I have made a tonne of Valentine’s Day cards in the past couple of days so I can stock up my rack at the flower shop and this is one of my fav’s. I don’t know what it is, but I think layering different-shaped nesties on top of each other is such a cool look. That little cupid is a Tim Holtz die cut (a movers and shapers die) and I cut it out of some Best Creations glitter paper. It’s not as sparkly as using loose glitter, but a heck of a lot quicker and cleaner!! &lt;br /&gt;

This week we are featuring &lt;a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1937827"&gt;this completely adorable card&lt;/a&gt; by Beate Johns (Beate at SCS) called Sweet li'l Sheep that was posted last year on March 24th. Beate is a stamping superwoman and a wonderful person and we are completely thrilled that she has let us feature her :D &lt;p&gt;Here is my card:  &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-WQ-x4Mw-ALI/TzS_ox-QVFI/AAAAAAAAD7M/mzTnN3tKRGY/s1600-h/IMG_0141%25255B8%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="IMG_0141" border="0" alt="IMG_0141" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-IEcM-w_MX7w/TzS_pQ8x4-I/AAAAAAAAD7U/zyYl0E023Xc/IMG_0141_thumb%25255B5%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="374" height="501"&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I used&amp;nbsp; a few old supplies from my “Valentines” box… I mean, how many times do we save our products with good intentions to use them again but never do?? It’s a beautiful Monday morning here in Vancouver and I’m off to a great start this week with a bright and sunny CAS card. I combined two challenges: this week’s TSG challenge: &lt;a href="http://tsgclearstamps.blogspot.com/2012/02/tsg142-negative-die-cut.html"&gt;Negative Die Cut&lt;/a&gt;, and today’s CAS challenge at Splitcoast: &lt;a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/clean-simple-cards-f239/cas156-hearts-2-6-12-a-t547845.html"&gt;Hearts&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-tlZ6fDRK3AY/TzAHjVafELI/AAAAAAAAD58/GrEfUUkJ7BM/s1600-h/feb6imiss%25255B3%25255D.png"&gt;&lt;img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="feb6imiss" border="0" alt="feb6imiss" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-rxMkAjI3Bv8/TzAHkGe7ymI/AAAAAAAAD6E/jVCgiFYgVz0/feb6imiss_thumb%25255B1%25255D.png?imgmax=800" width="502" height="484"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;I used a Spellbinders die (Classic Hearts) to cut out the shapes then I placed a piece of white cardstock behind the pink and stamped through the openings. I popped the entire pink layer up (I love this look..) and added some stickles to the mug.. I have a lot of fancy mugs and wanted to replicate that. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Stamp set: &lt;a href="https://www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com/store/stamp-sets/what-s-new/perk-up.html"&gt;Perk Up&lt;/a&gt; by There She Goes. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6539077257414739593-1847674748143680694?l=tobicrawford.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TobisPlace/~4/lQghMJaBW3k" height="1" width="1"/&gt;</content><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/feeds/1847674748143680694/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=6539077257414739593&amp;postID=1847674748143680694&amp;isPopup=true" title="0 Comments" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/1847674748143680694?v=2" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/1847674748143680694?v=2" /><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TobisPlace/~3/lQghMJaBW3k/i-miss-your-mug.html" title="I Miss Your Mug" /><author><name>tobi crawford</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel="http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail" width="32" height="32" src="//lh5.googleusercontent.com/-CY9W-EFf6sc/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAADzw/CmTO8Z-5qRE/s512-c/photo.jpg" /></author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media="http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/" url="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-rxMkAjI3Bv8/TzAHkGe7ymI/AAAAAAAAD6E/jVCgiFYgVz0/s72-c/feb6imiss_thumb%25255B1%25255D.png?imgmax=800" height="72" width="72" /><thr:total>0</thr:total><feedburner:origLink>http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/2012/02/i-miss-your-mug.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry gd:etag="W/&quot;Ak4NQn89cCp7ImA9WhRbFEU.&quot;"><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6539077257414739593.post-3920867433777216831</id><published>2012-02-05T01:25:00.001-08:00</published><updated>2012-02-05T16:43:13.168-08:00</updated><app:edited xmlns:app="http://www.w3.org/2007/app">2012-02-05T16:43:13.168-08:00</app:edited><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="cas" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Cards" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="there she goes" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="love" /><title>You + me and a cup of…</title><content type="html">&lt;div align="center"&gt;

&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-I7O9Js2xPag/Ty5K8KhXVGI/AAAAAAAAD5o/lk3Uuhtpc8k/s1600-h/IMG_0139%25255B5%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0139" border="0" height="506" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-Nyl2MpEEphs/Ty5K8X5WfJI/AAAAAAAAD5w/LjSwzRHud4w/IMG_0139_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0139" width="378" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
I’ve admitted my addiction to everything hot in a mug before (coffee, tea, hot chocolate.. anything!) so using sets like this thrill me to no end! I played along with today’s &lt;a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/featured-stamper-f132/fs261-%7B02-05-2012%7D-shes-1-a-t547772.html"&gt;featured stamper challenge&lt;/a&gt; and chose to “case” &lt;a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2084481?&amp;amp;cat=500&amp;amp;ppuser=81623&amp;amp;perpage=96&amp;amp;thumbsonly=0"&gt;this card&lt;/a&gt;. I didn’t do the embossing on the base and I didn’t add the twine - I just wanted to keep the background really clean. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
I stamped the mug onto some Pink Paislee “Nantucket” paper and cut it out, and I stamped the hearts with two different distress inks – wild honey and rusty hinge. The lightest heart was achieved by “generation stamping”, which means I first stamped the heart in wild honey on some scratch paper, then I stamped it again without inking it. The residual ink will look a shade or two lighter.. cool, huh? &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="left"&gt;
Additional supplies: &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt; &lt;div align="left"&gt;
“&lt;a href="https://www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com/store/stamp-sets/what-s-new/perk-up.html"&gt;Perk Up&lt;/a&gt;” stamp set from There She Goes&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; &lt;div align="left"&gt;
Jet Black Archival Ink&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; &lt;div align="left"&gt;
PTI stampers select cardstock&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;

The sentiment is from a Technique Tuesday se called &lt;a href="http://www.techniquetuesday.com/Ali-Edwards-Designs/LAli.html"&gt;Love, Ali&lt;/a&gt;. Hi everybody! Welcome to our very first&lt;b&gt; &lt;a href="http://ispysketches.blogspot.com/"&gt;iSpy Sketch&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt; challenge! I am so excited to get started with the challenge. I can’t wait to see how many peeps participate… C’mon out and give it a try, you’ll love playing along.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Today's challenge is based on &lt;a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1879561"&gt;this gorgeous card&lt;/a&gt; by Loretta Lock (lorettal over at SCS)!  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BFk6VmzH8xI/Tyhu7Qu50tI/AAAAAAAAPM4/V6FDTewmCHQ/s1600/ISSC01.png"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="199" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BFk6VmzH8xI/Tyhu7Qu50tI/AAAAAAAAPM4/V6FDTewmCHQ/s320/ISSC01.png" style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" width="204" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
Thank you so much Loretta for inspiring us this week! If you haven't had a chance, please pop by&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&amp;amp;ppuser=78956"&gt;Loretta's gallery&lt;/a&gt; and or &lt;a href="http://lovetocreate.blogspot.com/"&gt;her blog&lt;/a&gt; to congratulate her on her feature and to check out some more of her amazing creations :) &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
Here’s my take on the sketch.. I changed the shape of the image because… *gasp* I don’t have any oval Nestabilities… I know. Take pity on me and send some my way, hahaha.. But really.. I found I rarely used my oval punches and it just wasn’t a shape I turned to, but I’m looking at it a little closer now.  &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-aa7f362d4z8/Tytc3gn5miI/AAAAAAAAD4o/DJTvGCaTnjc/s1600-h/IMG_0134%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0134" border="0" height="432" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-n-kcQn23RNo/Tytc3ytwBII/AAAAAAAAD4w/s-zE-wttOV0/IMG_0134_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0134" width="436" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="left"&gt;
I used a couple of images from a set called “&lt;a href="https://www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com/store/stamp-sets/what-s-new/scootin-by.html"&gt;Scootin’ By&lt;/a&gt;” from There She Goes. This set is so fun to colour with Copics. It’s kinda like playing with a Barbie: &lt;em&gt;what colour will her outfit be today?? &lt;/em&gt;All the papers are from My Mind’s Eye: &lt;em&gt;Lost and Found Two&lt;/em&gt; and the colours are absolutely delish!  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="left"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-aa7f362d4z8/Tytc3gn5miI/AAAAAAAAD4o/DJTvGCaTnjc/s1600-h/IMG_0134%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-tMajgbRtjFY/Tytc4Xva8tI/AAAAAAAAD44/gdCZANdZahA/s1600-h/IMG_0135%25255B5%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0135" border="0" height="233" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-Xay87kbkPr8/Tytc4onvr3I/AAAAAAAAD5A/oJcCDgyq4lk/IMG_0135_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0135" width="302" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Here's how to play:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Create a paper crafting project (card, scrap book page or 3D item), based on the sketch provided. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Post your creation on your blog or an online gallery (using a code ISSC01), and link it here with the inlinkz widget at the &lt;a href="http://ispysketches.blogspot.com/"&gt;iSpy blog&lt;/a&gt;. Please provide a direct link to your post - not the generic link to your blog. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;A new challenge will be posted every Friday at 12.01 AM EST, and you have until noon on Wednesday EST to submit your entry. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;You may enter as many times as you like, but please provide a newly designed project with a new link for each additional project. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;We will choose the top 2 creations to be featured in our "Top 2 Thursday" post where we will announce who we have picked :) The winners will receive their very own iSpy Sketches blog badge! &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Don't forget that you may combine our challenges with others and use supplies from any company that you wish :) &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Have fun and we look forward to "spying:" your creations!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

Welcome to the "Brand New" Technique Tuesday blog hop.&lt;br /&gt;
Technique Tuesday’s Stamping Techs are blog hopping again, and we are delighted this month to share with you some cool projects made with some of the new stamps Technique Tuesday is debuting this week at the CHA trade show in California. &lt;br /&gt;
I had a lot of fun putting this card together and playing with a brand-spanking new set!  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-0RWCevN5G9c/TyZNZJBJ_MI/AAAAAAAAD4Q/bC65F3Fwd0c/s1600-h/photo%252520%2525287%252529%25255B5%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="photo (7)" border="0" height="472" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-yqrb-M0O22s/TyZNZctqufI/AAAAAAAAD4Y/lwoqpE-4WZs/photo%252520%2525287%252529_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="photo (7)" width="366" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
Beautiful yellow daffodils. I love it when they show up in early spring and I couldn’t resist pulling out all of my unused yellow inks, paper, glitter pens… Not so much a fan of the yellow, but for this flower, how could I not??? This is a set called “&lt;a href="http://www.techniquetuesday.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Session_ID=2df8c3f0a5a7be48322d8f264078f390&amp;amp;Screen=PROD&amp;amp;Product_Code=DDaff&amp;amp;Category_Code="&gt;Daily Daffodils&lt;/a&gt;” and besides the striking image there are 5 sentiments.  &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
Specifics about the project: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I first stamped the image with a light yellow ink, then I used the “Rock ‘n Roll” technique around the edges of the stamp with a shade of dark yellow. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;after the image dried I highlighted the original artwork with Copic Spica pens in gold and clear to give it some glam&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The basic grey papers used originally had the red and black inking around the perimeter of the paper (6x6 pad) so when I cut out the pieces I replicated the inking with Ranger Distress Inks. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We love reading your comments so we will have some random draws for prizes.&lt;br /&gt;
From the comments received on all the blogs, we will pick one lucky person to win the &lt;a href="http://www.techniquetuesday.com/Little-Treasures-Stamps/Flurr.html"&gt;Flurry stamp set.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We’ll also pick one person to win the &lt;a href="http://www.techniquetuesday.com/Little-Treasures-Stamps/Missi.html"&gt;Missing You by Ali Edwards&lt;/a&gt; stamp set.&lt;br /&gt;
You don’t need to comment on all the blogs to be eligible to win. But the more comments you&lt;br /&gt;
leave, the more chances you have to win!&lt;br /&gt;
Comments must be posted by midnight on Feb. 2nd The winner will be announced on Feb. 3rd sometime on the &lt;a href="http://techniquetuesday.typepad.com/"&gt;Technique Tuesday blog&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

Friendship and coffee are a good blend to send greetings near and far. Torico has created a darling set to perk up the one "mug" you’ve been missing. An absolute must for those sweets and treats without all the calories! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-WKoEDtbC5IE/Tx-0fG3qVVI/AAAAAAAAD3E/FHeKl4p1hac/s1600-h/photo%252520%2525284%252529%25255B5%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="photo (4)" border="0" height="419" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-JeAbt9OBQB0/Tx-0fYoMkCI/AAAAAAAAD3M/QdlpyZikYgw/photo%252520%2525284%252529_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="photo (4)" width="443" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate…. I am a sucker for anything hot in a mug and that goes for stamp sets too! Sets like this make me very, very happy!! I love all of the “extras” that come with this set.. Those plump little hearts just make my day.  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-ivYwE1PFRKw/Tx-0fnzbzdI/AAAAAAAAD3U/vGQcvXazfUo/s1600-h/photo%252520%2525286%252529%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="photo (6)" border="0" height="371" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-8v-kkJa0PQ0/Tx-0f8L8dzI/AAAAAAAAD3c/KHl2yfvEP80/photo%252520%2525286%252529_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="photo (6)" width="321" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
I coloured the mug with Copics (E40, 41 and 43) to look like a mug with a plaid pattern. I picture giving this card to a man, so I stuck with a neutral colour palette..  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Perk Up! is a 4x8 set that includes a total of 36 stamps and will sell for $18.00. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vWq55fap498/Tx4_pwLYPmI/AAAAAAAAI3M/5mp6Vl-x2bE/s1600/Perk%2BUp%2BBlog%2BHop%2BChallenge.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="" border="0" height="194" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vWq55fap498/Tx4_pwLYPmI/AAAAAAAAI3M/5mp6Vl-x2bE/s400/Perk%2BUp%2BBlog%2BHop%2BChallenge.jpg" style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" width="291" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Would you like to win the new Perk Up! stamp set?&lt;/strong&gt; Here is what you need to do- visit the Trendsetter’s blogs that are participating in each of the blog hop challenges below and comment on their creations as you go. It is time for this month's New Release Blog Hop Challenges to start, and we are SO excited! This month's sets are SURE to have you at first sight. We can't wait to get started!! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-CLWl4huSXkg/Tx5kLrr4d6I/AAAAAAAAD20/TLRUb2wMY24/s1600-h/photo%252520%2525283%252529%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="photo (3)" border="0" height="511" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-eY3EIW7wwc0/Tx5kMmF2WmI/AAAAAAAAD28/QkBGeOvnD1g/photo%252520%2525283%252529_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="photo (3)" width="414" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
I coloured up this cute nurse image with Copics then paired her (I &lt;em&gt;think &lt;/em&gt;it’s a her) with some old but good papers from WeR. Remember a few years ago when we all paper pierced like crazy?? Well, I loved doing that so I thought I would do it again for old time’s sake. What the hay!!  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-prTz688EYCE/Txrv2gDoBeI/AAAAAAAAI2E/dv1PVri6RX0/s1600/Designs_by_Torico.jpg"&gt;&lt;img align="left" alt="" border="0" height="116" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-prTz688EYCE/Txrv2gDoBeI/AAAAAAAAI2E/dv1PVri6RX0/s320/Designs_by_Torico.jpg" style="display: inline; float: left;" width="177" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;
No "bots" set would be complete without Nursebot! Torico has done it again. She warmed your heart last month with Lovebots and this month she’s going to make you feel all better with Nursebot. What a great way to send well wishes then a visit from the Nursebot!! Nursebot is a 4x4 set that includes a total of 11 stamps and will sell for $10.00.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VMBmJYYNTKg/Tx4_QlQilMI/AAAAAAAAI3A/Ql4tiQIMp0o/s1600/Nursebot%2BBlog%2BHop%2BChallenge.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="" border="0" height="209" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VMBmJYYNTKg/Tx4_QlQilMI/AAAAAAAAI3A/Ql4tiQIMp0o/s400/Nursebot%2BBlog%2BHop%2BChallenge.jpg" style="display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;" width="313" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Would you like to win the new Nursebot stamp set?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Here is what you need to do- visit the Trendsetter’s blogs that are participating in each of the blog hop challenges below and comment on their creations as you go. One of the Trendsetter’s blogs (from each hop day) will be randomly chosen as the ‘it’ blog and a winner will be picked using a random number generator from the comments left on that Trendsetter’s Blog Hop Challenge post. You will not know which blog has been chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning new stamps! The Blog Hop Challenges will be open until 5 PM EST, January 28th with the winner being announced during the release party chat. &lt;br /&gt;

So the &lt;a href="http://tsgclearstamps.blogspot.com/2012/01/there-she-goes-again-new-cards.html"&gt;TSG design team&lt;/a&gt; and I are revisiting some oldies but goodies and we’ve all made some new cards with these sets: &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="https://www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com/store/puppy-love.html"&gt;Puppy Love&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href="https://www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com/store/buckets-of-love.html"&gt;Buckets of Love&lt;/a&gt;, and &lt;a href="https://www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com/store/love.html"&gt;LOVE&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
I made a card with Buckets of Love.. Here it is: &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-Knnf4W90XmU/TxkeRrFJmxI/AAAAAAAAD2g/S3nQY_PfjzU/s1600-h/IMG_0115%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0115" border="0" height="542" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-2PmcGSbAbxE/TxkeRyrOgFI/AAAAAAAAD2o/KQibsWoFt_4/IMG_0115_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0115" width="447" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Love, love, love how this turned out.. I used what I thought was a winter-themed nestibilities die, but it turned out that the set (ironwork accents) was just a fancy-dancy all-year set… YAY! &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
I also made this card for today's &lt;a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/free-all-f45/f4a100-have-heart-two-1-20-12-a-t546565.html"&gt;Free for All challenge&lt;/a&gt;: use more than one heart..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
See you soon.. The sentiment is from a pack of die cuts from the new Basic Grey line called Kissing Booth. It all seemed to just…. come together. She has challenged us to make a card or project using the Paper Piecing Technique. Here’s my card:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-o13RTJEtOCU/TwqT9HmVDKI/AAAAAAAAD1o/_-QDqor7bHU/s1600-h/IMG_0092%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0092" border="0" height="475" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-7Y6v95GsrTc/TwqUHdCCt5I/AAAAAAAAD1w/NS0BRxnlwfs/IMG_0092_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0092" width="408" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
I &lt;em&gt;just &lt;/em&gt;got this set in the mail and had to use it for this week’s challenge. It’s called &lt;a href="https://www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com/store/let-s-get-together.html"&gt;Let’s Get Together&lt;/a&gt; and it’s all about the coffee! I am a coffee and tea junkie and so are most of the people I know, so this set is &lt;em&gt;meant to be in my life. &lt;/em&gt;hahaha. A little paper piecing on the “sleeve” of the coffee cup and it’s done. How easy is that?!?! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Details: All papers are My Mind’s Eye “Alphabet Soup.” All die cuts are Spellbinders.&lt;/strong&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;To be eligible for the giveaway&lt;/strong&gt;, create a card or project using the paper piecing, and then come back to the &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://tsgclearstamps.blogspot.com/2012/01/tsg138-paper-piecing.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;TSG Blog&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt; to add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (January 16th). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;By participating in this challenge, &lt;/strong&gt;you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the lookout to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;i&gt;TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated &lt;/i&gt;:)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6539077257414739593-2481846837152329441?l=tobicrawford.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TobisPlace/~4/PpPzYpih_DY" height="1" width="1"/&gt;</content><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/feeds/2481846837152329441/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=6539077257414739593&amp;postID=2481846837152329441&amp;isPopup=true" title="6 Comments" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/2481846837152329441?v=2" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/2481846837152329441?v=2" /><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TobisPlace/~3/PpPzYpih_DY/tsg138paper-piecing.html" title="TSG138–Paper Piecing" /><author><name>tobi crawford</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel="http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail" width="32" height="32" src="//lh5.googleusercontent.com/-CY9W-EFf6sc/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAADzw/CmTO8Z-5qRE/s512-c/photo.jpg" /></author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media="http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/" url="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-7Y6v95GsrTc/TwqUHdCCt5I/AAAAAAAAD1w/NS0BRxnlwfs/s72-c/IMG_0092_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" height="72" width="72" /><thr:total>6</thr:total><feedburner:origLink>http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/2012/01/tsg138paper-piecing.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry gd:etag="W/&quot;CkcARH84fSp7ImA9WhRWF0g.&quot;"><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6539077257414739593.post-4676633556543148871</id><published>2012-01-04T23:54:00.001-08:00</published><updated>2012-01-04T23:54:05.135-08:00</updated><app:edited xmlns:app="http://www.w3.org/2007/app">2012-01-04T23:54:05.135-08:00</app:edited><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="MFT" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="copic markers" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Cards" /><title>My Favorite Things  - Get Sketchy</title><content type="html">&lt;p align="center"&gt;I decided to have fun and play along with this week’s &lt;a href="http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/my-favorite-things-f164/wsc-getting-sketchy-53-a-t541633.html"&gt;My Favorite Things Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-t1ugCHQTMac/TwKnSlYbLTI/AAAAAAAADz4/zDo58dvYAm0/s1600-h/Basic%252520Gray%25255B2%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="Basic Gray" border="0" height="80" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-WFIMkuMtT-8/TwKnSwSWboI/AAAAAAAAD0A/yaklnSl5WPU/Basic%252520Gray_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="Basic Gray" width="80" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-dtYN9Eydmmg/TwKnTCNe45I/AAAAAAAAD0I/Y44l62iAHH8/s1600-h/Island%252520Indigo%25255B2%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="Island Indigo" border="0" height="80" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-WNx_eOJLY6s/TwKnTVsDBgI/AAAAAAAAD0Q/rKxV-ZaYK9I/Island%252520Indigo_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="Island Indigo" width="80" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-YkjMJ746VrA/TwKnTk3RJ2I/AAAAAAAAD0Y/5IKc7bQ3GJs/s1600-h/Lucky%252520Limeade%25255B2%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="Lucky Limeade" border="0" height="80" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-_iEO_CT61dE/TwKnTwPXTlI/AAAAAAAAD0c/ym2ueG2xUyU/Lucky%252520Limeade_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="Lucky Limeade" width="80" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Basic Grey, Island Indigo, and Lucky Limeade. Nice combo, eh? &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Here’s my tag: &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-e1hPHCIZHA8/TwKnUPYjh6I/AAAAAAAAD0o/JDXPik8BHr0/s1600-h/IMG_0051%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0051" border="0" height="550" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-KaPlOAIQWlU/TwKnUgQF_BI/AAAAAAAAD0w/ESH_5f0U118/IMG_0051_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0051" width="365" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
This is a tag with a number of products on it, but I’ll try and fill you in as best I can.. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I stamped the “ink blot” looking image (PTI’s Damask Designs) with Denim Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist… Yes, you can stamp with it. Dry with heat tool. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I painted &lt;em&gt;most&lt;/em&gt; of the tag with olive coloured “Glimmer Glam” and let it dry. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then I misted the whole tag with Turquoise Glimmer Mist and the glam acted as a resist, so only a bit of the turquoise sunk into the paper. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I then stuck some black ribbon down and adhered the sentiment stamped in grey on top. (Sentiment is from &lt;a href="http://www.techniquetuesday.com/Ali-Edwards-Designs/KidsA.html"&gt;Kids are Cool&lt;/a&gt; from Technique Tuesday)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I adhere the rosette (Pink Paislee) on top. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-t3Hz6yzitp0/TwKnU9rUWfI/AAAAAAAAD04/10WBrfpI86w/s1600-h/IMG_0052%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0052" border="0" height="506" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-5QR1g411BLM/TwKnVeQv5fI/AAAAAAAAD1A/3M-2EjzX6-U/IMG_0052_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0052" width="336" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
This is a close-up of the resist section. I loved how it turned out.. It’s always fun to try new techniques. &lt;br /&gt;
Take care!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6539077257414739593-5487543998201678938?l=tobicrawford.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TobisPlace/~4/qS8L8q5vDJA" height="1" width="1"/&gt;</content><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/feeds/5487543998201678938/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=6539077257414739593&amp;postID=5487543998201678938&amp;isPopup=true" title="1 Comments" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/5487543998201678938?v=2" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/5487543998201678938?v=2" /><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TobisPlace/~3/qS8L8q5vDJA/playing-with-colour.html" title="Playing with Colour…" /><author><name>tobi crawford</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel="http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail" width="32" height="32" src="//lh5.googleusercontent.com/-CY9W-EFf6sc/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAADzw/CmTO8Z-5qRE/s512-c/photo.jpg" /></author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media="http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/" url="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-WFIMkuMtT-8/TwKnSwSWboI/AAAAAAAAD0A/yaklnSl5WPU/s72-c/Basic%252520Gray_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" height="72" width="72" /><thr:total>1</thr:total><feedburner:origLink>http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/2012/01/playing-with-colour.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry gd:etag="W/&quot;C04GSX4yeSp7ImA9WhRWFEw.&quot;"><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6539077257414739593.post-8830510737273945438</id><published>2012-01-01T01:58:00.001-08:00</published><updated>2012-01-01T01:58:48.091-08:00</updated><app:edited xmlns:app="http://www.w3.org/2007/app">2012-01-01T01:58:48.091-08:00</app:edited><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="tag" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Cards" /><title>A Year In Review - 2011</title><content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Hi there! It's become a little bit of a tradition for many bloggers to do a "year in review" on or around New Years, and it's become one of my favourite posts to put together. I have had a wonderful year of cardmaking, designing for: SRM Stickers, Whimsie Doodles, and currently: There She Goes, Technique Tuesday and Mint Motif. I have also gained quite a few new readers (YOU!) and I am so happy that so many wonderful, supportive people have joined me on my crafting journey. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;But without further ado, here are my favourite cards from 2011: one from each month.&lt;/p&gt; LOVE it. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;So thank you, readers, for all of the love and support, and I hope 2012 is a happy and prosperous year for you all!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6539077257414739593-8830510737273945438?l=tobicrawford.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TobisPlace/~4/AUVHm0pfxAM" height="1" width="1"/&gt;</content><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/feeds/8830510737273945438/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=6539077257414739593&amp;postID=8830510737273945438&amp;isPopup=true" title="4 Comments" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/8830510737273945438?v=2" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/8830510737273945438?v=2" /><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TobisPlace/~3/AUVHm0pfxAM/year-in-review-2011.html" title="A Year In Review - 2011" /><author><name>tobi crawford</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel="http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail" width="32" height="32" src="//lh5.googleusercontent.com/-CY9W-EFf6sc/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAADzw/CmTO8Z-5qRE/s512-c/photo.jpg" /></author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media="http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/" url="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-IC-yEUDkcXs/TwAuG-ElnII/AAAAAAAADv4/BLqR7Jk1haI/s72-c/IMG_0043_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" height="72" width="72" /><thr:total>4</thr:total><feedburner:origLink>http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/2012/01/year-in-review-2011.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry gd:etag="W/&quot;DUUERHs6fCp7ImA9WhRWEEo.&quot;"><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6539077257414739593.post-8616433036775597389</id><published>2011-12-28T05:00:00.000-08:00</published><updated>2011-12-28T05:00:05.514-08:00</updated><app:edited xmlns:app="http://www.w3.org/2007/app">2011-12-28T05:00:05.514-08:00</app:edited><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="video" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="copic markers" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Cards" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="there she goes" /><title>Little Moments Blog Hop Challenge</title><content type="html">Hey everyone, and welcome to our second, and final night of peeks for this month's release!! Tonight's set is SO super sweet!!  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
I chose to make a card for the cat lovers in our lives… One thing my son and I like to marvel at is our cat’s ability to sleep ANYWHERE and in ANY POSITION. We have two little cutie cats but this is the one who is the contortionist of the pair:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-UpmWk3usdpA/Tvr7NZtsbJI/AAAAAAAADu4/3e9Bp8A_T-0/s1600-h/IMG_0001%25255B1%25255D%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0001[1]" border="0" height="196" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-wyQ1bEZwgms/Tvr7Nl71QII/AAAAAAAADvA/RLpP1viLtx8/IMG_0001%25255B1%25255D_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0001[1]" width="196" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Here’s the card using some gorgeous Webster’s Pages designer papers:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-XRllRIntjb8/Tvr7N4HERtI/AAAAAAAADvI/qNJ9vGUNCcA/s1600-h/IMG_0031%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0031" border="0" height="478" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-DLkh3Ua7A7M/Tvr7OCF9GmI/AAAAAAAADvQ/1EPgsJaWgUU/IMG_0031_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0031" width="320" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
That is SO something my kitty would do. lol…  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
This particular scene consists of 3 separate stamps (the window, kitty, and the dresser).  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Here’s a close-up:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-M2duCyDch8I/Tvr7OUZWQaI/AAAAAAAADvY/5wZyT0E10A0/s1600-h/IMG_0030%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="IMG_0030" border="0" height="370" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-2aLKzZfoUpM/Tvr7OiXSMaI/AAAAAAAADvg/OWwCoJ3pcWs/IMG_0030_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="IMG_0030" width="248" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
And… Because I got such a warm response from my first Copic video I filmed &lt;em&gt;most&lt;/em&gt; of the colouring of this image. My iPhone was a little full so I wasn’t quite able to capture the whole thing, but really you just missed out on me drawing the floor and colouring in the background.  &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Would you like to win the new Little Moments stamp set? Here is what you need to do- visit the Trendsetter’s blogs that are participating in each of the blog hop challenges below and comment on their creations as you go. One of the Trendsetter’s blogs (from each hop day) will be randomly chosen as the ‘it’ blog and a winner will be picked using a random number generator from the comments left on that Trendsetter’s Blog Hop Challenge post. &lt;br /&gt;
You will not know which blog has been chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning new stamps! The Blog Hop Challenges will be open until 5 PM Eastern Time Saturday December 31st with the winner being announced during the release party chat.

Today we have an amazing set illustrated by Torico !! If you loved &lt;a href="https://www.thereshegoesclearstamps.com/store/friendbots.html"&gt;Friendbots&lt;/a&gt;, you’re going to love Lovebots. With Valentine’s Day around the corner, Torico has created an adorable set that will have your heart bursting with joy. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-dBqoL8PrU0o/TvlCAoOoSPI/AAAAAAAAIPQ/_scwYMlSZBQ/s1600/Lovebots%2BBlog%2BHop%2BChallenge.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="bot2" border="0" height="476" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-fC41kcXs_9g/TvmHLW5vGEI/AAAAAAAADug/E4aoHdXgF1E/bot2%25255B5%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="bot2" width="328" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
I used the cute little scale image and matching sentiment paired with some pretty traditional Valentine-coloured papers and embellishments.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-4Ta87MmcSnk/TvmHL25LAAI/AAAAAAAADuo/aARnLNSyQaY/s1600-h/bot1%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="bot1" border="0" height="331" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-wQ8xHyVWfGk/TvmHMEuM2uI/AAAAAAAADuw/plCA-CQ1lOs/bot1_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="bot1" width="297" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
This little guy was super easy to colour (it took me &lt;em&gt;maybe &lt;/em&gt;10 minutes) and I added a little shine with a white gel pen.  &lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Would you like to win the new Lovebots stamp set? Here is what you need to do- visit the Trendsetter’s blogs that are participating in each of the blog hop challenges below and comment on their creations as you go. One of the Trendsetter’s blogs (from each hop day) will be randomly chosen as the ‘it’ blog and a winner will be picked using a random number generator from the comments left on that Trendsetter’s Blog Hop Challenge post. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You will not know which blog has been chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning new stamps! The Blog Hop Challenges will be open until 5 PM Eastern Time Saturday December 31st with the winner being announced during the release party chat.

I added a little color to the sentiment by stamping a heart from the same set in a very pale pink as to not detract from the words..  &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;The green medallion-looking die cut is a Memory Box die, just in case you’re wondering.. &lt;/em&gt; &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;Be sure to check out the blogs of everyone taking part in today’s blog hop. It’s bittersweet, isn’t it? &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
We wait all year for this day (at least, I do!) and it comes. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Then as quickly as it comes, it goes. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
Just like our wedding day or the birth of our children (I'm exaggerating slightly, but you kwim) the day is a whirlwind of activity and you wonder why and how the hours flew by so quickly. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
I hope that your Christmas day brings peace and happiness, and that time stands still long enough for you to cherish the precious moments with your loved ones. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-tDmNZand9lU/TvWBy0A77NI/AAAAAAAADr0/GvFJRa-nmhk/s1600-h/dec23sentimentcard%25255B3%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="dec23sentimentcard" border="0" height="451" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-0uh9wg_Wvto/TvWBzLKDwyI/AAAAAAAADr8/Oo0aGWA-npE/dec23sentimentcard_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="dec23sentimentcard" width="397" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;em&gt;Notes about the card: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I usually reserve this kind of technique for a tag, but it’s fun to do with a card too! &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I misted my craft mat with various glimmer mists and smooshed the cardstock into the puddle&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I dried the cardstock with a heat tool then I flat-ironed it flat. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then I stamped various sentiments (Technique Tuesday &lt;a href="http://www.techniquetuesday.com/Winter-2011/Belie.html"&gt;Believe by Ali Edwards&lt;/a&gt;) in Brilliance black ink and set aside to dry&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Once the ink was dry I distressed the edges with brown ink&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I wrapped a little piece of silver cord around the main panel and stuck it to the card front&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-1Mtp9j7mfJM/TvWBzZMWEWI/AAAAAAAADsE/L7yQ4tLyxVE/s1600-h/dec23sentimentcard2%25255B3%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="dec23sentimentcard2" border="0" height="445" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-hTOpcaG-fuY/TvWBzhhV9KI/AAAAAAAADsM/CPqRM1ntj9E/dec23sentimentcard2_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="dec23sentimentcard2" width="270" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
A beautiful little felt snowflake added a little femininity to the card and I was done! &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div align="center"&gt;
&lt;a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-4sea5Pef2iI/TvWB0BAw2PI/AAAAAAAADsU/_fYwTye4YNM/s1600-h/dec23sentimentcard%25255B6%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="dec23sentimentcard" border="0" height="244" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-3LnAMtLaHjY/TvWB0HyWzqI/AAAAAAAADsc/at_8EnCsbo0/dec23sentimentcard_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="dec23sentimentcard" width="215" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

I got an iPhone last week and I’ve been downloading apps and playing games, taking cool pictures, but I kinda totally forgot that I can take videos with it. DUH!! &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This is my grand debut of a Copic video (yes I know Copic videos are SO 2 years ago, but I don’t care!) and I hope you like it.. I did the kind of video where I do no talking but show you the colours that I’m working with and I’ve sped it up… I hope you like the format because I really do… &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Enjoy!&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 448px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:5737277B-5D6D-4f48-ABFC-DD9C333F4C5D:d7d7a8af-6abe-4ec6-ac68-19355273ca0c" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"&gt;&lt;div id="f788e96d-ba50-4e88-b17e-84caa3a4a970" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; display: inline;"&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0QDd-9aILE&amp;amp;feature=youtube_gdata_player" target="_new"&gt;&lt;img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-GlNj8JhLp-k/TvWY8pBfDYI/AAAAAAAADsk/Xq1U5oQ1v_A/video229ce0e84f85%25255B13%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" style="border-style: none" galleryimg="no" onload="var downlevelDiv = document.getElementById('f788e96d-ba50-4e88-b17e-84caa3a4a970'); downlevelDiv.innerHTML = &amp;quot;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;object width=\&amp;quot;448\&amp;quot; height=\&amp;quot;252\&amp;quot;&amp;gt;&amp;lt;param name=\&amp;quot;movie\&amp;quot; value=\&amp;quot;http://www.youtube.com/v/c0QDd-9aILE?hl=en&amp;amp;hd=1\&amp;quot;&amp;gt;&amp;lt;\/param&amp;gt;&amp;lt;embed src=\&amp;quot;http://www.youtube.com/v/c0QDd-9aILE?hl=en&amp;amp;hd=1\&amp;quot; type=\&amp;quot;application/x-shockwave-flash\&amp;quot; width=\&amp;quot;448\&amp;quot; height=\&amp;quot;252\&amp;quot;&amp;gt;&amp;lt;\/embed&amp;gt;&amp;lt;\/object&amp;gt;&amp;lt;\/div&amp;gt;&amp;quot;;" alt=""&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="width:448px;clear:both;font-size:.8em"&gt;My grand debut!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;p&gt;Here are some still shots of the final product: &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-OnVkAnkageY/TvWY88MXzGI/AAAAAAAADss/lrsIKzGomjo/s1600-h/dec24copicvideopic3%25255B3%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="dec24copicvideopic3" border="0" alt="dec24copicvideopic3" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-FKWPptxSuH0/TvWY9PD9kBI/AAAAAAAADs0/zVWx_Eqzpv8/dec24copicvideopic3_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="398" height="395"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-aGRK8Ml9pCc/TvWY9iyXZ5I/AAAAAAAADs8/L2Ylz0V8vq8/s1600-h/dec24copicvideopic2%25255B2%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="dec24copicvideopic2" border="0" alt="dec24copicvideopic2" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-KjBzydHXIXI/TvWY9yPXYpI/AAAAAAAADtE/U-MldlCJbWM/dec24copicvideopic2_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="173" height="244"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-qv1Xhm5LXNc/TvWY-cVuWYI/AAAAAAAADtM/vqmQ4bUQUME/s1600-h/dec24copicvideopic1%25255B2%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="dec24copicvideopic1" border="0" alt="dec24copicvideopic1" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-AiJtdpFChP8/TvWY-h0jHjI/AAAAAAAADtQ/rlh1dyba1Q0/dec24copicvideopic1_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="244" height="238"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Thank you for your feedback if you have any! Tim recently came out with a couple of storage solutions, one being the “Cargo Case.” &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.timholtz.com/TH92991_-_OPEN.jpg" width="222" height="222"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;(FYI, we still have a couple in stock at &lt;a href="http://www.clipperstreet.com/"&gt;Clipper Street&lt;/a&gt; for $47.99 if you still want one… You could also get it on sale today for 40% off too!) Anyway.. I broke down and bought one today. I was hesitating buying it because I like to have my stuff visible – so I use it – which would mean if I bought this I would be looking at finding enough space on my desk to have it open all the time… &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Here’s what I’ve settled on for the time being. This is what I’ve filled it with: &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-QW4aaNlRe8k/TvRRk2yL3qI/AAAAAAAADrU/rzriKezD2z8/s1600-h/cargocase%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; border-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="cargocase" border="0" alt="cargocase" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-td6XW2Tyx1g/TvRRlJAJq5I/AAAAAAAADrc/ilh_HvCax3g/cargocase_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="498"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="center"&gt;Note that I used the “lid” as usable storage space. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="center"&gt;And here’s how it’s oriented on my table: &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-mbrkWm9nyQA/TvRRlkF03pI/AAAAAAAADrk/gtaKRalFSws/s1600-h/cargocase2%25255B4%25255D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px" title="cargocase2" border="0" alt="cargocase2" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-vNyAi2UNASA/TvRRlzxGPMI/AAAAAAAADrs/TfDDMAfNs2k/cargocase2_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="528" height="397"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="center"&gt;So right now it has the place of honour right next to my craft mat and we’ll see how it goes. I don’t have an issue with re-organizing my space every few weeks if it doesn’t work for me. Right now I’m really into the distress ink &lt;em&gt;thing &lt;/em&gt;but that may change in a little while… Who knows! &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6539077257414739593-3112376898343823942?l=tobicrawford.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TobisPlace/~4/yg2C9iO2vts" height="1" width="1"/&gt;</content><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/feeds/3112376898343823942/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=6539077257414739593&amp;postID=3112376898343823942&amp;isPopup=true" title="3 Comments" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/3112376898343823942?v=2" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/6539077257414739593/posts/default/3112376898343823942?v=2" /><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TobisPlace/~3/yg2C9iO2vts/distressing-organization.html" title="Distressing Organization" /><author><name>tobi crawford</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel="http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail" width="32" height="32" src="//lh5.googleusercontent.com/-CY9W-EFf6sc/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAADzw/CmTO8Z-5qRE/s512-c/photo.jpg" /></author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media="http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/" url="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-td6XW2Tyx1g/TvRRlJAJq5I/AAAAAAAADrc/ilh_HvCax3g/s72-c/cargocase_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" height="72" width="72" /><thr:total>3</thr:total><feedburner:origLink>http://tobicrawford.blogspot.com/2011/12/distressing-organization.html</feedburner:origLink></entry></feed>
