Wall Writing

I love how vinyl allows us to personalize our home inexpensively. Adding a monogram to pretty much anything screams style. Placing a vinyl decal in the least expected place add so much charm.

• Adding a monogram above your stove.
• Adding a design around an otherwise boring light.
• Add something to your shower door.
• My fav!  A monogram added to wood flooring.

There is no fear factor since it’s removable if you end up not liking it after a bit.

The Craft Room

Where have I been?  How did I miss this lovely blog?  Her craft room stopped me dead in my tracks.  This is one of the most beautiful craft spaces I’ve seen, which has me embarrassed to show mine…..it’s 80% done.  But no worries, you know I have no shame and I also know I’m pretty lucky to even have a dedicated room for crafting…..perspective…..but still.

This is the cutest little sewing area ever! Looks like she has since changed it, but this is what she started with.  (she’s got a tutorial on how she did these signs)

Crafting Tables

It’s just so dang cute! From the polka dot wall to the fabric no sew window treatment…….Love it! And I love how she used just a regular dining room table. Who says you need a fancy craft table?

Craft Projects

She has tutorials for lots and lots of things, like her pillows she made from a clearance napkin……she’s pretty handy with the vinyl stencils too.

And would you look at that subway art?  She’s just showing off now.  Very very very cool. And then I saw it……….the zip code…….hey……that’s not far from me.  I think we’re neighbors……..like in the next town over neighbors.  She’s even on 36th Avenue and SO AM I!  But not in that zipcode……….but close.  I think she should come and finish my craft room……..or maybe make me my slipcovers I want.  yea…….slipcovers……..I’ve got it all planned.

Loving her make shift mud room…….why not make a closet into one?
