One Fleeting Moment

2012-06-03T14:38:00.001-07:00

My mind was clouded

For a moment my hopes were shrouded.

It was as if spirits I consumed,

Consumed my own spirit.

Moments had made a movie of themselves

Decided to fall down from mind’s shelves.

World became a bleak and dark place

Movie played while all around me was just dark space .

While I lost my color and became pale, it felt

As if demons drowned and consumed me in their ale.

And then just how it started it ended.

With one trigger of memory I was back in my place

All I heard was - voice of another pretty lass.

Now I don’t remember her words or even the face

I do know that her embrace filled the empty space.

Till day I don't know what she meant

Because it all happened in one fleeting moment.

Time travels of Faceless Men!

2011-09-16T00:33:00.000-07:00

Often than not being in one of the country's most populated city I find myself amongst strangers. I see my self in a crowd of people whom I do not know, whom i might never see again and most whom i will never even remember.

Yet when I look at all of these people these faceless men I see a story, I see happiness and despair, I see success and failures, I see anger and friendship. A whole platter of human emotion is right there in front of you, just for you to notice , understand and wonder about life.

I often read and saw other writers version of time machine, for me this is time travel. I see a young college kid and travel back in time, some years back when I was new to my college and memories come flooding, I see a happy couple (very rare to spot the "happy" ones) and I go back to the part of my life, when I shared it happily with someone. I see this business executive around 30 busy on his phone and I begin to wonder will this be me. When I am done observing everyone else, my mind zooms out of this crowd around me and I see my ownself from some distance in this crowd.

Every face has an emotion.
Every eye hides a dream.
Every person has a story...

I look at all these people and then I look inside and try to find my ownself!

Wish I wasn't here!

2011-08-04T03:17:00.000-07:00

Standing on the edge
Life scarcely making sense
Seems to be my sanity
is hanging in the balance…

Dreams we shared exist no more
You knew your time drew near
Now my soul is desolate
My heart is in despair…

Each day I live in solitude,
denial and confusion…
Wishing this reality was merely an illusion…

wings of a broken angel !

2011-04-15T01:46:00.000-07:00

www.miteshk.blogspot.com

I once knew an angel a happy go luck one .
Sweet charming hopping from one happiness to another one , just like a honey bee .

Then I saw her again no more an angel like she used to be ... She changed. .... Her happiness was taken away ... Her wings were taken away ..

Life .... It throws infinite challenges towards us. , and they come in all shapes an sizes . Intense and non intense .
Easiest thing is to give up , lose , have a sense of pity for your own-self saying ahhh my wretched life ...

Why u forgot those happy moments what about themmm ...

Go get up it is your life stand up for it , find the best ways out seek new joys and just hang in there .

Have faith and patience and tide of time will change again and take u on its back to another mystical happiness .

This was my advise to the angel with broken wings !!

Balance of Life

2011-01-18T03:27:00.000-08:00

It’s intriguing how balance of life works.

To be franks its horrible at times really horrible.

It gets down right disgusting and pathetic.

You say one word wrong

Or you do one thing wrong

Even if you have done everything else right

It messes up and messes up big time ….

So why do we still live , why do we continue

Why don’t we end and be at peace …

Im not talking about people who don’t end it just coz

They are scared, no offense but they are lesser humans to me.

Well to say this is where the balance kicks in …

Balance in life is funny thing.. it happens when

Despite all the shit that uve created

You do one right thing or u say one right word

And BOOM things look good world again becomes a pleasant place.

Obvious lesson here is “persistence”

Other times you don’t know but unknowingly

Your actions do bad or do amazingly good to others.

What I will do will affect someone else in some way or the other.

Its like whole world every human is connected down right.

(guess subprime crisis validates the theory ) .

So what do you do .. just step out live your life

Look at things see the story behind them

Just live your life .. and let

The balance kick in .

Coz at the end of the day everyone’s life is a

Zero sum game .. only things that matter is

When you look back..What do you remember?

The bad or The good..

Decision is yours..Coz after all its your life .. !!

WORDS

2011-01-14T10:58:00.000-08:00

WORDS…..

They bind us together, they push us away.

They make us love, they make us hate.

They makes us laugh they make us cry.

They make us remember, they make us forget.

WORDS .

They are everywhere yet they are nowhere.

They are the most precious thing and yet the easiest available ones.

Sometimes one word has the world in it ,

And sometimes all of them are as empty as nothing.

Right words at wrong time can help u float

While wrong words at right time can push you to drown.

WORDS

Why do people make them so complicated….

All they are made up of 26 letters.

Yes its that simple 26 letters ….

Yet hardly will you find someone

Someone who understands the values and true meaning of

WORDS.

Bigger or Smaller

2011-01-02T01:39:00.000-08:00

Every decision we make, every encounter we have... we get a choice.
Are we opening doors or closing them?
It's so tempting to shut people down, to limit the upside, to
ostracize, select and demonize. It makes things a lot simpler. Not
seeing means you don't have to take action. Not opening means it's
easier to announce that you're done. And not raising the bar means
you're less likely to fail.
Just about all the things we treasure in our world were built by
people who were intent on making things bigger, enabling things to be
better, opening doors for us to achieve. The line between a realist
and a optimist is hard to draw. And both might be self-fulfilling.

[Please don't confuse this with the issue of focus. Focus involves
eliminating options until you have so few moving parts that work
actually gets done. You can be focused but still think bigger.]

Fly !!

2010-12-25T02:30:00.000-08:00

If you could see past shore

You would know what I think

If you could hear the waves

You would know what I think

Remove your veil of obstinacy,

And you look beyond window

If you could see through convention

You would know what I think

If you had faith in yourself as I do ,

You could walk with me a while

If you see the colors I do

You could walk with me a while

I you want to touch the sky as I do

Then your desires would come alive

Then in my next life we,

We could fly together a while!!

New report on "The State of Mobile Communications" says be mobile or be dust

2010-11-04T02:39:00.000-07:00

Now is the perfect time for businesses to jump into mobile communications, says "The State of Mobile Communications," a newly issued report by Burson-Marsteller and Proof Integrated Communications..

Well this as of now is quite true for the Western market while Indian market though in a very nascent stage is the future .. so here are few points from the report

The report provides recommendations based on the implications of a range of key mobile research reports, including:

Companies who are not already engaging with stakeholders via mobile are missing infinite business and revenue-generating opportunities created by exponential mobile growth. And, once mobile is even more pervasive in a few years, businesses who are not in the mobile space risk being squeezed out by competitors.

"Mobile" includes voice, data, and video - basically any type of consumer or business content that can now be communicated via the Internet. Businesses must think about how to channel all types of content through mobile , not just one. Developing a website optimized for mobile browsing on a variety of devices is the first step.

Mobile users are not passive. They seek information, manage personal finances, interact with others and shop.

Mobile is not just a channel for businesses to push out information. As "search" is the top mobile activity, consumers are seeking content and tools relevant to their needs. Companies must position their brands and mobile offerings so they can easily be found via search and are aligned with consumer expectations.

Mobile is not just for young people. Eighty-two percent of seniors use their mobile phones for information and learning.

Location-based targeting is the a critical distinction that makes mobile communications more powerful than other channels. Knowing where a mobile user is - whether if be in a store, with friends, at a restaurant or at the office - can help businesses know which content is most relevant to deliver to the consumer at that moment.

Optimize your content for multiple devices. Ensure that location-based mobile tools have high utility and privacy. Consumers are more comfortable sharing their location when they see a tangible benefit to providing their location information - so give them a reason to do so.

Offering applications or mobile media in several languages or with local nuances may be worthwhile.

QR Codes, long pervasive in Asia and Europe, are moving to the West. They provide enormous opportunity to engage with consumers and to deliver content previously limited by constraints of channels and space.

NEW MEDICINES FOR WOMEN

2010-10-27T14:10:00.001-07:00

With the introduction of Viagra to fix a perennial male problem, a famous British pharmaceutical company is working to redress the balance.

MIRRORCILLIN – A 5cc dose enables a woman to walk past mirrors for up to four hours without pausing once.

STOPPANAGGIN – Gives women a vague feeling of contentment towards their spouse/boyfriend.

COSMOPOLIRA – Doubles female intelligence to almost simian levels, allowing ‘facts’ in trash lifestyle magazines to be disputed.

LOGICON – Trials showed that females taking this were able to follow a proposition through to its logical conclusion, and argue effectively without being diverted into non relevant postulates such as ‘you don’t love me anymore’.

PARKATRON – 72% of women taking this were able to safely reverse park a Ford Fiesta into a space only 12 meters long; 54% achieved this in under 15 minutes.

MAGNATACK – Uniquely distorts the cornea, making certain shapes appear much larger than in reality – no practical use for this drug has yet been found.

WARDROBIA – Clinical trials show that almost 23% of women taking this drug can safely walk past a sale notice, and an amazing 42% stayed within their credit limit.

BEERINTULIN – Engenders a female desire to bring her spouse/boyfriend alcoholic beverages and snacks during televised sports.

Without any wave
like a deep dark ocean
no light no hope NO ONE..
Why are you not here ...??
why cant i SEE YOU..?

question are very small to see
and very big to answer
LIKE YOU

veyry far to touch..
ARE YOU FOR REAL
OR JUST A FAIRYTALE..

Peope will say you are for real
but i stil search for YOU..
that u which was for me

FOREVER FOR ME..

What we are !!

2010-10-17T03:09:00.000-07:00

What is right what is wrong ...
A question , a thought , a truth..
Whole world, everyone would say x is right or x is wrong.
Why? to me - Nothing is right and nothing is wrong.
Its just a matter of circumstances ..

What might look so wrong now would be looked upon as right some time in future.

What might be right to me maybe its the big wrong for you.
SO WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG ..
NOTHING ....

What we want now ,might be not what we desire when we get it ..
or what we reject now might be the only thing we would want at some time..
All that we wish are pawns of the fabric of time..of where we are in that fabric of time ..
We move along and we want something new or something old ..anything except what we have..

Maybe wanting anything but, what we have is a very essential part of being a human ..
Maybe its very essential part of growing as person... because satisfaction at the end of the day is ...
STAGNATION..... and who wants to be stuck in one place..

HENCE GO ON DESIRE ..LIVE ..WANT SOMETHING MORE ..STRIVE FOR SOMETHING NEW ..
REGRET , REJOICE because along with our choices these are what makes us what WE ARE !!

Lazaridis said it wont require new data plans, new security or anything new. It comes with out-of-the-box compatibility. He said it will become the enterprise standard. It sounds like a powerful device and, as such, it would probably need a powerful battery, right? The company talked up a lot of the specs and the performance but not once - not in the on-stage presentation nor in the press release - was there a mention of battery life.
The technical details from the release:

A soulful of Death

2010-08-31T12:35:00.000-07:00

I write down this for two people

Both of whom have different reason to inspire me .

Walking down the marine drive ,

I just couldn’t help wonder how Death is ,

What death is and why death is .

When i looked far into the sea

Staring right at that infinite black expanse ...

Is what death is ... infinite vast , black ,dark

Abyss. ... is it all consuming darkness consuming forever.

Just no way out!

When i looked at shore .. i saw waves.

Hitting the shore with all the might

And then returning back , taking everything with them .

So is that what death is ?

It comes at times visible and at times not .

Hits you with all the might ,

break you and then take you back with itself.

Hardly a way out !!

Running down the alley i dashed into a wall...

And i thought is that what death is like..

Is it like the dark infinitely long and tall wall .

The impoundable mass of unknown ..

You will never see the other side until they let you in .

And then you just never come back.

Its the darkness its the finality its the unknown That define death ....

But then .. “if death is just the break between the two acts on stage , would you finish first one quickly to comeback for second one , or just enjoy the first one “

Obituary For The Late Mr. Common Sense

2010-08-29T04:02:00.000-07:00

'Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who

has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was,

since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He

will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:

Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the

worm; Life isn't always fair; and maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more

than you can earn) and reliable strategies: adults, not children, are in

charge.

His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but

overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy

charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended

from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for

reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the

job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly

children. It declined even further when schools were required to get

parental consent to administer sun lotion or an Aspirin to a student;

but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted

to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses;

and criminals received better treatment than their victims.

Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a

burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to

realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot.. She spilled a little in

her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his

wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason. He

is survived by his 4 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, I Want It Now,

Someone Else Is To Blame, and I'm A Victim.

Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If

you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do

nothing.

My life is like a subway !!

2010-08-24T02:58:00.000-07:00

Time is a little spec here

Coz years go by in seconds

or minutes take light years .

Buried way below, in the underground

is my life a subway of just sights and sound.

On a bench in the corner i sit down

Image via Wikipedia

Looking at people crossing around.

Some just cross widout realising

Others stay here for eternity

Though lot of them come with an objective .

And depart when it is fulfilled.

Some one very important is leaving ,

A piece of subway on her departure she is taking .

For all i have learned are these few lines –

“one who has to leave ,will leave ,

Donot cling onto them,

Because look on the other side of the subway

There are the handful new waiting for you

To let em enter wid the beautiful sunshine behind em .”

TREASURES of life

2010-08-14T21:43:00.000-07:00

To all the friends who made this life worth living and an entertaining journey all along.
It's so hard to find the perfect breeze,
One blowing none too hard nor soft,
Carrying a scent of wild flowers,
And moving clouds about aloft.

It's so hard to find the perfect sky,
One blue and deep and bright,
Carrying a sense of openness
With geese and wrens in flight.

It's so hard to find the perfect night,
One cold, quiet and unflawed,
Carrying a mood of solitude,
And a closeness to our thoughts.

Yet no perfection's so hard to find
As that which you extend
And none I'll ever treasure more,
Than to simply be your friend.

Belief

2010-08-03T14:01:00.000-07:00

Forgive people ,
for they do not understand ,
what for us is easy to comprehend .

we derive our way from the ways of past
we believe because of what we have gone
through in our past .

it has been our joys and sorrows
that keep us one even when we are apart .

they shall never gather the stream of our thoughts .
they will think that our brain is rotten crop .

but when the time of final judgement shall come
they shall see , experience , fight , approve
and believe in the truth .
the truth which we had embraced long in the past.

But who will speak for the trees?

2010-07-27T07:38:00.000-07:00

www.miteshk.blogspot.com
Defenders of the status quo at newspapers, book publishers and the magazine industry are in a panic. Some are even misguidedly asking for government regulation or a bailout.
All three industries are doomed (if doomed means that they will be unrecognizable in ten--probably three--years). And yet...
And yet there's no shortage of writing, or things to read. No shortage of news, either. And there doesn't appear to be one on the horizon. In fact, there's more news, more images and more writing available to more people more often than ever before in history.
No, just about all of the whining is about protecting paper, the stuff the ideas are printed on, not the ideas themselves.
It's paper that makes the economics of the newspaper industry work (or not work). It's paper that creates cost and slows things down and generates scarcity. And scarcity is what they sell.
It's paper that makes the book industry what it is. As soon as you remove paper from the equation, the costs change, the timing changes, the barriers to entry change, the risk changes. And defenders of the status quo don't like change.
Is there not enough paper in your life? Why are we wringing our hands about the demise of paper as the economic gating factor for ideas? In fact, some of the trees I know are delighted that we've found a better, faster, cheaper way to spread ideas.
If the demise of paper means that good people doing good work in important industries will have to find faster and better ways to do their jobs, I don't think that's a bad thing.

demons of the past !!

2010-06-21T08:30:00.000-07:00

I am running ,

passing endless train of lights on the ceiling .

and passing people with different emotions ,

different me in different situations ,

scenes are changing every second

and yet feels like they have played for eternity .

for there i see myself , saying- doing- reacting -

just the things which i should have never said

never done and they ways i should have not reacted.

for sweat trickles down my neck ,

i can feel the pain through my leg.

but the horrors of the past the mistakes

of the years do not let me stop .

for past never is past , it will

haunt you , it will come back !

i fought it and fought hard ,

but today is the day when i run

all i wish is i can run away .

my blank eyes contain a world

of sorrow , my facade of smile

hides all these miles ,

all the miles that i run ,

that i run away .

acceptance is the only solace

for how long will i race ,

but for now i run

run away !!

rain struck city

2010-06-12T14:08:00.000-07:00

www.miteshk.blogspot.com
summer struck city ,
wasn't so pretty.
yes the grand fort of dreams
some fulfilled others
yet working overtime ,were drenched in sweat
and irritation was a logical fate.
yes the summer truck city
wasn't so pretty :Mumbai

and then the legions of dark cloud came ,
oh yes they came .
they came and sent a jolt of joy in hearts .
but alas .
they stood their ground
like the mock dumb warriors.

i gave a cry "dont just leave us high and dry "
and after few or a lot of round of abuses

one of them took looked offended .
he sneaked and opened itself beyond midnight .
other took his clue and came down jostling not just with dew.

and then it rained , it rained so mighty that
joy finally took over me again .

oh , rain struck city u look so beautiful.
you look so beautiful.

its just not my opinion , all hail thee "the rain gods"
all friends and foes alike .

greens and rains hold the sight
its just became more beautiful through the night .

though i miss few ,
but i rejoice the new.
thats the thing with rains
they give you joy and pain .

Beware of these 6 social networking scams!

2010-06-11T05:26:00.000-07:00

A techie recently fell prey to a spammer and lost thousands of rupees from his bank account. And he is not alone, despite many warnings issued to users, scamsters continue spread havoc.

At a time when the gap between the virtual and the real world is thinning down, it is your duty to protect yourself from fraudsters online.

With more people logging on to networking sites, there is a flurry of activity. Spammers are now devising innovative methods to abuse and cheat online users. An Accenture survey has revealed that India has the second-highest number of people (85 per cent) who use social networking at least occasionally.

Global consumers spent more than five and half hours on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter in December 2009, an 82 per cent increase from the same time last year when users were spending just over three hours on social networking sites, according to The Nielsen Company. In addition, the overall traffic to social networking sites has grown over the last three years.

Cyber criminals are thus exploiting this huge growth. They lure users across social networking sites to open spam

email, and steal personal data in order to understand what subjects would tempt the user. If you are not careful about protecting vital information, the loss would be beyond your imagination.

Symantec has listed top 6 ways that spammers leverage social networking sites

1. Trojan.Twebot

Symantec has detected a new Trojan botnet creator tool, called "TwitterNet Builder". The threat, called Trojan.Twebot, uses a Twitter account to issue instructions to the Trojans created by the builder. When building Trojan.Twebot, the user is able to supply a public

Twitter account for Trojan. Twebot to follow. As Trojan.Twebot does not try to obfuscate commands on Twitter, it will not be difficult for Twitter security staff to find and close accounts abusing their service in this way.

Botmasters tweet their commands to zombie The threat, called Trojan.Twebot, uses a Twitter account to issue instructions to the Trojansputers, through smart phones

Trojan. Twebot has a number of the usual commands you would expect to see, such as ".DOWNLOAD" to download additional files and ".DDOS" to perform a distributed denial-of-service attack. However, it also has the interesting command ".SAY". This command allows an attacker to get a compromised computer to use the operating system's Text-to-Speech function to read aloud any messages sent by the attacker.

Symantec recreated the attack in a controlled environment (in the lab) to show how Twitter is used as a command-and-control server for Trojan.Twebot and how by using smart phones, attackers can easily issue commands to their botnet.

2. Twitter accounts with celebrity names

Twitter is also increasingly being hijacked for spam, using celebrity names. For example, a Chinese retailer has used David Beckam to push sales , tricking users into believing that the football star is following them.

The credibility of the fake account is bolstered by other fraudulent accounts linking back to it and by cross-following legitimate Twitter accounts, which will probably have been hacked earlier. In this particular case, the false David followed over a thousand accounts with a single common link - the account name contains the word "candid".

This malicious activity is fast becoming common practice nowadays. Attackers are creating Twitter accounts as a vehicle for spam advertising and, sometimes, they even include

So is David Beckham following your tweets? Probably not. Unfortunately, the spammers often succeed because many people allow their curiosity to get the better of them and click on nearly every link they see without thinking about the consequences.

Remember, always be sceptical if someone you don't know starts following you or sends you strange direct messages. Also, always check the account carefully. It is not always easy to determine if you are reading the official Twitter account of someone real or that of a clever impostor.

3. Facebook toolbar

Spam e-mails have been doing the rounds on the Internet hoping to lure recipients into downloading a Facebook toolbar. If you download the file by clicking on "Download Here", you'll see a file with the icon shown below:

If you take a closer look at the icon, "darkSector" is shown inside of it. How strange. Is this actually a Facebook toolbar? If we take a look at the property of the file, the details mentioned are for a program called HijackThis (a Dropping Trojans through social networking downloads security software). This is even stranger.

Well, the file is neither a Facebook toolbar nor HijackThis. It's a malware detected by Symantec software as Trojan.Dropper.

Whenever you come across oddities like this, you can take similar steps to check if something could potentially have malicious intentions.

4. The Koobface worm
This worm infects users by using social engineering attacks. It spreads by abusing social networking websites or by employing search engine optimisation techniques to lure potential victims to malicious sites.
The infrastructure used by the Koobface gang is relatively simple: a central server redirects victims to one of the infected bots where the social engineering attack takes place. While the central redirection point has been actively targeted by take-down requests, the Koobface gang has so far been quick.
A year has passed since Koobface was first detected; yet, this worm and the people behind it are still very active in keeping their infrastructure up to date, finding new means of propagating the infection, and taking advantage of their victims.
In just three weeks, Symantec observed 17,170 distinct infected IP addresses. Several Indian cities

5) Symantec has witnessed a malicious spam campaign against Facebook, accompanied by a phishing attack. These messages look like an official Facebook invite or password reset confirmation mail. If we place the cursor over the update button in the message, we can actually see the phishing URL in the status bar.
If a user clicks on the "Update" button, he or she is redirected to a Facebook look-alike phishing site. Here, users are asked to enter a password to complete the update procedure.
Unfortunately, the user's password will be stolen if they try to log in on this page. Similarly, another malware or phishing attack using URLs in the coming day(s) on MySpace. Social networking sites with huge user bases are targeted to infect maximum machines or gather passwords for more malicious activities in future.
Users need to be extra careful of suspicious attachments, especially those including a "password reset" request because legitimate websites will not send an attachment for resetting a password.

6) In the past, spammers would register their own accounts and then send unsolicited messages through the social networking site. By default, the site generated automated email to let the user know that there is a new message.
While such notifications are technically legitimate, the user would have most likely considered the messages as spam, due to the unsolicited content. For spammers, this technique had a shortcoming - the message sent to the user was from an unknown person/entity.
Recently, Symantec has observed a rise in a newer technique of social networking site abuse. Symantec has confirmed that this account was not created for spamming purposes. Instead, the sender's account was hijacked and this message was sent to everyone who is "connected" (direct friend, friend of a friend, etc).
If the user navigates to the Web page provided in the message, Bloodhound.PDF.10 tries to load. In the example, the sender was not a direct friend with the user. However, it is highly likely that the user could receive such messages from a direct friend. This could give the user a false sense of confidence, which may lead to malware being installed on the user's machine.
It is a good reminder to all social networking site users that the message really may not be from a friend, even if it is from a friend.

Its getting day by day more difficult to keep ur self safe on net - try to be more prudent and it might help you a long way.

SOLACE IN EVENINGS

The human heart has hidden treasures,
In secret kept, in silence sealed;--
The thoughts, the hopes, the dreams, the pleasures,
Whose charms were broken if revealed.
And days may pass in gay confusion,
And nights in rosy riot fly,
While, lost in Fame's or Wealth's illusion,
The memory of the Past may die.
But there are hours of lonely musing,
Such as in evening silence come,
When, soft as birds their pinions closing,
The heart's best feelings gather home.
Then in our souls there seems to languish
A tender grief that is not woe;
And thoughts that once wrung groans of anguish
Now cause but some mild tears to flow.
And feelings, once as strong as passions,
Float softly back--a faded dream;
Our own sharp griefs and wild sensations,
The tale of others' sufferings seem.
Oh! when the heart is freshly bleeding,
How longs it for that time to be,
When, through the mist of years receding,
Its woes but live in reverie!
And it can dwell on moonlight glimmer,
On evening shade and loneliness;
And, while the sky grows dim and dimmer,
Feel no untold and strange distress--
Only a deeper impulse given
By lonely hour and darkened room,
To solemn thoughts that soar to heaven
Seeking a life and world to come.

Gentle dewdrops
gliding on lotus leaf,
Earth smiles with pearl lips
when sun shines
waves are gushed
to kiss thirsting banks,
Butterfly boozes
the nectar of flowerBirds chanting eternal song
in the lap of the tree
This is present
Pleasant melody of nature
Oh! Time stop
Let this moment be freezed.
