As more of our key information and assets migrate to online formats, the question of what happens to our “digital estate” upon our death or incapacity has become a more pressing, difficult and common question than ever before. In this episode, we discuss how important our digital lives have become, the growing number of issues that arise after death or incapacity, and current approaches to “digital estate planning.”
