Not entirely sure if this one is really his. If my research is correct, it's a remix he did of the original, which is more trip hop. Regardless, it's still a great track I stole from Suzi Analogues blog :)

I'm listening to a few of my favs of his. Now, I can't claim to know his entire catalog, but I can't really do that with anyone--my memory is terrible. Anywho, all ramblings aside, he changed the game for everyone. My favorite of his is amazing and unreleased. I have a suspicion it'll probably end up on another one of his posthumous releases though. For now, I'll be enjoying in private with the few others that probably have it :)

Closing:
I love a mind that can exist in the vast expanse of space--the unknown--and feel secure. Why must we fear or be upset by what we don't understand? Why does music have to be constrained by logic or conventionality? To put it simply, if no one thought outside of the box, we would have no innovation and there would be no progression through time. We would still be living on a cube shaped planet, with no gravity, assuming that everything in existence revolved around our blue planet. We would have no jazz, blues, r&b, rock, hip hop, electronica, we wouldn't even have country! I'm not saying we have to like every new idea that emerges, but we shouldn't criticize someone for exercising their creative mind. Meh.. it gets to me a bit when people categorize my music or the music of my peers as "weird." It's not weird, it's different and no one is forcing you to like it. Save your nasty opinions for a review on Yelp. Just a thought.

Seriously, this music is so amazing.. that .. damn.. I don't know what else to say! I've always loved these songs/genre, but I guess I never gave it my full undivided attention until the other day. At that point, I just went on a 4 hours straight pysch bing. Listening to these jams and listening to the rain is pure bliss. Staying at home and just basking in this faded distortion is better than partying any day. I've been posting youtube vids (sake of convenience) up on my twitter and facebook page bc I like to share.. and encourage open-mindedness :) I have a gigantic list.. I'll unleash them day by day.

I can barely accomplish anything during the day. All I want to do is sit back and watch history channel/national geographics. I've been watching docs on Hitler, great white sharks, hammerhead sharks, abused ponies in Pennsylvania, etc etc. This jet lag is wack! It has turned my night schedule to a day one, like all the regular Joes and this just doesn't work for me. Actually it's worse, I'm on a senior citizen's schedule. I wake up at 4-5am then go to bed by 7-8pm. Wait, perhaps it's worse than that because I went to bed at 7pm and woke up at 330am.

got back from my little showcase @ boombox (devonwho, snowman, proh mic kiltit) and dropping off baked goods at the "master overseer" adam's crib. i'm sick and i should be asleep.. or at least workin on music, but no.. i changed the layout for my site and my logo again.

QUESTION
anyone good at making things look clean on photoshop? the lines on my logo bleeds.. i'm not really a big graphic design pro and i have no idea how to use illustrator.

anyone good at css? how do i make my logo link back to the homepage?

i'm kind of a jack of all trades, but a master of none. i know enough to get by, but not really enough to be considered skilled, by any means. maybe this is a good thing. if all i did all day was make beats, design, draw, and bake--when would i have time to drink, hang out with my friends, and go shopping? balance, it's all a balance... or a short attention span.

I just changed my logo and lay out for my myspace, blog, and twitter. Does that make me a loser? I just get bored of looking at the same things all the time, or something.

Anywho, for those of you guys who bootleg my tracks: I'm not dumb. If I look on last.fm and see a bunch of tracks being played I haven't released... I know there's some rar file roaming around the net. I'm a little bit of a geek myself so I know how this works. Regardless, I guess I had it coming since I tend to post up a lot of preview tracks--I guess I'm too trusting. Well, you could at least to me the honor of spelling the track name correctly. "Stigmatising" is not a word, "STIGMATIZING" is a word--the correct word. Just FYI.

i'm NOT giving anyone the green light to try to scope the internet and illegally dL my shit. i clearly DONT want that--they're just poor quality rips. please just wait for the official releases. it's not a money thing, but a quality thing. i can't avoid the spread of music--that's love, but i would like to avoid the spread of low bitrate, poor mixed rips of songs that aren't out yet.

Ive given you guys tons of free downloads and dope free mixes with great tunes. It's not like you guys don't have something to listen to in the meantime, right?
