&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;It deals with finding solutions and new focus within you to combat emotional stress, signs of depression, and love problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;It will also work if you're feeling blue, unhappy with life, miserable, or just down in the dumps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The tip focuses on what you want to achieve, its about remembering how you got the solutions in the past and works on the premise that if it worked once, it most probably will work for you again.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;This technique comes from the Neural Organization Technique (Dr. Carl Ferreri) and is a very small part of the Willow System. It gives the stomach a impulse to help it seal better.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Do this exercise several times a day or before and after meals.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you don't get the desired effect, you could possibly have a spinal twist or should adjust your diet as necessary.&lt;br /&gt;
