Businesses goes, so does the worlds businesses." I do and have seen the impacts around the world based solely on what investors believe is going on, not in Washington so much, but in the enterprises that are what they see America as.

We desperately need to take the idea of profit out of the federal government today. We also need to take the pens out of the hands of those who are writing and using regulations to implement their political and personal ideology.

Cass Sunstein and wife Samantha Power, both deeply embedded in the Obama White House have many stated goals and objectives that many American's need to know about. The internet is full of information on these two, but no one is talking about what the impact of what they are doing.

I believe as many Americans do that it is past time for the idea of a one world government to go down the drain. The United Nations has become nothing more than lets beat up on the United States party for those who are already receiving millions, if not billions of dollars in aid from the United States.

I believe it is time for the US to pull its funding for the United Nations. It is very difficult to find where the funding for the United Nations is coming from, but be assured, it is mostly coming from the United States.

In fact, I bet that we are also paying for facilities for many of the member nations of the United Nations. It is our time to stop sending out our money and using it to take care of us at home FIRST.

Has The Stimulus Money Been Removed From The Republics Budget

If there is one thing I know for sure, if something is added to the US Budget, it takes a new law/act to remove the funding. Were the two Stimulus packages limited to the one time or has this money still existed each year since.

Why do I ask? Because there seems to be a lot of money being pushed out of Washington these days for programs that I had no idea had been funded. Billions of dollars going somewhere with no budget. That's right, the Democrat Senate will not allow a budget to pass.

I get a kick out of the President and the Democrats in Congress. They will not allow a budget to get passed in the Senate. The Republican's have passed budgets. House Republicans have also attempted to reach across the isle and build a budget that both can agree to.

Why has the budget process not been successful? If a real budget passes, not continuing resolutions, but a real budget passed, it would be open to scrutiny. The plans of the White House and Congressional Democrats would be open for all to see.

Why is this important to see? We would be outraged. Not just conservatives, but I am betting even liberals. This will be more than a health care bill. It will force America to become what we are not. A Socialist or Communist country.

This will not be a change of our Constitution. It will be a full and complete subversion to what our Constitution stands for. There will be a very limited form of capitalism, much like is happening in China.

Capitalism will not go away.

Our country is built on Capitalism. So much so that no matter the change that is made in the national form of government, Capitalism will not be removed. In fact, I believe the ultra rich, such as those that support the changes that the White House is trying to implement, will become even richer.

Look at George Soros and Jeffrey R. Immelt or any of the others who are receiving huge benefits from the current changes in the laws. Don't follow the false finger pointing at banks and businesses. Look at who is profiting from the changes to date.

Americans will continue to see the slight of hand until it is either too late, or those sitting in the middle, not liberals or conservatives, but those who will be impacted the most, the poor and middle class stands up and says NO MORE.

Poverty has never been eliminated, nor will it ever be. Why? Think it through. If poverty is eliminated, who would want the changes that are being pushed by the White House and liberals? No one.

Amazing eOpinion By Star Parker

Well, it was going to be later this week after more testing this week and lots of resting that I was going to start back on my daily duties as prognosticator extraordinaire for those selective few followers who quietly read and engulf themselves into the mindset of a person that knows knowledge when they read it. Then I read Star Parker's new eOpinion and was starting to feel fired up and ready to lay it on the limited masses at my disposal.

For those asking, yes, I have created a new and exciting e item called the eOpinion. You heard it here first. We are always leading. You can then track this need to begin early to @alpichard one of the new followers of @jalbertblogger whose profile states "If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on Earth. ~Ronald Reagan"

Let those word sink in deep. Stop here and seriously re-read that statement by President Ronald Reagan. Read it until you feel the words swell up in your chest. Let the words fill your heart as you read the words until you feel Joy flow out of your heart. Burn it in your mind and put it on your daily sheet so that every morning you read these words over and over.

"This is the last stand on EARTH" has to be our call to action. Every Conservative and Libertarian needs to pick up the battle cry and pass it to the next. Or as a once highly acclaimed actor said in Braveheart, "You can take our land, but you can never take our freedom."

That has to be ingrained upon every Americans mind. If your children are not learning the truth of our history in school, what are you doing about that? Fighting the school to teach the right history? Or are you Teaching your child yourself? Or maybe you are doing both. We need to do both.

This is not the last time our country will have to face to poison of Socialism and Communism. It is just the current attempt to change the face of a country that is the last bastion of Truth to the world.

When will our press begin being that last bastion of Truth. The Forth House or Leg of the American Republic was suppose to be the Press. Now the Press is only the puppets of the liberal heads and regurgitating the directives and talking points of the political left.

So why does this group receive only 15% to 22% of the reading and watching public? Because American's are not a stupid bread of person. We do not believe everything we hear, but when their is an absence of information on any side of an issue, thank God we have alternative forms of information to read and watch the happenings of the day.

I am not even talking about Fox News Channels either. I am talking about the internet. You can find a person or group of conservatives or libertarians who write and show the news without spin as well as eOpinions sites like this one, which states clearly who they are and what they are about.

eNews should be sites with pure news and opinions are clearly stated as Op Ed's or stated so you know that this article is an opinion on the facts as the writer or person states them.

eNews is not eFacts or eOpinion. eNews reports the information as it happens and as the facts become known, the eFacts can be identified and eOpinions can and do happen from either. So, do you want your daily dose of eOpinion, eNews or eFacts?

What America Has Done For Me

I remember back years ago when my oldest was around 7. I had been out of work/contracts for about 7 months and our savings had expired. I had no idea where to turn.

A pastor at a prayer breakfast said, "We are all proud men, but never let pride try to feed you family. You have worked for years and paid into a system to protect you if this happened. Use it." So I did.

I fed my kids. I worked my butt off getting work. I never materialized where we were living so we moved back to where my family were in Texas. Eventually found work.

The trappings of a gentle help was all the Unemployment Insurance was suppose to be for, not a life time of being paid to sit it out. I am not mad or think ill of those who use it as the buffer it is until they can get back to a full time job.

I have a problem with the millions of Americans who are not disabled, are of working age, and have the ability to work an honest days work, except they don't because the "Government", We The People, are giving them everything they want, not what they need.

It has been proposed many of times in congress to limit the amount of time a person can stay on Unemployment, WIC, Food Stamps, or all rolled into one name, Public Assistance.

For the suggestion the person who proposed the bill in congress was called hater, bigot, racist, and what ever else they could come up with. And the bill went away.

My family made it 6 months on savings, friends, family, and mostly the Church. At the time I thought I lost everything, but in the end, it was not mine to loose. I have my daughters and always will.

Never take a hand down. Always take a hand up and use the resources that you have paid for with your knowledge, trade, and skills. Pride only feeds itself.

One last thing. A social worker told me the day I applied for assistance that if I have been unemployed for over 4 month I would be on assistance for an average of 12 years. It is Temporary. Work hard to get off of it and be willing to move. Your family's roots are with the family, not a building. You will find your home. Never Give UP!

Where America's Current Path Is Taking Us

I am not a prognosticator, wizard, or even a Ouija Boards reader. I do know history and history has always repeated itself, over and over. Why should we think that we are different than any other country, in any other time in the history of the world? Because we are America. America changed the course of History in the Great Depression, World War 1 & 2. Can we do it again?

While the simple answer is yes, the problem is that we have allowed infiltration by Socialist, Communist, and worse of the worse, America hating Americans. Yes. We might just have one of those in the White House.

America has had Socialist, KKK, Communist, and plain evil men in our Congress. America went through the McCarthy Witch Hunts of Communist in America. Why now in this country and in this specific time?

I wish I could give you that answer. Maybe it is our time to stand up and become the Christian Nation we were intended to be by our founding fathers. Maybe after the almost 236 years of our existence we are being put to the test to see what we are made of.

It is obvious that in November, 2012 we either continue the course we are on or we change and become the greatest nation of all time, which with my big head still feel possible.

Let's take this to conclusion. If the current President were to win, what is the effect? War? Famine? Food Lines? Gas Lines? Starvation? Could all happen. What happens to a junkie when you take all of his drugs? You end up with a man going through horrible withdrawals.

Now take a country that over the last 20 years has seen an increased number of people that live off of the government. Over the last 3 years we have almost doubled the number of people who are public assistance such as Medicaid, Food Stamps, Low Income Housing, and Women, Infants and Children (WIC).

What happens when other country's stop buying our debt and then start calling for us to pay off our debt? What happens when they realize that they can triple their interest revenue by simply trading their US Securities in and taking a small hit now knowing that they could invest them at a higher rate either from the US raising our payout rates on T Bills or from other countries who have the ability to pay their debts at higher interest rates than the US .

As American's, we need to be running through the "What If's...." What if we make the wrong decision in November? We live with what happens and become an even greater nation.

Even though it has been said many times that the only way to destroy the United States was from within. I say the only way to destroy the United States is to wipe it off the face of the earth. Why? There will always be someone here that believes in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

In todays troubled times there are those that are spending their life savings on preparing for the worse. And for these people, it is a valid concern. With all the turmoil and strife going on in politics and our national government, it is easy to get caught up in the fray.

Is there validity in the fray? I am sure that there is, in their perspective, but not in the thinking of someone who understands the effects that one group or another's views will have on the survival of this nation.

Why am I concerned? It takes one persons voice above the rest to restore calm, it also take one voice below the fray to propel our nation in to a war within it self, which is exactly what al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, and the Mexican Drug Lords want to happen. The larger the strife, the easier it is to damage our country.

Our nation is built on laws, supported by a national government who answers to the states, and a Constitution which grants the individual, state then national governments rights to exist for the basics of Freedom, Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness that is ours, no matter if the document was there or not. God gives us those rights as individuals.

It is up to us to decide what we make of the gifts he has bestowed upon us. It is also up to us to become the people that our creator designed us to become. We have the abilities to do. The hard work of daily toiling in the fields, ranches or farms, or moving the products around the globe, to selling and buying of products in the millions of offices around the world, to the loving care a mother of father provides their child. Each providing for our country and the world great value.

Please think before you act. This is a world where there is room for every faction. If it is not right for you where you are, you have a unique option that most of those in the world don't have. You can move. Keep smiling, love your fellow man, even when they screw up majorly, and sing a prayer as you work. Does wonders for you heart.

Does The Republican Presidential Candidate Need To Be Conservative?

If I asked this question in 2010, my mail box would have been full and maybe the comments would have filled up asking if I was a nut? Here we are in 2012, the most pivotal election in our lifetime and I have to ask the question.

Will we ever stop listening to the Capital Hill Gangs and go with what brought us to the game. It is like going to the final four and changing how you play just for this one game.

Where are the Tea Parties or 9/12 groups? It just seems like everyone is sitting this election cycle out. This is our time and we are going to sit on the sidelines of History and let a man, who might not or might have been born as a citizen, who obviously hates this country and wants to discard the Constitution for a single man ruler?

I think everyone either underestimates this guy or they are chicken to come out and play in the game. Wish I would have ran against Romney who says he is a "Progressive". What other "Progressives" do we know?

So when Romney says he is a "Progressive" he is admitting that he supports Progressive ideas. Sounds like George Soros, Bernadine Dohrn, Bill Ayers, and #pOTUS, Barack Obama. There are a large number that support the current #pOTUS who are very vocal Progressives like Secretary of State Hillary Clinton or former Obama Czar Van Jones, who is a communist by his own words.

My concern with Mitt Romney is not that he is a Moderate and not that he is not Conservative enough. My concern is that he is LIBERAL. If you look at what he has done verses what he says he wants to do, just does not make sense.

I do not want a candidate who had to LIE to become governor of Massachusetts. How do we know which is the lie, and there sits the problem. Which Mitt Romney do we get if he is voted in as President?

Please be the Moderate to Conservative President. If not, it will be more of the same for the next 4 to 8 years. I just don't think I could handle that. Could you?

Good Easter Morning to all. It is with much concern that I write today, Easter, where we celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ rising from the dead after 3 days of death, I need to address what is now a serious concern for our country.

Much like the question of the Jewish people who had to ask and answer for themselves is Jesus of Nazareth God on Earth, we need to answer is Barack Obama a citizen of our country. Sad that over 3 years into his Presidency we have not had this answered clearly by any source.

We should have heard from another person who has the same birth hospital, yet there is no record of the hospital in existence. We should have heard from one of our agents that checked him in and out of our country that his passport showed he was an American Citizen.

From a Harvard Student that saw him or went to classes with him should have stepped forward, but none have. No one will admit to anything that would get them jailed for lying under oath.

I can conclude that today is Easter, the day our Lord, Jesus Christ arose from the grave and is seated at the right hand of the father, to judge the living and the dead.

Today I also conclude that the man in the White House, acting as President of the United States is not legal to be there. Show me PROOF, not just words.

If We Are Free, Do We Have Our Freedom?

If only it is possible to dream anymore. Dreaming seems to be for those who actually benefit from the hierarchy that is world and national governments. For us that exist as pawns to the dark and invisible forces that follow our every move via our transactions, cell phones, and even how often we flush, we have no right to dream. For dreams are for those who have a right to achieve more and become more because of where thy live and what their government has done or is doing to them.

Is it really Green to be Green? No, we all know the truth. It is a wealth re-distribution to the world. Yet it is all flowing out of our area of living and into the areas of those in control of the world.

World Government. Is that an oxymoron? A government for the world. Ran by the small infinitesimal countries as a method to allow the poor and uneducated to become equal to the rest of the world by allowing them to take from the rest to make themselves rich.

But why has this not worked? Could it be that those who govern take what comes in for their personal wealth and have no care for those who are under them. Under them is so derogatory, yet the vision is correct. Point in fact - more genocides have happened since the "World Governments" have taken their control. They think of them as insignificant, so that is why I call their countries small insignificant countries.

How can I say this? Where is the Proof? How dare I communicate my opinion as fact?The power news do this all the time. Why is it different for me to do so? Maybe because I have said mine is Opinion based on my views and observations of the fact. So how have these genocides happened? Why? Because they have the ability to hide what they do and only allow the press to give positive information out of their countries and the governments kill the press or persons that try to distribute the real truth. Murder for money? It is more like murder for power.

Who really has the power in the world? Is it the rich western nations? Is it the powerful eastern nations? Or is it the small insignificant countries who have taken control of the UN and began striping it for all it is worth.

And what about the citizens of the most powerful and richest nation on the planet doing about this? Nothing. Our leadership sits by with their hands in there pockets and pretend that nothing is happening as our president gives away our future and the future of the next 2 to 10 generations who will be in servitude based on the actions of those who bow down to the smaller insufficient countries.

We could send and distribute $10.00 to each individual person of one of these countries and we have tripled their yearly income. But would that benefit them? If we take computers and teachers and teach each and every child, would that benefit them?

More than likely that would cause them to resent what was done for them and rebel against those who brought them education. Back home in the confines of the worlds largest economy and most powerful nation the battle to take away our freedom continues.

Are we wrong to consider that we have earned and worked hard for what we have, as I am sure those in other countries have done the same, to have it taken away and just given to another person or actually a person representing the others and never making sure it actually gets to the other persons.

Isn't it time that we quit playing games with the poor of the world and help them in ways that have true meaning and viability than just giving money? Who was it that said, "teach a man to fish and he feeds his family, teach a man to read and he finds other worlds, give a man any thing and he longs for what he had before." Maybe some of that I added, yet the meaning is clear.

We should not be giving the world. We should be teaching the world. Then maybe, just maybe those that want to live their life simply can. Just maybe those that wish to live their life in constant motion in big cities can. And maybe those who wish to live near the cities, but have easy access to the simple life can.

Who of us has the right to take a child with high level of intelligence away from his simple life so he can be great in our eyes? This is what socialist and communist do? Does any man or government have this right? Maybe he would be happier living the simple life.

Man, not all man, but in general, have an innate desire to investigate, discover, push the envelop of his ability. Man, not all man, but in general, have a desire to grow, plant, nourish, and become one with nature. Man, not all man, but in general, have a desire to learn, dream, design, build, and manufacture. Man, not all man, but in general, have a desire to listen, command, lead, build business, and become capitalist. Man, what ever human it is has a choice to fulfill his desire or to ignore it and try at something else.

But when we are not free our government chooses for us what it is we are to learn, become, and achieve. Are we free? Maybe, but do we have our freedom? Until each of us can choose what it is that makes us happy doing in our life, we have no freedom. Even if they say we are free.

What Does Justice Antonin Scalia Have In Common with Representative Nancy Pelosi?

The Liberals are going after Justice Antonin Scalia after his comments, "“You really want us to go through these 2,700 pages? Is this not totally unrealistic? That we are going to go through this enormous bill item by item and decide each one.” and the reference to the Cornhusker kickback.

First off, it is in the PPACA and was taken out by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 which was the reconciliation process, in order to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Pub.L. 111-148). It was signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 30, 2010

The reconciliation process is were two different versions of a bill, the two remove or add to one or the other to come to an agreement that the versions are the same and can go to the President for signing into law.

You would think that it would have to be re-voted on in both houses of congress if anything were changed. Guess that might have slipped their minds.

If then Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi had given the members of the House the opportunity to read and review the full 2700+ Pages of the bill before it was voted on, they may have made it through the 2010 elections with little damage.

Nancy Pelosi and the #pOTUS thought there would be little backlash since we only would know what they told us. The Press was all for this. This was another time when the Press took it for the team. And they are not even on the team.

One day it will happen. The press will be out of the loop and backing the left and BOOM, a massive change on the left and the press will find out about it too late. Ask the Newspapers about it. Luckily magazines have a little bigger window to protect themselves.

I stand by what I say. I take responsibility for my actions. That by definition makes me out of the Press and definitely not a Liberal Politician, or is that Progressive Politician?

Oh, I bet that #pOTUS is furious about right now. Not even one vote from the Democrat Party faithfuls. What does this show?

To me it shows that even the Presidents own Party does not think he is worthy of leadership. I know this will be considered a stretch, but combined with this weeks gaff or the open mic where he stated the following (From ABC.com) it will take a lot for the #pOTUS to win the election in November.

The exchange was picked up by microphones as reporters were let into the room for remarks by the two leaders.

President Obama: On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space.

President Medvedev: Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you…

President Obama: This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.

President Medvedev: I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir.

Though I do feel a bit sorry for our Country for having the President that we have in the White House. It is our fault that he is there. Especially the News Media who backed him 100% and are still having to back him even though they secretly wish he would just go away.

This is what every Conservative has been saying about the President for the last 3+ Years. He gives us this on a silver platter showing how he is incapable of being taken seriously any longer. Hopefully even those who support him will realize that his inability to be Presidential on the road is hurting this country.

I do understand that there are those who think this is ok who want us to be run over by the Russians and Socialist because they hate this country so much.

I feel that if you hate this country so much, you should be the ones packed on flights leaving the country to your chosen destination.

When Will The Press Return To News -vs- Opinion?

When will the press return to being news? I think that if they don't start soon, the little credibility they do have will be gone.

When a majority of Americans are independent and/or conservative, the news opinionated towards the liberal side just is not cutting it. Americans want truth and fact, not bent truth and opinions given as fact. Even I don't give out opinions as facts.

I personally want everyone that reads any post on my sites to go out and find the information an prove my opinion right or wrong. Nothing happens. And if it did, no one knew the answer. Right or Wrong based on this..........

Are American's lazy? Do we take the word of people that have told so many "miss truths" which is a lie, that they would normally have been fired when news was a truth and fact job, a prestige position at that.

When are Americans going to require the people putting out the news to do so unbiased? "Truth and Fact in reporting" use to be the mantra of every newsroom editor. Even requiring signed affidavit from 2 or 3 sources and if anonymous was used, their would be more than one person documenting/recording the information, that was collaborated by at least one other person.

Can we be real for a minute or two. Where are the women who were making the accusations against Herman Cain? Why are they no longer being heard from? Simple answer, it was lies that gave the news media their "facts" that were nothing but a bunch of lies.

No proof, yet Americans took it as why would these women lie? Money? Fame? Minute in the Spotlight? Where is their truth? I personally think this was a setup job by the Liberal Left and the President's vast organization that get their marching orders from those closest to the #pOTUS.

I don't think that the Liberals, especially #pOTUS does not want to face Herman Cain the most and Newt Gingrich a close 2nd. These two men would wipe the floor in a debate with the #pOTUS. They had them marginalized and out of the running.

Santorum Wins In Louisiana

The actual title, in my mind, should be "Thank GOD Romney Loss." Not that I believe Santorum is the right one to take Conservatives forward, but Republicans proved that they will not be lead by a carpetbagger.

As for social and religious Republicans, they had a good night. My question is, "When will America have a good night?" If the choices remain Santorum and Romney I personally don't think much will be done in the next 4 to 8 years.

We still have to win, though to worry about that. Will I quietly support who ever wins the primary? No. I am not one to do things very quietly. I would be loud even if it were my dream team of Gingrich/Cain.

I don't think anyone wants those of us defending freedom quiet. How do I know I am defending freedom? Cause I am here, writing and sharing my views as often as the fire hits me.

So far this election has been costly in many concerns. Friendships have been irreparably damaged, a party is now split in such a way as their is unadmittedly two parties within one, and it is not clear if the winner of the primary will be supported by the party as a whole.

No, it is not a pretty picture. This one is worth much more than a thousand words. Which side will you and I land on? We will have to wait and see. Can I support a third party this time around? Maybe it is time?

America needs leadership and a cheerleader. We need to begin believing we are not the racist, uncaring persons that many are trying to paint Conservatives as.

App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads:

Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich & Ron Paul, Our Final Four?

While I positively don't think that Mitt Romney is a good Presidential Candidate from the Republican Party, any person will be better than #pOTUS. (#pOTUS is president Of The United States. The p is small.)

While that sounds about right to most people it totally stinks to me. Of course I would say it if it were Rick Santorum in the position. Have you noticed the lack of a true hard hitting Conservative? No, Senator Paul is not a Conservative or Republican in my view. His too.

Try as we might, there does not seem to be anyone besides Mr Cain or Speaker Gingrich which come close to understanding Conservatism, much less putting forth conservative ideas. Both of these men are better than either Romney or Santorum.

Think back to the first few Debates. How it was Newt and Santorum against the world. I believe these two men were great friends at one time. I personally don't think I want a friend like Rick Santorum. Newt deserved better than what Santorum has said and done.

Romney picks up Jeb Bush's nod so now he has the big 3 of approvals from the establishment Republicans and can be anointed as "The Republican Candidate."

Sorry, but Newt is still my man. I still think a Newt/Herman ticket would blow the doors right off the liberals. I can see independents looking at that dream team with a smile on their face.

In the end, I am afraid it will be a Mitt Romney & Rick Santorum team heading out to do battle against the team of Obama and what ever his name is. Actually no one really cares what Biden's name is. It is not about him. It is about OBAMA.

Yes, of course they are worth viewing, only if you take them as propaganda. What is Propaganda? Per Dictionary.com 1.information, ideas, or rumors deliberately spread widely to help or harm a person, group, movement, institution, nation, etc. 2.The deliberate spreading of such information, rumors, etc. 3.The particular doctrines or principles propagated by an organization or movement.

For some, it really does not matter what is said by the White House. They will choose to either believe it (liberals) or reject it (conservatives).

There are those that would say that any information coming from me would be Opinion. That is TRUE. This site is totally about my Opinion. I at least attempt to base my opinion in facts. I don't spout out Conservative Talking Points and I don't really care who my Opinions are about.

In politics, everyone is open to opinions. My opinion of the White House is that they are a propaganda component of the Re-Elect Obama Campaign and have been since he entered office.

How many numbers have come out of the White House being really great, but when they are updated with the real data, they are a huge let down. Or maybe they want something they are pushing to have specific numbers that work in their favor, i.e. the Obama Care facts show that it was planned at about 50% of the actual implementation cost.

Was this a lie? I believe it was a lie put out by the White House to get the bill through. They had to hit below the 1 trillion mark or they would not have the votes and wow, it came in just under.

With so much money going out in favor of those who "helped" the #potus get into office, do you wonder why our nation has fallen so far with this #potus?

We have all blamed "Congress" in general for the failures. Have we ever considered that is the plan of the White House so that the #potus numbers would look good. Isn't it the #potus who has made unreasonable demands of Congress? The nation would be worse off if Congress had not stopped the Presidents fake concerns. Just look at the January employment numbers for the proof.

I have had to think on this one about 30 seconds into the attached speech by Speaker Newt Gingrich, who was introduced to the California GOP State Convention by Herman Cain and Speaker Gingrich's Wife, Callista. Hmmmm, Speaker Gingrich and Herman Cain, now that is a Ticket I can get behind.

For those that want a reference point for Speaker Gingrich's 45 minute address, I have included the Presidents Address that Speaker Newt Gingrich is referencing below the two of CAGOP (I put it in the blue background). You can go there first or just skip it all together since Speaker Gingrich does a good job of quoting the #potus.

The first video is Herman Cain firing up the crowd at the CAGOP State Convention. After Mr. Cain, Callista Gingrich stepped up and continued where Mr. Cain left off. So, to the question at hand. Who is YOUR Republican Presidential Dream Team? I said a while back that Herman Cain and Speaker Gingrich would be a great team. I would switch them around with the Speaker in the Presidential position and the debates would be so superb this year.

Think about these debates, Vice Presidential Debate will have the #vpotus Joe Biden against Herman Cain. Wonder if they are going to do this on pay per view. That would rake in about $300 million or so at a dollar a head. While many thank #vpotus is very smart, I just don't know in what subject. Herman Cain has already experienced the Obama Machine hard at work. Remember me saying this when it is proven. #potus Obama is frightened of Herman Cain, because there is no race baiting he can do.

I don't think President Obama (#potus) will have much time to worry about Herman Cain. #potus best be on his A+++ Game or he will find himself on the losing side of the debates. As Speaker Gingrich just showed you in the videos, he is ready to take on the Obama Machine. Are WE?!?!?
