A brand is a promise that compounds with every interaction. I work on the substance behind it: positioning, narrative, visual system, and the standards that keep them consistent across a growing company. Done well, brand is one of the few defensible advantages in software.

Twenty years across SEO, paid media, content, and lifecycle have taught me that the channels change but the discipline doesn't. I build marketing as a system—measurable, repeatable, and accountable to revenue—so growth comes from compounding work, not one-off campaigns.

Scaling exposes every shortcut a company has taken. I design the operating model—infrastructure, processes, hiring, governance—so the business can grow several times in size without quality, culture, or unit economics slipping. Sustainable scale, not just fast scale.
