Chocolate Festival

A few nights ago we went with some friends to a chocolate festival.
It was deliciously fun. I only wish there were more interesting things to try.
Other than that, the chocolate was super yummy and the company was really fun!

Temple Lights

We went to the Mesa Temple lights again this year.
It seems like they were more bright and beautiful than ever.
We had a great time!

Rainbow Row and Battery Park

I just realized I never finished posting photos from our trip to South Carolina!
We visited Rainbow Row and Battery Park.
Both were amazing and beautiful and right off the beach!
The trees grow so differently there. I've never seen anything like it.
It was such a beautiful place, I can't wait to go back!

We had a small birthday party for Cameron.
It was a nice little brunch.
Cameron loved opening presents.
He was concentrating so hard he had his tongue out the whole time.
Such a cutie!

11 Months!

Finally!
Tomorrow my baby will be one so I suppose its about time I post his 11 month photos.

This is my first week being a stay-at-home mom to this sweet little boy.
I can't even tell you how much cuddling we've been doing.
I'm still working from home two days a week but just being here all the time with him makes me so happy.

Normally I have Tommy's help with the monthly photos, but this time I did it solo.
I'm quite proud of them actually.
I had to hold him down with my foot!

This month he has gotten three more teeth.
He gets into even more things than we thought possible.
He tricks us by getting something he knows he is not suppose to so when we get up to get it from him he runs over to where we were and steals our phones, closes our laptops, etc...
We swear he has a little more hair (maybe??).
He is starting to say a few words. Bristol (it-ol) for his cousin that he LOVES! Abuela (a-ba-ba), lets go (et-o) and a few others. Of course ma-ma and da-da are his favorite words!
He is the sweetest little person, we love him so much!

Harbor Tour

On our super fun day in Charleston, we went on a harbor tour!
It was amazing and beautiful and we got to hear about a lot of history.
The babies LOVED it!
We even got to see some dolphins! (Though, you couldn't really tell in any of the photos I took)

Charleston City Market

Charleston is full of beautiful buildings with a lot of great history.
We walked around town a little and then went through the Charleston City Market.
It was full of handmade crafts, basket weavers, and all kinds of art.
We loved it!

While in Charleston, we went to a yummy yummy pizza place.

The food was awesome and the service was great.

They were so happy and willing to toss the dough for a picture.

Fort Dorchester

Our second day in South Carolina, we went Fort Dorchester in Charleston.

It was beautiful and so green.

We also took some family photos of Marc and Candace and Corgan.

It was such a fun time!

We recently had a great trip to visit my brother and sister in law Candace in South Carolina.
Cameron and his cute cousin Corgan have met before but this time Cameron was big enough to play!
They were so adorable together!

So this post is reallllly late!
But, I'm still calling it a success because he's technically still in his 10th month!
Our little boy is amazing.
He's getting so good at walking.
He loves to be chased by his daddy.
He loves to climb stairs and get into things he knows he's not supposed to.
He loves to blow kisses and wave bye-bye.
He is so smart.
He understands more spanish and english every day.
Oh, how we love him so!

Tommy is the very best of the best.

He is smart, he is patient, he is kind, he loves me, and he is the best dad in the world.

9 Months!

Can you believe he is 9 months old already??
At Cameron's 9 month check-up his stats were:
30.24 inches long
20.19 lbs

He has been growing so much this last month.
He has taken his first step, and subsequent steps with the same foot, using the other as an anchor I suppose.
He's babbling and making lots of noise.
He's starting to throw little tantrums when he doesn't like something (which I love!)

Kinda like this little photo shoot.
He was not happy about it today!
He is still the sweetest boy in the whole wide world.
Just look at that face!

We had lots of fun hanging out with cousins and eating yummy food.

We explored the forest a little and saw the fire damage.

It was heart breaking to see some of our favorite places so burned.

Get ready for photo overload!

We took a day trip into the city for the reason I love most. Food!

We had such nice weather while we were in Seattle. Hardly any rain at all. It was wonderful!

Our first stop was Red Mill Burgers.

We first learned about this place on Man v. Food and it did not disappoint. It was delicious!

Our second stop was for ice cream at Molly Moons.

They have some of the best homemade ice cream I have ever had! I would go back again and again.

After that, we had plans to stop at Pike Place Market (which we have been to before) but it was so busy and we were so exhausted, we went home.

Not a bad day at all.

Paulsbo Farmers Market

I have been slacking off a little on the blogging front.

I have to finish up our trip to Seattle and then I can update you on our other trips!

We had a great time at the Paulsbo Farmers Market.

It was amazing to see all of the home grown fruits and veggies.

It also made for some awesome pictures!

8 Months!

Our baby boy is eight months old!

Close enough.

Maybe next month I'll be on time making his onesie (don't count on it).

Cameron is growing so fast!

He went from army crawling to actual crawling within a week and now he is so fast!

He gets into EVERYTHING!

He can pull himself to standing, he can climb stairs, and open cupboards.

The last couple of days he has been able to stand on his own for a few seconds.

We love him so much!

We're on a boat.

Sluys' Bakery

We loved Paulsbo.

It has a small town charm but it's still close to the amenities of the big city.

There is this amazing bakery called Sluys' Bakery.

The doughnuts and cinnamon rolls are to die for!
