I have used proactiv and murad, and they both fucked me over in the long run. I am just now getting off murad, but I still use epiduo and dermatologist prescribed pills.my acne is moderate to severe and I would like some acne products that are natural, and work well! Sorry, if such a thing existed there would not be a multi billion dollar industry geared toward acne. Altering the diet to avoid lots of carbs or dairy is free and may work.
