Banksy x Mr Brainwash Doc...'Exit through the gift shop'

Notorious street artist Banksy, has turned his hand to film-making entitled, 'Exit Through The Gift Shop'. It will be the first time the elusive artist, has spoken on camera. Described as "the world's first street art disaster movie", the film first debuted last month at the Sundance Film Festival.

Exit Through The Gift Shop is due to open in UK cinemas on 5 March.

Abbey Road Studio up for sale?!

“Troubled music company EMI Group PLC is talking to potential buyers for Abbey Road Studios, the hallowed London facility where the Beatles did most of their recording, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The talks are the latest sign of distress at the world’s No. 4 music business, which has floundered since being acquired in a 2007 leveraged buyout by private-equity firm Terra Firma Capital Partners Ltd.
Terra Firma is attempting to avoid default on a £950 million ($1.49 billion) loan backed by EMI Music, the company’s struggling recorded-music business. It needs to raise more than £100 million from Terra Firma’s investors to keep from defaulting on the Citigroup loan. A sale of Abbey Road—which EMI hopes is worth tens of millions of pounds—wouldn’t have any impact on that effort, a person familiar with the matter said. The transaction is too small to make a difference, and in any case wouldn’t likely be completed in time to boost Terra Firma’s latest fund-raising effort.”

Star Wars x Adidas collaboration...

Adidas has teamed up with George Lucas for a Star Wars Collaboration! If your a collector you can't really get much better than Star Wars x Adidas, and with this kind of attention to detail, Adidas can pat themselves on the back knowing they have done this great film franchise justice.

The January drop consists of the Stormtrooper Superskate (£69) with clean lines and contrast black detail, the Famous Scenes Micropacer (£135) featuring embossed iridescent panels, and the ZX8000 Vader (£99) based on Vader's suit, including padding and circuit detail.

Due for release on the 16th January, remember where you read it first!

The collection for the first season is split into three packs -- The Characters Pack, the Vehicles Pack and the Direct Pack. The products in each pack take inspiration from the respective aspect of the Star Wars lexicon from legendary characters and crafts to classic scenes and fuse them with iconic adidas Originals silhouettes. Characters Pack

This pack takes the most iconic moments and characters from the Star Wars saga and brings them to life across five sneakers, two short sleeve T-shirts and the Superstar Track Top.

Vehicles Pack

For this pack, we have taken inspiration from the well known vehicles and crafts from the Star Wars saga and translated them to our five most iconic adidas Originals sneakers and two key adidas Originals apparel models. Across these models we have paid homage to the distinguished features of airborne crafts and land based vehicles from both sides of the Force and executed them to appeal to both adidas and Star Wars fans alike.

Direct Pack
Darth Vader and the Stormtroopers appear in this pack as well as in the Characters pack. Also, the Women's Game Mid silhouette that appears here is inspired by Princess Leia, featuring gold detailing paired with a modern high-top silhouette with matching apparel

Louise Goldin’s spring 2010 footwear collection for Topshop stiletto pumps covered in studs and spikes. The studded stilettos come in three shades (black, white or silver) and feature a massive amount of studs and spikes on the toe, along the heel and pretty much everywhere else.

These are the perfect self-defense high-heel. A release date and price have yet to be announced but they're set for release in Spring 2010.

In anticipation for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, Puma have teamed up with New York based painter, Kehinde Wiley, to create a limited edition version of the V1.10 soccer boot.

Kehinde Wiley has gained worldwide acclaim for his unique style, in which he portrays African Americans in traditional poses placed upon boldly colored backgrounds.

Wiley has an ability to blend traditional and contemporary painting styles that is unparalleled. His work has been described with words like, 'intensity' and 'passion', two words also synonymous with soccer players and their fans. Before you get too excited, there is a catch. You can't just show up and shop at said pop-up holiday store.

Artist Damien Hirst, has designed five new decks for streetwear label Supreme, as well as a box logo t-shirt. For this colaboration the British artist uses his iconic and signature graphic spot painting style 'Diethylene Glycol', in small colorful dots along the boards.
