What is ProMart?

ProMart is a wholesale quotation and order management system that is designed for the printed promotional products industry.  It can however be adapted to create quotations and run bulk order e-commerce for any wholesale business.

What ProMart is not and never will be.

We built ProMart with the aim to facilitate data distribution, product management, quoting, invoicing, purchasing, proofing and order management. Any changes or development to promart will be enhancing and improving these parts of the software.

We strongly believe that you should use the right software for the right job. We do not intend that ProMart will be a 100% solution to all aspects of your business.  If your in the business of selling wholesale merchandise, printed or plain stock then ProMart is built for you.

Where did the name come from?

Pro = Professional or Promotional... depending on how you want to use the system. Profession in reference to wholesale and Promotional in reference to the industry the system was designed for originally.

Mart = Is because of the systems origins in VirtueMart (a joomla e-commerce extension)

What is the goal?

To bring wholesale trade to the same level of E-Commerce that end users experience, and vastly improve the level to which product data and print specs are supplied throughout the wholesale industry across the globe.

Using scheduled tasks ProMart exports your product data into feeds that can be used by anyone.

  

Every 24 hours your data feed is updated with your current prices. Giving your customers and all the sourcing portals 100% accurate data.  For products that have fluctuating prices this is a huge time saver.

If you want to export stock data separatly we can offer a feed that updates in real time.
