Originally launched on November 1, 2019, as one of the platform’s first original shows, For All Mankind has grown into one of its longest-running titles. Created by Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert, and Ben Nedivi, the show has followed a reimagined space race in which the Soviet Union reached the moon first, reshaping global history.

Season 5 moves the story into the 2010s, years after the dramatic Goldilocks asteroid heist. Mars has since evolved into a bustling settlement known as Happy Valley, now home to thousands and serving as a launch point for deeper space exploration. However, rising tensions between Martian residents and Earth governments—now pushing for stricter oversight—threaten to destabilize the fragile balance between the two worlds.

The ensemble cast includes Joel Kinnaman, Toby Kebbell, Edi Gathegi, Cynthy Wu, Coral Peña, and Wrenn Schmidt, alongside newer additions Mireille Enos, Costa Ronin, Sean Kaufman, Ruby Cruz, and Ines Asserson.

“Getting to explore the For All Mankind universe over six seasons has been an amazing privilege, and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to finish the story the way we’ve always hoped,” co-creators Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi said in a joint statement Tuesday. “We’re incredibly proud of what this series has become, and grateful to Apple TV and Sony Pictures Television for helping us see it through to its final chapter.”

Described as a “comprehensive look at his life and career,” the series will follow his transformation from Curtis Jackson—an ambitious kid from New York—into a chart-topping rapper, successful entrepreneur, and entertainment powerhouse. It will cover his music success, business ventures, and the growth of his production company, G-Unit Film & Television.

The series will trace key moments in his rise, including his breakout music career with hits like ‘In da Club’ and ‘Candy Shop,’ as well as his move into film and television. Fans can expect mentions of projects like ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’,’ the hit series Power, and his upcoming role in Street Fighter. “Through an intimate and revealing lens, the series portrays a figure who has consistently transformed conflict and adversity into enduring cultural impact,” the official description reads.

The project will be directed by Mandon Lovett, known for work on documentaries like French Montana: For Khadija and Boys in Blue. Behind the scenes, 50 Cent is also serving as an executive producer alongside industry names including Eli Holzman and Aaron Saidman.

The new docuseries marks a shift from 50 Cent’s recent behind-the-scenes work—such as producing “Sean Combs: The Reckoning”—to a more personal, front-facing project. While the docuseries does not yet have an official title or release date, it adds to Hulu’s growing lineup of music and true-story documentaries.

The visual, directed by Alex Acy, features footage of the Swiss extreme skiing collective BPC (Buldoz Project Crew), which endeavors to ski on surfaces other than snow, including grass and pavement. Frontman Dave Grohl said in a statement: “Just when I thought I’d seen it all, I discovered BPC and snowless skiing. It’s either the gnarliest extreme sport I’ve ever seen, the most fun anyone can have before a guaranteed trip to the hospital, or both. It’s an honor to be the soundtrack to this madness.”

Your Favorite Toy dropped April 24, marking the band’s first full-length release since 2023’s But Here We Are, and introduces drummer Ilan Rubin as a full-time member following his addition to the lineup last year (Foo Fighters’ current lineup includes Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Smear, Rami Jaffee, and Rubin).

Additional music off the album include “Caught In The Echo,” “Asking for a Friend,” “Spit Shine,” and the title track – with additional material the band previously teased live.

The band are also gearing up to embark on their expansive Take Cover World Tour, with support from Queens of the Stone Age and select appearances by Mannequin Pussy and Gouge Away.  Following their one performance on April 28th at Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the official tour launch begins June 10 at Unity Arena in Oslo. The global run continues into summer, including a North American leg kicking off August 4 in Toronto and wrapping September 26 in Las Vegas. The band confirmed the next voyage while this year’s cruise is still underway, inviting fans to secure presale access early. “Are you ready? We’re running it back for YEAR 4, sailing from Miami to Great Stirrup Cay, April 17-21, 2027,” the band wrote as their caption. “Join the presale NOW.”

As usual, Creed will headline the event, performing multiple sets across a weekend packed with live music, themed parties, and fan-focused experiences like meet-and-greets and Q&A sessions. The lineup already includes Breaking Benjamin, Sevendust, Hoobastank, Our Lady Peace, Hinder, Fuel, Drowning Pool, Fastball, Sponge, The Flys, and Ashes of Billy, along with Zach Myers. Additional artists are expected to be announced.

Creed is also planning a separate land-based “Summer of ’99 and Beyond” festival this July in Tinley Park, Illinois, featuring acts like Limp Bizkit and Cypress Hill. Head HERE for info.

The official film synopsis reads: “Featuring all-new stunts and stupidity along with the greatest hits and biggest laughs from the past, jackass: best and last is a joyously raucous celebration of all the mischievous camaraderie that you’ve come to expect from these idiots over the past 25 years.”

Jackass: Best and Last follows 2022’s Jackass Forever, which saw Johnny Knoxville hospitalized after suffering multiple injuries from a bull stunt.  Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, and other returning cast members reunite as they gear up for one final round of outrageous physical challenges. The film blends archival highlights from the past 25 years of the franchise—originating with the MTV series that debuted in 2000—with brand-new, extreme stunts.

The trailer opens with the familiar safety warning, “do not attempt these stunts,” before cutting to the crew reflecting on their final outing. Knoxville, now 55, is asked how he feels about wrapping up the series. “Um, I’m sad,” he says. Pontius responds, “I’m not in touch with my emotions.” Knoxville then adds, “Twenty five years and we haven’t learned a thing”

Jackass: Best and Last is set to hit theaters on June 26, officially closing the chapter on a franchise that began with MTV’s Jackass series (2000–2001) and continued through multiple films, including The Movie (2002), Number Two (2006), 3D (2010), and Forever (2022).

The still-untitled show will follow a group of well-known creators and public figures as they’re pushed into the wilderness, stripped of modern comforts, and forced to rely on instinct and resilience. As tensions rise, contestants will navigate shifting alliances, clashing personalities, and intense challenges designed to test their endurance, problem-solving skills, and mental toughness.

Ritchson teased the project on social media, writing, “Let’s see if some influencers can handle my brand of crazy,” and added, “Apologies in advance to the players, but this show is gonna be wild. Can’t wait to see who survives.”

While additional casting details and a release date remain under wraps, the series promises a high-pressure mix of strategy, survival, and spectacle.

As previously announced, Goose are will drop their new album Big Modern! on June 12 through its own No Coincidence Records. According to the group, ‘Big Modern!’  presents “fully immersive world of sound that ingeniously captures what it feels like to move through today’s overstimulated, hyperconnected society.” Frontman Rick Mitarotonda expanded on the theme, explaining, “‘Good2B,’ and BIG MODERN! as a whole, deal with the occasional state of flow amidst absurdity. It’s doing the electric slide down the grocery aisle between the Pop-Tarts and Frosted Flakes. Hyper-convenience, hyper-connected; lost in the digital sauce and feeling pretty good about it. All while we’re left with the nagging questions: how long can this feeling last? How long can all of it last?”

The 15-track project was first introduced with the release of the single “Good2B,” offering an early glimpse into the band’s latest sonic direction (the album version of the song clocks in at just over seven minutes in length; listen: HERE.). The reworked anthem continues Coca-Cola’s long tradition of music tied to the World Cup, following previous songs such as Wavin’ Flag by K’naan (2010), The World Is Ours by David Correy (2014), Colors by Jason Derulo (2018), and a modern version of A Kind of Magic by Queen in 2022. The company has been an official World Cup partner since 1978.

The track updates the 1980s rock classic with modern production while keeping its iconic synth lines and explosive guitar energy. The collaboration blends Latin pop, rock, and electronic influences to create a stadium-ready soundtrack aimed at the world’s biggest soccer tournament.

J Balvin said in a statement: “Music for me has always been about bringing people from different countries and cultures together—and ‘Jump’ is all about that shared energy. From the football stands to watching at home, everyone knows that moment when emotions are high and you’re jumping for greatness. Partnering with Coca-Cola on their anthem for the FIFA World Cup 2026 felt natural—it’s about hype, energy, and creating something that feels real. This song is about celebrating life and living in the moment.”

Amber Mark also reflected on the challenge of revisiting such a well-known song: “Van Halen’s ‘Jump’ is one of those rare songs that transcends generations, so approaching it came with a lot of respect. Being able to honor the original while bringing a modern perspective was incredibly special. I’m excited to be part of a track that connects past and present in such an uplifting, powerful way, and I hope fans feel that energy for years to come.”

The 2026 tournament—hosted jointly by United States, Canada, and Mexico—is scheduled to run from June 11 through July 19, with the opening match set for Mexico City.

The preview features Spielberg himself discussing how his perspective on alien life has changed since directing Close Encounters of the Third Kind. “I am much more inclined now than I was when I made Close Encounters to really believe that we’re not the only intelligent civilization in the universe,” Spielberg says in the footage.

The sci-fi thriller stars Emily Blunt as a meteorologist whose live television broadcast is interrupted by a terrifying unexplained event, while Josh O’Connor portrays a whistleblower trying to expose hidden government secrets tied to extraterrestrial life. The trailer hints that both characters may share a mysterious childhood connection as humanity grapples with proof that it may not be alone. The cast also includes Colin Firth, Colman Domingo, Eve Hewson and Wyatt Russell.

Written by longtime Spielberg collaborator David Koepp, the film has sparked widespread online speculation that it could contain thematic links to Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Fans have also reacted strongly to the trailer’s eerie alien imagery, government conspiracy themes and Spielberg’s unusual on-camera appearance, which adds to the film’s documentary-style tension.

Dillon will portray Chris Adams, the “steady and principled leader of a band of seven hired gunmen who rally to defend vulnerable settlers from a ruthless land baron intent on seizing their property.” The series, set against the volatile backdrop of the 1880s frontier, centers on seven skilled but imperfect mercenaries recruited after a peaceful Quaker settlement is slaughtered by hired killers working for the land baron.  The character of Chris Adams was first brought to the screen by Yul Brynner in the original film (itself inspired by ‘Seven Samurai’) and was later revisited in a 2016 adaptation directed by Antoine Fuqua and led by Denzel Washington.

Michael Wright, global head of MGM+, said in a statement: “Matt Dillon brings extraordinary depth and gravitas to this iconic role. His ability to portray complex, morally conflicted characters makes him the perfect choice to lead our re-imagining of The Magnificent Seven. This series honors the legacy of the original film while exploring timeless themes about courage, redemption, and standing up against oppression — and Matt’s performance will be at the heart of that story.”

Dillon, an Academy Award nominee for Crash, most recently appeared opposite Patricia Arquette in High Desert on Apple TV+. He will next star in The Fence for director Claire Denis and portray Frank Stallone in I Play Rocky, directed by Peter Farrelly for Amazon MGM Studios.
