Masa proliferasi, tahap awal dari siklus menstruasi dimana lapisan endometrium dalam keadaan paling tipis setelah mengalami pengelupasan pada saat menstruasi yang lalu. Pada masa ini sel-sel memperbanyak diri, struktur endometrium dibangun kembali sehingga berangsur-angsur akan mencapai ketebalan yang mencukupi untuk fase/tahap selanjutnya (masa sekresi).
